Dear sir's,
On the 14th of this month travelled from visakhapatnam to secunderabad by duronto train no 22203 and returned on the 22nd by the same duronto which is an excellant train between both these stations and i'm gland to mention that it reached on the right time.
1) the attendants were selling water at rs20/- when the rate as mentioned by railways is rs15/- only. When questioned he mentioned that as there is no pantry car, he is charging the said amount.
2) secondly as the train was reaching its destination they came around asking the passengers for money for the service provided of supplying the bed rolls. This happened in both my travels.
Request that this practice of the attendants should be stopped immediately.

    Either trains are delayed or derailed. People like me face many problems. Besides there is no audi alterum partem - hear my voice as it is tribune and not court. Railway passenger office is not available in need to passengers. Already weekdays and holidays people are kept on waiting due to mega block. Sir metro and ring rout is not so officially started as local trains. Sir instead of bullet trains if railway conditions are improved then it will be great boon to passengers. Sir in rush times ladies and students add to crowd of common class as they need support; sir if you start students coach separately and add more ladies and students coaches and keep rule that unless need persists they do not crowd gents common coach then it will minimize crowd of overcrowded gents common coach. Only ticket checkers are seen bullying running passengers in hurry to catch leaving train as already time is waisted in crossing bridges. Escalators are many times closed due to load shedding. Sir if you start lift on solar energy for women then crowd will be minimized on bridges and escalators. Sir it will be better if you increased reserve trains for students and ladies and handicap and cancer etc. To avoid rush in normal local trains. Sir passengers will be happy if they see medical nurses and lady docters face to receive the passengers in need than brute evil face ticket checkers.

      Sir, i m travelling in train no 12508 from guy for chennai, since today morning there is no water in toilets. I could not do my routine in the morning. Now i m feeling pressure for no 2 and went for search for toilets in other compartments where water is available. But could not find any. I m feeling sick seeing the condition of toilets. Most toilets are chocked and filled with excreta. I have no such bad experience till now in train journey.

        Respected sir,
        Sub: rub (For lmv and pedestrian) at km 10/300-400, gnanabharathi layout iii
        Stage (Opp to rv college bus stop)
        1. Large number people are daily crossing the subject railway track day and night including daily wage workers, ladies, aged, kids etc; putting their life under risk. Of late there are several incidents of robbery in the mid night also raising serious concern.
        2. The 15 years demand of rub (For lmv and pedestrian) at subject location was approved by railway vide swr letter no. Ce (P-c)/pr/86/2016-17 dated 21.10.2016 based on various representations through prominent leaders. Chief enginer of bbmp and swr have jointly estimated cost as rs6, 56, 86, 051/-. State human rights commission has also expressed their concern about the safety of commuters. It is also pertinent to mention that govt properties are made available at both sides of track.
        3. Union minister sri d v sadananda gowda has also persuaded for early release of centage vide his letter dated 30/1/17. Bbmp issued centage amount (Cheque dated 31/10/17) to swr. Quoting the bbmp letter dated 8/11/17, swr dy chief engineer/ central (Construction), #18 millers road bangalore-46 immediately returned the cheque stating it is not feasible vide letter no. W.352/cn/bnc/rub/kgi dated 14.11.2017.
        4.in view of the above kindly review the case sympathetically considering in the larger public interest.

            I hv a jorny from bbsr to delhi on 23rd nov.17.. Dt was such a nightmare for me.. Service is worst, bathrooms are very unhygenic, and most importantly the arrival time was given as 24th nov 5pm but it reachd in delhi aftr 11pm.. So my kind request to all o[censored] dont book ur tckts in this train. Unnecessery stopages were there only for this train i was unable to attend my meetng so that was such a horrible jorny for me.

              We have been waiting at the platform ticket counter in egmore railway station to get the platform ticket to board our mother for 7.15 rameswaram train. We have been waiting at the line for past 20 minutes. And there is no one at the counter. One lady who is at the counter has been sitting at the counter and eating for the past 20 minutes and there is no one issue the tickets here. When we asked there is no proper response. And she continued to eat without arranging anyone to replace her. Please see into it. And due to this we nearly lost the train.

                With zenith of admiration i would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities that a station named kanai bazar in karimganj district, assam has been selling old paper tickets for the last two years. They are not providing computerisd tickets. And, after all, it often happens that passengers have to board the trains without tickets from the cited station only because they find station locked.
                So, i would like to request the authorities to solve the problem as soon as possible.

                  Local trains going from sonepat to delhi in the morning and trains that comes in evening from delhi to sonepat... All coaches are full of smokers... Even u cannot breath... Instead you have to inhale smoke coming from cigarette and beedii... There is no one look forward for it... Being traveling in indian railways... It's a duty of railway to provide safe and secure atmosphere for the passengers...

                  Train 12655 is delayed for 6 hrs on 22-nov-2017 and train 12612 is delayed for 4 hrs this is how railway system is following timings. Please follow scheduled train times. Don't let people suffer waiting in railway stations.

                      Train no 16649 parasuram express daily evg late. What did you thing man r u mad, mindless fellow,... Parasuram express is not passenger why u stop the train in many time in the locations like kotayam, aluvae. Do u have any sense. Daily passenger are wait in trivandrum central for 1 hour, 2 hour...                         The train, burdwan to purulia memu passenger train (63511) is reaching asansol daily by 45 min. To 1 hour late. Becoming a daily-passenger, we are facing the problem daily. The train is starting sharp at 8:40 am from burdwan but it is reaching asansol between 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, whereas it's right time to reach asansol at 10:35 am. So, our request is either change the time of train in your time-table or stop the train to run because it can't reach in time.

                          Train no. 16227 is scheduled to start from bangalore to talguppa at 11 p. M. This train is always late. On 21st november 2017, again this train arrived at only 12 midnight. As senior citizens it is very difficult to wait and it causes a lot of difficulties. Request you to check the timings for a period of 2 months and you will note that this is always delayed. Multiple times complaints have been filed, but, with no actions. It is very inconvenient to travel so late and wait and wait and reach 3 hours later that the scheduled timings. Kindly do the needful and change the train timings to atleast 9 p. M instead of 11 p. M so that we feel safe. Ensure punctuality.
                          Look forward for immediate actions in this regard.

                            Please kind attention for a while to resolve the matter if possible at the earliest. I booked the bike (Pulsar-135) from mathura to pune on dated 18th nov-17 and suppose to reach at pune station on 20th nov-17 as per booking officer but till date it has not been even loaded in train and dont know when this consignment will reach. Kindly look this matter on priority since it is urgent for me due to work urgency.

                            I am trying to reach in parcel office on mention phone numbers but nobody is replying for the same. Now i am not able understand what should i have to do to get the bike at pune station.

                                  1. First class waiting room of Gurugram, generally remains dirty with no one paying attention to it

                                  2. Passengers from all classes use this waiting room as no one there to regulate entries.

                                    I was book may travlling ticket on 14/10/2017. These tickets are cancelled on 30/10/2017 but till today refund amount not deposited my account. Ticket details are below.

                                    Ticket from ndls to klk, doj - 21/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 1500/-

                                    Ticket from cdg to nzm, doj - 24/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 1375/-

                                    Ticket from nzm to ngp, doj - 24/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 7920/-

                                    Above cancelled ticket refund amount yet not deposited my bank account. So i was mail on irctc mail id on 10/11/2017 and call to customer care center on 11/11/2017, 16/11/2017 & 21/11/2017. Complaint ticket id no. 7180901 registered on irctc mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no response from their side. Please do as early as possible.

                                      Train no 15910 doj.20.11.17 pnr no [protected]. As ticket booked for 1st ac and as per chart confirmed in 1st ac, but in the train tt sir alloted seat in 2nd ac, as told that coach is not attached.
                                      1st what about refund of difference.
                                      2nd online status and station chart also showing 1st ac coach, why it is not updated.
                                      3rd rail department will responsible for misguide as coach were attached in the last but as per chart showing 4th from engine. Due to small kid i have faced lot of problem to catch the coach. Who is responsible for that and need to take appropriate action again concern.

                                        I am punit ram sahu, i booked the ticket from irctc app (Online e-ticket)

                                        Destination — rourkela

                                        Number of seats - 2 (S10 : 62, 64)
                                        Incident happen near nagpur date 20.11.2017

                                        I wanted to book the complaint against ticket collector who has charged the wrong amount and his behavior is also bad.

                                        Me and my wife traveling from pune to rourkela, near by nagpur station one tc has came and asking about the id proof,
                                        I am having the id card as maadhaar (Aadhaar card) in my mobile, so showed hime but he is not ready to accept that, he is asking the hard copy of the aadhaar card but as per the indian govt. Rule passanger will so there aadhaar card id using mobile and that should be accepted by the tc but he argued and misbehaved, forcing us pay the fine otherwise get down in the next station.
                                        He tortured us very badly after some time we paid the fine i. E 2580.

                                        We mentally harassed by the ticket collector, i wanted to book the complaint against the tc and i want the justice for the same.
                                        Just pay for this.
