We have been waiting at the platform ticket counter in egmore railway station to get the platform ticket to board our mother for 7.15 rameswaram train. We have been waiting at the line for past 20 minutes. And there is no one at the counter. One lady who is at the counter has been sitting at the counter and eating for the past 20 minutes and there is no one issue the tickets here. When we asked there is no proper response. And she continued to eat without arranging anyone to replace her. Please see into it. And due to this we nearly lost the train.

    With zenith of admiration i would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities that a station named kanai bazar in karimganj district, assam has been selling old paper tickets for the last two years. They are not providing computerisd tickets. And, after all, it often happens that passengers have to board the trains without tickets from the cited station only because they find station locked.
    So, i would like to request the authorities to solve the problem as soon as possible.

      Local trains going from sonepat to delhi in the morning and trains that comes in evening from delhi to sonepat... All coaches are full of smokers... Even u cannot breath... Instead you have to inhale smoke coming from cigarette and beedii... There is no one look forward for it... Being traveling in indian railways... It's a duty of railway to provide safe and secure atmosphere for the passengers...

      Train 12655 is delayed for 6 hrs on 22-nov-2017 and train 12612 is delayed for 4 hrs this is how railway system is following timings. Please follow scheduled train times. Don't let people suffer waiting in railway stations.

          Train no 16649 parasuram express daily evg late. What did you thing man r u mad, mindless fellow,... Parasuram express is not passenger why u stop the train in many time in the locations like kotayam, aluvae. Do u have any sense. Daily passenger are wait in trivandrum central for 1 hour, 2 hour... This is your central government duty. I[censored] do your job no one can delay or wait for that train.

            The train, burdwan to purulia memu passenger train (63511) is reaching asansol daily by 45 min. To 1 hour late. Becoming a daily-passenger, we are facing the problem daily. The train is starting sharp at 8:40 am from burdwan but it is reaching asansol between 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, whereas it's right time to reach asansol at 10:35 am. So, our request is either change the time of train in your time-table or stop the train to run because it can't reach in time.

              Train no. 16227 is scheduled to start from bangalore to talguppa at 11 p. M. This train is always late. On 21st november 2017, again this train arrived at only 12 midnight. As senior citizens it is very difficult to wait and it causes a lot of difficulties. Request you to check the timings for a period of 2 months and you will note that this is always delayed. Multiple times complaints have been filed, but, with no actions. It is very inconvenient to travel so late and wait and wait and reach 3 hours later that the scheduled timings. Kindly do the needful and change the train timings to atleast 9 p. M instead of 11 p. M so that we feel safe. Ensure punctuality.
              Look forward for immediate actions in this regard.

                Please kind attention for a while to resolve the matter if possible at the earliest. I booked the bike (Pulsar-135) from mathura to pune on dated 18th nov-17 and suppose to reach at pune station on 20th nov-17 as per booking officer but till date it has not been even loaded in train and dont know when this consignment will reach. Kindly look this matter on priority since it is urgent for me due to work urgency.

                I am trying to reach in parcel office on mention phone numbers but nobody is replying for the same. Now i am not able understand what should i have to do to get the bike at pune station.

                I booked my pulsar 135 bike from mathura to pune station on dated 18th nov-2017 and during booking it was communicated that bike will reach on 20th nov-2017 pune parcel office but till now bike has not been loaded in train.

                  I got a reservation pnr no[protected] for journey from varanashi to ranchi. On the date of journey i. E.19.11.2017 the train was diverted and did not came to varanashi, no information was given to me on my cell no written on reservation slip, this cassed lot of hardship for my family, who finally rushed to mugalsarai to catch the train.

                        I was book may travlling ticket on 14/10/2017. These tickets are cancelled on 30/10/2017 but till today refund amount not deposited my account. Ticket details are below.

                        Above cancelled ticket refund amount yet not deposited my bank account. So i was mail on irctc mail id on 10/11/2017 and call to customer care center on 11/11/2017, 16/11/2017 & 21/11/2017. Complaint ticket id no. 7180901 registered on irctc mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no response from their side. Please do as early as possible.

                          Train no 15910 doj.20.11.17 pnr no [protected]. As ticket booked for 1st ac and as per chart confirmed in 1st ac, but in the train tt sir alloted seat in 2nd ac, as told that coach is not attached.
                          1st what about refund of difference.
                          2nd online status and station chart also showing 1st ac coach, why it is not updated.
                          3rd rail department will responsible for misguide as coach were attached in the last but as per chart showing 4th from engine. Due to small kid i have faced lot of problem to catch the coach. Who is responsible for that and need to take appropriate action again concern.

                            I am punit ram sahu, i booked the ticket from irctc app (Online e-ticket)

                            Date of travel — 19/11/2017
                            Number of seats - 2 (S10 : 62, 64)
                            Incident happen near nagpur date 20.11.2017

                            I wanted to book the complaint against ticket collector who has charged the wrong amount and his behavior is also bad.

                            Me and my wife traveling from pune to rourkela, near by nagpur station one tc has came and asking about the id proof,
                            I am having the id card as maadhaar (Aadhaar card) in my mobile, so showed hime but he is not ready to accept that, he is asking the hard copy of the aadhaar card but as per the indian govt. Rule passanger will so there aadhaar card id using mobile and that should be accepted by the tc but he argued and misbehaved, forcing us pay the fine otherwise get down in the next station.
                            He tortured us very badly after some time we paid the fine i. E 2580.

                            We mentally harassed by the ticket collector, i wanted to book the complaint against the tc and i want the justice for the same.
                            Just pay for this.

                              Surat to virar there is a shuttles were run but do not know for some reasons shuttles were replaced with memu. So as people coming from mumbai to vapi in fast train there is only one train between 7:55 to 9:00 and same it was always delayed half hour it is about to 15 days continuously was recognised that only 2 to 4 days it was arrived ontime otherwise it was daily 30 minutes to 1.5 hour late. Please do something. Daily lots of passengers bear with this thing. Please kindly help.

                                I have booked four parcels at surat on 17th to be sent by bhavanagar express (17203) on 18th nov 2017 along with me on pnr no.[protected] to kakinada and the prr no.[protected] and i have received a sms stating that your 4 parcels or loaded in the train. To my great surprise on 19th night at around 8.30pm i have received a sms stating that your 2 percales have been loaded in the gowthami express at secunderabad. After getting down fromthae train i did not even found the rest of the two parcels. On 20th morning we got two parcels in the gowthami express and the parceles were cut open and almost worth of ten thousand rupees (10000/-) sarees were stolen.                                 After taking home we found another parcel also was cut open from down and out of that they have stolen 15sarees worth another 10000/-actually they are not supposed to unload any where since they are booked against the ticket and they have to give delivery as soon as i get down the train.                                 Yesterday evening I have received a SMS sating that your 1 parcel loaded in Gothami express and the parcel received in an open condition and stitched with thread where as I made it packed with tape and seal.for your kind information i am herewith enclosing the photos. This is state of the parcel received at kakinada today.

                                Train 12497 shane punjab.date 17/11/17 Coach D5, dirty stinking toilets with cockroaches. Dirty non cleaned seats and coach. Complaint to [protected], [protected], [protected] yielded no response. Train was standing in the yard yesterday. Even then such a poor condition. Who will take care of indian railway.

                                    I travelled in 12413 on 19 nov 17. Normally the AC coaches are in front. This time they were at the back. I had to rum from front to back to get in my coach.
                                    Decription
                                    The train number 12413 is from ajmer to jammu. Normally this train has ac coachez ac 1 and ac 2 and ac 3 which are in front near engine. But on 19 nov 17 all these coaches 5 in number were put near to guard cabin at back. No prior intimation was given to passengers on this arrangement.
                                    Due to this casual attitude of railways passengers including me had to run from front to back of train to get into my reserved coach. If required i can send my pnr number of said date.
                                    Railway must intimate the coach postion with reservation statis to each passenger

                                      With reference to above pnr nos we would like to inform you that we are travelling from howrah to ahmedabad on 22.12.2017 by train no 12906 howrah porbandar exp our majority tickets are for the passengers falling from age 50 to 80 but we are allotted all the seats of either middle or upper berth.
                                      I request you that please help me in this matter i would also like to inform that we have booked this tickets on the very first day tickets were available at railway counters

                                        Sir meri bahan ki shaadi 28 november 2017 ko dehradun me hai. Jr 2 mahino se late chal rahi haiiske liye maine apne parivar sahit 48 logon ka ticket 27 november2017 ko doon express se liya hai... Lekin ye gaadi lagatar 2 mahino se 12-13 ghanta late chal rahi hai.. Yadi main samay par dehradun nahi pahuncha to mai kaise apne bahan ki shaadi kar paaunga...
