I frequently travel from jaipur double decker, to and fro. Past many months, i am attacked by hidden enemies via social media. I have strong reasons to believe, the serving staff, their supervisor and cleaning staff are conspiring against me for a long time. As i complained for their behaviour and food long time back then they are defaming me among fellow passengers, ticket checker, even plotting false stories with police against me that i am without ticket and others. Kindly take strictest of action against this team working in jaipur double decker. As its unbelievable how dare they can threaten a passenger. On my face they are nice but most of them except new staff the old group is of goons and how such people can be permitted to work in luxury train of this nature.

If you care for your passenger safety then act against them in cancelling their licenses as soon as possible.

    I was travelling in 18464 prasanthi express from sspn to samalkot on 31 oct 2017 in coach no s 2. I was traveling with my parents when we are crossing nandhayala it was found that my father was missing, immediately i was reported to t. C, the response from him was very appreciable, he acted like his own family member was missing, he too looked around the all the coaches then he was helped to get in touch with rpf and he send the message to station master and made some calls for better service. At finally his support along with rpf nadhalyala we could trace my father next day around 9 am. I was so grateful his service. Unfortunately i dont know his contact number or his name i would like to express my gratitude to him, i also request railways for his contact number to wish.

      Sir/madam i booked a online tatkalticket from irctc app
      But at last minute my ticket as cancelled and my amount as settled from indian bank
      On other day i see at my refund transaction details
      I see that my refund amount status as passed
      But more then 5 to 7 days as gone no refund amount as transfer to my bank account
      But few days back i see in my refund transaction details in irctc site there my amount as refunded to paytmag bank
      But i don't have any account in paytmag bank
      In paytmag site there is written that i have to complaint to irctc. Care that's why i written a complaint

        Respected sir/mam,
        On 27/10/2017, i was with my family (5) in train no. 07005/hyb rxl spl with eticket and original id. These ticket and id showed to the squad but they demand all passenger id, that time me, my father and my sister showed original id but they not satisfied and charge extra amount on two passengers.

        Train no.17302, actual departure time was 20:30 from DWR, the train has not yet arrived at the station, even though the time is 22:43. Further neither announcement nor information by Public addressing system. Ridiculous!!!

            bike not yet reached the destination.. it's been 5 days

            Hello,

            I have sent my bike through railway parcel services from pune to katpadi on[protected]. Still today[protected], i have not received my bike to the destination station. The authorities in pune are not giving proper answer.

            My parents had to travel from delhi to una himachal on 01 nov 17 by train no 14553 in 2ac at birth no a1 17 and 18. They were waiting from 2130 hrs at old delhi railway station at platform no 14 as the display board was showing that train no 14553 will come on platform no 14. But at last train came at platform no 15 and it left the station. And along with my parents so many other passengers missed thier train. My complaint is that who is responsible for this and what about the fare and inconvenience.

                I booked 2 cartoon boxes vide railway prr no. [protected] on 10th october 2017 from gaya to new delhi. It had been loaded into train no. 12397 mahabodhi express. But till now it has not reached at new delhi. Slr was opened and no parcel was inside. The boxes contained costly items was to used before deepawali. Due to not reached of item i got a huge loss.

                Please help me find out the material or get it delivered at new delhi.

                  Pantry manager tack @ 1, 000 r. S, i told team i have not conform ticket and i already give fine to ticket collector,
                  But in sleeper coach space not available,

                  In this way they are earn 70k to 1, 00, 000 per trip, in this work, include tte, station staff, rpf
                  I only say please tack necessary action so, all person take ticket ya fine as per railway

                    I am a regular passanger of the train kochuveli amritsar express. It is known as superfast, but there is no use becz it stops at regular intervals and allow passing of other local trains... It always running late (Every week).. The punctuality is very poor.. The speed is also poor..
                    So i decided to quit this train due to its poor performance..

                      I travelled on 12th oct. 2017 by mangalore express (Train no 12133) to goa, no t. C. Entered in our compartment to check our tickets. Also in my 4-5 times of travelling in this same train, i am yet to see a t. C. Come to check our tickets.

                      In panvel a group of people entered our compartment with mats and papers and slept in the passage, aisle and toilet area which made it very difficult for my mother to go over them in the night. My mom is diabetic and she needs to frequent the toilet. Just understand how difficult it was to us and also the co-passengers. The very fact that these people are coming prepared with mats and paper shows that they do no fear the tc coming as it is become routine for them now since they too are aware of tc not coming in this train.

                      I have sent you a photocopy of my ticket which shows that my ticket was never checked, i wished i had preserved the previous tickets too.

                      I am posting this copy to mid-day publication too with the intention they publish this as an article.

Is working of IRCTC...and the window person of enquiry is saying that u have to cancel ur ticket ...so please I suggest u to acquire a working customer care number ...

                        Train no. -04035 is very very late. I know this is a special train, but sir there should be limitation for late. It is late by 14hours right now and increasing late timing every hour.

                        Train is not reach to MGS station yet, it's right time is 3:50am .
                        I don't get it's actual information on online train running portal also.
                        Please do the needful.
                        Where is train and when it will come to MGS STATION AND WHEN I WILL REACH TO NDLS STATION?
                        I have to reach NDLS STATION today anyhow.
                        Train no 18030 got delayed by 9 hrs on 25th Oct morning & I could not attend office for the day. If I missed train then I am in loss. if Indian rail makes mistake why should I bear the loss? I need compensation. No reason for delay by such a long time. we are talking about Bullet train now. I need justice.

                          Hi,

                          I took train 15203 (Pnr [protected]) on 30st oct from mfp but train was late without reason and bad planning and running by rail staff and reached lucknow around 3 hrs late at 3:59 pm on 31st oct. Due to this i missed my shatabdi 12003 (Pnr [protected]) for gzb at 3:35pm on 31st oct. This happened only due to railway bad planning and delay the train without any reason. So request you to refund the amount of rs3195/- asap.

                          There is no plug point for mobile charging in train no- 12833 in B-2 coach, near seat no- 1, 2, 3.
                          Even though it's a 3rd AC coach, there is no charging point. And I am coming from Ahmadabad. My phn charge has been finished.

                            I booked a ticket from reservation counter on 16 oct 2017 and after chart ticket remain waitlisted. After which i went to surrender the ticket and get my refund but unfortunately standing in queue for half an hour counter went out of service and i have to cancel my ticket online. After that i called customer care where i was informed that refund cab be taken in 3 days. But when i went to reservation counter they refused. I have raised 2 complaint on railway website but with no result. Complaint are closed without appropriate action. Please help me

                                My son sandeep agnihotri along with his his wife mamta planed return journey to mumbai after diwali holiday by booking e tickets for the train no 121514 from habibganj on 27th oct. Pnr no : [protected], confirmed seat no a1-4 & a1-6
                                Unfortunately they could not board the train due to the faulty information display system at the habibganj railway station as well as on the train bogie. The detail of the incident is as follows;
                                We reached habibganj station at 17.55 hrs. On time. We sat on the platform no 2 where the train was schedule for departure at 18.20 hrs.
                                • the bogie of the train on platform no 2 was wrongly displayed agra to habibganj instead of habibganj to ltt.
                                • there were no announcements made on the platform regarding departure of train.
                                • the train number 12151 on the platform was not displayed
                                Soon after the departure, when the train moved out of the platform then the display system started displaying the train number 12151 whereas the train had actually left the platform.
                                Due to failure of all the information system they missed the train
                                Since there was no other option left i had to book alternative ticket through agent pnr no [protected] for return journey by pushpak express 12533 with an additional financial burden of rs 8380.

                                  विगत आज दो हफ्ते से गोरखपुर-नवतनवा व गोरखपुर-आनंदनगर-गोंडा लाइन ट्रेनों का साँचल पूरी
                                  तरह से चरमरा गई हे, सुबह के समय आज दो हफ्ते से कोई ट्रैन नहीं हे, जिसे दैनिक यात्रियों को बहुत ही परेशानी का सामना करना पेड़ रहा हे,
                                  ५५०४३ जो शाम को ६.२५ पर गोरखपुर से चलकर नवतना को जाती हे आज दो हफ्ते से गोरखपुर की लापरवाही के कारन ३-४ घंटे विलम्ब से नवतनवा जाती हे, सुबह में यही ट्रैन ५५०४४ बनकर ६.१५ पर नवतनवा स चलके गोरखपुर ९.१५ तक पहुँचती हे.
                                  लेकिन गोरखपुर की लापरवाही क कारन ५५०४३ गोरखपुर आने वावजूद घंटो गोरखपुर खड़ी रहती हे,
                                  शाम को लेट होने क नाते यह ट्रैन सुबह भी लेट रहती ह,
                                  यही हाल इस रुट की हर ट्रेनों का है,
                                  ७५००२-७५००३-७५००४-७५००५ डेमू ट्रैन भी आज दो हफ्ते से ८ स ९ जानते की देरी स चल रही हे
                                  सुबह के समय ५५०४४ और ७५००२ यही दो ट्रैन सहारा हे दैनिक यात्रियों की,
                                  लेकिन आज दो हफ्ते से ये दोनों ट्रैन ४से८ घंटे विलम्ब से चल रही हे,
                                  मासिक सीजन टिकट बनवा के हम लोग अब ठगा सा महसूस क्र रहे हे.

                                  आप से निवेदन हे की इस रुट की स्थिति का सुधार करने की कृपा करिये

                                    Our parents had a journey from ndls to hw via 04416 train, which was supposed to be reach hw at 13:00 hrs but was late for more then 2.5 hrs with no reason.

                                    The condition for the old people is more worst as the return journey was on same date.

                                    So they boarded the train on 30th oct on same train 04415 from hw to ndls, but the train is again late by around 5 hours.

                                    So need to know what is the compensation mechanism if the train late by more then expected time and due to that the inconvenience caused by lot many passengers.

T to allot a berth in ac or in sleeper as because it's 5 hrs journey and he replied that he will off course provide me berth in ac but i have to pay rs. 500 to him otherwise he can't.
                                      Now my question is that why should a passenger will pay more than the ticket amount to anyone if there is vacant seats in compartments. The person who next boarded the train was provided seat in ac because he paid to the amount to t. T.
                                      I request to honable railway minister to take strict action against the person who is asking for bribe from passengers
