Dear sir,

While travelling in una himachal express (14555) from hapur to delhi in ac 2 tier on 19 sept. 017
In and some other passenger were also standing at the coach gate as the old delhi railway station was about to arrive.
Then suddenly an unidentified person came near the mall warehouse, he swooped on my pocket and ran away with my money from around 16, 000 to 17000 and other required papers. He made a lot of noise but because of the night he ran away. Tt after landing the train he got acquainted with the all the incident but he did not say anything to me, he said, now he will do it. I told you to give me any paper and write your own complaint, r. P. F. And g. R. P. I will give it to you. But no one has taken my compliance and no one helped me. Sar i am a senior citizen person, this incident has hurt me very much.in which i am very scared. I requesting you to do proper action in the said subject. You will be very crappy.

    Its ap 22416 nd vishkha at nagpur b4 coach doors were close from inside i had lot of luggage. I had to go to b6 then all t way i came to b4 and opened it and what i see coach care having sound sleep. Poor facility ac not working.

      I am a frequent traveller between rasipuram and tirunelveli comoning under southern railway, [ rasipuram (Rasp) falls under salem zone]. I used to travel through train no.:17235, which arrives at raspat 22.45 hrs and leaves at 22.46 hrs (Scheduled time)
      The problem is the doors for all the reserved compartments are invariably locked inside. The reason given by the conductors is safety of passengers luggage during night hours. Good reason and acceptablr. But how the passengers waiting for the train to get in.? No answer from them.
      The ttes knows from the chart they have, which are all the compartment the passengers are due to entrain, and keep the doors of those compartment open at the arriving time. The halting duration is just one minuite and with in this short period the passenger with their luggae has to get in. The condition of aged people is still worst. I feel the ttes are the man problem of this complaint.

      Kindlly ensure a system for the waiting passengers to comfortably get in to the tarin.

      Booked 4 tickets in mumbai rajdhani for 2 senior citizens and 1 hsndicapped with escort of 55 years of age, opted for lower births but none of the seat alloted is lower birth. 2 upper and 2 lower births alloted. [protected] and tansaction id [protected] failed and amount rs. 425 and rs. 425 debited from my sbi and canara bank a/c still not credited. Kindly consider my queries and refund my amount as soon as possible.

        12618 Mangala express started on 14sep17. The train lavatory and compartment b1 dirty and no body come for cleaning even after two days journey. The train was dirty from the starting
        This is horrible, I am traveling at present with 12402 - NEW DELHI - ISLAMPUR Magadh SF Express, it total traveling time from NDLS to PATNA Junction is approx 15 hrs and it delayed by 7 hrs.

          Your reply against my complaint is not satisfactory. When a train is running continuously late. It should be examined by the officer responsible for this. It should be checked from the office record. Should l give you day to day statement of the train no.14853, 14863 and 14865? You should get it from your office. Please do not ignore and neglect my complaint by saying it is bit short.

          My Vodafone number [protected] is not use from last 4 months I had requested to you for its disconnection then also I am receiving bill. It's an data card it was not used for calling or etc. So when I am not using it so please disconnect the number unnecessary I have to pay for it.

            Sir my name is shakti shah and i am in godan exp no 11056 in coach b1 at seat no 59. Train just started from its originating station gorakhpur and still toilet is not clean. Why it so. If someone complain, it should be in between bt i have to complain from bigning place it is very bad.
            I know when i will complain then someone would come and clean it bt why it is so.

            I had booked a ticket on Punjab mail (12137) for a journey from Mathura to Hazrat Nizamuddin PNR No.[protected] .The train was late by almost six hours so I got it cancelled, but the refund initiated by Railways is only 50%. In this case I am entitled to a full refund. Please look into the matter at your earliest.

              bed bugs on my berth

              I am engineering student studying at chennai. I boarded a train from visakhapatnam on 18th september 2017 in howrah - mas mail sf express (12839) in a 2 tier ac coach. I thought my journey would be peaceful until i discovered bed bugs crawling on curtains and lying inside carpets. I had no sleep at all that night and when i came to complain about this to the cleaner and carpet man they refused to respond and instead they were asking for money,...

              Dear sir,
              This is bring to your kind notice that, i am regular passenger of nagpur rajnandgaon. I found that tte of nagpur to bilaspur and bilaspur nagpur tte collect! 00 rs. From passenger and allow to sit in reserve passengers birth. Rs.100 which they collect they are non receipt and direct loss of railway revenue. No body bother to stop this type of corruption. Tte gaining much more to looting railway. Please arrange a special squad to check and stop these type of corruption. Arrange local train between nagpur to durg in intercity express more than five boogie to be treated as sitting reservation facility of rs.20.00 only. Please look in to it to save railway.

                      I am nri, recently visited india and now back to us. I want to share my awful experience with one of nr tte. I was travelling on sep 2 through ndls-chd shatabdi (12045) from delhi to ambala. I somehow managed to board train from delhi in time but in hurry did not realized i am sitting in c2-47 instead of c1-47 (My confirmed seat). However, tte jaspreet kaur (Was not able to read name clearly) behavior was very pathetic and caused a lot of embarrassment to me as she started fighting with me on this mistake, i apologized but in vain. Shatabdi being a premium train should have ttes who are more courteous and educated than her. She does not deserve to travel in shatabdi. Her behavior really portray bad image of ir. My pnr no[protected], travel date: sep 2, 2017.

                      I have been waiting for more than 20minutes outside the retiring dormitories to be allocated a room along with 2 other passengers . But the warden is not present. There is light and fan running in the warden room, but he/she is not in the room. Cleaning lady said rooms are available but can be allotted only after warden comes. This is terrible.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I have booked a ticket from chennai egmore (Ms) upto coimbatore junction (Cbe) for the journey dated 23rd sep 2017 by ms ers express (06033). Pnr is [protected].
                          Offlate, i have noticed that the train ms ers express (06033) is delayed by 5 hours 20 minutes (Scheduled start from chennai egmore was 10:40 pm on 8th sep 2017 but actual start was 4:00 am on 9th sep 2017).

                          Current running status of train 06033 is 5 hours 55 minutes delayed as on 10th sep 2017 3 pm.

                          Also i have observed that the train ms ers express (06033) has delayed by 1 hr 55 mins on 16th sep 2017 (Original scheduled start 16 sep 2017 2240 hrs but actual start 17 sep 2017 0035 hrs). Besides the delayed start, the train has reached the destination by 4:03 hrs (Actual arrival 17th sep 2017 1448 hrs but the original expected arrival is 1045 hrs). I was not aware of the delays of train 06033 and have booked the tickets earlier.

                          Could you please tell the reason for such a huge delay at the source station chennai egmore (5 hours 20 mins) and what actions southern railway will take to prevent such huge delays in future?

                          As i mentioned above, i have booked tickets for 23rd sep 2017 in ms ers express (06033), how will railways ensure the departure and arrival of the train will not be delayed?

                          I have paid rs. 390/- per ticket and booked 3 tickets for my family rs. 1170/- for 06033 on 29th sep 2017.in case i cancel this ticket, i will lose 120x3 = rs. 360/- which is a loss for me.

                          Could you please ensure the train will depart from chennai egmore by 2240 hours on 23rd sep 2017 and also reach coimbatore jn by 0650 hrs the next day 24th sep 2017 as per the original schedule?

                          1. Last journey I have taken three seat all give me upper birth.I have small child for milk feeding no body given me lower seat.

                          I have booked ticked 120 day ago.Its is still waiting.

                          3. It respect senior but my child​ faced problem. Not a good management. Not good.

                            We have booked 4 tickets from mysore to tirupati in train number with pnr number [protected] on 17.9.2017 and our births are s[protected] in our berths lot of other people came and even not allowed to sit in our seats ticket inspector not yet all come to berth for checking. Even though we are reserved tickets we are not allowed to take our seats. Please take proper steps and take action such incidents will not repeat such incidents

                            I lost my mobile in chennai park station while boarding to local train.It was a Pickpocketing actually.Please help in finding it.

                            Today my husband boarded kalka shatabdi train at 7: 40 p.m from kurukshetra. Now he is stuck at karmal for last two and half hour . Half an hour more than the time claimed by shatabdi yo reach delhi.shouldn' railways refund the ticket amount and pay compensation to passengers for the inconvenience caused.
                            Sir i booked a parcel PRR NO-[protected] (household items) dated 26 august 2017.till date not received my parcel.i enquired many times from RMS Katpadi they told me parcel reached chennai and not taking any action to find out the luggage.so sir resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Horrible experience!!

                              Sir, today i went to escort my old parents travelling by janshatabdi train leaving at 6:10 am. There was no platform information in tv display or audio at 6:00 am. When inquired at the counter they said it will be announced later. We waited finally the train arrival information came along with platform information. We were shocked because it was 4 minutes left and my old parents cannot run up the stairs and reach other platform. We had no time to check any other transport options. With great difficulty when reached the platform. The train was just arriving.in hurry we checked the display for coach position. The display information was not available. We had to ask co-passengers to find the d3 position. Somebody told it is far on front side. I had to literally lift my father and run to the d3 coach and put them in train. We had almost missed the train.

                              I really do not believe it is one of the metro city station. And the situation is shameful. I checked the with other passengers and got to know that it is usual there.

                                With reference to above mentioned subject it is requested that the parking contractor is charging undue parking charges at Rana Pratap Nagar railway station Udaipur. The parking charges fixed for two wheeler is as under ;-
                                0-4 Hrs - Rs 5/-
                                4-12 Hrs - Rs 10/-
                                12-24 Hrs - Rs 20/-
                                After 24 Hrs - Rs30/- or part thereof
                                For 36 Hrs parking, the charges for two wheeler should have be Rs 20/- + Rs 10/- i.e. Rs 30/-....

                                Train kalindi express (Cnb-bnw) cancelled, but no prior information of booking person and not arrange alternate train.
                                Please tell me what to do, only single train run between farrukhabad to delhi and my 5 tickets (Between 8sep to 18 oct) booked here, so please tell me alternate option.
                                Atleast informed to ticket booking person about cancellation of train.

                                Such a irresponsible railway in india now.

                                    I was travelling in train no. 12474 under pnr no. [protected], coach no. A-2, berth no. 11. Under my berth litters were there and there was bad stink. I requested the bed roll provider to call the cleaning staff. He replied that since the cleaning staff are not paid, there is no cleaning staff available.
                                    The tte came about 1 hr after the departure of the train from new delhi from where i boarded the train. I told him about my serious objection. I told me that this time he will not be able to help me, but at kota station he would definitely lodge the report and inform the cleaning staff. However, even after kota nobody came to clean.
                                    The whole night i could not sleep. I request you to compensate me for the agony from the personal liability of the erring staff particulary tte who did not care to order safai karamchari.
