Dear Sir,
I am from Maninagar, Ahmedabad. I daily twice use the Maninagar Faatak (gate) Bungli No. I am not sure but at near by platform of Maninagar Railway station Ahmedabad. The level of surface is not parallel and people while using the vehicle even four-wheeler is not at smooth level and there are chances for happening accidents are at high risk. Request to look in to the matter at the earliest please. Action is not being measured within stipulated time. Further compliant will be made on higher level.

          I was supposed to travel from Bhopal to Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction in train no. 12649 at 10th of July, boarding from Bhopal Junction at 23:20 hours. The train was delayed by more than 8 hours and not even a single announcement was made for the same. I am a student, my academics are suffering from this incident since I'm unable to submit my Project Report before the deadline. Moreover there are no facilities for sleeping at the railway station, since no regular announcements were being made I had to stay at the Boarding railway station's sleeper waiting room and that too at night where there were no facilities for sleeping and the paid toilets are the worst. I request full reimbursement for my ticket and compensation for the time lost and discomfort faced during this time period.

            I asked attendent staff to give me one pillow and he refused my request saying he does not have. He did try to check and simple refused me requests multiple times. I had a restless night and noticed that he has pillow with him.

              The train number 12864 starts from the origin that is Yeswantpur is always late. If they are unable to start the train on time then why is it scheduled at 10.15am?
              Please check the past history of this train from 1 week. It always starts late from Yeswantpur. On that 5th of July the train started 5hrs late from Yeswantpur. That is what the running status shows. Please run the train according to the schedule orelse change the train time if the route is not green.

                  I was levied charges for using urinal in ac waiting area in Ahmedabad railway station. Since I have used AC waiting area on other railway stations of western railway and was never charged prior; I found charges levied to me as suspicious.
                  I needed confirmation whether divisional regional manager of Ahmedabad has authorised rest room facilities of ac waiting area to be converted to pay and use facility ? Or someone has fraudulently converted ac waiting area restroom of ahemdabad to pay and use facility ?
                  Also the attendants were very rude of Ahmedabad railway station waiting area

                      Was travelling from Ranchi to Dhanbad with Intercity-Express
                      (Train number - 13304) on 30.06.2022 with Father, Mother, and Sister. PNR - [protected]. The train stopped at Katrasgarh station. Many people with torches came from the station to know the reason for the stoppage of the train. We asked them that is it possible to deboard the train here since our house was nearby, to which they said "Ha uncle aaram se. Aaplog ko utarne mein madad kar deta hoon" and helped us to get down our luggage from the train. Just a minute after successfully getting down from the train, the RPF Jawans (in civil dress) caught us and blamed us for Alarm Chain Pulling (ACP). We, along with another passenger from a different bogie were interrogated for 2 hours and treated as mere criminals although we referred to them as 'Sir'. My father is a super high blood pressure patient, and one of the officers harassed him so severely that I wished the law was so strict in India that I could only take against him then and there. After 2 hours of humiliation in front of all, they took that another passenger and me to Dhanbad's RPF post, kept us there until late morning, and charged us both for ACP - the crime which we haven't done. On asking the reason that why are they doing so, they politely replied - "Dekhiye bhaiya, Guard ke ACP dikhane ke baad unhe kisi ka naam dena hi padta hai, nahi toh unki salary deduct ho jaati hai, isliye unlogo ne aapko train se utarne ke liye madad kiya fir baad mein aap hi ko pakad liye, kayi baar toh hum RPF jawan ko hi fasa dete hai, isme aapki koi galti nahi thi, hum jaante hai, lekin kya kare. Rahi baat uski jisne apke Papa se iss tarah baat ki, unki toh boli bahut kharab hai, yeh hum sab jaante hain, aap mind mat kariyega, hume bhi kharab lag raha tha uss time pe".
                      After sitting there for 12 hours we were made free after the so-called magistrate (a man, though we were informed that a lady the magistrate would come) talked to us via video call and fined us Rs. 500, without challan. The whole night, it felt to both o[censored]s that we were criminals and as if what a huge crime have we done. These things give rise to criminal activities and give birth to a terrorist. A hundred accused may be released, but one innocent should not be punished. Today we feel shame while looking at such lines. We request help in this matter from the concerned authorities. Since this is not the first time that RPF Jawans have bullied humble persons. And also, need a written apology from the so-called RPF (since he was in civil dress) for harassing my father.

                        The AC OF A1 bogie is not working there were no checks made before the departure of the train. The repairing of AC is being done on the go while passengers are suffering and sitting on gates.
                        SERVICE MASTER is the service provide of this train. Strict actions should be taken for the negligence.

                          Me along with my pregnant wife were travelling in the train bidr mtm express in 1 tier coach. The driver doesn't know how to drive and the jerks are continuous with no linear movement at all in each and every minute we can feel the worst jerks. I don't how the drivers are trained. They should be taught to drive keeping pregnant passengers also in mind. Shame on you Indian railways. I will never prefer you from now.

                            I am traveling now by Panvel gorakhpur express (15066) by 2nd ac dated 28june 2022, pnr -[protected] .
                            I have boarded it from panvel the origin station. As per my knowledge, the toilets get cleaned at the origin station, but to my horror, it was not. I thought may be it will be done in some time because 2ac coaches generally has attendents/ cleaners.. after 3-4 hours, it was still not done. I requested TT, they were in the same coach . They said it will be done in some time.. but again nothing was done . Now it is morning and the condition of the toilets have become worst. It is a breeding ground for various infection.
                            Now I wish to know that why do I spend so much money to buy a ticket for 2ac in hopes of getting a decent, hygienic travel and then being subjected to this? A filthy toilet with unbearable stench. What are we supposed to do? Not use toilets at all in such a long journey?
                            And the one reason I pay extra to get tickets for 2ac is to get cleaner toilets and then this happens.
                            Please look into it.

                                    Dirty bed sheets, pillow cover

                                    I am travelling in train 15554 coach B1, my pnr number is [protected]. Bedspread and pillow cover i got is dirty. I see hair all over the bedsheet, it is too unhygienic. Looks like it was not washed. Now, I don’t who slept in that before me. But it is not a much concern for me though my complain is about unhygiene that railway is following and what kind of Quality check is measured....
