I have booked from UTS app of indian railways for the unreserved ticketing system for a ticket of local train which cost is Rs. 30 twice. The amount was deducted from my account that is Rs. 30.64 * 2, but the ticket didn't got booked. The payment was done through Zaakpay. I have attached a photo of the transaction dated 24 September, 2022. And also the photo of the app. Please consider my request as urgent. Payment was maid by amazon pay UPI Contact:[protected]

    Respected sir,

    I, Sharwan kumar yadav 100 % disabled person due to blindness. i have proper certificate issued by railway authority for taking all the facilities given to physically disabled person provided by Indian railways .
    But in spite of that i have proper certificate my ticket has been denied by the staff o[censored]mbargam Road Railway Station Valsad (Gujarat). they are giving the reason for denial of ticket is that my certificate is not matched with railway website. i never faced such a problem in past although many times i have used my railway concession certificate for pwd .
    i kindly request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .
    here i have attached documents in support of my complain.

      Local train services which are given by Indian railways is now getting worse. We are daily passengers and we are getting lots of trouble in travelling because from raniganj to burdwan local trains are never on time always late and from burdwan to Howrah Local train are always get cancel and this is happening from 3 to 4 weeks. I m facing lot of troubles

      I am requesting please provide 1 minute stoppage to 12393- Sampoorna Kranti Express at (DLN) Dildar Nagar Railway Junction . This train runs from Patna Junction to New Delhi but it has no stoppage over their. There are so many students and employees residing in New Delhi for study and work purpose. It will be very useful for those who have some one day work and want to return. And we don't have any train that start End of the day which arrive the New Delhi(NDLS).

      Kindly please accept our request and grant the same.

        Sir/Madam,

        Request you to reopen my TDR request for PNR No. [protected] in Train No.12312 boarding Gaya on 4th September.

        Train was delayed by more than 3 hours at GAYA on 4th September, 2022, my boarding station as another train reported derailed near DDU; may be verified.

        I entered the TDR for passenger not travelled has been not accepted for reasons unknown.

        This is unfair treatment to confiscate hard earned money despite railway's fault.

        I had to join office on Monday 5th September at Calcutta but had to take Casual Leave because of delayed train.

        Please take a fair stand and refund.

          Dear sir,

          Express trains like Vidarbha express are getting so much full with passengers having local ticket from Dadar to thane and that is making it too difficult for Express ticket holder to enter into the train. There are 3-4 police in the trains but they come after kalyan and all people stay in thane and dadar suffers alot. I hope you will do something about it.

            -There is no alternate way to cross the bridge.
            -Contact with nearby city, villages is totally disconnected.
            -Students are facing traveling issues.
            -Buses are not coming to my village.
            -All business activities are disrupted due to this.
            -Farmers are not able to send their goods to respective markets.
            -All working people are affected.

                I am traveling in train no:19004/KHANDESH EXP I was going to use washroom and mean time tc came to my seat and when he found no one he alloted my seat to someone else I don't know who is he. When I came back I see someone else on my seat I asked him to give my seat and he said TC alloted him my seat. After some time he called TC, TC come to me and with the very bad behaviour he shouted on me that I can't leave my seat. Please take urgent action on this bad behaviour.

                  On every monsoon there is water logging near a railway track which cause of increase mosquito and Maleriya/Dengue patients. Request you to fill those area by putting some kind of Material so that we can stay in our house safely.

                    Respect Sir/Madam
                    Nagina is a town and a municipal board in Bijnor district in the Indian state o[censored]ttar Pradesh. The Population Is about One Lakh.
                    Every day thousands of people specially labour and students come from Nagina to Moradabad and Moradabad to Nagina.Due to no train in the day, people face lot of problems.No train in the day except Kolkata - Jammu Tawi Express 13151/13152 and MORADABAD - SAHRANPUR MEMU 64565.
                    Women and children also suffer a lot due to no other train in the day.

                    I request you to please do these two more trains stop for only two minute in Nagina Station i.e Naini Doon Jan Shatabdi 12091/12091 and AMRITSAR - BANMANKHI Jan Sewa 14618/14617

                      On platform 9 in gorakhpur railway station the parking team charges for entry also on asking they are rudely saying this is crossing fees i don't know why we have to pay for entry the charges should be for parking

                        Train # 17235/17236 (Bangalore-Nagercoil-Bangalore) - Continue to stop at Carmelaram station even after Oct 2022

                        Currently the train # 17235/17236 (Bangalore-Nagercoil-Bangalore) stops at Carmelaram station in both way and this helps a lot for commuters who stay around this station place like (Sarjapur Road, Silkboard, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Devarbesenahalli..etc) and also since we have a lot of IT park are located near to this station this facility suits well for the employees who are travelling daily from the nearest city like Hosur.                         Address: Carmelaram Railway Station

                        Currently, Train #17235/17236 (Nagercoil - Bangalore Express) stops at Carmelaram and that helps lot of people staying around sarjapur road, silkboard, marathahalli, Bellandur, Devarbesenahalli, etc., use the above said express for commuting to various parts of Tamilnadu and Bangalore.

                        This is going to get stopped after mid of October 2022. This will impact all the current 100s to 1000s of passengers who are using this facility effectively. Request the respective authority to consider people's pain and approve to continue the stop at Carmelaram for the trains 17235/ksr bengaluru - nagercoil express | 17236/nagercoil - ksr bengaluru express after October 2022 as well.
                        Given the uncontrollable traffic congestions across the core areas of Bengaluru city, please do continue this train stop @carmelaram for the above said train which will help the daily commuters. Thanks in advance!

                          Yesterday I was parked in my bike in this stand and i pay the rent also Rs.15
                          But my bike mirror was damaged then I see the contractor and am told the problem but he was not responding and behaviour was not good and also this parking stand little space available one day this stand approximately more than 500 vehicles was parked so please arrange spaces increased and safe vehicles parking zone needed...

                            Sir,
                            Someone stole my luggage inside train near Manchiryal Station. One bag (Blue-white trolley bag Skybag) got stolen at 7th September, 2022 at 5:30 A.M. inside train at Manchiryal Station.
                            The train is 12967 Chennai-Jaipur Express.
                            The Stolen Luggage bag consists of clothes, blanket, Keyboard, Mouse and most importantly 3 Notebooks which are the most important things in bag.
                            Please look into the matter and help me find the luggage as soon as possible. Thank you

                              I have purchased a red color half sleeve jacket for men. But unfortunately there is no attach any tag with this order. And packing was also very rough. I have tried three attempt to return this product. But sorry to fail it is not acceptable.
                              Kindly look into this matter seriously.
                              And arrange for pickup and return. Also arrange for refund.its date for returning is going on dead. Your customer care is not responding . I have dialed maney times.

                                      Then I'm said please accept the Online payment then They staffs say no Online payment accepted

                                      Today I'm late because of ticket counter ( Rudely Talking and Not given me ticket

                                      ( both Ticket Counter Staffs Said) (Jisko compliant karna hai karo uske kuch nahi hone wala and RBI ka rule humko mat shikao )(Rbi ka rule hoga uske bank mai yaha nahi chalta ye sab )
