[protected] CC x 1 seat
Not allowed to take entry in AC waiting room. Supervisor replied its only for 1st and 2nd AC.

I am traveling in AC class whereas I have to wait for train in Non Ac . It's ridiculous. I only seen this in Jammu tawi railway station.

Here are few solutions either create New waiting room for 3AC or make existing waiting room to be available for all AC classes.

    I was traveling with family from Falna station via train 19224 jammu tavu express. Board displayed coach D2 at rear side but actual D2 coach was on the front side of the train. this caused great difficulty as there was lot of luggage and we had to board sleeper bogey and move inside the train. we even complained to TC but he responded rudely and told us to move from the bogey. train date 7th may 2022 FALNA station

      PNR No. [protected]

      We are travelling from Guhawaty to Newjalpaiguri. Boarded the train at 10.30 pm May 6. Coach B2, seats 26, 28, 30, 32.

      We were sleeping. After midnight, 4 RPF personnels came and started checking our bags and luggage's. They were also using abusive language. After a few minutes of checking, they put our cloths and other materials out of the bags. They took some money from our purse and threatened us for no reason. Later when they left, we realized that they took 2000 rupees from the purse.

      We were shocked and found that these officials were in charge of the security of our compartment.

      Kindly intervene in this matter as the RPF officials, who were in charge of our security behaved in an extremely opposite way and stole money from us.

            I travelled in Barmer Rishikesh Exp. -14888, on 3rd May 2022 from Barmer to Haridwar in B4 coach. There are no TTE availability for any complaints. Other railway staff was available for help. A/c was not working properly. People slept anywhere like in lobby. I felt like I am traveling in General Coach. People sing songs whole night. I was fully disturbed in my whole journey.

              Recently I have gone to my home town during which I have waited at Ahmedabad station AC waiting room. While using Ahmedabad Station AC waiting room Toilets for mouth wash . They are asking for money which is illegal.they have right to charge only for urinals, Bathing and for using latrines. But mouth wash or brushing tooths are free so why are they asking for money???

                Hello
                On 29/04/2022 i recharged my uts account and 200 rupees got credited from my bank account but my uts rwallet shows 0 rupees as balance.
                In recharge history page its showing that recharge has been initiated but and also the money is not refunded yet.
                Please help

                      I HAD A JOUNEY FROM TANAKPUR TO DELHI ON 17TH APRIL 2022 WITH PNR NO[protected]

                      I HAD BOOKING IN 2S WITH SEATS MENTIONED IN TICKET AS FOLLOWED -
                      D5 - 2 -
                      D5 - 3 - AISLE SEAT
                      D5 - 4 - WINDOW SEAT
                      D5 - 5 -

                      But in real Coach D5 was present in train with different configuration / wrong seating numbering.
                      I have attached two pics below, please check and observe the difference with mentioned seat in ticket
                      i was not provided with Correct seating preference as mentioned in ticket which is absolutely wrong

                      I even had a chat with Ticket Checker on the spot and he acknowledged the mistake of Carriage workers who attached wrong Coach in the train
                      if railways has an option of preference of seat then it should be followed

                      I even complained 2 times on call by calling 139 but No reference number was sent by railways either, they also misguided the customer

                      I want Partial Refund immediately

                        I am getting nuisance calls from a pharmacy from chennai. They are not informing the company name. Several times requested to delete my number from their database and don't call again.

                        My number is official CUG SIM. Previously this SIM is used by my predecessor.

                        Please look into the matter and do needful to stop the unwanted and nuisance calls from them.

                              On new year i booked ticket from tundala to pathankot on 28 dec for my full family. However due to farmer protest in Punjab my train was short of destination upto meerut only. Due to that we could not able to travel to pathankot. However when i filled the TDR, it was rejected by irctc after 4 months. Very pathetic response, my 10000 rupee struck in these ticket all because of indian rail mistake.

                                On every time I travel on the train from Ankleshwar ( Gujarat ) to Chennai ( Tamilnadu ) I observe that the TC allow the unreserved ticket passenger to enter the reservation coach. Not only this the TC allow the passenger to seat in our seat . Now tell the justice, we are reserving the tickets one month before to get the confirm seat. And the TC allowing the people who doesn't have seat neither they have the reserved ticket . Please improve this things which may result in clean train because the people who are sitting on side of the gate .

                                  Dear sir, please look into the too much delay of janmabhoomi super train from vishakapatnam to Lingampally was daily running too much delay due to over crossings for this only train, we are regular passengers suffering a lot with this issue so kindly rectify this problem in 2 to 3 days .

                                  The train from Lingampally to guntur Amaravati super fast was not getting stops at Nalgonda and miryalguda please look into this and at any cost stop this train per atleast 30 seconds in both stations if this train stops in this 2 stattions you can get a huge business on this because TSRTC was collecting too much charges from the passenger if this train stops you can expect a huge business on this so please kindly try to stop the train at both the stops from 25 th of this month.

                                        I am Joni Jerald. I am traveling now in Nagercoil Bangalore express (17236). Particularly in this train TTE never visits. All types of people comes in between and spoil our sleep. Nobody cares. Both side travel also same. Why they are not giving any important. I have very less RAC but couldn't get seat. But all unreserved people occupied all seats. Most of the travel like this. Please take action.
