Train no 12145 is late more than 10 hr.
I think the government didn't respect common man time.
Government treat like as good. Who care sale mare to mare or late ho to ho.

    Till Oct 14, 2022 the train no 17235/17236 has a stopping at Carmelaram.
    From Oct 15, 2022 for unknow reasons, it has been removed. That stopping was very helpful for many commuters. It is highly requested to get the stopping back online.

      I had booked two tickets in second ac for date 17/08/2022 for my parents (PNR [protected]) in Azad Hind Express (Train Number 12129)

      I got message a day before the journey date than train is late for 5 hours from originating station.

      I filed a TDR on 16/08/2022 citing reason that train is late for 3 hours and passenger not travelled.

      The reason is valid and genuine and I should get my full refund but the TDS status is showing as "CR REPUDIATE"

      Indian Railways denial stands invalid and it should be reversed as my parents didn't travel and I had to rebook their tickets to alternative train for the same date through which they travelled.

      Pls refund my entire amount as my case is valid and genuine.

      TDR claim and alternative tickets both are attached.

            I am travelling from Trichy to Mumbai by train no. 16352. Coach S2. There is no TTR coming to check. Each station lots o[censored]n reserved passengers travelling in reserved coach. Toilets are not clean. Please resolve the issue.

                मैं सुकुल दास पिता नारायण दास नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन पे सफाई का काम करता हु! मैं दलित समाज से आता हु दिल्ली स्टेशन के मुख्य स्वास्थ निरीक्ष्क श्री रामशंकर शर्मा द्वारा मुझे भगी चमार जैसे जातिसूचक शब्द कह कर अपमानित करने एवं मारने पीटने के के साथ पुलिस द्वारा रेलवे में लोहा चोरी के झूठे इल्जाम में बंद करा दुगा.नहीं तो जितना वेतन सम्बन्ध देता हु चुप चाप लो और कंपनी के खिलाफ बोलना बंद करो..महोदय आप को बताना चाहता हु की कंपनी अरूण अविएशन सर्विसे लिमिटेड के द्वारा सफाई सफाई कर्मचारियों को मिलावट वाला कैमिकल दिया जाता है जिससे सफाई करने में दिक्क्त आता है और सफाई ठीक से नहीं होने पे मैनेजर प्रवीण नौटियाल द्वारा भी हमलोगो जो डॉम चमार भंगी कह कर अपमानित करता है.इन सब की शिकायत लेकर CHI रामशंकर शर्मा के पास गए तो वो भी गाली गलौज करने लगा जति सूचक शब्द का भंगी चमार कहते हुए अपने ऑफिस से बाहर ये कहते हुए निकाल दिया की इस चमार को पुलिस बुला के बंद कराओ महोदय मैं बहुत डरा हुआ हु इसलिए आप के पास आवेदन दे रहा हु उम्मीद है आप द्वारा मुझ गरीब दलित को न्याय मिलेगा

                  Hello sir/ madam,

                  We stay in Bangalore horamavu place were we have a three track near our residency.

                  Your railway department who runs train doesn't have any commen sence that not to horn in midnight this can disturb complete area

                  In our area we have old ages, kids, babies staying in home . These night drivers always does an horn for long time disturb every one's sleep. These r happing only by night drivers.

                  We all r truly disturbed plus my house I hve got heart patients plus 1year baby always thy get frightened while thy horn soooo loudly for long time. Whole night my baby plus neighbour babies be crying plus elders not able to sleep

                  Humble request you to take action on all night train drivers nd stop horing in mid night plus residential house area's

                    सर जी मेरे पापा के PPO में मेरी माता जी का रिलेशन में पत्नी की जगह बहन लिखा है और मेरे पापा जी की मृत्यु हो चुकी है ओर मेरी माता जी की पेंशन अभी तक नहीं मिली है ओर जब तक PPO में रिलेशन ठीक नहीं हो जाता जब तक पेंशन नही मिल सकती मने DRM office दिल्ली के कई चक्कर लगा लिए ह वहां कोई इस PPO को ठीक नहीं कर रहा ओर न ही कोई इस का समाधान बता रहा है इस लिए आप से निवेदन है कि हमारे PPO की इस गलती को ठीक करने में मदद करे PPO no [protected] ह और उसके लिए सब डाउक्मेंट हम देने के लिए त्यार है pls help me thank you mob no [protected]

                      My coastly shoes of 3500 were lost in the train.
                      I was sleeping when I wake up at 4:00 am on[protected] I didn't found my shoes anywhere and I asked ticket collector he Suggested me to make a online complaint

                        Case: I booked a train ticket for 7 Aug 2022 to travel from New Delhi to Lucknow from Gorakdam Exp (12556) with PNR:[protected]. The train was scheduled to depart at 21:25 hrs but was delayed for more than 3 hrs and departed after 1 am. Due to the long waiting time, I did not travel from this train and booked ticket in another train on the next day.

                        I filed TDR on the next day to refund the amount as per IRCTC's rule but it is denied and the TDR status is marked as CR Repudiate.

                          I was travelling by Shatabdi express (NJP to HOWRAH) train no 12042 in coach no C3 ( seat no[protected]. After I reached Howrah station, unfortunately I left a bag in the coach . By the time I realised, the train already left for NJP station . I have valuable items and cash. Need serious help. The station in charges have no contact number to connect with the train officials.

                              Even though the coach is not of the pass holders they are harassing us the halfpass tickets. They claim that this is their coach as they travel daily. Please we cannot bear this anymore. Is there any rule that the pass holder who travels in the same coach, has become theirs? Even a lady is giving bad world's and sitting on my laps.

                                Hi
                                I have booked a parcel for household items from Visakhapatnam to katpadi. They have loaded the parcel on[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on[protected] at katpadi but I haven't received my things yet. When I inquired at the parcel office they said they did not receive any items from Visakhapatnam and the train must've left the station before they could unload and they're saying they don't know where the parcel is now. Pls followup on this

                                    Train 12239 duronto express is running late by more than 4 hrs today, i booked a ticket in first AC today only i.e 10/8/22 at much higer rate just because to reach my destination on time but this train and indian railway services are always worst as i heard from other people. My whole money goes waste. No value of time in indian railways, doesn’t matter you take rajdhani, duronto or tejas train. Even facilities are also very poor.

                                        It is a general query about your RAC process.
                                        When a SL booked passenger is allotted an RAC due to non availability of SL, he is not getting the facility that he had paid for, naturally there needs to be a system for a partial refund for RAC passengers. Simply speaking, how come an RAC passenger pay an equal amount paid by the normal passenger who enjoys a berth in the same train.

                                        In fact, you - the railways - taking advantage of the demand - allot one berth to 2 passengers stating RAC at the same time charge the RAC passengers the same rate for SL passengers

                                        I took it up with IRCTC they replied that they are just an interface. Kindly note that the passengers whose names figure under RAC, are provided reserved sitting accommodation initially and are likely to get berths becoming vacant due to last minutes cancellation of reservation of passengers not turning up in time before the departure of the train and justified as below.

                                        Going as per their above message, However at the end of journey the TTR has the data of passengers who were not allotted a berth in the whole journey based on which the RAC passenger shall be refunded in their account like the waitlisted passengers.
