This is too much railways increasing fare and cutting facility i used to travel shatabdi tarain (dehradoon shatdbadi ) earlier they give choice in food .after fare hike they cut the choices part passenger can not make choice . Even earlier they provide napkeen and now there is no napkeen. i jut want to ask you one thing, for what you are raising fare . this is how our govt. work

    I was travelling from Anand Vihar to Lucknow on 9-Sep-2016 from Train no. 12584 ANVT - LJN Double Decker .
    My Seat no. was C3L - 7 and Mr. Nayyar Modi was a Ticket Collector at that time and after Bareily most of the seats are Empty or you can say without reservation .
    Some passengers are boarded from Bareily to Lucknow without Ticket and from 3 passengers of that Coach Mr. Nayyar took a Bribe of Rs. 500 individually with those three Passengers without giving any Receipt or Temporary Ticket to them.
    You would be taking action or not I dont.
    Pls take neccessary action to make System clean and respective .

    A suggestion from my side to make Trains covered under CCTV Surveillance .

      10th sept 2016 6am when i contacted kochuveli railway station, over phone there is no proper response. For any emergency needs only customers will contact over your kochuveli station enquiry (139) telephone numbers. Three or four times i called. When i called[protected] number, sir has gently directed to contact by this (139) no. So please do the needful.

        I have send a parcel from kurla (mumbai)to aleppey on 25/08/2016 with the wAybill num -659804, till this date i didnt get the parcel(more than two weeks)
        They dont have tracking facility also please help me to track in which station it is, they are not at all concern about this, i need my parcel bit urgent .

          I m a Phd student of NIT Rourkela .When I am reaching Rourkela by Gitanjali express via Howrah station on[protected].For confirm of general sit the RPF are numbering in on the ticket. When some late comer passenger are requested for sit to the RPF. The RPFs are demanding money for confirm a sit from some passenger .Some regular passengers told that every day RPF demand money from general people. Pls inquiry about that.I[censored] told to RPF that u need a sit, they will manage by money.

            I lost jewels of my wife and daughter for the worth of 26.5 lakhs while travelling from Kachiguda to Bangalore in 2 tire AC coach on 31th July 2016. The complaint registered by Cantonment Railway police vide FIR No. 0076/2016 dated[protected]

            No information or update from Police till this moment. I doubt the police has not yet initiated any action towards this case. On approaching the concern police, No clear answer is given. Simply they says that the file is being transferred to the concern jurisdiction for investigation. If the police takes so many days to process the file to transfer, how they are going to recover the stolen property. The GRP police and RPF police blames each other and not doing anything and sufferer is the Public.

            There is no safety of the passengers and their property even in AC 2 tire coach shows that the incapability or inefficient operation of Railways. We observe whole night the people movement in the compartment. No vigilante security check on unauthorized persons entering in the AC coaches.

            I humbly request for speedy action on investigation and recover the stolen property and oblige

              This is regarding a mental harrasement faced today by my mother while travelling alone in chair car apartment C1 : seat 46 of train 14711 (shiri ganganagar express).
              TTs don't know how to speak in public with a 55 year old lady. She lost her wallet due to which she was not able to show the I'd proof to the TT but she showed the message on her phone also all the government I'd proof plus pnr number ( she is a govt employee from last 26 years) copy on her cell phone but still in front of everyone he spoke like : Security bula k neeche utare kya...even after requesting so hard...or is he only wants 100 nd 200 rs by doing all these bad things.
              Is this is the system who can't even help a old lady.
              Why are you appointing such staff who don't understand anything nd just insult people.
              Shame on such rail government employees !!

                  Dear Railway Authority,
                  On dated 7.9.16 my wife was travelling in Train No.12146, coach S2 & berth no.26 & PNR No.[protected] from Dhenkanal to Nagpur.Train time at Dhenkanal was 00.45hrs, but it was late around 3hrs. During Dhenkanal & Sambalpur her brief has been stolen.There was no ornaments, but valuable original CBSE 10 th board & 12th board certificates were in brief case along with about Rs.40000/-valuable dress materials.TTE did not taken the case/even if not file FIR.Finally with help of Sambal pur railway zone Adhikari Mr.D.Sahoo FIR has been lodged.
                  Now i am worried how to recover original certifices which are very important for my son's carrier.Please help me .Child name:Shashwat Parida, C/O.C.K.Parida, Nob.no.[protected], [protected] & Email:[protected]@yahoo.co.in

                    I had booked online from Bangalore to Kolkata in Howrah Yashwantpur AC Express for myself aged 64 and my wife 48 years.Both were allotted upper berth no 31 and 32 in coach no B1.I am suffering from joint pain high blood pressure etc and my wife is a patient of back pain.We faced tremendous difficulty in the journey. I was shocked to see that many young men and women were occupying lower berth in the compartment.

                      Hi/To whom it will concern,

                      Even if we will select for Bedroll and pay online, its no showing through SMS. So to get that facility again we need to take printout of the ticket, which is against usage of paper policy and also hectic. Otherwise we need to pay once again manually which is going to personal pocket.

                      Authorities on board are aware of the issue very well as they are frequently seeing this type of issue. Then why Railway is not taking any action??

                      Note: I faced this issue several time in Puri-Yasvantpur Garibrath Express (22883/22884).

                        This is fraud site and when we complain on this site. We imidiat recieved a call from fraud person he gives asurance about help than he taken information about bank acount and debit card nomber and he use this card about his payment getway to site www.payumoney and recieved maney from our acount. And trying many time. I gave all information to cyber crime branch with his mobile numbers (Perhaps fraud no.)
                        So aware about this site.

                        When iam climbing in the train 12947, azimabad exp in couch no.S8/36 in ahmedabad jn platform 7..my purse with 4500 hundred and my voter id and tablets was theft from jeans pocket without cut.
                        My complain ragidter plaese so that my voter id not misused.
                        Rajendra puri vill.dholai, renkheda, begun chittor garh raj. now residence rawatbhata, kota raj. Please tell on [protected].

                              Train was more than three hours late so I catch another train and paid amount for another ticket.

                              When I fill TDR It was rejected as they have rule that TDR should be fill before train departure.
                              what a joke
                              At that time I do not have internet connectivity and not able to fill TDR. Indian railway is not providing internet facility at station. How can I fill TDR before train departure as I come to know that train is late when i Come to station.

                              Kindly do some needful is possible to change the rules

                                I have lost my bag in train no.64471. Its last station is panipat. I board the train from sabzi mandi railways station and deboard at sonipat at 19:30 on[protected]. The bag was sky blue in color with stylish cartoon prints. The handle of bag was brown in color. There were cloths in the bag and a small water bottle and one blanket of red n white color. Please let me know if found.

                                  Hi,

                                  Today I am travelling from Nanded to BENGALURU train no 16593 dated 27Aug 2016. The coach condition is so bad where it's not able to sit and sleep. Everything is broken like water bottle stand, storage nets, charger points and so on. The washroom are so dirty where no one can go to it. Railway keep increasing the fare of trail ticket but service is so bad, coach condition is worst. Please replace these coaches with better one.

                                    I parked my vehicle at chandigarh railway station parking on 8.6.16 5.30 pm for my onward journey to new delhi. The rate is rs20/- per day. I was told to deposit rs.60/- as parking fee for the period from 11.30 am 8.6.16 to 11.30 am 10.6.16. I was told that it comes out to be three days whereas it was two days. 8th to 9th and 9th to tenth. But the person charged for three days saying that it is three days, thus overcharging.

                                      Dear sir, i was presently traveled from siwan to anand vihar by lichvi express on 24/08/2016 in 2ac coach no a1, seat no 46 & 44, pnr no -[protected], my american turism tolly bag was stolen away in vanarsi station. i have contact to tte and told him about this incident but tte sample told what i will do, even they have not given fir register to write complain.in that bags some of my valuable thing worth amount 50000 lost.
                                      I know it will be very hard to recover by indian railways but i want to punished tte & coach attendant, they have not help me on that situation.
