Hi,

Today I am travelling from Nanded to BENGALURU train no 16593 dated 27Aug 2016. The coach condition is so bad where it's not able to sit and sleep. Everything is broken like water bottle stand, storage nets, charger points and so on. The washroom are so dirty where no one can go to it. Railway keep increasing the fare of trail ticket but service is so bad, coach condition is worst. Please replace these coaches with better one.

    I parked my vehicle at chandigarh railway station parking on 8.6.16 5.30 pm for my onward journey to new delhi. The rate is rs20/- per day. I was told to deposit rs.60/- as parking fee for the period from 11.30 am 8.6.16 to 11.30 am 10.6.16. I was told that it comes out to be three days whereas it was two days. 8th to 9th and 9th to tenth. But the person charged for three days saying that it is three days, thus overcharging.

      Dear sir, i was presently traveled from siwan to anand vihar by lichvi express on 24/08/2016 in 2ac coach no a1, seat no 46 & 44, pnr no -[protected], my american turism tolly bag was stolen away in vanarsi station. i have contact to tte and told him about this incident but tte sample told what i will do, even they have not given fir register to write complain.in that bags some of my valuable thing worth amount 50000 lost.
      I know it will be very hard to recover by indian railways but i want to punished tte & coach attendant, they have not help me on that situation.

          My name is Piyush Kumar s/o shri jeewan prakash.my father along with my mother and younger brother were travelling from Bhopal to new Delhi through Tamil nadu express(12621), pnr-[protected] on 23 August 2016.they accidently lost one of their luggage (navy blue school bag) behind the lower berth no 17, 18, 20, coach s2, sleeper class.the bag contained of brand new skechers shoes worth rs 3600

            Hello there,

            This is navin here, coming to the issue of complaint,

            I booked my bike on 13th of august 2016 from itarsi jn to ranchi jn., but yet it have been not dispatched from there. I tried to reach the officials and they are saying that there is only one train which goes to ranchi via itarsi only once in a week. They are arguing that the train comes from ltt and it comes full of luggage and the cargo coach didn't open here.

            Ofcourse this is not my problem, i booked my bike with prr no.[protected], paid for it, now it's railway s responsibility to make my bike available here at ranchi via any train via any station. It should reach to me in time.

            If anyone reading this kindly look into the issue. I am in very need of my bike. Please take care of consumer compliance.

              Sirs,

              On 20th august 2016, i had travelled by parasuram express (Train no.16650) from aluva to ferok on my way to my college. I was accompanied by my mother who was travelling to trichur by the same train. Our tickets bearing nos. B 00585543 and b[protected]Copies enclosed) were purchased by my mother from the ticket counter at aluva station.

              Unfortunately, both the tickets remained in the custody of my mother who alighted at trichur station. On realising this mistake, my mother sent me a copy of the ticket to my mobile and i was left with only a soft copy of the ticket for my onward journey.

              At shoranur station a tte had come to check our tickets and i had shown her the soft copy of the ticket on my mobile. Although i explained to her the actual situation and told her that i am a student proceeding to my college, she was insistent that i should produce the hard/physical copy of the ticket. As i was not in a position to produce the physical copy of the ticket she fined me for ticket-less travel and insisted on my paying up an amount of rs.350/-. Since i did not have ready cash, i had to draw the amount from the atm at kuttipuram and paid up the amount against receipt no. A q 0586888 (Copy enclosed). I also had to buy a fresh ticket for my onward journey from kuttipuram to ferok (Ticket no. B 20833333. – copy enclosed).

              I request that this amount recovered from me by way of fine for ‘ticket-less travel’ (Despite my having the soft copy of a valid ticket) as well as the cost of the ticket from kuttipuram to ferok be refunded to me at the earliest. Further, i also request that the ttes be sensitised on the need for being a bit more considerate towards passengers.

                I travelled by Ananthapuri Express from Tirunelveli to Chennai on 17.08.2016 and reached Chennai on 18.08.2016. I was in S12 seat number 27. The toilets in this coach was very bad. It was very unclean and stinking. One of the reasons for this is also could be insufficient water in the coach for all the passengers to use. There was a board outside the toilets that said I could submit complaints to [protected]. I immediately sent this number a sms with my complaint details. I got no response. I am writing this so that a better service will be rendered to deserving passengers in the future because we are paying for this service.

                  The below trains starts from egmore within 15 minutes gap, on both trains, train number and all coaches are written like, kacheguda-egmore-kakinada will be written on both trains, so people are getting confused and getting confusing by this boards.

                  1. 17651- kacheguda express
                  2. 17644 - circar express

                  Please use the egmore-kacheguda for kacheguda train and egmore - kakinda for circar exp.

                      I booked above ticket for travelling to bangalore from chennai by bangalore mail.

                      On[protected], i got fracture in my leg so i told my son to travelled to bangalore on my ticket with the proof of identifying as my son with proper id.

                      The ticket checked on duty in above coach, name unknow, got the chance of harrasing and harrased my son till mid night and finally allowed him to travel on same ticket and same seat number after collecting rs. 800-00
                      For the reason well known to him.

                      My son explained everything the reason for his travelling on my ticket but tc not want to take up any explanation and not made him to seat on the berth till he received rs. 800-00 from him.

                      This is total corruption and mental agony to innocents passengers in indian railways since many years.

                      Is there any remedy to stop such looting by tc. It is happening all over india and happening is each and every train and zone.

                      Indian citizen getting fool every day here and there and god knows when all this kind of corruption will stop in our country.

Why can't Indian Railway take necessary action to improve train reaching times.                           As of now bidhan nagar road station (Ultadanga) sealdah section is one of the most important staion. Fr om here people can travel several important areas, like sector v, shayam bazar etc. But some galloping local train not stop at the stationduring the day time which creats big harrasment.

                          I there for request you to please make the nessesary changes so that all train coming towards sealdah station stop at bidhan nagar road station.

                            I am a resident of kalyan station and i have observed that for more than a month we are facing delayed local trains issue.In particular, i take a fast train of 12:53pm afternoon daily to go to my office but this train is usually 10-15 minutes late which makes me miss my connecting train to go to vashi. This is creating a lot of inconvenience. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    On date 30/07/2016 i booked my bike(Passion Pro No. JH-03-14-D-2602) from Dehri-On-Sone (DOS) to Haridwar (HW) via Mughal Sarai JN. (MGS) on Luggage Ticket No. A314146 the parcel Officer at DOS station tooks Rs.500 extra for packing and loading and ensure me that my bike will be delivered wihin 4 Days of booking. From 2 Aug to still today i daily go for enquiry of parcel ( bike). I am too depressed and frustrate with India Railway Parcel Services, Please help me.

                                    Sir, I have booked my household items (4 carton boxes with total weight about 44 kilograms) at Chandigarh (CDG) railway parcel service department on 3rd August 2016 to be send to my home state Chennai (MAS) railway station, Tamilnadu. I have paid the money. The parcel way bill number is 486413 dated 3rd Aug'16 prepared at Chandigarh (CDG) parcel service department.

                                    I went to Chennai parcel service department on 7th Aug'16 to receive the items, but the supervisor verified the log book and told me that, they have not receive my household items from Chandigarh. They asked me to cross check at platform. I could not find my items. They told me that, sometimes the items may be delivered at Madurai or Chennai Egmore railway station.

                                    I went again on 10th Aug'16. The Chennai parcel service did not receive my items. The supervisor told me the same message that they have not receive the items. I again went today 14th Aug'16 and verified. The Chennai parcel service supervisor said the same message, they have not receive my household items. They inform me that, cross check at Chennai egmore railway station. I went and verify Egmore station. The officer / clerk verified the log book / register book and told me that, they have not receive any household items from CDG or Maurai.

                                    I am getting very upset and frustrated with Railway parcel service department to be help up from receiving my household items with-in committed time. I am requesting again to get my household items immediately to Chennai parcel service department and inform me through my mobile number [protected]

                                      We, the daily passengers facing problem due to late running of local train during office hour. Distance of naihati station to sealdah station is 40 km. Schedule time is 1 hr 5 min to 1hr 10 min. For last six months, down train departs naihati at schedule time i. E. 8.30 am and arrived sealdah at 10.00 am. Again at the time of return during 6 - 7.30 pm, most of local train taking 1.30 hr.
