I was a passenger traveled by train no.16382 doj 08.10.16 via trvl to cstm having electronic ticket availed by my computer. To save paper and to make more eco friendly the railways had the option not to print but to have the text message through the approved mobile. But when i reached cstm the tc asked for ticket. I was not able to open my mobile text message which was my ticket due to unavailability of plug facilities to charge since it covered two days. Hence i was notable to show my ticket. Kindly ensure charging facilities in trains in order to resolve such problems.

I was a passenger traveled by train no.16382 doj 08.10.16 via trvl to cstm. for tea i gave rs 10 first time and rs 2 returned to me. another occasion i gave rs 10 first time rs 3 returned. and for more than 3 occasions i gave rs 10 and no change returned telling that price is rs 10 for tea and coffee. hence for tea/coffee prices were being charged 7 or 8 or 10 as the waiters like nobody to question. the waiters were having change but never but never tell the menu price assuming that the price is 10 exploiting more than 30%. having a substantial amount of looting at the expense of average passengers hard earned money. so other passengers were also under that impression and keeping quiet. can the railways resolve this problem for potential passengers in future.

I was a passenger traveled by Train No.16382 DOJ 08.10.16 Via TRVL to CSTM. In the middle of the journey TC caught hold of 2 passengers who did not have reservation but traveled in Reserved Sleeping Class. With great responsibilities TC was telling what can I do if two passengers travelling without reservation, how possible we are in a loss etc. etc.. I expected TC to issue extra charge of 200 for that passengers. To my surprise he was bargaining for Rs 100 and put the money in his pocket without issuing ticket . Both TC and passengers were happy being saved 50% as the expense of public. Can the authorities look into it?

I was a passenger traveled by Train No.16382 DOJ 08.10.16 Via TRVL to CSTM. I noticed some point to be resolved by the higher authorities.
1) So many passengers were traveling in reserved compartment without reservation making much inconvenience to long journey passengers.
2)Noticed drunkards boasting in the train giving disturbances to especially women and family passengers. No Police or TC's were bothered for it.
3)The coach were outdated with no plugin for mobiles or the toilets were rusted and not clean.
4) Other vendors were wandering without control.
5) Beggars had good time.

Can the authorities look into the matter

I was a passenger traveled by Train No.12218 DOJ 01.10.16 Via PNVL to ERS
At Panvel Station train arrived in time. But there was rain .The problem was that the train was alighting for few minutes and the display board was not proper resulting in confusion to passengers..I was travelling in S1 coach in between Pantry and AC coaches . corresponding to 13th coach from Motor.The S1 coach was written as S8 with chalk resulting in panic and confusion to passengers at last moment within the limited time. Can the authorities be more diligent and responsible in future to resolve such problems.

I was a passenger traveled by Train No.12218 DOJ 01.10.16 Via PNVL to ERS The toilet facilities at ERS showed that urinal was free but the person was charging Rs 2 compulsorily telling that the board was old and now it was private etc.even though it was not neat.Can the authorities look into it.

    My father was travelling from train no. 18425 from angul to durg on 09/10/2016. Arrival of train at angul was delayed to 2 hours it came at 00:40 hrs after boarding train he found a lady was sleeping with her child in 2AC seat which was my fathers seat while asking to leave that seat her husband started to fight with my father. While asking TC he was also supporting that lady and her husband. My question is how TC can allow a passenger without a birth in 2AC compartment.My father is also senior citizen faced problem in mid night due to TC misbehaviour . Strict action should be taken against such TC.

        1. Travelling mmt’s train in 1st class has become a biggest nuisance.
        2. Travelling with uts ticket has become another biggest nuisance.
        3. Rude attitude of tt


        A rush hour or peak hour4 is a part of the day during which traffic congestion on roads and crowding on public transport is at its highest. Normally, this happens daily — once in the morning and once in the evening, the times during when the most people commute. People take 2 to 3 mode transport to reach hi-tech city.
        This is to bring to your kind notice the difficulty facing by the public (Especially the employees) while commuting to office & to their homes enrooting – hi-tech city in 1st class compartment, due to the following reason:-
        1. First class coach: - all walks of people who do not hold 1st class ticket get into the train. Even ordinary railway employees including gang man who are not eligible for first class get into the compartment and even occupy the seat leaving the legible passengers forced to stand. When passenger questions them they threaten the passengers. One tt by name sandeep who is always very rude and arrogant with many passengers when they ask why order railway employees are allowed into the first class he says even shouts at passenger says that very railway employee has the right to travel in first class compartment that we have no right to question the tt. This tt checks only passengers who hold 1st class pass and leaves the ordinary railway employees. One day a male passenger full drunk boarder from bharthnagar and got into coach meant only for ladies. When we informed the same to tt he told us sarcastically to look after our self and not bother about others. Such type of attitude of the one tt by name sandeep is defeating the morale of well educated and working in best companies in hyderabad. They will be forced to look for alternative mode of travelling. Before it is too late our humble request is to look into the matter and see that such rude and arrogant tt is moved away from this rout. One more request from passengers that to have a clear identity of the first class coach it should be totally painted with red or some other color.

        2. Timings: - during peak hours 8.30 to 9.30 am in the morning and 5.30 to 8.00 pm in the evening the mmt’s trains run late and at some times trains are cancelled in peak hours of morning and evening without any notice. Commuters are made to stand to for hours in the station to catch mmts for no fault from their end. Running mmts late in the morning will lead to working employees reaching late to offices and getting bad name. Running late in the evening will lead to reaching late to house. Humble request to run the train in


        3. Uts ticket: - many computers have opted for uts form of ticketing booking online to avoid standing in queue for tickets/pass purchase/renewal. But computers have started lot of problems with uts tickets most of the time the site does not work in trains and we are unable to show the ticket to the tt when they come for checking. It is such a embarrassing situation that even the tt knows that we poses the uts pass and they start charging fine for no fault of the computers. Today it happened in the evening train when it was travelling from hi-tech to begum pet were the uts did not work. They were ordinary railway employees and even a lady who had only rs.5/- ticket. The was again sandeep who asked for the ticket and i told him that the uts was not working and for that he was shouting at me in such a way and even insulted me by putting his hand on my neck. A fine of rs. 350/- was charged even though i possessed a valid first class uts pass valid up to 22-sep-2016. I would like to know why the ordinary passenger and lady with rs.5/- ticket was let off and why i was charged with rs.350/-. He even threatened me that he will get me arrested. Being in a very good position and working for a very big company such rude and arrogant behavior from your employee is very bad thus creating an atmosphere where many of the computers who we travel together may lose hope of going in mmt’s. Keeping in view of the behavior of the tt sandeep i request you to see that an immediate action is taken and hope that he will be moved away from this area. We observe daily so many passengers travel without tickets,. Now we question tt sandeep why he is not checking people. Images of pass and fine receipt

        Further i request that the fine of rs.350/- will be refunded to me at earliest.

        4. Tt’s:- almost all the tt’s and squads who come for checking from secbad to hi-tech are very good and also very friendly in nature. We have a very good rapport with them. Many of the tt’s wish and ask for the tickets/pass with a smile which we immediately show. Except few one like sandeep who has a very bad temper and rude and arrogant behavior which is slowly killing the very smooth atmosphere. Hope such tt’s will be moved away with immediate effect.

        I was traveling from Tuni and have to catch a mmts in Hyderabad. UTS app doesn't allow me to book the ticket due to some weird location issues at the same time as previous train got delayed, we could take it as we are not really sure when the next train would be. Request to railways:
        1) make UTS app useful to public and let them book a ticket from anywhere.
        2) give mmts train tickets on the platform as people can't go to the first platform to purchase a ticket with their luggages
        3) Be polite to people who couldn't purchase ticket due to time constraint issues as we have to take mmts due to its unpredictable timings which doesn't mean that we deliberately to it
        4) follow mmts timings properly and run as promised. The train timings and the schedule we have in railway site is completely different

          We are ostressfu and waiting for same train at vasai road since last 5 hr. And still no confirmations that how much more delay is train..
          There no announcement also there.
          In such a delay case at least railway should send SMS for the delay. Like flights. That the only thing I can expect from Indian rail. So that in such big delay case a person can wait at home and leave according to train time.

          This is very economical solution if airlines can do it then why can't Indian rail?

            Hi,
            My name is aviral khullar. I had booked a ticket from allahabad to anant vihar terminal (Pnr no. [protected], train no. 12487, seemanchel express) dated 16th september 2016 (Train no 12487, scheduled dep 11.50am from alld and sch. Arrival at anvt 21.00 hrs). I had a international flight from new delhi on 17th september morning at 7am to ireland.

            The train was running late around 8.5 hrs and because of this i had to cancel the ticket on the 11th hour and took a taxi to delhi from allahabad otherwise i would have missed my international flight.

            Hence i had filed a tdr also on 16th september after cancelling the ticket (Ref no.[protected].

            Unfortunately it has been more than three weeks and no action nor decision has been made on the tdr.

            And there is no further need to explain that if i had missed my flight how the important trip was it to me, hence i request full refund of rs. 1380 should be refunded back to me immediately by indian railways.

              Dear sir,

              Train no:09459/Suvidha train getting delayed non described manner today.

              My pnr: [protected], waiting in East Stn for more than 1 hrs and no idea it will reach my destination CAN at what time.

              In your booking portal refers that no much delay for special trains and I payed almost 3 times of other train. This is for sitting in waiting room with urine smell.
              Please take any premium rate with premium service

              I hope you can refund/compensate on your faults..

                In every day I used to travail in EMU coaches between Rishra to Howrah in Howrah main line section. I'm the holder of Monthly session ticket between the said stations. But every day throughout my travelling I used to face traffic problem between Liluah Carshed and Howrah station. So many times the train used to standstill in most of the "signal points”. Most difficult condition is the time it will take to travel between Rishra to Howrah, it will consume similar time to arrive into Howrah station from Liluah Carshed in and average speed of 10 to 15 km/hr. speed.

                In some years ago Howrah section was fully closed for up gradation of Route Relay Interlocking system with a promise that train will be travailed without any irritation.
                But the same problem has persist after the action taken by the authority.
                My question is that why we and our job should victim for the situation is being formed by the said authority? Form my student life I never been travel in train deprived of ticket. Is it the return that are offering by the Eastern Railway Howrah Division to me?
                Is there any way to overcome the worst situation? I’m waiting for your situation please replay me.

                  We are sr citizens of 64 years old. We have booked tickets from mathura to bathinda vide pnr. [protected] for dated[protected] and have been allottedd upper birth &is tottaly unjustified. How persons of 64 years will go to the upper seats. Look in to and suitable instructions so that sr citizens may not suffer. We have been allowed seat 59, 61, 62. Pl allot lower birth to us

                    I am a daily passenger in Sealdah-Laxmikantapur local . Now a days the trains are running very late. where the trains take maximum 15 minutes from dhakuria to sealdah, there for two months the trains take 25 to 30 minutes. The passengers like me who do job in private office facing a lot of problem to reach the office. Please do something so that we can continue our life journey.

                      I booked an e ticket for train no 16382/ cape mumbai exp from kayankulam jn to pune jn on vide transactin id [protected] and pnr no [protected]. date of journey was on 28 aug 2016. on 28 aug 2016 the train diverted and train not touched the boarding station, hence the ticket was cancelled on 28 aug 2016 vide tdr transaction id [protected]. refund of the above ticket is not yet credited to my bank account. it is requested to refund the amount of the unused ticket. mob no [protected]

                        Dear sir,

                        I am asish biswas a resident of alaipur, nadia, west bengal.
                        I am a daily local train passenger. Our railway station name is madanpur (Mpj).
                        Please note that, we are facing huge problem due to non availability of local train in the morning time.
                        In the morning, there is a huge gap between train timing (43 minute). Also, there are no through train in between this timing. This time is prime office time. As per the time table, after 7 a. M next train is at 7:42 a. M. This train timing has been maintained by estern railway for the decades. There are no change or any addition of local train in this long interval.
                        You may aware that morning time is very crowded time. As there is a 43 min gap between the two train timing, huge problem arise during train travel.
                        Please note that, travel distance between madanpur (Mpj) and seldah (Sdah) is 1 hr and 30 min. You can easily imagine how much we suffer each day. There were no space inside the train compartment for standing itself due to over crowd from madanpur (Mpj) station itself.

                        We are suffering this pain for long time.

                        You are requested to look into this matter and provide a new train in this time interval or reduce the time gap by 20 minute so that we can suffer less pain.

                        Please consider my request as a mass request of all daily passengers.

                        Hope this matter will resolve immediately.

                          Hello sir,
                          I have booked a ticket on 8th march 2016 in shaheed express for 1st july 2016 from delhi to siwan jn.
                          But due to some reason train diverted from boarding station (Delhi) at last moment.
                          Then i filed tdr online (This ticket had been booked online.).
                          But now it has been over 90 days but i didn't get my refund yet.
                          I called to railway customer care where they gave me a phone number which is [protected].
                          Over phone the person gave me another number which is wrong.
                          Kindly help me out to get my refund back.

                              We were traveling from Hyderabad to Ernakulum on 28.10.2016 in Sabri express 17230 we boarded the train at Secundrabad Pnr No :[protected] coach no B2 and seat no is 34, 35 and 38. At around 11.30 pm to 1.00 a.m. probably between Renigunta and Chittor Town station we found purse was stolen. There was neither any attendant nor any RPF in the train. We told the incident to the T.T. named M .Babu first he denied to register the complain by saying it is not his job when the co-passenger involve and ask him to do so, he remove an old toured form from his bag and lodging complaints.. Till now we did not get any assistance from the railway department. our bag contained 12, 000 Cash and 30, 000 valuable things.
                              We want IRCTC to compensate for our loss

                                Last year 2015 a train from airport to najerhat has been withdrawn after running last five years.in news paper itis clearly written that as no. of
                                passwnger is less and railway incur loss this train has been withdrawn. for your information this train was the first train in the cercular rail
                                route in sealdah division. just like me there are almost 10 to 15 thousend passengers depend on the train. after withdrawn another train from
                                hasnabad to majerhat has been introduced from last year. the timing of train was good enough for the passenger like me who are availing first train
                                in this line. but from today suddenly the train's route has been squeezed and make it from hasnabad to bbd bag. now the first train
                                according to the time table reach remount road station (the station before majerhat) around 14 miniutes late and in actual around 25 minitues later.
                                why the first train in this route timing become late. what is the benifit behind it. please explain. the person set the timing and route, is he ever
                                board in local train in this route. why should i buy monthly and avail costly metro rail. why the first train timing become late as the first train
                                is always important in every route. is this chages for us (passengar) or for show off. please explain.
                                please change the current train timing 10 miniutes as earlier and run the first train puncual. drive it with experience dirver rather than trainee
                                driver. because at the time of office going every second is precious. you can run train late at the time of returning if you like. because during ruturn
                                we can manage the late problem. please see the matter

                                    It is always observed that 22927 lok Shakti express comes at andheri station at 8 pm is always dominate by local passengers from local passengers from palghar to dahanu over reservation passenger. They are very rude and always occupy the reserve seat and denying to vacant when reservation passengers comes. They sits in coaches like S1, S2 and always misbehave with the reservation passengers. Yesterday one incident took place at S2 that one of the reservation passengers aged around 52 was abused and bitten by group of local passengers from palghar. On duty police came for investigation but its of no use.

                                    Requesting you to treat this as an important and take necessary action against them.

                                      I was travelling from New Delhi to Ratlam Rly. Stn on 28/09/2016 from 22210/BCT Duronto Express in second AC (coach no A3, berth no : 31), PNR No: [protected] for official Tour. My Laptop along with other personal belongings got stolen probably after Kota station during sleeping. I observed the same in the morning about missing Laptop bag and other personal belongs. I complaint to TTE who was sleeping in FC AC compartment and raised alert about incident as my doubt goes to staffs members only. I have done FIR with TTE (Mr. R S Prajapati) but not happy with unsupported attitude of attendants and TTE. The Laptop and other belonging has value of Approx. Rs. 55, 000/-

                                      Requested to look into this and help me as lot of official documents was residing inside the Laptop.

                                        This is the second time I am experiencing my smart card is not working. First time I visited the railway office. They provided me a new smart card. Now again I am facing the same issue. And after verifying my smart card by railway officer they informed this card is out of order, there is no way to revert me the money in my card.

                                        I just want to know it is quite natural a card may be damaged or anything else why there is no way to provide a new card with my previous balance.
