We are travelling by palitana- bandra 22936 train of coach number b2 41 -45. The bedsheets and pillows provided are so dirty with stains of shoe steps, grease and others. It was brought to the notice of Mr. K.T. Chudasama the ticket checker and the train attendant.
Our PNR number is [protected] dated 2nd November 2016.
The problem was resolved saying that these type of bedsheets and pillows are provided to us

On 19/10/16 booked 2 bags of PPEs from Baroda to Mangalore vide RR No.[protected]. the same was loaded on 21/10/16 in train no.16335 from Baroda.

however only one bag is delivered to the consignee at Mangalore. the other bag is not delivd at Mangalore till date. pls do the needful for the immdt delivry.

        Yesterday my daughter boarded train no 04411 from lko-ndls at 21.25 at b4-12. train left on time it reaches ndls at around 11.10 instead of 06.00. the train no 12229&12429 which departs from lko at 22.10&23.25 overtaken 04411 and reaches the destination on time. the railway charged around 25% extra fare for 04411 and can't arrange to reach at ndls in time than why they are charging extra fare. my daughter misses his office and got loss of 1day salary and mental pressure. i am going to file a case in the court. please enquire the case. mahesh panjwani, lucknow. mob-[protected]

          I have booked bajaj pulsar motor cycle as luggage in train from ndls to ldh (prr no. [protected]). i had confirmed ticket for the train no. 16031- andaman express (pnr no.[protected]) dated 28 oct 16. the loader refused to load the luggage in the train and said the luggage will be loaded as per their convenience and choice of train.
          He left the luggage on platform no. 5 new delhi and left and did not load the luggage in the train,.
          The luggage is still at platform no. 5 and is not loaded in any train.

          I have booked it as luggage as i was in urgent need for it to be delivered to ludhiana.

          Who is responsible for my luggage which is dumped at platform no.5 and when will i receive my luggage as i have booked it for 28 oct.

              I and my sister started yesterday from chennai central railway station ie on 26/10/16 at 11 pm dhanbad express 13352. as we have general ticket we requested ticket collector to give 1 or 2 births by taking extra fine since my sister is not well. he alloted births to few gents but he cruelly asked us to get down the train. though many seats are left vacant but still he said he won't take money and he is not ready to allot seats for us. please consider this complaint

                An Information to the Honorable C M Of Kerala and Honorable Railway Minister
                Sir, I was travelling with my wife from Pune to Ernakulam South. We reached Trissur Station on 18th Night. I took another ticket to Kottayam and entered in (16348)Mangalore to TVM Exp at 9PM. Soon the TT in sleeper coach came and shouted at us and wanted us to get down or go to A C compartment which is 3 compartments away. I told him we are 64 year old and wife is sick and we will go to that side in next station. He would not agree because another two more passengers are waiting for him. I went to AC compartment to find out from that TT about the seat. He agreed to give the seat and said it costs Rs.990/ less Rs.120(ticket price) ie Rs.870 to Kottayam in 3rd AC. It was only 760 rupees were with me. I told him I will bring money which is with my wife. I was pulling my 2nd bag from SL coach, , that two passengers were grumbling that TT in (sleeper coach) took so much money and not given the receipt. Its just because we were watching them, he was irritated and asked us to vacate his compartment immediately . Any way I came to 3rd AC coach, I said I have the money. He said he will come later. For almost two hours he did not come to us. When we crossed Ernakulam town, he came to us & asked the money. I took out all the money in my pocket ready to count as it was change. But he did not wait, just took Rs.500 note and waking off. Suddenly I realized he is not going to write the receipt. But still I asked him we are senior citizen. He said it will not be applicable and just walked off to the other coach. If I had asked the receipt surely he will make problem for us since my wife was sick and night at 1 AM. And these two TTs are old and the corruption is habituated in them. But I saw some younger generation who are dynamic in allotting the seats in really compassionate way. Sir, Its shocking that these old corrupted TTs still exists at a time Honorable CM of the state is all for Zero tolerance for the corruption, these two TTs are busy in collecting the money illegally. Now who lost the money- As a passenger I lost Rs.500 and the Employer (Railways) lost Rs.870. The gainer, these two TTs - that is besides they get their salaries. We know you are Dynamic and Practical for you are a future thinking and planning. Please Sir, Do away these paper reports and introduce electronic media at least for every passenger could read. Also please find out how much these both TTs collected on their duties and their total assets and announce in the media, so that other TTs will reduce such low begging in the Year 2016 at a time honorable Railway Minister planning about High Speed Trains for the country.
                My PNR No from Pune to ERS …..[protected]. On this ticket we came from Pune ie 2nd AC.
                We will be very happy to submit our ticket fare difference since We practically travelled without 3rd AC ticket but still we had normal EXP ticket.

                    Ticket checkers of misbehaved & treat as a 3rd degree, they beaten me more inside the common room of ticket checkers then they wroten an application by me and against me. I was alone that time among ten people.

                    I was gone to drop my colleague at Nizamuddin railway station at 22/10/16 time 13:15, I was being late so I can't taken platform ticket.
                    I was returning after the drop my colleague then your ticket checkers treat me as a bad man enough beaten me.

                    So please sir I want justice..
                    That type of behavior is not good for a gentle man..
                    I can't understand that to myself.

                    Please sir care about me.

                    They threatened me, they told me your life will destroy ...
                    Or o mujhe Jaan se Marne ki dhamki de rahe the ki goli mar dunga. Jab Maine bola ki mai complain karunga to unhone mujhe bahut mara or vo mere se apne favour me ek application v likhwaya. Mai Akela tha isliye dar ki vajah se likhna para unke pitai ki wajah se mere Kan ki jhilli phat gaya h or Puri body me kafi pain ho raha h.

                    Or mai khud Ko v nai samjha pa raha hu ki mai kya karoon.

                        Hi,

                        I have booked a ticket on 10-Oct-2016 for my personal work in Bareilly. I took a tatkal ticket for my journey of Lucknow to Bareilly in Amritsar Mail, dated 12-Oct-2016.
                        But prior to departure of train from Howrah at its origin, I got a message from IRCTC stating that your train is reschedule for more than 10 hours. I have to reach bareilly on the same day at evening which is not possible with current status of the train. So I decided to cancel the ticket and filled a TDR of my journey. Now I have checked the status of my TDR refund on IRCTC portal, which state that (TDR Status : CR Repudiate),
                        Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Not an E ticket

                        When I have booked it from IRCTC website, then how you can give such reason that its not a E ticket, while the print of ticket itself says its a E-ticket.

                        I would like to know from Railways when train has reached Lucknow with delay of more than 10 Hrs. why you guys will not provide me the refund.

                          Had said to stand on weight machine with luggage and shown me weight of 55 kg with bag of 5 kg and made the challen of 20 kg excess with the weight of person carring luggage had highlited in blue colour. The tte person and badlapur rpf answered
                          The day u shown ur power by badlapur rail roko andolan which was happend on 12 august 2016 at badlapur. The rpf and tte said now se railway power. I ask railway is this the way to harress the innocent for the mistake of railway. I want to ask
                          Railway what should one do when the persons actual body weight is 80 kg should he carry luggage for excess body weight or should he purchase
                          3 tickets (35 kg x 3 ticket) i have literally seen the un necessaryly the tte of badlapur standing in friont of luggage compartment and haressing the passangers carring luggage in luggage compartment and looting the public of badlapur my request is to railway that please don’t harress the innocent people i[censored] have a power even we can show the power as u seen the badlapurkar at rail roko please find the person wo had made the wrong challen and giv him warning

                            I am sending emails to [protected]@whaaky.com for my refund but not getting any response. My order no s[protected] for which i send the faulty product twice to whaaky address on the assurance that will get the refund soon.
                            I got the email from whaaky dtd 10 oct 16 that they will initate the refund in next 5 days, than got the email again on 13 oct 16 that will update the account soon. But on 15 oct 16 got the email that will get the refund in next 10 days. Moreover as per their committment my mobile is not been recharged with the said amount. Neither any one from their team is calling me. Really a pathetic service & will never purchase or refer any one to buy anything from whaaky onwards.

                                On 15th october 2016 our family group of 10 members traveled to bangalore in 3ac from varanasi. Till 16th afternoon the toilets were not cleaned and also dustbins. Only after making oral complaints it was done at guntakal station. Especially green toilets were stinking with smell. It was felt that green toilets are not at all worth. For a long journey of about 51 hours, the train had no pantry car and even getting drinking water was very difficult. Even coaches were not cleaned properly throughout the entire journey.

                                    This is to inform you that I was traveling by train Amaravathi Exp 18047 from Hwh to Madgaon. When train reached at Cuttak railway station of Orissa state on 14-10-16 at around 04:00 hrs I noticed that missing my two luggage bags ( one in red colour and other one black colour) in train containing clothes, shoes, watches, electric kettle, camera, jewellary and medicines.                                       I had gone to saharanpur to attend the funeral fo my sister. Since the travel was in emergency, i did not have ac coach reservations.
                                      On 12th october 2016, i was traveling back to delhi from saharanpur by ujjaiyani express. Train number 14310. I bought a normal ticket and went to the tte to ask for a ac coach ticket since i was traveling alone and being a woman wanted to be safe.
                                      There was no seat availability in ac coaches, so the tte asked me to sit in the sleeper coach s1.
                                      I sat in the sleeper coach and waited for the tte to come and cut the reciept for the balance amount.
                                      Instead of the tte there was a lady dressed in khaki who enetered the coach between saharanpur and deoband stations and said that she was from the magistrate squad. She checked my ticket and i asked her to give me the reciept for the sleeper class after charging the balance amount.
                                      She instead asked me for rs. 310/-. I did not realise why the fare is so high because i was pre-occupied and disturbed due to my sister's death.
                                      I already had a ticket for ordinary class for rs. 70/- and the balance amount to be paid should have been only 70/- as the sleeper class costed 140/- and ac three tier costed rs. 490/-. So basically she charged me almost 3 tier fare.
                                      After she left i realised that she has overcharged me.

                                      I looked for her in the train and spotted her getting off at deoband station. I went to her and asked her why has she charged me so much and that i had the ticket for ordinary class plus the tte had asked me to sit in s1. She started telling me it was penalty and that i should have informed her that the tte has asked me to sit there.
                                      I told her that i did not know that this needs to be told.
                                      I then asked her for her name and id, on that she started speaking to me rudely. I then told her that i would need to take her picture. She then started getting physically abusive with me. Started to snatch my phone from me, scratched me and pulled my shirt. She molested me by pulling my shirt, and my innerwear was showing with the public looking at the whole incident quietly.

                                      I am appalled by this behaviour of hers. While i could not manage to get a clear front picture of hers, i could only catch her side profile.
                                      Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir, yesterday i was booking online train ticket in train no 15016 for 26-01-17 .i made to fill form up to the mark and done with proceeding.they deduct money also from my account.but they did not generate the ticket and send the message telling we could not satisfy your need due to some technical error..but they did not refund my money, it was 2230.08.now its already 24hr about to over..i still waiting for money to be refunded...its my request to solve this issue as fast as possible...my phone number is-[protected], [protected]..kindly take action.
