I had book my new Bajaj CT 100 bike as luggage from BLS to YPR JN via BBS on 24th of July, 2016 but till date I have not received my bike. In these days, I have visited YPR JN Parcel office thrice but they don't give any answer to inquiry and I am not knowing the whereabouts of my bike.

I am working at a Private Firm and suffering a lot going to YPR station frequently with no output. This is effecting my Job.

I received the bike after 1 month of complaining here. They did not tell but u.officially got to know they mishandled and the bike was unloaded in some other state.

    Subject: Complaint against RPF personnel, TC, Bail provider in seladah station for not providing receipt against Fine (because I guilt to boarded on ladies special train with ticket)..

    Respected Sir/Madam (Whom it may concern)

    I am very disappointed to inform you that today I was travelling from Dum Dum jn(ddj) to Sealdah(Sdah) at 09:05 am(Ranaghat Sealdah Ladies Special) with proper ticket, when I reached to Sealdah then some RPF personnel misbehaved and humiliated me and informed me this is a ladies Special Train (Matribhumi) and then charged rupees 500 as a fine but not provided proper receipt against it . Actually Sir I have no information about this train earlier and I got no any announcement given by Dum Dum station about train that it's a ladies special train. Actually sir, I am very hurry to catch my train and there were lots of male passengers boarding on that train. Sir, I was not getting proper information written on train that it's a ladies special. I know it's my fault to be boarded on train without getting proper information about it. I have given proper fine against my guilt but was not getting any fine receipt. When I wish to get receipt then they misbehaved and said go away otherwise I locked you inside the jail. I was very mentally tortured by them.

    Sir, For your kind information, I convey you that in which rule of railway receipt not provided against fine? Sir, because I was guilt and I paid fine but it's my right to get proper receipt. I want to suggest railway to give proper announcement about train and must to write about it's specialty on body of Coaches (train Coach). Because most of the Indian people does not know more information about railway rules so, It's a duty of Railways that must to convey proper information to their passenger and proper announcement for types of train. Railways has no right to humiliate and embrassed the common Indian people who is ignorant about it.

    I have no information about all the RPF personnel.

      Sir, i had booked my bike from bhopal to jabalpur on 31/07/2016 on 3:16 pm and when i was asked about the train i told it to sent via vindhyachal express but my bike is not yet recieved. I had visited jabalpur station from last two days daily but not getting correct information about my bike. I am so worried about kindly help so that i can have my bike

        I have filed the tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason party partially confirmed/waitlisted and waitlisted passengers did not travel. which was repudiated by the chief commercial manager/refunds wr due to reason, non travel certificate against wl/rac passenger not obtained in partially cnf family ticket as per the indian railways refund rules https://www. services. irctc.co.in/betadoc/amendments_refundrules_2406. pdf
        Train 11466 jbp - somnath express. journey date 16.07.2016. i had booked 3 rail tickets for 2 ac in the above train. all 3 tickets were waitlisted at the time of reservation. however, on the date of travel 16.07.2016 after chart preparation only one ticket under my name was confirmed and the other two were waitlisted. hence, i alone travelled in the train.in the train i informed the tte regarding the issue. i was told by the tte that he will update the status against the passengers whose tickets were wait listed and i will have to file a tdr for the same and i will get the refund for those waitlisted tickets. however, the irctc/ indian railways has declined my tdr request on the following grounds "non travel certificate not obtained in partially confirmed family ticket" the tte on repeated request has not issued me a certificate and told me the he will update the status in the system itself and there is no provision of issue of non travel certificate. kindly help me in this regard.

          Sir i filed tdr for partially confirmed tickets 60 minutes before scheduled arrival of train i. e 7:20 hrs (lucknow)
          The refund has yet not been processed and the reply i got was that my date of journey was 4july2016 however my date of journey was 9july2016. i have attached the proof for the same.
          Kindly have my refund processed.

            I would like to bring this to your notice regarding my bike royal enfield thunderbird the parcel i'd number 036938 which was sent from jamnagar to lonavla via vivek express train number 19568 from oka to tuticorin is not delivered and the whereabouts of the bike are not known till date i. E after six days of sending the bike. I have approached the parcel office in lonavla and they told me that lonavla didn't have the facility to load or unload any parcel (Please note that i wasn't told about this when i booked it from jamnagar to lonavla). And they informed that it might've gone to pune. I asked them to help me out by contacting the parcel office in pune which they couldn't. Ive gone all the way from lonavla to pune and checked only to see that my bike hasn't arrived even in pune. The saddening part is that when i approached lonavla and pune parcel sections and station master of lonavla station i didn't get any support or help regarding my issue and they were blaming each other that it's not their responsibility. They have even gone to an extent of saying they didn't unload from the train as it came at night and people dont unload it at night and that in lonavla it needs to be informed in advance to do so. It is very disheartening to see how railway official respond to the public and the unprofessional behavior they have towards the public... I am in a state of confusion as to whom to approach and know the whereabouts regarding g my parcel. I would like you take an immediate action. The receipt of my parcel booking is attached below

              Dear sir/madam,

              Please find below my up-to-date correspondence that i have already made with the concerned authorities for my refund which has not been received by me in spite of successful tdr filed bearing registration number [protected] on time and tdr status showing "cr registered". As of yet no refunds were made to my account nor i am informed or intimated of the consequences after running from pillar to post, but to no avail.

              I would be grateful if you please look into the matter or escalate it to the concerned higher competent authority in order to fix the problem so that genuine refunds/claims are processed faster without any delay and to ease the inconvenience causing to customers and also updated intimation/information of the progress of the refund/claim be mailed to the customer/aggrieved party from time to time until the claim/refund is made/settled/disposed of along with tentative timeframe of the settlement/refund in the name of better services rendered by indian railways.

                Parking charges at surat railway station

                Parking charges at surat railway station is rs.50/-per three hours.
                No one stay their for three hours except when trains are late which is very rare now a days.
                This is too much charges to pay rs.50/- for half an hour as receiving or sending any pass anger hardly takes 30 minutes so it should be hourly basis.
                Go through the case and find out whether it is alright or justify.

                  This has never happened while travelling in a kalka shatabdi before. I have had on board staff demanding and harassing passengers for money under 'seva' tag, but this was the first time it happened in sharabdi.
                  While travelling on 16th july 2016, from delhi to chandigarh, a catering staff gave me the railway feedback form, which i filled giving good reviews, as travelling with shatabdi is always a pleasant and stress free experience. Then this fellow came back asking passengers if they wanted soup, coffee or tea. I opted for soup.
                  As soon as i was done with my soup he came back asking for 'seva' money, amazed at first such experience in shatabdi i told him no. He then began harassing me to pay for the soup then.
                  Uch incidents are common with durontos and rajdhani but my first in shatabdi. Kindly refrain the staff from harassing passengers for tips and seva.

                  travelling with duronto is generally always a pleasant experience, except for this habitual experience of the railway staff ranging from pantry & catering guys, to those attendants giving bedroll, to the safaiwalas harassing and bullying the passengers into giving them money as the journey reaches its end.
                  being a student, travelling via tatkal is already expensive, without being forced into parting my scholarship money to these goons.
                  moreover this was not the first such experience, i have faced similar problems in other durontos and rajdhanis,
                  please take stringent action against such bullying and rude behaviour.

                    I stored 2 bags in cloak room at indore railway station on july 12, 2016. While a rat nibbled the luggage when it was stored there, the railway staff took out items from our bags. They stole our clothes (3 set of ladies dress while 1 set of male trouser and 2 shirts) worth rs 5000, bedsheets, packed bottles of pickle, shaving kit, beauty accessories and some containers that we newly bought from the market. The suitcase was of american tourister and was brand new. Total theft - rs. 8000, cost of suitcase - rs 4800, cost of polo bag - rs 2985/-. The rat can nibble but can't steal items. This is highly unacceptable behaviour of indian railway employee.
                    Attached is the cloak room receipt and the acknowledgement from the railway employee at cloak room accepting the damage.

                      The grand trunck express is standing in jungle since last 4 hours, railways should realise that people's time is important and there are elder and patients too in the train.Indian railways one of the worst in service delivery. Kindly refund the money for the tickets as the work for which i wanted to reach delhi can not be done as the time has already passed because of the delay.

                        We were traveling by kalka mail and it was too hot, so we went to comesum the food junction of delhi railway station which is at platform 5, we asked the two 500ml cold drinks, the counter man mr mohit has given us 2 bottles of linda 500ml and remaing change but we got surprised when we have touched the bottle it was hot instead of cold, we asked to change it he says all are like this and then refused to refund and started misbehaving as...

                        I was thrown by a tte from moving train on 14/05/2016. Train no. 12926/22926 paschim express at sonipat station. I complained to grp sonipat but didn't help me. Then i made my complaint on indian railways online complaint portal on 20/06/2016. My complaint no. Is w/wr/bct/[protected].
                        I complained after so many days as grp sonipat clearly refused to do my help.
                        My complaint is shown pending aby this site always. No action has been taken on my complaint.
                        No attention has paid to my attention. The tte is moving freely after doing this serious crime.

                          Bharuch there are five pay and park facilities are working at present.
                          1. near our gate (west)
                          2. near in gate (west)
                          3. near parcel and railway police office. (west)
                          4. at right side of railway colony entry. (east)
                          5. back side of ticket window (east)
                          None of this parking has displayed contractor's name and schedule of parking fees. they are charging rs 10.00 per 12 hrs and issuing parking slip fpr rs 5.00
                          As per the parking boy. rs 5.00 is for railway offices.
                          Kindly confirm all these parking lots are authorised.
                          Why they are displaying contractor's name and fee schedule.

                            I have booked a bike frm hyderabad to chandigarh on 1-7-16, it reached delhi on 3-7-16, but until today i. E. 9-7-16it is their in delhi. The very purpose of shifting bike through railways has failed. And still further im not to get d phone number of concerned person whom i shd talk regarding that. Everyone escapes by saying that is different department, atleast they are not giving d contact number of concerned department. Kindly make to it that, everything goes in a correct manner.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am please to inform you that i had booked my scooty from kanpur for bareilly on 01july 2016, having scooty no. up78 cz1410 & forwarding no. [protected] by train no. 12469, which is expected to be delivered in bareilly on 02 july 2016. due to the irresponsibility of parcel workers of bareilly they had not unload the scooty & scooty reached to jammu by same train.
                              After requesting so many times to the parcel manager jammu parcel department loaded the scooty on tuesday (05.07.2016) for bareilly, once again bareilly parcel team had not unloaded the scooty & scooty reached back to kanpur. the bareilly parcel manager not listening me & the whole scene become mentally harassment for me.
                              I request you to please take some necessary action on the same issue & try to deliver the scooty at bareilly as early as possible.

                                We are please to informed you that i had booked my scooty from kanpur have scooty no. up78 cz1410 & forwarding no.[protected] for bareilly jn by train 12469 on 01.07.2016, which is expected to be delivered to me at bareilly on 02.07.2016. but when i go to bareilly station for the delivery then the parcel manager of bareilly informed me that we had not unloaded the scooty & the scooty reached jammu by same train. we had follow so many times at bareilly station for the delivery of scooty but it is not delivered till yet, no one tell us, when we get my scooty. we request you to please take some action on the same & try to delivery the my scooty as early as possible.

                                  Sir, I am defence personal, I have booked my scooter and 08 goods packegas (03- steel box, 05 PVC packets) at Jodhpur stn from jodhpur to jhansi as on 29 Jun 2016 as self luggage, I was reached Jhansi (Jhs) at 01 Jul 2016 and go to parcal room and asked about my luggage staff said "your luggage not reached you can check all platforms" I checked but till time luggage not reached, after one-day I went again luggage office but luggage not reached. I was make complaint for this concern at luggage complaint book after 2-3 days I received a phone call "01- PVC, 03 steel box reached please take your luggage, I am living at Nowgong, 110 KM away from Jhansi so I requested to my friend to take it, after paid some time out charge he received my luggage, but another 01 scooter, and 04 PVC luggage not reached at Jhansi stn, I am daily make a phone call for this concern but answer is now not reached your luggage.My household goods are in their, so I requested that please take appropriate action for this concern.
