    I mrs.Nilofer aravind was travelling from kayamkulam to vasai rd by hapa express and my black handbag was stolen from the coach in running train near bhatkal railway station at 1.00am on 16/9/2015.I have even got injury on my hand while running behind the thief .It had my passport, cash rs.4000, voting card, aadhar card, 2 mobile phones(Sony xperia z3 & samsug note), gold jewellery etc...All worth approx 1.5 lakhs.No on duty police was available at that moment and no security in the coach for women passengers inspite being in three tier ac coach.I have a zero fir which was issued to me by the tte but no action has been taken since 7 months.

        Sir, I am Brijesh Kumar having PNR No[protected] travelling from Kolkata to mughalsarai Jn. My complain is about the reason of train delay and that is too many stops and giving pass to every train instead of running itself, Delay of train is about 4 hours. So think about this problem and solve it.

          I would like to provide a strong feedback to Gujrat travels management for its malpractices, fraud to customer and false promise.

          I travelled using Gujrat travels bus from Pune to Ahemdabad on 18th march at 7:30 PM. While as per website bus should reach to Ahemdabad at 7:15, it reaches at 12:15. good 5 hrs late which is 40% of total time. When we asked from driver - he simply complaints about too much of traffic but it can't be 5 hrs. Atleast I could not notice hours of jam during the journey. Actually he stopped the bus at multiple location to deliver goods and pick up goods for next location. Is it a bus to goods truck?

          Another thing, bus time table shown dropping point at CTM. While it didn't go to CTM and driver asked to get down a some different location. Driver and conductors (there were 2-3 helpers or conductors) misbehaved with us also. Now imagine, 5 hrs late and driver asking us to get down at unknown location - how it feel? I promise i want to report fraud case in police but not pursuing this matter. But will surely not travel to Gujrat travels and make sure to broadcast my story every potential customer to Gujrat travels so that they can be saved form fraud and cheating.

              I have been calling the customer care executive but no one is giving me the concrete answer as to when the amount will be refunded. They are simply telling me to wait. It's more than a month. This is the PNR number of the ticket that has been cancelled by me- [protected]. The amount of Rs 1110 is not refunded back in my account. Transaction id is-[protected] and cancellation id is -[protected]. Please look into the matter asap.

                Dear Sir,

                I had booked a ticket from Trivandrum to Alwaye for 13th February on Train Number 16382, Cape Mumbai Express. I had my two daughters aged 6 and 2 years along with me. I had to wait at the station for more than 3 hours as the train whose scheduled departure is at 8.55 am did not arrive even after 12 noon.

                Even at the station, the announcers or the information desk didnt have any clue whether the train will come or how much late it would be. So I had to leave the station and file the TDR as the chart had been prepared.. Now when I checked the status, it is showing that the TDR has been repudiated as the person has traveled.

                How is this possible? Not only you do not let the passengers know that the train would be late, you are creating so much mental agony by making false claims. I challenge you to prove that I traveled on this day, as I have sufficient proofs to show that I did not travel.

                Please check this matter urgently.

                  Till date i.E. 09.03.2016, the pension has not been credited to the bank. Hence you are requested to initiate immediate steps to resolve the matter at earliest so as to facilitate the retired railway employee and his family.

                    Dear Ma’am/Sir,

                    I’am Western Railway traveller from Santacruz Mumbai station to Bhillad Gujarat station. The ticket for Virar shuttle to Gujarat was issued at destination Santacruz station so far. Today it was refused and I had to travel to Virar on a ticket and again book another ticket from Virar to Bhillad. Double trouble had to pay double the price and also stand twice in the que for the tickets (Virar is always busy and hardly 2 counters are operating the early hours).

                    When I travel Bhilad to Santacruz at Rs. 35, but to travel from Santacruz to Bhilad I have now pay twice the amount.

                    Request you to revert back to the earlier procedure of issuing tickets at local stations.

                        I got a SMS on my mobile that train has been cancelled.

                        Still my TDR claim has been rejected.

                        If the railways are running train even after sending cancellation message to passenger that train has been cancelled, they owe refund to passenger.

                        I am not the only passenger who has lodged the complaint, they are other passengers too facing the same issue.

                        Request senior railway officials to look into issue

                            I had a failed transaction on 1-Mar-2016 from Gurgaon to Jaipur for 3-Mar-2016. The amount was 1265.8 (amount charged was 1277.25 adding service charges)

                              Train no 12286 DURONTO EXPRESS was cancelled from Origin, as per a message received from DM-IRSMSA on 22nd Feb'16. As per the refund policy, am yet to receive the full amount refund even 8 days after the cancellation date. All the details are mentioned below

                               I had booked e-tickets on irctc.co.in and PNR No [protected] was allotted for 2 confirmed tickets in class 3A in DURONTO EXPRESS Train No 12286 (NZM to SC) DOJ 22.02.2016 TIME 15:45 for a total fare of Rs. 4750.00.

                               However on DOJ 22.02.2016 Monday at 12.03 p.m the following SMS was received from DM-IRSMSA :-

                              “Train No 12286 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused to passengers is deeply regretted.”

                               On checking the status in the mobile app for Train no. 12286 (NZM to SC) DOJ 22.02.2016 “CANCELLED” was seen displayed.

                               Attempt was also made to file TDR however the reason ‘Train Cancelled’ is not given in the options. As we had to travel and were not cancelling tickets on our own reasons but only due to Railways having cancelled the train and the option was not available in the reasons for cancellation, we were unable to file TDR.

                               Since my daughter had an MBA interview at Hyderabad we had to travel, therefore booked flight tickets for Rs. 9594/-.

                               The following message is being constantly displayed on irctc.co.in :-

                              “In case of train cancellation from its originating station to destination station by Railways, your full ticket fare will be refunded automatically. No cancellation required by user”

                               As no refund has been received, I called IRCTC Customer care No[protected] on 26.02.2016 and was advised that no advice has been received from Railways for making refunds, hence should speak to Railway Inquiry No 139.

                               On calling Railway Inquiry No 139 and giving details of the train no and PNR, the call attending official informed that chart was prepared therefore TDR has to be filed. It was told to the call attending official that SMS was received regarding train cancellation, however the official only repeated his earlier statement.

                              Train no. 12286 (NZM to SC) DOJ 22.02.2016 has been CANCELLED from the originating station Hazrat Nizamuddin and the information has been sent prior to departure by SMS from DM-IRSMSA stating “Train No 12286 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Inconvenience caused to passengers is deeply regretted.” Hence individual is not required to file TDR as per the message being displayed by you on their website, “In case of train cancellation from its originating station to destination station by Railways, your full ticket fare will be refunded automatically. No cancellation required by user”. Therefore Railways & IRCTC must process immediate refund of Rs. 4750.00.

                              Complaint lodged with IRCTC has been issued ticket ID [IRCTC #2982158] and as per their record the train is not marked cancelled in Railway PRS…hence IRCTC is unable to process refund.

                              Not only has the cancellation of the train by Railways caused inconvenience to us and other travelers but also resulted in additional financial expenditure with Airlines charging higher rates close to the date of journey. Not marking the train as cancelled in Railway PRS inspite of having sent train cancellation SMS from DM-IRSMSA to the travellers is further aggravating the inconvenience faced and reflects poorly on the image of Indian Railways.

                              Please advise Railways & IRCTC to process refund of Rs. 4750.00. Also in the TDR filing, option of 'Train Cancelled' should also be put.

                              The TDR automatically filed for me has been rejected and they are not refunding the money.

                              I think bit more concern should be shown by the railways towards the passenger.

                              I even got the sms that the train has been cancelled still they are not refunding me the money

                                      I had a confirmed ticket going from New Delhi to Mukerian for travel date of 20-02-16. Due to Jat agitations the train got cancelled - i was not able to go to a station as there were problems in the area (Gurgaon) due to agitations. Yesterday I was able to go to a station once I have comeback to my base (Mukerian) where I was advised that I won't get anything back for the ticket where as it has been more than 48 hrs from date of cancellation. this is unacceptable that I didn't travel as train was cancelled and can't go to the station for refund due to being in an area affected by agitations.                                         I was reserved a ticket from secundrabad to tirupati train no-12764 with pnr -[protected].
                                        i was carrying e ticket sms send by irctc with valid identity proofs tc argued and torcherd to pay fine or leave train immediately,
                                        i am a female he was treated me as a criminal he was the worst tc ever i saw,
                                        these people are main reason that spoils name of indian railways, so please kindly en quire it and take action against that maner less tc
