I am travelling on BSB-BBS route from almost two years and each time when i visit MUGHAL SARAY JN, shopkeepers overprice everything as my train never halt more than 5-10 min so i never got opportunity to complaint about this.
they sell packaged drinking water at 20 rs (RAIL NEER) and if you ask about why they are overpricing they say If you want then then give 20 rs otherwise leave, same case with brittania cake and chips.as i am not very healthy so i never tried to mess with them but their behaviour is so rough, this is not the case with only one or two shops but every shops sell things at price more than MRP and if you say you are going to complaint about it they all unite against you and say go on do whatever you want.so i request you to please take an early decision and take strong action against them

    Train no. 12581 maruadih to new delhi running late regularity, on 2nd and 3rd may, this train reached delhi by 6 hrs late, if such kind of train got late regularly then why there is no action plan to short out this problem, people are paying supper fast charges and getting facility of worst class passenger train.
    When i send mail to irctc care center but none any response from there.
    Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I booked my honda activa HR 07 V 9011 from ambala cantt to guwahati on 09 apr 2016 with parcel qay bill no 239794 but not recd till date.
    i spoken to abmala cantt rly stn but they don't give satisfactory answer pls help me what i do next

      I booked rail e-ticket for
      02 passengers
      Train no- 12536, lko gareebrath exp.
      From katni
      To lucknow
      Doj-22/04/2016 in tatkal.

      Only 1 passenger got confirmed sat other was in waiting list.
      Since waiting list tatkal gets automatically canceled so i did not cancel it online but it has been 10 days and i havent recieved any refunds yet.
      Please look into the matter.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I had travelled from new delhi to lucknow on 16-apr-2016 from train number 12430/ndls lko ac sf in b5 coach, but ac was not working in this coach. Your ticket collector said it was our fault and gave refund receipt to each person inside this coach . We have registered complaints for railway helpline number and also tweeted honourable rail minister mr. Suresh prabhu about that. I have filled tdr for this but, from that day till today it is showing 'cr registered'.

        Please refund my money i am waiting more than a month.

          Our team of 13 heads from punjab kesari group, kolkata office made a counter ticket for 19th and only two ticket made into the rac list and hence we have to cancel the ticke.Our office bearer when he went to canel the ticke at 4.30 pm ( since we came to know about the status only at 3.30pm) because of the long que could reach the counter only at 5.30pm and the counter person refused to do the cancellation.

          Sir, we were in delhi and hence the peon do not have the knowledg what to
          Do about the issue.

              Hi,
              I was present in railway 20min before to the departure, i asked RPF staff that which platform the samark kranti train will arrive, they said pl no.1 so was waiting and looking at the desplay also hearing the announcement.there is no information about my train and past 15min announcing only two trains, ranichennamma and train no.22290(not sure)which has depaarture at 22:30 and mine was 22:20.I was totally confused then i asked a TT he said your train already arrived at pl no.3 then i ran away to catch the train, but i coudnt catch it.
              I discussed near about 1hr with railway staff that i missed my train becouse of your missguide asked for solution. but they never accepted their mistake and not even care for my words.
              after that all asking to meet station incharge Mr. A.V.Hosmani.finally i went their and explained about everything Sir this was happend with me today, So please take my complaint and help on the same.
              this is unbelievable reply, he saying get them here who missguided you i will take the complaint, i never seen professional thing in him, i requested him for 30 min to recieve my complaint he did not take it.finally went by bus. there are many drawbacks with railway employees which i m not able explain in wordings.

              i kindly request please help how to move forward with this complaint.

                Though bg line has been started in barak valley(Assam), no trains have been announced till date from silchar to dibrugarh or tinsukia.There are also no connecting train unless one waits for 10-12 hours.Assam government has not taken any initiative till today for any announcement of such train.Students and people are facing a lot of problems.I want this matter to be taken seriously and take any urgent steps as early as possible.

                      Dear sir, myself and my wife (Both senior citizens as per definition of indian railways) boarded a ac 2 tier bogie in train no 15910 avadh-assam express from suatgarh jn to delhi jn on 05 april 2016 vide my pnr no [protected]. We were allotted bearths 12 and 16 in ac-1 bogie. While travelling between narwana jn and jind jn stations (Both in haryana state) and at between 4.15 am and 4.30 am next early morning my wife's purse was stolen while she was sleeping. It was a costly purse of "coach" and contained sun glasses of "coach", mobile phone "samsung galaxy grand with two sims, reading glasses, cash about rs 1, 000, her pan card and her vanity kit. When asked advice from bogie conductor, he told that we will need to dos continue journey at next station to lodge fir with railway police. He did not guide us correctly about fir to be lodged through fir form. Looking into sequence, i feel the staff itself may have had a role in this episode. Please advice how to lodge complaint and warning call to indian railways to protect its passengers with greater accountability of its associated staff.

                        Hi, I have booked parcel ( 2 coolers) from Nagpur to Daund in the name of Sumedh Gajbhiye with PRR no [protected] on 06/04/2016 by 12136 Nagpur Pune express.But due to parcel office's carelessness they did not load the parcel on that day in the specified train.Later after 2 days they loaded the parcel in Maharashtra express but instead of Daund they sent the parcel to Pune again due to their carelessness.and now since 2 days it has still not been sent from Pune to Daund.
                        Another thing is the parcel office people are not willing to help.they do not receive phone calls and if received they keep the receiver aside and do not speak.when i went to the office and asked they said we have other work also other than receiving your phone calls.and when i asked them to call to Pune and Nagpur regarding my parcel they give me phone numbers and say that u speak directly to them.
                        First of all they do not do their work properly and more over they behave like this and do not help.

                          I am travelling daily from thane to belapur (Navi mumbai) for purpose of my service.By our mumbai local trains. In current railway budget, only for western line, many facilities were put up. But for central and harbour line, no facilities and initiatives were taken. On harbour line still old trains are running with the 9 cars. Beacause of this we all are facing lot of problems while travelling on this route. We are still waiting for new trains with 12 cars. Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.

While returning one of the railway official was checking platform ticket. Inspite of having valid ticket he started abusing us and started beating one of my friend. I took his video but then he snatched my phone and asked for 50000 bribe.

                              Why railway allow to give the waiting ticket to more over passengers if they are not providing the comfort? Because of that confirm berth passengers suffering from the inconvenience like us. So, why we book the ticket before 4 months if passengers suffering from this type of situations. As well as RPF not take a any action or not providing services to this type of passengers. So, what is the security level and why we put the RPF. If any causality arise because of waiting passengers bulk who will responsible for that. So, I request to railway please only allow to waiting tickets those quantity passengers which railway provide the comfort. As well as give additional coaches for waiting passengers for avoid inconvenience of confirm berth passengers.

                                I am vinod, resident of Railway Quarters number 1218 beside Railkalarang new Bioguda, Secunderabad. Of late, the number of stray dogs in our railway Quarters have increased. They are entering houses when not noticed. In our Rly Quarters many of the children (including infants) play outside our premises and we are not able to go Office and late nights it is more difficult to come home. but these stray dogs are posing a threat especially to little children. Many times, we read in the news papers about pack of stray dogs attacking and injuring infants and to everyone. We request the concerned authorities to take action before any such incidents take place. I thank the authorities in advance for initiating action against possible dangers.

                                    The amount has not been refunded yet. Is it passenger's mistake that the train got cancelled and he/she could not travel or that he/she trust the railway system with a faith that if anything goes wrong, your money is safe and will come back to you soon. I don't think so. This is really disappointing, since irctc being the only means to access the indian railway reservation, consumers face these issues very often.

                                      Dear sir today i.e.on 26th of march 2016 i was travelling in train no.14632 coach no B2 (third A.C.) from Amritsar to saharanpur, with my family, at around 3:50 am i heard some noise around my seat & soon i realized some one is taking my travel bag, i shouted & tried to catch him but he ran away& jumped from running train . I noticed that gate was open & attendent was in sound sleep in bedding almirah (not on his offical seat) i called the T.C. he replied that its not possible as he himself entered from same coach gate as train departed from ambala cantt, , i asked him did he locked the door, he had no answer .
