I Booked two journey ticket from Aligarh jn (ALJN) to Kanpur Central (CNB) on 30th december 2015, But the train is Cancelled then I Cancel my ticket cost of Rs. 410 but the railway refund only Rs. 170 they Charge Rs. 240 as Cancelation charge . PNR [protected] our train 12295 was showing cancelled on the date 07/12/2015. This cancelled train restored. Due to "IRCTC system problem" we passenger are not able to cancelled the ticket before 7 December 2015. Now they refuse to accept our TDR....

I booked a tatkal ticket this morning. the site was showing 40 available tickets and suddenly, within 2 mins it went into waiting list 30. Latest ticket cancellation charges imposed by Indian railway need some amendments. as the ticket cancellation charges are same for both category i.e whether cancelled by the individual or by the Indian Railway being wait list not cleared. specially when u take the case of Second Sitting class, where total fare is around cancellation charges. On 16 December 2015, i was travelling from train name. shramjeevi express from Nihalghadh to New Delhi (Train No. 12391) sleeper couch no S5, seat No. 15 and 16. Dear Sir,
I am a Physically Handicapped person. I would like to say to railway, thanks providing a separate Disabled Coach for Disabled persons. But now this coach is going to no use for Disabled persons. Because of, the normal persons (non-disabled passengers) are mostly and regularly travelling in this coach (with Guard and RPF help to travel). One more very beauty, Non-disabled passengers are not allowing the Disabled persons neither...

Dear sir At present lot of discussion/arguments going on inside and outside on "असहिष्णुता that is intolerance" but I will say that our Govt administration has now become "असंवेदनशील that is insensitive". I have already taken up thru emails with different Indian Railways Authorities even up to Cabinet Minister Railways & Chairman Railway Board but none is hearing my case nor have courtesy to respond....
