There is a regular delay of departure of train No.12134 (Mumbai Express) train from Mangalore to Mumbai by atleast 2 hours everyday and accordingly delay in reaching Mumbai later by two hours due to which passengers at every railway station have to wait for the train for two hours. Although the Matsyagandha Express train is scheduled for departure after Mumbai Express as per time table but Matsyagandha Express leaves Mangalore perfect as per time table without delay and also reaches LTT Mumbai as per schedule only and Mangalore Express departure is delayed regularly for 2 hours every day and also reaches Mumbai late by 2/3 hours everyday. Konkan Railway authorities is requested to look into the matter and accordingly rectify this problem to avoid inconvenience to all passengers (i.e.young, senior citizens, children and kids, sick persons) who are travelling by Mumbai Express from Mangalore.

    With lot of happiness we were returning home from the Parasnath Thirth Yatra on 02/01/2016. me and my wife with my two kids boarded the train at Parasnath at 1.00 am on 02/01/2016. I fastened the one suitcase & one Bag we had ( one blue & one green) with a chain under the seat in S 7 coach at our berths were no 50, 51 & 52 (02 middle & upper).Both the suitcase & bags were also safely locked itself & also locked with chain & padlock. After around two hours later at 3.00 am i woke up before gaya junction to check the suicase & bags are at their place. I found suitcase was stole by someone forcefully tilting the chain. I shouted that my suitcase is stolen with all holy clothes of my family 02 pairs of me & my wife with 03 pairs of my kids which were all new, as specially purchased for the pilgrimage & other belongings are gone. We approached the RPF staff at station who were supposed to guard the train from thefts who told us to look by our own & that we have to get down of the train & then only the they'll lodge the complaint. We asked can you help us to get the next train, for that they said no.., We pleaded with them as to how that is possible when the theft has taken place somewhere near Gaya station. Ultimately we spoke to the TTE who should be available in the compartment with security & not to allow the non social elements without reservation tickets, he said it is normal at that station. TTE who in turn was not helpful and he is responsible for our loss. Later on checking the complete train for around 02 hours we came to know that few more thefts taken place in the same train since last day 11:30 a.m. bag with mobile & credit cards of a girl, 8:00 p.m. mobile was stolen, at the same time when our luggage was stolen in adjacent compartment people also got their 04 bags lost & a lady got cut her ring from the finger. Moreover we came to know thieves target pilgrimage bound train compartments & trains in this route and this happens on and often in this route. Finally we could file a FIR at New delhi rly. station vide zero FIR no. 005 dt. 03/01/2016. which could reach on 11/01/2016 to the Patna S.P. TTE must be punished & also the RPF staff who should be their with TTE to remove non reserved passengers in reservation compartments. Kindly help us get our belongings.

      I have visited old delhi railway station last month, as i was thirsty i went to bought a ' rail neer' bottle from shop inside station . i asked how much price for this . shopkeeper said - 20 rs., i checked m.r.p. that was 15 rs. i showed him that, he gave a smiley response and asked ' bhai change h to 5 rs de de ' problem is that people are unaware and these people are taking more price on govt. product . i think railway department is going to think upon this ( 5 rs per head is a big thing ) and thank you so much to make such platform for registering complaints easily .

        On 27/12/2015 myself along with my mother were travelling from Debagram to Sealdah by Lalgola- Sealdah passenger vide train no. 53178. Our PNR NOs are [protected] and [protected]. Our reserved seat no were 30 and 08 in Coach S1. But after boarding the train at Debagram R/S at coach no.S1the TTE of coach no S1 refused to provide us the seats at seat no 8 and 30. He said that our seat at on the bunks which are meant for luggage. After much persuasion he allowed us at seat no 70 for both o[censored]s after almost two hours. Though I showed the print out of the online ticket. I realized that the said TTE sold the ticket to other passenger who were coming from Berhampur. The TTE also misbehaved with us. The nameplate on his black uniform was illegible. I could read the first letter as "S". would you please take any action against this rouge TTE? The delay in lodging complaint as I were not aware of this on line arrangement for complaint.

          I have reserved train ticket in circar express (17643) from Gudur to Tanuku[protected] and I got reservation in S1 coach. But I stepped in S10 and stepped down after next station i.e Nellore has arrived and again I entered in S1. But in the mean while the ticket collector sold my ticket and getting against me and misbehaved on me. This is very rude behavior towards passenger and it should be take serious and I need immediate action towards that ticket collector.

            I Booked two journey ticket from Aligarh jn (ALJN) to Kanpur Central (CNB) on 30th december 2015, But the train is Cancelled then I Cancel my ticket cost of Rs. 410 but the railway refund only Rs. 170 they Charge Rs. 240 as Cancelation charge .                 PNR [protected] our train 12295 was showing cancelled on the date 07/12/2015. This cancelled train restored. Due to "IRCTC system problem" we passenger are not able to cancelled the ticket before 7 December 2015. Now they refuse to accept our TDR.

                  Dear Sir, I am travelling by Suryanagri express from Bandra to Mumbai today I.e 30/12/2015. We are in a group of 17 people all together with one of the PNR number as [protected]. TTE Mr. Ashok Kumar(as per the name told to us) came to check the tickets and seeing all ladies sitting together, he started harassing them. When I came to know about I directly went ahead to get all the tickets and passenger verified, he started misbehaving saying who is Anil where is he sitting, you people should sit as per the order and we cannot check each individual. To which I replied, that ticket does not reflect the name of the person to whom which particular seat has been allotted. Then he started cribbing and fighting with me in a very unusual manner. This person started raising his voice and shouting, the same can be verified with any of the customer of S-7 coach. He also said shut up to me. A very cheap TT wanting to earn money from wrong sources started misbehaving showing fingers. When asked for complaint number, he did not even shared the same. I want immediate action against the shameless person I tried calling below numbers but all went unanswered [protected] railway problem [protected] coach related [protected] rpf and security [protected] chief security commissioner railway force tel:[protected] tel:[protected] I want immediate response, kindly help.                     Sir I have booked a steel box From Bjopal Jn to Hyderabad Deccan on 19 Dec 2015. It will hardly takes 24 hrs to reach Hyderabad from Bhoapl by train. Everyday there is a number of running trains available for Hyderabad from Bhopal. Bit I did not get my steel box yet. The PRR number for the consigmment is[protected]

                      I want to lodge a complain on Indian Railway department against theft of my purse as i was travelling from Mumbai to Varanasi.. As i have boarded the train No 12167 (LTT-Varanasi Express) birth no 65 to 69 coach no-S-11 on 16th December 2015 from LTT station departure time 12.35 am . During the entire journey there was not a single TC who has come for inspection neither any GRP or RPF Staff.. It was very unsafe travelling as anybody can enter into Reservation coach without any valid ticket. who is responsible for such thing.. As my 2 purse has been stolen one which belongs to my mom and another myself. Total loss of 90000 has been occured as 3 mobiles, Cash 20000 and my gold jewellery worth 45000 and other miscllenous loss. As this incident has happened between Kashi and Jiwnadpur station at 2.50 am .As we were total 5 members travelling on that day and my birth No was 68 in which i was sleeping. As soon as he pulled my purse and he jumped from the running through the door which i have seen.. If some one have there in the coach this incident would have not happened.. I have filed an FIR at Varanasi Kent after geting down at 4.am on 17th december2015. Please help me to get my claim of 90000 ...                         Pls note that I have raised a TDR through IRCTC for the below PNR on 13th Oct.2015. As per IRCTC mail they have forwarded the case to you for refund due Train Late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. You are requested to please check and refund the amount to my a/c. The traveller had waited more than 6 hrs and finally he had to traveled by flight and we have lost time and money due to not started the train itself.

                          I registered a complaint on Indian railways website, and see this response. Sir/Madam, Your Complaint No.: W/SC/SC/[protected] has been attended to and it is now closed. Closure Remarks by the respective officer: Sir this train's primary maintenance is at Bangalore. hence the same is forwarded to ADRM/SBC. you will hear from him. Thank you. None from ADRM/SBC contacted me for the same. have opened another ticket W/SC/SC/[protected] and that is also laying without any response.

No. Dl7s BR-1353 from NEW DELHI (NDLS) to MUZAFFARPUR against PRR/PWB No. -[protected] dated 24 Dec 2015. The parcel bike was loaded by Train No 12562 Swatranta sainani sampark Exp. on 25 Dec 15. The Parcel was not unloaded by MUZAFFARPUR (MFP) Station. The Station Master and parcel incharge at Muzaffarpur Telling that there was no parcel point at Muzaffarpur (MFP) station so we cannot unload and receive the parcel at this Station. Sir, my point is (i) If there is no parcel point at Muzaffarpur Station then how the railway authority booked my bike for Muzaffarpur Station. (ii) It is the responsibility of the Station Master or the Railway authority to receive my bike dl7sbr-1353 Muzaffarpur station and deliver to me Please inform me where my bike is and how it reached Muzaffarpur Station Mob:- [protected]

                                I've cancelled a ticket from Raj Gangpur (GP) to Howrah (HWH) dated 14th November 2015 for ISPAT EXPRESS (12872) PNR No. [protected].(E-Ticket) My Transaction ID is [protected] Till date no refund is there for this. I've sent mails but not get any reply. Pls look into this at the earliest.

                                    I booked a tatkal ticket this morning. the site was showing 40 available tickets and suddenly, within 2 mins it went into waiting list 30. Also, usually a pop up comes while booking asking you if you want to go ahead as its on waiting list. The pop up did not appear at all. I feel there is some miscreant trying to mess up the system. My PNR NO IS [protected].

                                      19th Dec 7:55PM Patna Banglore Sanghmitra express, not a single passengers who had tickets in Sleeper and AC could onboard, since students were going for exams to Allahabad .. No steps taken by Railways to run special train or take care of 500+ passengers who could not on board the train . Such worse service and non care by Patna Railway manager as well as Railway ministry . No care of passengers and their convenience and they are earning money by way of Premium Tatkals and cancellations by making the 120 days reservations . Is there anyone who can help to fix the issues on this train. This is the only train going to Bangalore.
                                      another worst part.. I filed TDR which is showing rejected, following with irctc and have asked them to contact Station Master.
                                      300+ people+family members could not onboard the train .
                                      And getting mails from Railways minister dummy IDs to all mail boxes on 100+ achievement of Railways, while they cannot take care of most of passengers .

                                        Latest ticket cancellation charges imposed by Indian railway need some amendments. as the ticket cancellation charges are same for both category i.e whether cancelled by the individual or by the Indian Railway being wait list not cleared. specially when u take the case of Second Sitting class, where total fare is around cancellation charges. For example if I cancel the e- ticket (wait list) before 30 min of train departure the clerkage charge is Rs-60 per seat for Sleeper Class and Second Sitting Class. and if the e- ticket (wait list) not cleared, ticket will be auto cancelled by IR and the charges are Rs-60 per seat for Sleeper Class and Second Sitting Class. Hence the amendment required are. I. Cancellation charges or clerkage charge for Sleeper Class and Second Sitting Class must be different. II. Cancellation charges or clerkage charge must be different for ticket cancelled by individual and ticket cancelled by IR. Thanking you

                                        regarding e ticket waiting ticket not cleared and cancelled by the IR and cancellation charges Rs. 20 only to be taken is correct. otherwise Rs. 60 means we have already been paid services total loss aroung 32- 35%.
                                        1. E ticket not confimed mean. Why we have to pay the service charges. The service not provided mean. the service charges to recredit the passenger account is correct. Without recredit and taken additional Rs. 60 is purely cheating the passenger. Change the norms and make the passenger happy with peaceful.
