I accidentally booked a wrong tkt on 10th nov under pnr [protected] which i promptly cancelled. Refund has not been made upto today 1st dec.

What is worse is that there is no reply to my emails and no one answers calls on any phone helplines (In which calls are charged while being kept on hold ) for last 10 days

I don't want to harass any one, but bring this to notice that TT's boarding from Tamil Nadu and Kerala are allowing people with General Tickets to board reserved bogies.
