I Sarthak Kanodia (Student of IIT Kharagpur) son of Mr. Pankaj Kanodia.On 30/10/15-31/10/15 night during my journey from Hatia to Kharagpur by train no. 18616 Hatia-Howrah Express, coach no. S1 Berth No. 20 (not having confirmed ticket but kept my luggage under this lower berth).On way when the train just departed from Muri railway station, I noticed that my one brown colored trolley bag containing one laptop (Model No. - Dell Inspiron 15 3543:Serial no[protected], one black coat with cover, 2 packets of banners, Rs. 600/- cash and other belongings has been stolen by an unknown person.     TDR Ref No. ekt [protected] (Track Id [protected]) of wait listed ticket of partly confirmed tkt. PNR NO. [protected] with date of journey 4/4/2015 from New Delhi to Katihar Jn. ( Train no. 12424) was filed on 4/4/2015, well before departure of train. A receipt for refund bearing no. N. Rly. B/F 660044 dtd 4/4/2015 from TTE of the train mentioning that wait listed passenger has not boarded the train was obtained and original copy with a request for refund was sent to GGM (IT)/ NR by speed post no. ED[protected] on 11/5/2015 from west block-7 R K Puram Post office and I received an email from irctc that the same is forwarded by them to concerned authorities NF Railway. In between on enquiry I was told that your TDR refund is under processing. (i) However, I received your mail on 20.10.2015 that vide letter no. REG/OL-2152/20-10.15/NER it is noted that 2141-NFR/12gc not submitted and hence the case is repudiated. I fail to understand the meaning of 2141-NFR/12gc which may please be clarified. (ii) Secondly, receipt for refund bearing no. N. Rly. B/F 660044 dtd 4/4/2015 from TTE of the train mentioning that wait listed passenger has not boarded the train was obtained and original copy of which was sent to GGM (IT)/ NR by speed post no. ED[protected] on 11/5/2015 from west block-7 R K Puram Post office. I was told that this documentary evidence is sufficient for refund. However, the refund which is legally due to me has not been received by me even after seven months. I therefore request to expedite the process of refund due to me.       Hi, I had a bad experience regarding Indian railway ticketing system. I booked tickets online, one month before and it was still showing in waiting list on the date of departure. I called indian railway customer care, where a person named Priya received my call and before I could explain her, she dropped my call. My concern was to check if ticket booked by Online and it is still in waiting list will it get cancelled automatically or do I need to book ticket on tatkal? But I never got any answer. My dad's friend who is working in Indian Railway, he arranged us Ticket and that too confirmed seats. My concern is why these Indian Railway is not performing well, are they performing any illegal activity so that passengers can book ticket on tatkal. There are many people whom I met they say same thing mostly youngsters, as online booking tickets wont get confirmed ticket very fast even though they have tickets available still they will tend to display as Waiting List. Poor Indian Railway customer service. That is why our country is still Developing country. Regards, Passenger.

        Res, I have booked a ticket from NAGPUR to DURG on 19th sep 2015. And the Boarding date is 22nd sep 2015 in 18238 CHHATTISGARH EXPERSS 3AC coach (PNR NO [protected]). As the the train was 6 hours late i have filed TDR on 22nd sep 2015. When ever i visit site for upate it always says CR REGISTERED.           Sir,
          I booked a WL ticket PNR No.[protected] for myself, my wife & my daughter for journey from CSTM to HWH on 25/10/2015. After charting my ticket got a RAC but my wife & daughter were still in WL1 & WL2 . So I could not board the train and had to purchase a ticket for 3 o[censored]s in a different train in Premium Tatkal and had to Pay a very high amount of Rs.15495/-. For your convenience you can check the new PNR No.[protected], in which we under took the journey.The said train reached the destnation 7 hrs late and thus I was late in TDR filling.Since you are not making any refund of the said ticket, even for the WL Part of it, It is frustrating and agonising me mentally. I would like the Railway minister to look into the matter and give an explanation of the unreasonable behaviour of your organisation.

            Someone had stolen my mothers' purse from Kanpur station. Complaint Mode : InTrain Train Number : 12382, Poorva Express (via Gaya) Coach No : S2 Berth / Seat No. : 17 Name: Ruma Dutta (F/56years) It had her debit card/Voter ID card/Cell phone/Cash (INR 2000) total worth INR 12000 in her bag. She was travelling all alone. The train TTE didn't offer any help or cooperated, while there was no CRPF in the running train. This is so ridiculing. Even their was no provision of filing an FIR in the train. I am lodging this complain and requesting to issue me a FIR. Also requesting you to help me in tracking the thief through station CCTV or your best known means. I will expect a prompt response from Indian Railways. Thank you!                 After lot of difficulty we could book TATKAL AC 2Tier Tickets worth of Rs.5000 (which is way more than the normal tickets) Inspite of that we had sleepless night.
                There were lot of bed bugs and the journey was miserable. We had kids along with us who were also the victims. We couldnot sleep thorughout the journey killing.

                    I booked online tickets to travel on 11 oct. from Amritsar to Delhi aongwith my family & relatives from train no. 12380 and we booked tickets PNR no. [protected] & [protected]. But the train was cancelled due to farmer agitation and we could not travel in this train. We did not cancel the tickets as it was mentioned in the ticket 'Point No. 12- "In case of train cancellation, full refund will be granted automatically by the system. " But the refund was not given to us automatically till 14 Oct. I filed online TDR on 14 Oct. for refund... the stauts of which shows 'CR Repudiate'. We have written compalint to Customer care vide complaint no.[IRCTC #2254284 & IRCTC #2245849. But they had neither replied to our query nor refunded us our hard earned money back. Request you to please help us to get our money back.

                        Respected Sir, I was booking railway tickets from Mysore to Kanhangad online on irctc website due to some technical problem booking failed but money was deducted from my bank account .RS 542 deducted from my SBM bank account. Please help me to refund back my unsuccessful transaction. Ticket does not generate for Reference no [protected]. Train no 16517, KANNUR Express. Date of booking 22 oct 2015 Travel Date 22 dec 2015 Copy of Booked ticket history and Bank statement is attached I had tried again and i was successful to book the ticket . But money was deducted twice (RS 542.80+542.80).Ticket was booked once.                           Dear sir I informing you that, the train nomber-12685 departures from Chennai central to Mangalore central on[protected].The pnr nom-[protected] ticked was already confirmed, in coach no-s2 & the seat nom 13 & 16.we are already shown our id card, after 2hr later the ticket collector manually changed the seat nomber 13, that seat nom given to other passenger, that passenger told us&shows the manual ticket changes made by ticket collector. I asked directly with tc, how is it possible are u asked with us to change the seat.how you changed the ticket without our permission, actually my seat nomber s2-16, that time the ticket collector very roudly, misbehaved with us.13 nomber passenger is seniour citizen.I felt very bad, tc told to the seniour citizen Mr.sheshgiri shenoy, did you want the seat then go &sit in others coach seat no7, other wise that seat also are you not getting. Please trackout the tc, &make proper investigation&please provide the positive result to the seniour citizen. For tracking the tc(on duty from Chennai central to Salem[protected]s2 coach.                                 PNR:[protected], TRAIN:08401, DOJ:16-10-15, 2S, CTC-SRC, Dep:23:35, RAJIB BISWAS+1, D4 67, D4 68, Fare:320, SC:22.8+PG CHGS... ...The above details we had booked on 16th October 2015, in the schedule time when we got into that train, we hadn't found any seat numbers there...!! Our government had done this, and if our own government cheated us then what should we do against this...!! I'm speechless...

                                  I am a regular commuter of Valsad Fast Passenger (59024) (i have my season ticket Vaitarna-churchgate) boarding at virar (first class 2nd Coach in "D" Cupe). Ondate one of your Railway employee having Resident Card Pass from Virar (they are not supposed to travel in Valsad Fast Passenger)occupied the seat and have threatened me saying "call any one you want to . The Ticket checkers, RPF are in our Pockets.We are the people who run the railway and we have authority to sit even if you people have taken passes". If these is the case what is the value of a season ticket holder who takes the pass with his hard earned money and these railway employees with free passes travel and not even offer the seats. If a ticket checking squad raid 59024 in the up direction to Mumbai central around 75 railway employees can be caught with resident card passes. Please take some action for our life is in danger

                                      I have booked a ticket through IRCTC online through my irctc account on 24-sep-2015 payment mode SBI debit card, booked ticket date was 6-Nov-2015 due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket on 14-oct -2015, I have got cancellatin sms on my registerd no. but to till date i didn't get refund amount 475/- plss resolve issue...

                                        PNR:[protected], TRAIN:08401, DOJ:16-10-15, 2S, CTC-SRC, Dep:23:35, RAJIB BISWAS+1, D4 67, D4 68, Fare:320, SC:22.8+PG CHGS... These are our train ticket details we had booked on 16th of October 2015. On that particular day when we entered into d4 compartment, we hadn't found any seat numbers there! Also found that was a general compartment mentioning d4...!! And ultimately we had travel our journey by standing in front of the door...!! Its shameful, we live in a country where fraud government rules...!!
