I'm facing problem from several times at Ballia and Buxar both stations always there is NER/ECR or BUI/BXR visible in coach indicators despite any train coming/going and all the passengers including me running from engine to last coach & vise versa to board in respective coach. This condition is same from years. What is the use of wasting railway money.

    Non-receipt of parcel booked on 11.10.15 to Pune i have booked 3 packets of household effects from Bhubaneswar Railway Parcel Office on 11.10.2015 to Pune vide PRR No. [protected]. I understand the parcels were loaded same day on Konark Express in Rear Compartment vide Receipt No. 11020/11.10.2015 - R/SCR-CR-08706. I also understand that the compartment was sealed for Solapur. But so far the parcels have not reached Pune. Kindly immediate steps may be taken for earliest delivery.         Date:14/10/2015, 05:05 PM. Receipt Details: P 0152871 This was the first time I have gone to leave my sister to railway station and totally unaware of taking platform tickets. While returning back i was asked to pay Rs. 350, as penalty for not taking the platform. For Rs.10 platform ticket, I feel the penalty amount collected is huge and there is no proper receipt or reason for fine mentioned in the receipt. It is irritating and at the same time if that is the rule we are obliged to follow the same. However it would be better if these officials are asked to check the platform tickets at the entrance before we enter the railway station and direct us rather than when we leave the station after the train departure . The way the checking is done, shows the officials wants the people to commit this mistake and collect some random amount as fine. The rules/penalty should prevent and guide the people from trespassing. This would regulate and make everyone aware that one should not enter without platform ticket or travel ticket. Request some online option is introduced to take platform tickets to avoid last minute fiasco. Weird to mention how the beggars are allowed to be inside the platform, whether they were also being checked for platform ticket?

          This is to bring in to your notice that my wife was travelling to Lucknow due to some personal work and during travel her lady bag which was tied up with dupatta was snatched between gonda and colonelganj, bag was carrying Samsung tablet rs 5000 /-approax and some valuable document including voter card and pan card. I have mentioned train no, coach no and seat no in subject line, i request you to kindly look into matter and help us to find bag.it's not matter of bag and content under it, here i want to bring in to your notice there is no safety for women or anyone at all in uttar pradesh, no one is safe.             I have booked ticket from lokmanyatilak (ltt) to patna jn (pnbe) and ticket is of third ac.But after the chart preparation i didnot get ticket in ac coach and coach b1 is transfered to sleeper..It happen with many passengenrs and they travel in the sleeper.I have paid the amount of third ac but travelled in the sl;epper.I paid rs 1800.6 for my ticket fare. I request you to kindly refund my extra amount as i have travelled in the sleeper..I am supposed to get the refund

                      I had gone to Old Delhi railway station on the 4th of October 2015 to pick up a relative of mine . After picking him up and coming back we were stopped by a man who asked us for our tickets. He showed his ticket and I told that I was just there picking him up. He told that I had to pay Rs. 260 as i dint take a platform ticket. I told him that there was no mention of taking a platform ticket and neither did the guards at the entrance ask about it. He started manhandling me by giving sharp jabs on the chest repeatedly, telling not to talk to him like that. In the end after i agree to pay him the money he says that the fine is now Rs 520 as I was arguing with him. I told him that it was ridiculous and told him that I m not paying so much money. All this is a well planned scenario where the guards at the entrance dont ask about the platform tickets and the ticket checkers take full opportunity of the hapless victims. Not only do they manhandle the people, they also use swear language and talk to us in a very degrading and cheap way. Hope this is seen into.

                          I have booked ticket from Trivandrum to Nizamuddin with boarding at Ratnagiri by 12431 Rajdhani Exp PNR No [protected]. I ordered Veg Continental food in dinner on 26-Sep-15 but I was denied that the same cannot be provided. I was given a very poor, tasteless and very poor quality regular veg food which my daughter could not eat & slept hungry. In morning I asked for bed tea in flask which was also not given. This type of service is not expected in Rajdhani train. The train reached Nizamuddin at 17:15 hrs & we were provided only dal rice as mini- lunch on 27-Sep-15 against full lunch meal charged in the ticket. I need compensation of Rs 25000/- from IRCTC towards the sufferings given to my daughter by catering crew of Rajdhani Exp by keeping her hungry.

                            My self Suryam regarding an interview on 23/09/2015 in Coimbatore I have booked my sleeper ticket in tatkal for Train No: 22642, S5-64 boarding from Visakhapatnam to Coimbatore on 21/09/2015. I am so dissatisfied with the coach condition entire bogie fans are full of dusty and greasy, every body was shocked about he poor maintenance of Indian Railways. We have shown to Ticket Collector he assured that this could be try to rectify at Vijayawada, in Vijayawada one department electrician named Mr. Naik attended the bogie and simply said it is not our job this could have been rectified at the starting point it self and suggested us to rise complaint, throughout my journey I have noticed that no one is serious about the problem and moreover every body is trying to escape.

                              Date of booking ticket on-line[protected] i tried the option "Book, only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted", as one female senior citizen was with me and more than 150 seats were available. before payment nothing was informed. but, after payment, we found that no lower berth has been allotted to us. it is completely impossible for the aged person to climb up the middle/upper berth. i lodged complaints with reference no. w/nr/dli/[protected]. our date of journey is on[protected]. till date, no response has been received from their end. please help us so that, the aged person can get the right justice.

Then ticket cancle So the online money will transfer to bank a/c as per railway rule but my money cant refund me by indian railway.                                       My PNR no [protected], ticket was confirmed.On that day train from Kasai To Ratnagiri Ganpati spl. was delayed By two hours in Panvel station.Reson is boggie no D5 not present in train. Asked to ticket collector he said you please adjust this seat in another boggie.That journey was hectic for me.Railway should return half money to me for that inconvinence.For this no any announcement on panvel station.Not showing that boggie no .on platform.
