This complaint is about the attendant present in coach. Train No- 12627, Date of Journey- 09/08/2015, Coach- B2. I was travelling from SBC to NDLS with my family. I boarded the train at SBC station. Once train started the attendant came and handed over the bed sheet which was unclean and had brown spots(likely tobacco), I asked him to please change this than he said you will get this only i don't have any more to give you change this. I said ok. I came back to my seat and fallen asleep. Later when I got up he was shouting and abusing with his friends(another's coach attendant) in the coach. After some time i saw he was drinking alcohols with his friends in the coach same coach I woke him up and ask him to what are you doing here he told this is my job i do my job like this always and he was unmoved and started shouting and he said go and file complaint if you want. No police police force inside the train. I was with my family and can't do anything else. During the whole journey this was happening. And at the last when i was about to reach my destination, 2 hrs before same guy came to me and asked for give him pillow and blanket back i asked let train reached at destination than he said you have to give me now. i gave him back and 2 hrs of journey feeling cold there. I am writing this because he should be punished. Because we pay so much for AC fair to have a comfortable journey but if the attendant are so bad then it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Please take action against that guy who was on duty that day if we want to improve services of Indian railways.

    Hi, PNR No [protected] TDR Filing Date: 25-Apr-2015 15:50:19 HRS Registration No: DER300415W04202 Repudiate Date: 12-Aug-2015 I had filed a TDR for E-Ticket since the train was late for more than 3 hours and passenger not travelled. I didn't receive any update from railways for more than 100 days. I tried contcting IRCTC as well as Chief Commercial Manager. When contacting CCM office they disconnected the call by mentioning that its not a valid number. Finally after contacting them for more than 20 times they repudiated my ticket with status as "TDR Repudiated" and they have mentioned the reason as "No EDR has been fed against the particular PNR". I need proper action taken for this issue.

      My brother booked a parcel for me which included an Honda Activa from the so called 'Indian Railways' (PRR no. [protected]) from Gwalior to Hazrat Nizammudin on 8th of August, 2015. At the time of booking it was told that it would take 3-4 days for the parcel to reach destination and that too was responded after inquiring so much. There was no one who could give proper details regarding parcel delivery. But 'unfortunately' the parcel reached the next day. No notification, No call, No SMS, and the railway started imposing the penalty. I live in Gurgaon and unfortunately could not travel 40 kms everyday to check if my parcel is delivered as there was no contact no. given whom to contact to for any inquiry, so i thought to visit after 4-5 days as told during booking the parcel. When i visited NZM to receive my parcel on 13th of Aug, 2015 morning. I was shocked to see a whopping 1063 rupees penalty (first 6 hrs free then at rs.10/hour). If i would have missed few more days, the penalty could have exceeded the value of my goods. This is a cheat...since it was neither anywhere mention on the slip, nor any one told about it while booking. And there's a railway procedure too that u cant send the documents with the parcel. So all documents needed to receive the parcel were couriered through DTDC which took two days and thank god no mistake was done because if it would have been couriered through govt. speed post... forget about your parcel. Then how any one can receive the parcel within 6 hrs of reaching. So this is a so called strategy to make money. Well quite a cheap practice. Well this can happen only in India... and our lovely Indian govt. who see a dream of getting 'Digitalised' dont have any process of sending an sms to the customer for succesful delivery of their parcel. Its the only reason no one wants to use Government services and everyone is shifting to private services for better quality, services and care. I am really disappointed.

        I booked a parcel through indian railways on 30-7-15 at chandigarh station vide reciept no 431284 from chandigarh to durgapur . The parcel was sent to howrah station through kalka-howrah mail on 08-08-15. Parcel routed from howrah to durgapur on 10-08-15 through mokamah fast passenger. But the parcel authorities at durgapur station said that the gate didnt opened and hence parcel not unloaded and returned to howrah station . The parcel is vry urgent.                 Platform Ticket Fine

                I have been charged Rs 1000/- for not having platform ticket, i asked them the rule book, the TT Inspector said, don't ask about the rules, just pay or go to Jail for 6 months. He catched my Collar and threatend. Then he says, i am charging for rude behaviour. This is very bad treatment by Indian Railways at Chennai Central. Receipt No.719397. Rajesh [protected]...

                I have taken Reservations for 2 occations - 1) Vide PNR [protected] on train no. 05968 & date of journey is 27th february 2015 & on the same day I have filed TDR & is registered successfully and 2) vide PNR [protected] on train no.15606 & date of journey.is 16th Nov. 2014 whose TDR as registered on the same day both are under NF Railway. Though for both the case TDR Registed but till now no money is refunded. Kindly do the needful Regards Sanjib Sinha

                    Sir I had booked ticket PNR No.[protected] dt.12.07.2015 Bhubaneswar - Secunderabad. The train was cancelled at starting point i.e. Bhubaneswar so filed TDR No.[protected] on 13.07.2015 for refund but rejected justifying "'TRAIN RUN NORMAL''. The train cancellation record will be confirmed from Bhubaneswar station. Please help to get refund.

                        We went to Kalyan station to see off my mother. There is a parking adjoining the station premises which the locals (who rob INR 50 from the people who go to park their cars there) say that the parking is maintained by the Indian Railways. If the parking is really maintained by the Indian locals, then I demand to know on what basis are we being literally robbed by INR 50 when there is no development or changes? I demand to know where is the INR 50 robbed from the many people going into?

Having date of journey 28 july 2015, in 2cc, but seat alloted to me in general coach, and there were no body neither the tt nor the grp even guard does not help me he keep elling others that the following coach is general, also there were no water, toilets were not cleaned, and there is lot of rush even 3 people were seating on by seat and saying it is general coach, kindly look in to the matter

                            Myself and my wife were unable to travel in reserved sleeper coach due to unauthorized passengers traveling in our coach. This happened in 2th August 2015 train number 12508 GHY TVC Express running late when it reached thrissur, kerala around 18.40 PM. When i asked the TTR about the situation he casually said this is a common incident in this train and was not ready to do any action based on this. I with my pregnant wife had to travel near the door step because the TTR didn't take any action nor was ready to allocate any seats in AC coach even i requested to provide one. I hope my complaint will help future travelers from these kind of issues if this board takes proper action. It is around 40 days now and the amount is not refunded by IRCTC and the status is continuously showing as CR registered.                                 brother of Shashank sinha, he is travelling in sanghmitra express on 31st july boarding from patna and destination to banglore city junction.
                                i want to intimate you that the boggy A3 dont have water in the toilet and the passengers face serious problem for the same.

                                Therefore, i kindly request the railway authority to take the serious steps in this area of war footing.

                                    There is no train after 6:40 pm from Borivali station, which is creating lot's of issue to board the train from Borivali station, people use to fight while boarding on 8:14 train. I felt down while boarding the 8:14 train from borivali, because of rush. So request you kindly start more train between 6:40 pm to 8:14 pm in the evening time. There are lot's train from the Churchgate or Andheri to virar, but people are not able to board that train from borivali, because those train already packed with the people, and they do not allow other people to board the train.

                                      Sir, I'm Resident of vijayawada, working in BSNL as TM. Sir, I had booked tickets from vijayawada to Varanasi for 30 members of my family. For Train No. 12669 PNR no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Date of journey:[protected], as the Train was cancelled on the date. As it was midnight all the reservation counters were closed. And on advise of one of the TC in the station. We thought to claim in another station. And boarded another train via Patna express to the same destination in general compartment as we couldnt able to postpone our journey on that date. As and when we came to Varanasi Junction, I have approached nearest ticket counter and showed my cancelled train tickets for refund. But, I'm afraid that the concern counter person rejected and said the ticket could not be claimed as it is South central railway related, and said to claim on the same reservation counter where we have reserved. We have returned on 23rd July Via Ticket no. 42225332, 42225333, etc. As and when I have reached vijayawada station I went to the reservation counter and requested to claim the tickets amount. But, the concerned chief reservation manager has rejected my claim as due date has been completed. I have gone through rules for cancellation and found that I could claim by TDR forms. And went on next date 24th July. I have asked the chief ticket collector to issue TDR forms for refund amount. He said he has no authority to issue as it lies with head secunderabad station cheif commercial manager refunds and gave the details to claim from you sir. I have sent post of Xerox copies of all the journey tickets on 27th July. Please kindly concern the issue and make refund as early as possible. Thanking you, With warm regards S.
