i booked a ticket through irctc connect mobile application.when i booked the ticket there was no such rule mentioned regarding if train canceled ticket should be canceled with in 72 hrs it should understood if train canceled ticket should automatically canceled because there was no other choice so its unfair they refuse to refund my money only because of i am not aware about the rule which i was not aware fzr intercity date of journey - 24-june-2015(train canceled ) pnr no. [protected], [protected] delhi to bathinda

    Dear Sir, I have applied for TDR 8 hrs before the train started from it's origin or 10 hours before the train departs from the boarding station. The ticket was partly confirmed and partly waitlist for Dhanbad Alappuzha Express (30 May 2015). Thus, I have applied the TDR for two persons whose ticket was not confirmed. We have informed the same to the TTE of AC 2 coach. The snapshot of the TDR status is attached. It is also to inform that these two person Ms. Puja Rani Sinha and Ms. Shilpy Kumari has traveled in AC 3 as they got their tickets confirmed in AC 3 in same train. Copy of the confirmed ticket is also attached. Both the ticket in AC 2 as well as AC 3 has been taken from the same IRCTC account which justifies that both the tickets are of same person. However, even after completion of 1 month, the TDR status is "CR Registered" whereas IRCTC has claimed that the refund process normally takes 7 days. The snapshot of the mail from IRCTC is also attached. In view of the above, I request you to kindly release the full refund as soon as possible.         I have booked my bike from agra Cantt to jalandhar cantt UP 80 CV 7335 and RR No. is [protected] on 27 jun 15 and loaded in chhatisgarh exp 18237 from agra but even not received from jalandhar cantt and they are saying that your parcel may be at amritsar. What should i do. If am late by 6 hours to receive my parcel i have to pay 10 rupees per hour but what about indian railway that we r not received our parcel at time.

Many times the complaint has been logged to the station master but all in vain.No body is there to listen people Problems, so i request you to please look in to this matter and take quick actions.I shall be very thank full to you for this.               Respected sir/maam, I had booked the eticket from irctc site, but the train was cancelled by indian railways for reasons best known to them, but till now i have not received the refund of that ticket. Details of the ticket are as follows: Transaction Id : [protected] Train No./Name: 12909 / NZM GARIB RATH PNR No [protected] Date of Jouney- 28 May 2015 From: VADODARA JN (BRC) To: H NIZAMUDDIN (NZM) Class: THIRD AC (3A) the status shown on irctc website for that ticket is CR registration. i have mailed the issue on irctc helpdesk also, but they are also not helping me for the same... pls help me for the same, i want my money back. these people are cheating the public, firstly the indian railway cancel the train on the date of traveling, then they make the people suffer, after that they didnt return the money. If government company will do like this then who is going to trust them. that is my hard earn money...i want my money back...pls help me...

                26/june/2015 Rajendra Gupta ([protected]) Rajendra Medical Store Ghumna Bazaar Farrukhabad - 209625 rms.[protected]@gmail.com On 26 june 2015, i had taken Sharamjeevi Express (12392 DN) Coach no. S-13. As we were traveling two person (from ghaziabad to shahjahnapur) so we purchased 2 general tickets from Ghaziabad railway ticket counter (outside). Due to lack of time we were unable to confirm our reservation, entered in reservation coach and asked for reservation to Mrs. Sulekha (TC). Not only she misbehaved but also asked for Rs. 500 as bribe when refused to give she forcefully chagred Rs.700 (Rs. 200 as fare and Rs. 500 as penalty) and declared us WT (without ticket). When confirmed about this Rs. 700 charge from another TC he clearly said its unfair. Ticket no. G48177514, G48177515 VTS: 12FBB, 4136A JIBS, 12FBB, 4136B JIBS Receipt no. 666050 Mrs. Sulekha travels from New Delhi to Moradabad (even not in proper uniform). Kindly check the attachments: 1 Two Tickets 2 Unauthorized penalty receipt I request you to kindly take strict legal action against her and respond me as soon as possible.

                  Western railways (Mumbai maharashtra) have allowed publicity for developers in local trains (2 min. Recorded audio) whch starts after every halt at stations. The audio is very loud and disturbing which should be stopped on immediate basis. It affects in following ways: (Example: global arena real estate project advertisement)

                  1) very disturbing when commuters talking over the phone
                  2) infants, children, adults or senior citizens could not rest or study peacefully while commuting.
                  3) causes irritation, noise pollution which leads to hypertension & other heart disease.

                    I Have Filed a e-TDR of PNR [protected] for reason Train late more than 3hours on 19th Mar 2015 and the TDR Reference no is [protected]. After file TDR i got a auto generated mail from IRCTC that your will notify shortly for your refund. but is didn't got niether mail nor my refund. I have contacted many times to IRCTC customer care but they are not giving proper reply and they are saying that, "this is under zonal railway. this is irritating for me how will i get my refund.                       I sushil chaudhary was travelling with my wife in Ajmer sealdah 2Ac express( 12988 )boarded at jaipur on 16th june 2015.at abt 3 pm ...i put my three suitcase under the seat which was side lower (. 29 and 30, ). my pnr is[protected] ...i chained my my two black samsonite suitcase together..and the other one was without chain. we slept at abt 10:30 pM I WAS ON THE UPPER BIRTH..I WOKE UP AT ABT 1:30pm to go to washroom and was shocked to see that my both chained luggage was missing..i ran towards the gate and found TTE Attendent and two unauthorised person were siting near the door ..they said they had no knwledge and that TTE WAS MAKING TICKETS FOR THE TWO PERSON..NOW THE ONLY STATION THAT PASSED BETWEEN 10;30 AND 1;30 WAS KANPUR WHICH CAME ABT 11:30 pM..BOTH THE ATTENDENT AND TTE WERE LOOKING SOMEWHAT NERVOUS.I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY WERE INVOVED.They gave a Fir form which i filled and TTE said he will deposit it to the next station. The attendent fled from the coach and none of the staff knew where he had gone. we reached sealah and approached the Grp office showing them the copy of the form we had filled..but the officer said it was not teir jurisdiction and nothing will happen .. iI filed complained at the indian railway site ..i am submitting my complain here in the hope that at least some action will be taken...

                        respected sir, I am Ramesh kumar and Advocate by profession .On 10th of April i booked a ticket having PNR No.[protected], Train no.12203, from KGG to NDLS with 8june as date of journey, but i was not able to reach the station on time as on that day i was at darbhanga attending one case having FIR No.161/15 as train which i borded from Lahariasarai could not able to reach Khagaria on time due to delay caused by train. I am claimimg a refunf of amount ie 930 which i paid .i am abonafde claimer as i have not used your service for which i have paid the money. kindly return the money claimed, other wise i am ready to claim the same by taking recourse to legal action. yours -ramesh kumar (advocate) [protected]

When asked for any birth availability at night, TC responded saying I have not checked bogie. So can't know about birth availability. This is disgusting.                             My father and mother had to travel from Gorakhpur to Kanpur on 14/June/2015. When I booked ticket online the status was WL 11 and WL 10. When the chart was prepared one was confirmed A-40 and other was waiting 4. I am not understanding how come this difference occur. If the chart shows one confirm and other waiting 1 then it make sense. I want an answer for this. We got the message that train was cancelled & the amount will be credited into account within 3 - 4 working days.PNR No [protected]. NEW DELHI To DHANBAD JN But We have not received amount so far.                                     Way Bill No 401013 We had sent 11 sacks and carton bags to bangalore from mumbai on 31st may 2015. When we went to collect it today only 9 sacks are available and the officials there at parcel office are asking us to seach for the other 2 bags. This is totally unprofessional. Please take some strict action. And help us get the 2 sacks

                                      My ticket details are as follows: PNR: [protected], Train No.: 19419; Date of Journey: 11 Jun 2015. S1 compartment: Berth Nos. 51, 53 and 54. I reached Chennai central station at about 1915 hrs to board the train 19419 MAS-Adi Express scheduled o depart at 2000 hrs from PF No. 7. While entering the station, we were asked to put our bags through X ray machine. I had five pieces of baggage, one big suitcase, one big Bag, three back-packs and was travelling alone with my two children aged 13 and 10 years. I was in S1 compartment and berth numbers 51, 53 and 54. I suspect the person sitting on the X ray machine in the entrance of Chennai Central Railway station has identified that there was jewelry inside my suitcase, because only the suitcase has been neatly sliced after opening the flap and from inside, so nothing is visible externally on suitcase, and only the jewelry boxes have been taken out. In spite of taking all precautions of locking the suitcase and the bag and keeping an eye on the same, I don't know how this has happened. The suitcase was sliced from inside after opening the upper flap and after removing the boxes, the flap was closed. It seems to be a planned activity. Only a person knowing the location of the jewelry boxes can do such a neat operation and therefore, I believe that the Indian Railways have a hand in this operation, especially because the bags were X-rayed at the entrance to the station. I didn't realize the loss till I reached home and started unpacking and could not find my jewelry boxes. I lost two boxes, one small wooden box( brown) containing my Mangalsutra, a gold chain, and two gold bangles, and one big maroon/ red box containing my temple jewelry which I have been using for my Bharatanatyam dance performances. The cost of the jewelry lost is approximately INR 2 lakhs. Further, the grief caused to me due to loss of mangalsutra is really unbearable due to the sentiments attached and I deserve a suitable compensation for the same. I strongly believe that the Indian Railways is fully responsible for my loss. I want this case to be investigated and the person on duty at the X -ray machine needs to be interrogated and this case has to be solved. This is a dangerous incident and all passengers need to be advised not to put their baggage in the X ray machine. Why I believe that this is planned is because, no other bag has even been touched and the suitcase has been neatly cut from the inside and only the jewelry boxes having been removed.

                                        We have observed that platform no 1 towards Virar is very bad Condition near First-class Ladies & Gents Coach are very bad i.e. Roofs r Damaged & all rain waters r coming on platform. Due to this Platform has been Damaged we r facing too much problems, while Walking from platform No -1. Request u look into this Matter urgently. Awaiting for highly Appreciate.
