I was coming from Sealdah to APDJ by train no 13149, ( my P.N.R. no was [protected], barth no. 45, coach no A1 and platform no 9A) on 09.06.2015. at 20.20Hrs Before the journey I put my luggage on my barth no.45 and got down from the train to purchase some foods, at that time no passenger and railway staff was there. After 20 minutes I came back and found that some train escorts(rpf) with dogs were searching my luggage and then I claimed my luggage and after that a on duty officer may be the name Mr. Giri came and started assaulting me with unhealthy and bad languages like dropping from the train and in train asked me for money (bride) to continue make the journey otherwise he would detrained me in the next station.But I was not willing to pay money even I willing to detrain from train as per railways noms on paper.The above on duty officer disturbed me so much that I got ill and got afraid to take next journey in train. I would request you to consider the matter very seriously so that in future other passenger would not disturbed like this.

    We are the daily passengers traveling from Rampurhat, Nalhati towards Sagardighi & Azimganj & back by 53031 UP passengers train. But from last Friday(5/6/2015) the train no. 53031 UP is running late by 3 to 3.30 hrs for the last three days.In this hot weather after working all days we are not able to reached our destination before 10.30 P.M. or 11 P.M. The schedule departure of this train (53031UP) is 6.15 P.M. but on 5/6/2015 it was departed on 9.40 P.M., on 6/6/2015 it was departed on 8.50P.M, on 7/6/2015 it was departed on 8.45 P.M., on 8/6/2015 it was departed on 8.30P.M. & last days on 9/6/2015 it was departed on 8.55P.M. So, please take necessary action for this on behalf of our daily passengers.

      Dear Sir, Madam We were travelling from Surat to Borivali via - Intercity express - 12936 on 7th June 2015. We had taken tickets of First Class coach - Cabin via Internet. - Maximum price. To our surprise when we boarded the train we found the coach allotted to us was having ordinary push back seats - old style with all accessories broken and also there was no sign of AC too. Also to our surprise the next coach was AC - CC and it was a seating too with 200 RS less and new seats and also ac. Our coach further was very dirty and not cleaned at all. Also while booking we never got an option of Seating or NON AC, which should be intimated to the customers. Why railways is fooling us when they are increasing the rates every 6 monthly minimum and also not giving us the facility as committed while booking??? Following are the details of our tickets. 1) Ankur Thakkar - [protected] Seat no- FC1 -12, 14. 2) S.V Mali [protected] Seat no- FC1 18, 19. 3) Mrs Tahera- [protected], Seat no- FC1 20 4) Miss Ritwa Lokhandwal - [protected], Seat no - FCI 17. 5) Mr. A D Mehta - [protected], Seat no FC1 22, 23. 6) Mr. Yusuf Lokhand wala - [protected], seat no - FC1 27 7) Mr. Umedkumar Sinai[protected], seat no -FC1 28 8) Mr Anchit Sagar - [protected], seat no FC1 32. 9) Mr Manoj Singh - [protected], Seat no - FC1 15, 16. Above are few passengers traveling details for your verifying. Hope we get justice regarding the same, as we feel really cheated as we get the inferior quality of service and comfort after paying the maximum price for the tickets. We also very disheartened after seeing the toilet conditions. why don't we still implement the Chemical toilet technology as it is spoiling our thousands of stations and it is very hazardous for our health.       Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Self, Mr. Swapnil Narkhede also has same experience. I take out first class Cabin tickets, pnr-[protected] and now when i board the train today, 29th june 2016, its just simple second class seats without AC. Really surprising that railway charging Rs. 726 for single seat, Rs. 200 more fare than AC chair for such irritating arrangement.

      Railways has to reimburse the money.

        Sir I have booked an e-ticket PNR No.[protected], Transaction ID [protected] from DWARKA(GUJ) to Kanpur by 15635/Guwahati Express on 29-May-2015. Due to AANDOLAN in Rajasthan, 15635/Guwahati Express was cancelled. Hence I could not make the journey with my family. I was informed that I will be eligible for full refund as I had not made the journey. But I was not able to cancel the ticket from the railway counter over there as it was e-ticket .Again I was informed that there is no need of cancellation of ticket as the train was cancelled by Indian Railway itself. More than 12 days are over, I have still not received the refund. Kindly confirm how to get the refund & look into the matter.

          When travelling from ambala to bhusaval the name- a.k agarwal Agra cantt division batch no ----46 misbehaved with me and given seat to other traveller who given him money..I refused to give him money ..he is very brutal and cruelly misbehave with me should be send him to mental hospital Agra or head of Agra division should warn him pls save passenger and save Indian railways

            Dear Sir, It was with great disappointment that myself and my wife was traveling by Train No.16188 Karaikal Exp., berth Nos.(S4 23, 24) PNR No.[protected] Transaction ID: [protected] from Thrissur to Nagapattanam date of Journey was 4-6-2015, when the train reached Tiruchanapilly station on[protected] the special code came for ticket checking, they found that the documents unfortunately which I was holding does not have the original ones instead I showed them all the document but copies which related to the required documents, I also showed my Original ATM Card from where I booked my online ticket, which means it is not a agent booked ticket, and my wife is a Secretary from Co-op Bank here in Thrissur, she is a responsible identity as a women, they started abusing her and saying bad wards towards her when she argued, and insulted us in spite of showing all the required documents in front of the passengers in the compartment. I requested them to find out if there is any genuine which you can allow us in my documents before slapping a fine on us or Rs.1200/- it is not a joke in spite of carrying a valid ticket, it a strange case of inhuman and abusing the passengers in front of a whole crowd along with the family. In fact, on the printout there is my mobile No.[protected], he could easily find out by just counter checking with my mobile by just giving missed call, to be little more practical and to be a passenger friendly approach just to confirm my number if it is correct. We felt all this ticket checking so funny, when we entered the train at Thrissur station immediately one TC came he checked the ticket and asked me for the ID proof as usual I showed him the same colour printout copy not the original and he blindly ticked the ticket and left, and the same railway authority the so called special code came and had all this mess, which means the previous ticket checker was a real practical person in fact a gentlemen, he also knows that passenger needs a original ID and of course he is not a fool, but he very much read the passenger and let it go that was what he did, I salute such kind of persons he is also a railway employee, but not a inhuman person like this. There are stupid lots in all the departments whose job is to just threaten and take the passengers towards the toilet portion of the train and ask for the bribe openly without any shame, but that did not worked with me and I said give me the receipt and I will see to it that if there is any good officer who can listen to my grievances. My wife told him if the railways are actually going with the rules and regulations than the first job before all this unwanted repeated ticket checking, special checking etc., the railways should make sure that the Indian railways the trains should not be a junk yard, which is not at all a place for a safe journey, if the railways are so keen to take the fine they also have the equal responsibility to give proper service to the passengers and not to fool the passengers for what they are being paid for traveling, we are frequent flight travelers but sorry to say we never had such a bitter experience while traveling and no problem even with the documents copy, they are much practical then railways. We also had a bitter experience that the window shutter fall down on my wife's hand even it was locked upward just by the shake of the train due the gap between the window and the lock, the reason is due to very old compartments, no cleaning as usual the tea and water was spilled all over the floor like a paste, which was not attended by any concern authorities in spite of frequent complains, and many more such incidents is happening ever now and then. Here we have not done any injustice by God’s sake, but we were crucified and forced to pay the fine, we request the good office to give us a proper explanation on the actual fine taken from us and please return the amount verifying if you feel genuine. We are very anxiously waiting to hear a favourable reply from a sincere point of view and taking into consideration the above facts, we are always ready to cooperate with railways at all times, but we has a passenger we need the equal support for railways and to do the needful. There is little information if I may provide of the concern ticket checker who harassed us Mr.K.                 Dear Sir, I Purchased three tickets in Intercity Express, vide, no. 13465 for Journey from Nabadwip Dham (NDAE) to Malda Town (MLDT) along with my wife and daughter on[protected] against PNR no. [protected]. With regret at 5pm, today I came to learn that the said Train has been diverted through other route. This callous and indifferent attitude of the Railway Authority not only causes huge monetary loss of cancelling return reservation in train no. 13064 from MLDT to NDAE on[protected] along with onward reservation on[protected], but, my daughter is deprived of the opportunity to appear before the interview board of Gour Bonga University on[protected] for her admission to Ph.D course. I had to cancel reservation in Hotel Purbachal at Malda without any refund of advance. I do not understand why your office does not send SMS to the ticket purchaser when due to certain circumstances the Train is ought to have been either cancelled or route-diverted.

                    I commute by 47151 Falaknuma-Lingampally MMTS everyday for the past few years. Though the train regularly reaches its destination late by 10 -15 minutes it was manageable. But for the past couple of months it has become a routine that the train reaches its destination late by more than 45 -50 minutes. Not just that the trains start late from originating stations but the running time is also extended by a good amount of time. A journey of 1:15 hrs is regularly becoming 2:00 hrs. During the past two months, I had to apply for leave for reaching late to office on more than 10 occasions whereas, I should be early to office by a good 40 minutes if MMTS run in time. And the return journey is also pathetic as 47187 LPI-FLK departs in time but is made to wait without valid reason before entering all the stations from Begumpet to Secunderabad and quite often it is found that the platforms are vacant and there are no crossings. Its so embarrassing that MMTS services which were very much reliable till a few months back are becoming a nightmare everyday. The services are getting worse by every passing day and there's clear unhappiness in every commuter with MMTS. Many may not air their grievances through complaints as there is dissatisfaction among people about complaints being redressed. They doubt if the complaints are even read. It is evident that it is not a problem which could not be solved as things were much better till a few months back and they are getting worse due to lack of proper management. Also there is concern among commuters that SCR is deliberately discouraging commuters to travel by MMTS. If SCR doesn't improve at least to its past performance, passengers may some day teach a hard lesson to the management.

                      I was having reservations in train no-12393, sampoorna kranti exp on 21 Mar 15(Pnr no-[protected])which reaches New Delhi at 1455 hrs(late by Appx 6hrs30 min).Due to late running of this train my next connecting train UNA janshatabdi(train no-12057, class-CC, Pnr no-[protected])got Missed.I approached to concerned railway authorities for allowing me to travel in any other train but No train was available in which I could travel as per rules.I again approached for ticket cancellation but reservation clerk told me only Rs 90/-will be refunded whether train has been missed by you due to railways fault.my wife was pregnant and she was so tired and became harrased because of Lateness of my first train and missing of next train.her health was going down as time was passing.I couldn't wait more as she was in the need of complete rest and wanted to reach home as soon as possible.lastly I hired a cab from Delhi to Chandigarh.I faced a lot of problems and mental trauma.after coming to home my wife started bleeding a lot.I approached to my regular doctor where treatment was been given.but after one month of treatment my wife get aborted.my wife and me in between this period was tortured with the fear of future result.we were lived in deep traumatic conditions. Still my wife has not get recovered and suffering with migraine.sir please take necessary step to stop this happening next time with anyone and compensate me for this trauma and loss which I have neared.if action will not be taken against my complain then I will go for next stage or in consumer forum.

                          Dear Sir, I have filed TDR bearing PNR No.[protected] of train dated 18/01/2015 - Patna Rajdhani, which was late by more than 3 hours on departing date. However i have received 50% amount, i.e. Rs.2, 260/- on 25/01/2015 but the remaining 50% amount is still pending inspite of more than 3 months passed away. TDR Status showing as CR registered bearing no.DEC250215W34176 vide Cancellation ID [protected]. I have made various correspondences with the officials of IRCTC but they are unable to provide the satisfactorily reply and said that the instant case was re-open on 25/02/2015 and forwarded to concerned Zonal Railway and the amount will be refunded when received by them. As per my knowledge maximum time limit for whole process of TDR is 3 months but i am unable to understand where is the latches occurred in processing my balance refund of 50%.                             I had train from old Delhi to Allahabad on 28/05/2015 brahamputra mail in 3rd ac. At around 10 pm got msg of train cancellation since it was very urgent my sister engagement I rushed to new Delhi station got shramjeevi without reservation got into got penalized by 3600 then too no seat then reached Kanpur then tooked cab which again tooked 7800 rs to reach allahad. I want my 7800 +3600=11400 back from indian railways as the train was not cancelled for which they gave me msg next morning at 7:00 am . I have both msg pls look into matter

                              05624 New train running "bhakat ki koti" here In B1 "AC" is not working and people are becoming violent because they have their families with them who are suffering from heat and many passengers are also patient. Who will be responsible for the passengers dying from heatness. Its a serious matter please look into the matter fast.

                                Is Indian Railway Making Money? "I was suppose to board Rajdhani Express Train No. 12953 on 30th of May 2015. Just Got an Sms from IRCTC stating: Train No. 12953 is cancelled by Railways. Pl cancel your PNR No. [protected] online to get refund as per Railway Rules. Ticket Cost Me INR 2104.94. So I cancelled the ticket. Got another SMS from IRCTC stating After cancellation Amount refunded will be INR 1540" Imagine, like me thousands of passengers were suppose to board the same train and everyone definitely going for cancellation process as instructed in SMS. WOW a good amount in Lakhs has been earned by Railways without even running the train. This is clear cheating with Passenger, if Railways have cancelled the train, they must refund the full amount to Passenger. Why Passenger will not get the full refund?

                                  Outside Pune Railway station, there is parking place for 4 wheelers. On 27th May when we came from Railway platforms to parking space, we found that in front of our correctly parked car, another car was parked. When we asked parking authority about this, they told that they didn't have the key of the car. We struggled to bring out our car from the parking slot somehow but couldn't. In this struggle some portion of our car dashed against stone wall. Parking authority allow valet parking and park the cars in pathway such that other cars can't be removed. If any car has to be removed, parking persons struggle to take out the car to make way for others. We had a frustrating situation where the keys of car which was parked in front of our car, blocking our way, wasn't with the parking authority. After wasting 1 hours, we got some way around when some other car was moved. Parking authority only take parking charges but don't handle traffic appropriately.

                                    To begin with i want to know whether a parcel (Splendour bike of Hero Honda) is denied to be booked from any station? Because i was denied on jalandhar cantt station to Nasik Road saying that the train halts only for two minutes here. The train was Amritsar- Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Express. I was sent to jalandhar city for booking where the again denied to book the parcel saying the same reason. I had to go back to cantt station were they still denied. Each station staff was blaming the other. I was not given any proper information and made to go here and there. Finally i met the station superintendent of Jalandhar City station and he asked the parcel booking staff (both parcel and luggage booking staff) to book my bike. Later when i went to book my bike, the staff was angry on me and screamed "Dont you understand what we said? Your parcel will not be booked without ticket. The train has two min stoppage here and therefore you have to book it in luggage ticket. Why did you complaint about us?" I had to purchase an another ticket of general class which i was again denied by the ticket office because the previous day train had already left. They said me to bring in written from the parcel office and the parcel office denied it again. I had to bring the ticket from some other vendor with extra charges. Finally my parcel was booked for Rs. 2620/- and i was asked another 300/- for uploading the bike to train for which i wont get any receipt. I denied to pay the money in black and then he asked me to leave saying that we will upload the bike when we want. The date of booking was 21/05/2015 and the receipt no. is 560012. The parcel office has not uploaded my bike on time just because i refused to pay 300/- Also while booking the bike from Nasik Road to Jalandhar Cantt. i did in 2350/- in January 2015. Why is the other side charge high? Kindly guide me through this and resolve the issue. Thanking You.

                                      I booked my bike fm alwar to azamgarh dt 14/05/15 in alwar railway station booking office. Alwar station dispach bike dt 14/05/15 . But after 10 days bike not reached in azamgarh. And there are no any inquariry system in booking office for any inquariry. its not good.

                                        Gud evng sir /mam this is to inform you that I m Ajay Singh .I would to like to registered complaint against food stall at the railway platform .they took extra money on the mrp .at day before yesterday I came to Jabalpur, when I was reached at itarsi station I bought the cuppa mania they took me 5 rd extra on mrp .they took me 50 rs but the mrp is 45 rs .again I took one bottle milk in same the stall neo and is 20 rs they took 30 rs for the cooling charges.I have a lots of issue regarding same .so it's my humble request to you ..Pls do something.I need Ur help.if you take some action regarding this .
