Hi, I had raised a TDR request because we were not able to board the train on time. Below are the TDR details Transaction ID : [protected] Train No./Name : 12650/KTK SMPRK K EXP PNR No : [protected] Date of Journey : 02-Aug-2015 TDR Filing Date : 02-Aug-2015 14:15:01 HRS Cancellation ID : [protected] Registration No :[protected] Even after 2 months, TDR status is showing as CR Registered and no money is refunded in my account. I send so many communication emails to customer care but no response.

    Please note the followings: Train No. 12905, PNR No.[protected], IRCTC Transaction ID:[protected], Date of Journey :26-Aug-2015, From Jamnagar to Howrah, The above mentioned train was cancelled when it reached at Surendranagar station and thereafter the train was being sent back to its origin station. The representative of Railway assure all o[censored]s to refund the full ticket amount (Inclusive of all taxes) to bank account through www.irctc.co.in portal at the earliest. In connection to this, please note that, my travel and other miscellaneous expense involved to reach to the intended destination, (Jamnagar to Howrah), needs to be compensated also. I have sent a mail to Western railway and IRCTC stating the above and also I have also enclosed the flight ticket from Ahmadabad to Kolkata with the mail for their ready reference. Till date no such amount is refunded to my bank account. Please help.

      For 4th April 2015, I booked under PNR no [protected] a second AC berth for travel from Kalyan Jn to Shoranur Jn. After I boarded the train I had to extend the journey to Trissur (next station). I asked the Ticket Examiner for the extension. He refused initially and when I pressed, he issued the extension for Rs 650. (receipt no C935770/4.4.2015). This charge is excessive. Under railway's telescopic fare structure, I should have been charged Rs 10 (being the difference in fares f rom Kalyan to Trissur & Shoranur). I was over-charged Rs 620 which I have the receipt. I complained online to Railways, but they said the staff were busy at Kalyan Station. They did not even understand my complaint of overcharging and failed to respond to it. On 17 August I wrote to the Railway Minister in New Delhi asking for a refund and compensation of Rs 1000. No response received. I am now overseas and need the matter resolved without delay.

        Last day I travelled in Indian railways weekly train (Rajkot - coimbatore express) from pune to raichur. The train was already late by about 4-5hrs at pune itself from the scheduled time. When i reached raichur it was late by about 8-9 hrs, i.e almost twice the sheduled travelling time. My day was totally wasted in the train.

        The most horrible thing i faced during the travel is the toilets. Its mentioned as bio toilets but i cant express the condition through words. Its that much horrible. Human excretions were found in floors of toilets and even in some toilets the water found stagnant upto the floor level with faecal matter floating. It was sooo horrible. For these long time in train the passengers had to adjust even without their primary needs. Till my journey ends no one had cleaned the toilets. Also the major problem was lack of water. About 2-3 times during the journey i found as no water in the taps.

        Indian Railways must not forget we are not your slaves, we are the ones paid and its their responsibility to give all necessities of passengers.

          Sir, In my area the airtel network/signal of 2g is too bad. I want to modify the network of airtel. Or increase the power of network. Many airtel customers are ported in different other operator due to bad network. Hope u will pay attention to this problem soon otherwise i am also going to port my no.             Dear Sir I have booked a Tatkal E- ticket on 27.08.2015 in train number 12905 (PBR HOWRAH EXP). The train got cancel on that day. I filled TDR on the same date, the cancellation id is [protected] and the registration number is[protected]. The ticket amount is 810. I did receive the refund amount of this. Please do the needful.

              Hi I booked a ticket on BBS to HWH in train number - 12838. Ideally it should not show me the availability in Tatkal before 10 am. But it allowed me to book the ticket. When I received the ticket I got the confirmation on Falaknama - train number - 12704. I called the help desk on the issue. They are saying that I have booked for Falaknama and they can't refund any as per Tatkal policy. This is not correct and I should get the refund. PNR number - [protected]

They are not refunding any amount showing reason as CR Repudiate. Still I am unable to know, where I have gone wrong and why I should not be refunded the amount after the appropriate deduction.                     Date: 14/09/2015 18:36 I asked for a ticket from Howrah to Gaya and he do the same but he but the mistake is that he do the ticket for Gaya via Patna. I take the ticket and leave the ticket counter when I see the ticket ant back to him he told me that I can't do anything. I had to miss the train because of confusion that may board on a train to Gaya or I must have to go via Patna. Distance from Gaya to Patna is 458 km and I got ticket of 623 km. When I asked him to cancel my ticket he deny and told me that it can't be done. I bought the ticket from new counter outside the gate no. 5(Not exactly sure about gate but I know the ticket counter.). Thanks and Regards Naval Kumar

                      I booked retiring room no 3 on 13/09/2015 from 8 am to 8 pm at katni station in m.p. When I reached at 4 p.m. (due to train late) the room was very dirty. In the process of cleaning the room the time was 5p.m . Even after there cleaning the room was smelling like anything. Is was very difficult to be there in that room.I request higher authorities to visit the rooms as a passenger and check the system, the cleaning and maintenance of r.rooms of katni station.

                        Respected Sir, This is regarding Police on Duty in running train of Kaifiyat express 12225/26, I have to travel once in every 1 or 2 month with above said train between DLI TO ABP, sometimes if Journey ticket is not confirm (under waiting listed), the security police will hold passengers and take a side at washroom and the police person had pres rise to pay him money (minimum 50% 0f Ticket price) to allow journey in slipper class otherwise they will hit the passengers & force to go out from train coach in running condition, once this episode was done with me also in June and again in Sep’15. TTE is nothing in train and police person is his own boss...Pls do something, I will give a proof for it if again this episode repeated with any passenger in front of me...

                          I boked tatkal Ticket On 12 MAY 2015 from Satara to Nagpur having PNR [protected]. Jouney Date was 13 MAY 2015 But Train does not come On Station It got Divergen before reaching to a Station. So TT told me to File TDR I Immedietely filed TDR but till now i did not got any refuld. Cost of ticket was 2440.

                                    Hi, I have filed my TDR online for Ticket PNR No : [protected] on Dated: 22/10/2014.The tickets details is as follow : PNR : [protected] Travel Date :22/10/2014 Source : Bangalore Destination :Patna Travellor Name: Arun Kumar Singh The reason for filing TDR is that i was not having hardcopy of my ID proof and was travelling with a soft copy of my ID Proof .I argued saying that i have a softcopy but he simply rejected my clarification and charged a fine and issued a new ticket and took full money from me. As a result i told my son in law to file TDR immediately and he did that with in an hour . We got an acknowledgement also from IRCTC. I spoke to irctc customer care and they told me that it will be settled within 3 month time.But when i checked today in my account i found no refund and after discussing the same thing with IRCTC people.They told that railway has rejected my claim. This is totally nonsense and i feel its a cheating with a customer. Even i found below rules on IRCTC web for TDR refund: This one is copied from IRCTC Website: Ticket deposit receipt(TDR) Rules and Procedure:- About TDR : TDR ( Ticket Deposit Receipt) If the customer was not able to perform the journey due to any /or the following reason 1. Train Cancelled By Railways 2. Train running Late by More than Three hours And Passenger Not Travelled 3. Difference of Fare in case proper coach not attached 4. AC Failure 5. Travelled without proper ID proof 6. Wrongly charged by TTE 7. Party partially travelled 8. Passenger Not travelled The users can apply for refund in such cases.                                       I was travelling from Rajkot to bandra by saurashtra janta on 11th aug.there was no water in toilet from Rajkot and complained to TC and till we reached bandra there was no water in toilet.compalined to railways by net but no feedback after 20 days.why delay?
