Dear sir
i booked a ticket for four person from allahabad to mumbai on 18th june for[protected], but at last moment on[protected], it was announced by railway that the train was cancelled due to some reason . but still the payment was not received.

TICKET PNR NO - [protected]

charting status of ticket was 1 conformed and 3 wait list

i contacted to the railway customer care but she said that the payment was not refunded so please help me to resolve it .

    DATE:- 1st Jul 2015, TIME:- 6:05PM, INCIDENT:- I put my luggage in clock room in 30th jun 2015, latter when I saw my luggage ( trawl beg) and some clothe were damage by mouse, then I went to station manager 6-7 times but he was absent, then I get know he was at yard, luggage booking no- 0697-4, damage amount approximately 4000/- only, I' m attaching photos,

          LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF A CHIEF RESERVATION CLERK I had gone to Vashi Railway station for my railway reservation with a Concession Voucher (CV) issued by IAF. The CV was valid upto 30 sep 15 but the booking clerk on seeing the CV said that the date on the CV is not the Date of validity of the CV but it is the date before which I had to complete my journey and he started to argue with me. His lack of knowledge was also justified by the Chief Reservation Supervisor (CRS) RAJU K AWGAD. When i said that they were mistaking a CV with Free Railway Warrant (FRW) they said that, they had done so many reservation in their career that they cannot be wrong and when I said I will complian, the CRS said that he did not care. The way the CRS said “ I do not care”, I felt as if they are protected by their higher authorities even if they are wrong. Now because of lack ofawareness among two great indian reservation clerks I had to search for a knowledgeable reservation clerk who knows the difference between a CV and a FRW. LONG LIVE INDIAN RAILWAY AND ITS STAFF.

            My Mother and her 2 friends with my younger sister were travelling by RXL-HWH express, in night while talking, the train slowed down near simariya station and a 15-16 year old boy suddenly came snatched the bag and went, They were left without any Cash, mobiles etc. and my mother was hurt, That too in an unknown place, we had to rush to take her from the station. Surprisingly there was no TC and Police man in the bogie .Also when trying to stop the train .None of the chains worked, This is an atrocious situation. I don't know i can have faith in Indian government anymore.

                On 7th May, TDR Refund reuqested was for PNR Number [protected] for reason "Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel." Reference No for this is: [protected] Ticket for 3 passengers were booked in wait list... And 3rd passesnger status was WL1 when chart was prepared and third passenger did not travelled. Only 2 RAC passengers travelled on 5th May. I have done follow up and mailed [protected]@irctc.co.in on 29 May, 17 Jun, 1 Jul & 2 Jul. Refund is not being done and was asked to cooperate and wait. It was informed that refund is done by zonal railways and not IRCTC. Further on information from IRCTC, I have mailed [protected]@claims.indianrail.gov.in for 3 times (5 Jul, 8 Jul & 17 Jul). No one replies from this email ID. Being a tax payer and a consumer, I shouldn't be running and shuttling between IRCTC or Indian Railways - it is of no significance to consumer who will refund. Please suggest what should I do. This is a simple case of refund when 3 Wait List tickets were booked online - on chart preparation, 2 became RAC and 1 remained in wait list (passenger did not travelled as this was online ticket).                 Just now received a call from [protected] stating Indian Railways seeking account details to get refund, took card number and expiry date and eventually asked for CVV number to which I denied. Confirm if this was an valid and authentic call, as all details regarding my complain is available publicly from my complain and screenshot.
                Hi - My issue is still unresolved. Refund of Online waitlist ticket through TDR not yet processed.

                  I booked my ticket from kanpur to Mumbai having PNR number [protected] and transaction ID [protected]. This train (Pushpak Express was cancelled). I was hoping that the amount will be refunded back. But till now no processing has been done on refund. I contacted customer care and they are telling that I should have cancelled ticket for refund purpose. As the train was cancelled so it becomes there responsibility to refund money for those who did online transactions. Now they are telling nothing can be done. This is not tolerable. Its a hard earned money. Help for this.

                    I filed a TDR request for below details : Transaction id : [protected] PNR NO : [protected] Train NO : 12289 Journey from CSTM to NGP Date of Journey :19-Jun-2015 The above given date is the same date when all mumbai trains were running late due to rain, i have also attached the proof. After raising many ticket i didn't got my refund and no updates from IRCTC.

                        Respected sir,
                        It shows how helpless the passengers and our railway employee are that no one can deter the entry of without ticket passenger from patna railway station onwards in the aac compartment even in 2 tier ac compartment .
                        I didn't see any guards in 2tier ac compartment fro patna to bhagalpur who should be there to defend the passenger from those nasty people . How uncomfortable we were when i got the same situation in 2 tier ac compartment as a 2nd class sleeper compartment . It's really worthless to pay high amount as a fare in those trains in bihar . Why doesn't the tte and railway police force take action against those stupid people who enter the train without any specific ticket . And when ant tte questions these guys, , they don't bother at all ... Its really serious problem .. Either you increase the no. Of local train in that route or maintain the dignity of railway management by abiding stricter rules and regulations .

                            train cancelled but fair amount not refund yet Dear Sir, I have book a ticket from ALD to KYN the train got cancelled before two days of the journey... but I did not get a refund yet.                             After updating this message on this website I got a call from a person who said I am from Noida [protected]... he asked me the payment details and payment mode ... he asked me if I do have sbi account I said no... Then he told me that he have to login to my axis bank account then only he can help me... he was insisting me for my Axis bank user account and password I told him I will give it to you tomorrow but he said he is working on the ticket as of now... he again insist me for my axis bank user id and password I said I cant give my axis bank login id and password I am sorry I just disconnected the calll...I realized that there can be some fraud people who are in queue to loot us after railway ministry...Sorry to say but somehow somewhere we feel that

                              An incident happened with me while travelling through train (3AC) in Indore Pune express. Someone cut my bag and took jewelry of worth 4 lacks. Now if 3AC is also not safe where the passenger travel. I have boarded in the train from Ratlam on 5th June, 2015 at 6:10 PM and i have reached Pune on 6th June, 2015 at 7:45 AM. This incident happened between Vasai road to Katraj.I have lost all my savings in one shot. Please help me or guide me to get my things back. I have lodged a FIR as well.                               I came to know that yesterday was also a theft happened in same train(Pune - Indore) in S4.

                              Why there is no security, why those thief are not getting arrested.

                                Hello, In north part of Bengaluru(Karnataka) there was an railway underpass work started at Kogigehalli somewhere in the month of Jan-2015. The access road is all blocked due to this work. But now we could see that the work has halted and no progress being made since 1 month. This is unnecessarily causing delay in the project and also as the main road is blocked it is really creating very much inconvenience to the public moving towards Thindlu to and fro. Whatever the issue is kindly try to solve it at the earliest and either resume he work or reopen the closed road from Kodigehalli to Thindlu. Thank you. Bets regards, Sreenivas

                                  I'm travelling from kanpur to ndls by gomti sf exp (12419). 2:45 pm is the arrival time at ndls and we are at bharthana right now...not even crossed etawah. This is very bad service. Kindly take proper action against it. Thanks

                                    Sir ...my parcel booking LT No. Is A4969386 i booked my bike with my confirmed ticket on trivendrum rajdhani express from nizamudin railway station on 24 jun 2015. From delhi to ernakulam junction. But that was not loaded in the same train on 24 jun . And the online system is not showing any kind of information. I also register a complaint on railway parcel complaint system on 24 apr15 after departing of train but i did not recieved any kind of emai or call from that side . Now 8 days are gone but i am not able to find where is my bike

                                      I had 2 AC ticket of PNR NO [protected] dated 03/05/2015 Jat to BPL by 02172. but due to railway's reasons they provided 3 A.C in same train.but when I send the railway ticket to CCM (WCR) jbp. They replied wide letter no. WCR/REF/S/[protected]/05/2015-16 dt 20/05/15 certificate not presented within 2 days of the date of issue. This is not canc.

                                        I TREVELD in train no :- 13331 with a genaral tickek in sleeper class from dhn to jashidih, so many berths available in train I suppose to upgrade the ticket with concern TTE . But no TTE has come and some other tte has take a Fine of 310 rupees, if I m ready to upgrade my ticket and noconcern person will come how can I do the same. What is my fault even I said them so many times but they not hear and at the same time the concern TTE will come and he also not upgrade my ticket and took fine with them, Ticket no 60899629, , please reply me its right,
