The Jaipur-Bandra train (Aravali express 19708) reaches Ahmedabad at 22.00 hours and the train 19221 going to somnath-veraval leaves at 21.55 hrs from ahmedabad due to which we passengers are unable to board train 19221 and have to go by bus or wait till morning for next train. Therefore, please reschedule the departure time of 19221 at 22.30. Please look into this request.

    sir I would like to bring in your notice regarding non delivery of my house hold luggage consisting of five items booked on 14 Apr 15 at 19:48 hrs vide forwarding note no:[protected] from Agra cant to Saharanpur on my ticket PNR no. [protected]. But it has still not reached Saharanpur daily I am making querry regarding status of my luggage. Authority at Agra cant says they send it to Haridwar on 20 Apr 15. When I contacted Haridwar on 22, 24 and 27 Apr 15. Now on 29 Apr 15 Haridwar say they send it to Saharanpur but it was not off loaded at Saharanpur & reached Jammu. Now how can I get my house hold items back to Saharanpur is there anybody responsible for it. Please do need full to trace my luggage. Regards Shyam Singh Saharanpur Mob -[protected]

      Respected Sir,
      I have booked my Hero Honda Splender Plus in Jaipur Railway Station at[protected], Receipt no. J 840192. I booked this bike Jaipur (JP) to Kurukshetra (KKDE). But till date I have not received my bike. I have much time called to Jaipur station, but they not give satisfactory report. First time they said your bike reached Jammu Station by mistake. Today also they said your bike in Indore or Delhi railway station.

      Sir, I live at Kurukshetra (Haryana) I have face problem regarding my bike. Please give me status of my bike.

        we had reservation for the tr. no.14673 shaheed exp. Under pnr no. [protected] for the date of 07th march.2015 but the train was delayed by more then 3 hours so we cancelled our tickets.as per rule we should have get refund with in 07 to 10 working days.as we have filed the cancellation under TDR no.[protected]. but still we have not received the refund amount.we hope the solution of our problem as soon as possible.thanks

          After filing for TDR under section, "passenger not travelled" on 8th Feb 2015 @ 19:59:05 Hrs [even before boarding the train - but after preparation of chart]

          Now, today - as a solution, it is reflecting status as "TDR Reduplicate".
          and Reason for Repudiate TDR : As per chart, passenger has travelled.

          This is a CRIME & COMPLETE NEGLEGENCE from Indian Railways.
          I have a documented proof to prove in the court of Law, to show that I DID NOT TRAVEL ON 8TH FEB 2015 ON TRAIN 12810 SCHEDULED TO DEPART MKU @ 2010.

            Quota: PREMIUM TATKAL (PT) Ticket Type: E-Ticket

            The ticket rate being flashed on the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) website at the time of booking was Rs 1, 335/-

            After I booked the ticket under the premium tatkal quota, I got an alert from my SBI account, which showed that Rs 2, 869.94/- had been debited. The fare had increased to Rs 2, 869.94/- without any notice.
            And this amount is non refundable, which is a complete act of cheating by the indian railways.

            I call it railway approved fraud. Please look into this matter.
            The commuter books thinking s/he is paying the base fare but ends up paying the premium fare that railway calculates in some manner only it knows. This is unacceptable, "

              Missing of important booked parcel - Indian Railways Dear Sir, I, Alka Stuti, make a humble submission that my valuable parcel worth Rs.57, 000/- was booked from Dehradun Railway station to patna junction on 11.04.2015 with Builty no.500690 in 12328 (Upasana Superfast Express). But till date the parcel is not delivered to the booked adress.And the Station Authority at Patna Junction is showing their unability to trace the consignment .                 Hi Team, It's not nearly impossible, it's totally impossible to get a confirm TATKAL ticket in East Central bound trains at any time round the year. How is it possible for a medium class family to travel in case of Emergency. Its a matter of surprise for us how 100 - 200 SL berths got reserved in just 2 mins, getting a confirmed reserve ticket is a purely a matter of luck or lottery. We expect that Railway will surely look into this.

                    The private vendor posted outside near Hazrat nizammudin railway station are charging E excess amount of rs five(Rs 5/-) for booking each 2nd class ticket as their commisssion, where as the amount to be charged is Rs (1/-) only as printed on the ticket. When same had been discussed with the vendor residing on the first booking counter leftside of the station, adjacent to the railway station entering ladder, they refused to refund the excess charge.

                      I have booked a train ticket from Coimbatore to Vijayawada for RaptiSagar Express on 30th Dec 2014 holding a PNR number [protected] to travel on 23-Jan-2015. I couldn't travel on that day due to personal reasons for which I have filed a TDR as "Passenger not Travelled" on 23-Jan-2015. The TDR has been filed and CR registration number and Cancellation ID has been successfully given as MEC290115W24762 and [protected] respectively. Till now I did'nt receive any refund against this TDR. It shows the status as CR filed always. I request you to please take up this issue and do the needful.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a new Smart Card from Railway on 16/04/2015. but at the time of issuance they have not asked me for any identity proof nor my name and mobile number. Currently lots of terrorists activities are going on all over the world. We never forget 26/11 so request the Railway department while issuing of this Smart Card kindly check person identity & address proof and keep record of that person address in your record. Anything will happens in future so railway authorities to take extra care. Hope you understand this and implement this on priority

                          I would like to inform you that I had booked an online railway ticket (PNR No. [protected]) for journey from New Delhi to Kolkata (Class-3A) in train No. 12382 (Poorva Exp) through irctc.co.in. The schedule departure of the train was 16:15 hrs. on 09 Feb 2015. On arriving to New Delhi Rly station I came to know through railway enquiry that the train was rescheduled for departure at 22:50 hrs. on 09 Feb 2015. Due to this rescheduling I was unable to travel to Kolkata as reaching late at Kolkata would not fulfill my requirement. Accordingly, I cancelled the e-ticket immediately by filing the TDR through irctc.co.in at 17:48:16 hours dated 09 Feb 2015 (prior to actual departure of the train). TDR Transaction No. [protected]. As per Refund Rules and TDR Filing w.e.f. 01 Jul 2013 (Authority : Railway Board letter No. TC II/2003/12/Refund Policy dated 14 Jun 2013 – The Gazette of India Notification dated 07 Jun 2013) it is clarified that in case of late running of train for more than three hours, Full Refund is permissible if refund is obtained/online TDR filed before actual departure of the train. As per this rule, I should get full refund amounting Rs 1585/-. However, only Rs 790/- has been refunded to me which is quite surprising. In-spite of several requests and reminders to [protected]@irctc.co.in no present status of the case has been informed. It was only told by irctc that the case has been reopened. In view of the above, it is requested to look into the matter to expedite the case so that I can get the full refund as per existing rule. Thanking you in anticipation UJJAL KUMAR

                            Yesterday i visited New Delhi railway station at 18 : 30 hrs to see off my relative ( Senior citizen ) .When i went to the counter to take the platform ticket . i saw there are 6 counters available but only 2 were operational to provide the platform ticket which resulted in each counter having a Queu. of more than 100 people waiting for take platform tickets due to the same i got my platform tickets after 90 minutes and we missed the train we had to board .in this manner many travellers would be suffering due to the inconvience caused by non operation ticket counters. Request you to please highlight this major issue in news channels and conduct the proper way of working . Regard Ankit

                              Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Jitendra Yadav and I would like to highlight our experience while travelling in subject train. I Booked one ticked for one of my friend's family from LLT to BSB on dated 13 April 2015 train no. 02069 for three passengers. However, unfortunately one of the Passenger could not travel due to unavoidable Circumstances. Hence, rest two passengers travelled on said Train and their PNR No. [protected] Seat No. 21, 22 and 23 in Coach No.S3. When Ticket Inspector came for Ticket Checking and my friend Ramesh showed ticket and Valid ID Proof PAN Card and he just requested to TT that one Passenger Shubham is not traveling so kindly do not tick on his name. Then Immediately TT started Shouting on him stridently and he started using abusing words in front of all passengers around 0310AM on 13 April 15. TT was saying that your ID is not proper. Hence, you will be charged fine upto INR 8, 000/-. Then Ramesh who is not fully educated showed him his Driving Licence .But, TTs behavior was same Bad-mannered. Hence, Ramesh got scared and immediately called his elder brother and told entire story over the phone. His elder brother said that please give phone to TT that he wanted to talk. TT when he started talking to his elder brother with again abusing words. After that TT refused to talk to him and started forcing Ramesh for fine INR 8000 and said that if he will not pay then he will ask to GRP at Bhusavan station to put him in Jail. Ramesh got totally feared and start requesting that I do not have that much money and I don’t know why you are behaving like this. Then TT went in another Coach and again came back with three more TTs and start Demanding for Bribe INR 2000 and finally he took INR 1500 from him. Hence, request you to kindly Take this matter on very urgent and do the necessary Action against him to set an example for other Ticket Inspectors. Unfortunately Ramesh could not note his Batch No. and Name. However, it can be find out with the chart details that in Coach No. S3 who was the Inspector.                                 Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Dhanlakshmi on 14/4/2015 i was traveling from kurla- vikhroli in Ambernath train at 10.27 am due to delay of trains i have boarded Luggage compartment was getting late to office while getting down at vikhroli station TC caught me & ask for the ticket & also she were behaving rudely with me inspite of having Train pass she were penalized me & wrongly mentioned in voucher i was traveling in handicapped compartment but i told her i was in luggage compartment & also i was ready to pay the fine she was treating me like i am criminal & harassed. Once i done with the payment the person standing next to her was saying to her today you have completed your target.Kindly refer attachment receipt This is like to complete their target they are insulting passengers & wrongly blame passengers I requesting you kindly intervene & do the needful.                                   wen are in kallakurichi and many people are expecting kallkurichi railway station connecting ulunthurpettai, and also expecting kallakurichi district for many years, since kallkurichi is one of mp constituence, but are not fulfill with basic needs, and many support is given to chinnasalem village, since kallakurichi is 5 times improves town than chinnasaslem, we all are expecting basic needs for many years...

                                    I encountered theft of my handbag while travelling in 2 tier AC coach Sanghamitra Express -12296, dated 1st Apr, '15. The incident occured between the stations Mughal Sarai Jn and Allahabad Jn. We reported the incident to RPF Satna, who registered an FIR(0/15 under 380 IPC). My complaint is against Indian railways for their inability to provide safety and security to their passengers in this highly theft prone belt.                                       Sir, I am herewith submitting a complaint against the Ticket collector on his behaviour with the passengers ( Students, Ladies) . On 2 nd Apr'2015 I travelled with my son in 12737/ GOWTAMI EXPRESS - A Student in couch (S 8) Seat No. 5 was actually boarding from Samalkota to Secunderabad. But due to urgency he may pick up the train in Kakinada to go to JEE Main Exam at Hyderabad. Ofcourse He paid penalty for Rs. 370 to TC for his mistake. But TC was boasted that he insulted that boy and make him fried. That boy was upset, feel unwell and not interested to go to exam. A co-passenger in the train ( Lady) supported to talk about the boy but the so called Ticket Collector talks unnecessary and unparliamentary words with her. She was abused for his behaviours. As an employee his behavious was very insulted and shameful .
