No# DL10SE/4042) on 15.03.2015 to be dispatched on 17.03.2015 from DELHI to RANGIYA JN ( RNY -Assam). TDR # [protected] was filed on 24/02/2015 and till today the refund is not provided. Generally, all other railway zone (like South Zone) we will get the refund very soon but I always facing a challenges whenever I filed TDR in Eastern Zone.
