    A parcel containing live fish was booked and loaded on 16th of February, 2015 and was expected to arrive to Old Delhi railway station on 17th February, 2015. But the train was (as usual) extremely late and reached at 0300hrs in the morning on 18th February, 2015. The parcel was to be unloaded at the same station but due to the lack of interests towards work and negligence the parcel was not unloaded at the destined station and it reached the next station, the final destination (Kalka). The train number is 12311 and it is now almost 3 days that the parcel is unattended. As a proof I only have the parcel's PPR number. If this is the scenario then I am really sorry for what the railways is providing as a service. Its better to stop taking such assignments if one cannot handle its duties and responsibilities diligently. And for the loss, the railways will never ever compensate even if the whole fault is theirs!

      I am from Valsad, doing up and down in train from valsad to surat. My issue is, why this train 59050 running continuously late specially from vadodara ?

      See I attached the photo of train running late issue. We need to solve this issue because we tired because of this daily late train. We have no option other than this train :(

      Any new ? Issue still not solved. yesterday train is late by 1:26 hours. Actual arrival time for surat is 6:50 PM but it comes at 8:20 PM. Why ?

        I had booked an e-ticket(Pnr no. [protected]) for me & my wife for journey by train no. 18518 of[protected] for travel from visakhapatnam to bilaspur. Due to hudhud cyclone the train was cancelled by railways. But the amount paid by me was not refunded yet. When contacting irctc, they had been expressing their inability to refund as the railways will not entertain claims after passage of journey date. My stand is that, when the train was cancelled by railways, they should automatically refund the amount paid by me. Railways have not yet refunded me, even after i wrote letters to gm & dcm (Refunds), secr, bilaspur; and mails to them were not at all replied back & not refunded.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Details: PNR: [protected] Train No.: 12859 Date: 14/FEB/2015 Journey: Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal to Kharagpur This is to make a kind attention to the problem which I faced while traveling from Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal to Kharagpur Junction. The sleeper coach was full o[censored]nwanted people who didn't have ticket, there were around 3 to 4 ladies in the coach as I had seen in chart rest were all men. I was allotted lower berth and 7 extra people (having no ticket) were sitting on my berth. People allotted with upper berths were on their seat and sleeping. I was not feeling well, so asked people to allow me to sleep or let me open the middle seat so that I can sleep. They started explaining me the rules of middle seat - timing of middle seat is 10 PM to 8 AM, and if you'll open middle one then how could we'll sit. There was no TC to check the tickets. Some how I survived the journey and reached Kharagpur. I want an answer that why there was no TC to check the tickets, is it fare from your side such a conduct. On one side you make rules and regulations and another side you break your own rules. I request you to take immediate action that why there was no TC? Waiting for your response. Thanking You.             Sir/madam I had booked ticket dated 27.12.2014. Due to some personal reasons passenger couldn't travel. Train departure time was 1605hr. I filed tdr at 1711 hr on the same day through online as ticket booked was e ticket. Pnr no. [protected]. Now irctc portal says my tdr claim has been repudiated because EDR was not fed wrt Pnr on account of late filing of tdr. Now my queries is that when tdr was filed within 2 hr of train starting time then why EDR was not fed? Whose responsibility is to feed EDR? What action railway is going to take with errant officials? What is the other option available with me to get back my refund. You are requested to look into matter and redress my grievance else be ready for face off in court. Pnr no.               Hello Sir/Madam, I traveled on[protected] on train no. 11062 with PNR no. [protected] at B1 59. I have ordered normal dinner veg thali(Chana gravy, chapati, daal, rice and pickle). Kindly guess its cost? first complaint.. It was 100 rs which is obviously over priced.Second complaint: Rice was uniformly distributed with tiny stone like particles. I didn't just found it in just 1 or 2 spoons but at every spoon, after eating it half, I decided that my health matters more, so i threw. If it was in my case, then it was fine, at this large scale, it may happen, but i found everyone who ordered this in my compartment, complaining about it, if it is the case with many, then obviously in 100 rs plate either quantity must be there or atleast quality. Both were shameless.Third ComplaintI went to pantry manager and asked him directly for complaint register. He started asking about my complaints. I explained him and then they were preparing egg gravy plates.. and he offered me to taste rice from that. I tasted, it wasnt the same which i ate, neither it had small stony things. So HE DECLINED TO GIVE ME COMPLAINT REGISTER! He told he can give me different plate but not the COMPLAINT BOOK. Does he has rights to not to give complaint register? Then, with no regrets, he asked me to show me my plate, I told him do you expect me to bring my food plate from B1 to pantry card just to show it? or the words of different passengers arent enough? or do you think i am that free that from B1 after eating your food i will have entertainment show with you of irrelevant complaints?JUST SEE THE MOST RESPECTFUL RESPONSE: Go to the T.C. and log complaint in his complaint book that pantry manager is not giving me pantry complaint book, and with full ego he told "I will manage it" and chuckled. I felt deeply insulted. No passenger was ready to come with me. All said No point, nobody will do anything. I wanted to ask your team, is it true? nothing can happen? complaint register or this koisk is just a myth?Lastly I went to T.C. and asked for complaint book and he gave me suggestion to log the complaint online as its more effective and moreover he doesnt have enough time to go back and get it. SImply wow on the system! this is how railways treat their customers? 100 rs plate which merely cost rs 25!Rude insulting behaviour towards passengers?No complaint books availability?last but not the least, unhygienic food?

                          The trains running in south India (tvc division) is unexceptionally late due to fault in train timetable, due to this type of timing various trains are late more than 1 hr and also halting on various stations (the train has no stopping on that stations) and outer of stations for signals.when the train is stopping on outer there is no security for passengers and their valuable goods because mostly the train stops on midnight, early morning.if any details about this complaint contact me on [protected].please take necessary steps to resolve this complaint as soon as possible

                                  Hi Team, It's been more than a month that I have been following up with IRCTC ([protected]@irctc.co.in) in respect of a TDR filed on 29th Dec'14. The train was late by more than 3 hours and the passengers did not travel. The PNR no is [protected]. The refund has not yet been made by IRCTC. Every time I am notified by IRCTC that the matter has been redirected again to the concerned department and that I would receive a response soon. However, this does not seem to be the case. On 25th Jan'15, I sent a reminder e-mail requesting them to arrange the refund before 31st Jan'15 and if that does not happen, I would have to raise a consumer complaint to seek resolution. The target groups were [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.com and [protected]@irctc.com. It's really disappointing to say that none of the units paid attention to the request. Would request an immediate investigation on the dispute so that the refund is initiated at the earliest.                                     We are the passengers of Ranaghat. Its a biggest Junction station in Sealdah North division. having a EMU carshed which accomodate 24 nos 12car rakes. There are many routes from this staoion. such as Ranaghat- Bangaon, Ranaghat- Gade. Ranaghat- Krishnanagar/shantipur. But from ranaghat to sealdah there is only 11 locals in a whole day (RANAGHAT LOCAL DOWN). 31622 is such a train which is coming from Gade to Ranaghat. the same rake is directed as ranaghat Sealdah local after 2 mints. Now from 26th Januray the is hapopening with 31634 down ranaghat sealdah local. We need both train will leave from ranaghat only...

                                      I was the traveller in the train 19031 Haridwar Mail. Boarded the train from Jaipur(29.01.15 – 23.00 hrs) to Delhi (Old Delhi station 30.01.15 – 5.30hrs). Train was supposed to reach at around 5am. As soon as train was slow down at the outer before Delhi Station at 5.30am. I was standing near washroom outside 3 Tier Ac couch with bags to get down. Door was open from both the sides. Unknown man saw me standing and immediately attacked me. He pulled by handbag I didn't give my bag so he tried his all level best to snatch by handbag. In this incident i kept shouting for police or anyone to help. Since there was no one around people heard my voice and came out to help. The theft pulled me so much out that I had lost all hopes for my life. My half body was out of the train. He got my cell phone and so he left my handbag. I lost my cell phone worth rupees 30, 000/- Samsung Galaxy Note. My complaint is when our railway knows there is no safety and this theft are moving around. Why no action is taken? Why no cops in train? I was in shock for 3 hours also I have got injured in this incident on my leg, lower jaw, hands and head. Railway should take such case seriously why the hell doors are open prior? Why there was no attendant in train? Why this negligence? For this incident I have other passengers details in witness for this incident who saved my life. Railways are responsible for this incident.
