Hi all,

I Recharged my wallet with Rs.100 money and it has been debited from my account but in recharge history it still showing Recharge initiated wallet balance not get updated. My Account is associated with mobile no [protected].The transaction was made through paytm upi.

I have contacted my bank and they confirmed that the acquirer account that is [protected]@paytm has received the amount .

    Address: Howrah station

    There is a lobby at Howrah station.
    Howrah station coolie is charging high amount than rate chart and not listing to us.
    Please has a vigilance on that. I had paid Rs. 400 for 5 nos. Of luggage, for each luggage they are charging Rs. 100/-, which was carried by trolly only.

    They are saying trolly rent is Rs. 200 to drop inside.

    Kindly check the same on rates and pls resolve.. as they are becoming very aggressive in case you ask for rate chart.

        I live ìn a apartment near Chinchwad Railway station . I wanted to complain about the unwanted honking by the trains near this place as there is a automobile storage place which is used by railway for transportation. There is honking throughout the day long even during night they honk non stop which is disturbing our sleep . Since I am working from home, during the meetings this honking is disturbing and embarrassing in front of my abroad clients.I feel this honking is unnecessary and in this new age of 2022 there should be better technology to communicate than relying on honking.

          I had booked two tickets from Indian Railways with PNR [protected]. As per their rules they confirmed the same birth for both passengers.
          If they are confirming half ticket for each passenger and then why should I pay full amount? I would like to establish a complaint and request a partial refund. This is unfair that Indian railways confirmed only half ticket and charging the full amount.

            PNR Number [protected] Train diverted and does not touch Madgaon on[protected]

            On reaching Madgaon station at 1 PM on 08-Mar-2022, we were informed that train Jana Shatabdi Exp has been diverted and will not touch Madgaon station, instead it will start from Thivim station. TTE informed me that since this is the iTicket, it will get cancelled automatically and I will get the refund automatically, Hence I purchased fresh ticket in Mumbai Express [ Ticket PNR[protected]] leaving at 7:20 pm from Madgaon, I and my family spent whole day in station till 7:40 pm waiting for the next train.

            How can Railways repudiate the refund for diverted train which does not touch the boarding station?

            Railways also failed to inform me well in advance about technical issue and due that that train was scheduled to be started from THIVIM instead of MADGAON station.

            At 02:22 PM, I received an SMS as below:
            Due to technical reason, TRN No 12052 does not touch your station MAO on 08.03.2022. Kindly check NTES/139 before starting your journey.

            whereas, scheduled time of departure of Janashatabdi Exp from Madgaon was 02:40 PM

            On the IRCTC app, it was showing, This halt has been deleted from the train route.
            I have the screen shot, if required, I will share it

            Please verify again and refund total amount for the journey not travelled by Jana Shatabdi Exp on[protected]

                Sir the ahamdabad station Indian railway decading the of sulabh sochalaya

                      This is to bring to the attention of the concerned railway officials to look into the parking fee for the new building entrance of Tirunelveli Junction railway station. Minimum Parking Fee of rupees 20 is levied even for entering the new building entrance area. This is acceptable if we park the vehicle in the parking area. It's not acceptable to charge everyone with vehicle who enters the area and doesn't even park. It's becoming an issue /nuisance everytime we depart or arrive at the new building entrance.

                      I urge the concerned officials to take appropriate actions and resolve it at the earliest.

                          Today on 21 st of March, 2022;one of my family member returned from Nashik to Howrah. He boarded the Geetanjali Express. After the train arrived Howrah and he stepped down and was on his way through the platform, one TTE instructed him to show the contents of his bags.It was good till then. Then he charged him of an several irrelevant issues. These are *He asked for his ID.but when the ID + below portion of Aadhar card) was shown, he said that its not valid. *Then TTE checked his boarding ticket and said that there was no voter ID mentioned in it and fined him Rs800/- of Indian currency.

                          The point is that he booked the ticket at Bandel Jn. The official there told him to mention the adress of particular place where he was destined to go. The official did this as it was necessary. So if the voter ID was also necessary to be mentioned on the ticket then he must have informed about it. So I request the rail authority for proper investigation of the matter and handover the charged money

                                Im complaining about AC changes and suffocation

                                The AC in second tier was perfect in starting. Then due to some passenger request the AC was changed to warn temperatures and it created a lot of suffocation and difficulty in breathing. It also led to headaches and tiredness. Pls resolve this and set a FIX AC temperature that CANT BE changed by passenger request....

                                  TDR filed against PNR No.[protected] and got rejected.

                                  I booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile app for 5 of my relatives in MS SALEM EXP (22153) From Chennai Egmore (MS) to Chinna Salem (CHSM).
                                  Actual time of departure is 23.55PM on 05th March, 2022. I received a text from Indian Railways that the chart has been prepared on 05th March, 2022 at 19.59PM. But at 20.54PM on 05th March, 2022 another text was received like the train is delayed and expected departure is at 04.00Hrs of 06/03/2022.
                                  As we have some emergency work in our native one from the above PNR No.[protected] consists of 5 passengers have travelled in bus. So I filed TDR at 22.20PM of 05th March, 2022 with the reason that "Train was more than 3 hours late, passenger not travelled".
                                  And Today, I received a mail that the TDR is rejected as the passenger is travelled. But the Passenger named Ram Pillai boarded a bus at 11.00PM from CMBT.
                                  Also when the other four travelled in the delayed train they were informed about this to TTR and he said "As TDR filed, his name is not in the chart". Then how come this reason for rejection could be accepted.

                                  TDR filed against PNR No.[protected] which is partially refunded and partially rejected.

                                  My brother booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile app for 6 of my relatives in MS SALEM EXP (22153) From Chennai Egmore (MS) to Chinna Salem (CHSM). Actual time of departure is 23.55PM on 05th March, 2022. I received a text from Indian Railways that the chart has been prepared on 05th March, 2022 at 19.59PM. We have filed TDR for two persons named Ms.Yamuna and Mrs.Dhanalakshmi, but we received only the charge of one person (Ms.Yamuna). We have to receive Rs.440/- instead we received only Rs.220/-.
                                  Also when the other four travelled in the delayed train they were informed about this to TTR and he said "As TDR filed, the names were not in the chart".

                                      My expensive mobile was stolen in between Khandwa and Burhanpur station while travelling in this train PNB LTT Express 13201 between 12.30 AM to 1.15 AM in coach S3 seat number 28 on 14 March 2022 early morning. There was no TC to approach in the compartment and me being single lady lodged a complain to the police who were present within the compartment, This is a serious mishap as there is personal data and emotional attachment with the mobile which is really a serious issue. Later I tried filing FIR with the GRP station at Kalyan where I boarded down. I have the pic of the thief who stole the mobile and accessed it somewhere nearby Nagpur after stealing the mobile in between the major stations as mentioned above. I also have other important mobile documents but I don't know whether I will ever get my mobile back. This also happened with another traveller who was in coach S8 in the same train.

                                      Sir, This is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir Who will answer to this ? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.
