Excessfare refund reg.

My wife and 2 of my relatives aged 67, 65, 62 had travelled with valid tktPNR[protected] in 12795 Train in chair car from Vijayawada to Begampet on 26.02.2022 with photo copy of ticket purchased from Railway counter at Hyderabad as nobody is available to make reservation for them I bought at Hyd. and sent photocopy and all messages from Railways On journey TTE collected Rs1545 as penalty by giving excessfare Tkt. By excusing request to refund...

About ticket counter master

In MGR CHENNAI CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION the reservation counter master is not issuing reservation tickets from anther station ex like from coimbator to vijayawada. He only giving starting from mgr chennai central station I asked him why are you not giving he said come at different time when that time the train is been started already and also hes has hesitating the north indian people. General he is on mrg shift old person plz solve this problem...

Money deducted from bank but R wallet not credited

Recharged R Wallet for ₹700 on the UTS app. Money got deducted but wallet didn’t get credited. Logged a complaint on Ralimadad (137) and complaint was booked (reference number[protected] but 10 mins after call, received an SMS that issue is resolved. No revert from them yet and amount also not credited back to account....

Cheated By Not Refunding and No Action

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My train was scheduled from Jabalpur on 16th February 11:20pm but suddenly I saw that train was showing "PARTIALLY CANCELED" & I was stunned and shocked and then I called Indian Railways on 139 to confirm and the customer care confirmed the same that the train was partially canceled. Not stopping Orange bus at stand

Bus no DL1PD5407
Route no 183, rohini sec 18 to Old Delhi Railway station, Timings 13:30 approx. This bus driver never stops at Haider pur, ayurvedic hospital stand. I am daily passanger to chandni chowk. There are 3-4 passanger along with me. But he never stops bus at this stand on this time. I have watched it daily. There are maximum ten passanger in the bus. Plz take necessary action to control it....

Ac not functioning

We are travelling from Haridwar to Bandra terminus.
Train number 19020.
We are in AC 3 tier coach.

Toilets unclean and food not properly cooked

I am a passenger in your Pune - Howrah Duronto super fast Express (1221)- enroute to Tatanagar junction . From the starting of the journey itself - the Indian style bio toilets were unclean, ill maintained and stinking . All the refuse came up when flushed ! Horribly unhygienic.

Palace Queen Humsafar express train

The Udaipur City - Mysuru Palace Queen Humsafar Express was started between Udaipur city railway station in Rajasthan and Mysuru Junction railway station in Karnataka . It was operated with 19667/19668 train numbers on a weekly basis. This train service was stopped due to covid pandemic but it is not yet started again. When will it start? No information available on irctc or Indian railway websites....

Some person occupied my upper my seat to my allotted seat

I was booked my train tickets in NSS& DM tarin 17427 ONGLE TO TIRUPATI my seat numbers was D2 47-56&60 another guy was occupied my seat numbers was 47-49
Upper my luggage seats I'm asked that guy he say that seat was her own and he had by 70rs ticket and also he says I was manage my TICKET COLLECTOR
Then he was don't leave my luggage seat...

Unable to login my irctc ID

i booked a ticket on 12.12.2021 with a user name & password in the irctc websight. but today when i am trying to logging into this websight its mentioning my user name or password invalid. when i went through the forgot password option & gave the answer of the question i have selected its showing an incorrect answer alert.
i really need to access my acount having the same user namr & password....

I am complaining abou bad behaviour of unauthorized personkinnar at train and asking money shamelessly and rudely

One drunken kinnar with dark complex, short height & little hair came inside train at my birth at Prayagraj Station and asked Rs. 151 very shamelessly. I was with my wife and 2 daughters. I tried to convince but due to her bad & shameless behaviour I have to given Rs. 150. There was no security available st that time in train. TTE accepting bribe and giving berth to passengers without ticket

My Family travelled in train no 12601(Chennai to Mangalore) in S1 coach On 20.02.2022, TTE accepted bribe and gave berth to passengers without ticket and also didnt allot any berths to RAC passengers. i registered a complaint on indian railways at 139 on today morning(21.02.2022).
