The Udaipur City - Mysuru Palace Queen Humsafar Express was started between Udaipur city railway station in Rajasthan and Mysuru Junction railway station in Karnataka . It was operated with 19667/19668 train numbers on a weekly basis. This train service was stopped due to covid pandemic but it is not yet started again. When will it start? No information available on irctc or Indian railway websites.
Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Any update on this? Or it will remain as it is just like other complaints..
Can we have any update on this complaint please?

    I was booked my train tickets in NSS& DM tarin 17427 ONGLE TO TIRUPATI my seat numbers was D2 47-56&60 another guy was occupied my seat numbers was 47-49
    Upper my luggage seats I'm asked that guy he say that seat was her own and he had by 70rs ticket and also he says I was manage my TICKET COLLECTOR
    Then he was don't leave my luggage seat

      Sir,
      i booked a ticket on 12.12.2021 with a user name & password in the irctc websight. but today when i am trying to logging into this websight its mentioning my user name or password invalid. when i went through the forgot password option & gave the answer of the question i have selected its showing an incorrect answer alert.
      i really need to access my acount having the same user namr & password.

        One drunken kinnar with dark complex, short height & little hair came inside train at my birth at Prayagraj Station and asked Rs. 151 very shamelessly. I was with my wife and 2 daughters. I tried to convince but due to her bad & shameless behaviour I have to given Rs. 150. There was no security available st that time in train. The kinnar jumped to Prayagraj station when train was running slowly. I am very shoked and unable to understand how this incident happen in this vip train Prayagraj Exp. I am travelling currently in train and going to complain in other platforms of railways also. Kindly understand my concern and resolve my problem. I want refund my amount due to this problem in the train. I am not facing any problem now but Kindly don't close my complaint until that kinnar was caught from prayagraj station and my amount will refund.

          My Family travelled in train no 12601(Chennai to Mangalore) in S1 coach On 20.02.2022, TTE accepted bribe and gave berth to passengers without ticket and also didnt allot any berths to RAC passengers. i registered a complaint on indian railways at 139 on today morning(21.02.2022). Railway staff called and enquired in a bad manner and also they are supporting TTE. i got a reply from railways that the berths which i mentioned were vacant but as it was till caicut, so they couldnt allot it to my family. Calicut is one stop before our destination station(vadakar) and it usually arives at 7.27am. Sleeping time at INDIAN RAILWAYS is only from 10pm to 6am(correct me if iam wrong) How officials are supporting this kind of bribery action without any hesitation that too in official site. Officers were giving wrong informations to me on call too. i need complete refund for 2 tickets as 2 people managed in 1 berth and also a proper action against TTE as this is frequently happening.

            Train No 12493 Darshan Express AC coch A4 50 number seat and 49 No seat charging point is not working wa have so much long journey so please help to solve asap this charging issue, almost our mobile battery going to drain minute by minute.

              My family Not able to get the reserved seats as the train is full of rush and people from non reserved part are into the reserved part...in my coach...D10...Need help...we are with luggage too

                I am traveling in tirumala express coach no. S1 seat no 80. Train no. 17487.

                  Train is waiting at kharda station for more than 1 hour. Should have reached Bhopal junction at around 7.30 it it delayed by more than 3 hour and still it's waiting at station. Train no. 12779 goa Express. And there is no water in toilets.

                    My train is late from 40hrs its supposed to arrive on 13th feb 9.00am but still the train is on raipur station train number is 00113 train departure time was 11th feb 10.27 pm.
                    My parcel was their in train and because of train is late production house is bearing loss of 5-7 lakhs rupees of one day.
                    Parcel is shooting material and very important for the shoot .

                      Hi Indian railways,
                      Train no. 16595 panchaganga express is producing heavy screeching wheel sound when travelling to karwar from bangalore. Even when the train is not going through the curves. I am concerned about the safety of people has it passes through remote areas in Western ghats, ​please can you address what is the issue.

                          I parked my bike at Surat railway station pay and park area for 24 hours and I pay 30 Rs
                          As per Fare chart shown to me.

                          Due to my train late I come late while returning from Mumbai and instead of 24 hours total time was 25 hours exactly
                          And parking staff charged another 40 rs. Extra for 1 hours time instead of 10 rs. and his behaviour was unacceptable..

                          I behave with me like I am terrerist and I park bike without Charges
                          All Passengers suffering same issue but they don't listen to anyone and behave like anything

                            Charging point not working in Train number 22159, Bogie A1, Seat no 25, Passenger name Subhashchandra Nair, Toilet Flush is not working, God knows what kind service does Indian Railway is providing, really upset with the Service, BJP Government is saying they are doing the best work in Railways till date, but it's all false statement. Biggest Set back is that there is no good class train for Tamilnadu from Mumbai

                              On 03-dec-22, train 18520 was late by more than 5 hours. We have not travelled. But our tdr is rejected (PNR [protected], TDR [protected]). This may happened due to tick marked by on due tte. Worst and corrupted people. How can they digest, my hard earned money.

                                This is regarding the trains from Yeshwantpur to Hubli in SWRly
                                1.These trains speed beyond the limit as a result residences in ISRO/DRDO/
                                and IT in Jalahalli -watch factory proximity are disturbed in the early morning and late night by the tremendous noise of the diesel engines
                                2.Unnecessary honking while the signal is not clear and prolonged high
                                frequency hoots while starting after the signal is clear. This creates a big
                                nuisance to the residents
                                Suggestions
                                1.The speed of trains within the city limits have to be reduced and monitored by fixing a Tachometer which will record the speed and the driver to be held accountable.This has to be implemented for the safety of the trains
                                and also the public
                                2.These Zones have to be designated as silent zones and no honking should be permitted permitted
                                3. In general the horns which emit high intensity sound to be replaced with latest ones which are of lesser sound and the durations to be limited
                                in time. Further no honking should be permitted if the signal is not clear and they have to wait and while starting the honking should be of low intensity
                                with reduced durattion

                                  Hi,
                                  I booked my motovehicle from New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS) which needs to be dispatched at Gorakhpur station (GKP). I do have the ticket of my journey (03-Feb-2022). I already asked from the Customer Representative of Railway when I called on 139 as they directed that I have to be at Parcel Department before 3-4 hrs of train departure which is at to be 20:40. I reached there at 3:30 and did all the formalities but the people there told me that my bike can't be boarded today[protected] and will board tomorrow[protected] but this has not been done.
                                  Again, when I made numerous calls to Parcel Department, they boarded my vehicle on 06-02-22 on Train no. 12524, the train reached Gorakhpur station but my vehicle didn't deboard at Gorakhpur station.
                                  I again tried to file complaint by calling 139 but no one accepted my complaint and closed it immediately. Now, I don't know where to go, who to approach. I am really getting troubled by the terrible service. Please help.

                                  We had booked 5 seats in D1 coach and had tickets from Pune to Dadar. However, one man was very abusive and voilent and also had no ticket but still claimed the seat next to us as if it was booked by him. He also said he doesn't have ticket and to mind our business.

                                  Special appeal to please check for such passengers who do not have tickets but claim seats and sit occupy the window seat and fight with people who have purchased tickets. Such persons are dangerous for the passengers. Please check tickets of all passengers and do justice to genuine passengers.

                                      Silchar Guwahati Express 15615 and Guwahati Silchar Special 15616 both this Train run very slow like a bullock cart, feel very bored and get irritate, even we can't reach our destination on time. Indian Railways should need to improve it faster for passengers.
                                      Yesterday i missed to caught connecting train from Lumding, 3 passengers ticket money of SLEEPER CLASS gone wasted.
