TDR filed against PNR No.[protected] and got rejected.

I booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile app for 5 of my relatives in MS SALEM EXP (22153) From Chennai Egmore (MS) to Chinna Salem (CHSM).
Actual time of departure is 23.55PM on 05th March, 2022. I received a text from Indian Railways that the chart has been prepared on 05th March, 2022 at 19.59PM. But at 20.54PM on 05th March, 2022 another text was received like the train is delayed and expected departure is at 04.00Hrs of 06/03/2022.
As we have some emergency work in our native one from the above PNR No.[protected] consists of 5 passengers have travelled in bus. So I filed TDR at 22.20PM of 05th March, 2022 with the reason that "Train was more than 3 hours late, passenger not travelled".
And Today, I received a mail that the TDR is rejected as the passenger is travelled. But the Passenger named Ram Pillai boarded a bus at 11.00PM from CMBT.
Also when the other four travelled in the delayed train they were informed about this to TTR and he said "As TDR filed, his name is not in the chart". Then how come this reason for rejection could be accepted.

TDR filed against PNR No.[protected] which is partially refunded and partially rejected.

My brother booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile app for 6 of my relatives in MS SALEM EXP (22153) From Chennai Egmore (MS) to Chinna Salem (CHSM). As we have some emergency work in our native two persons from the above PNR No.[protected] consists of 6 passengers have travelled in bus. So I filed TDR at 22.20PM of 05th March, 2022 with the reason that "Train was more than 3 hours late, passenger not travelled".
On 15/03/2022, My brother received a mail that the they've refunded the amount of Rs.220/-. We have filed TDR for two persons named Ms.Yamuna and Mrs.Dhanalakshmi, but we received only the charge of one person (Ms.Yamuna). We have to receive Rs.440/- instead we received only Rs.220/-.
Also when the other four travelled in the delayed train they were informed about this to TTR and he said "As TDR filed, the names were not in the chart".

      My expensive mobile was stolen in between Khandwa and Burhanpur station while travelling in this train PNB LTT Express 13201 between 12.30 AM to 1.15 AM in coach S3 seat number 28 on 14 March 2022 early morning. There was no TC to approach in the compartment and me being single lady lodged a complain to the police who were present within the compartment, This is a serious mishap as there is personal data and emotional attachment with the mobile which is really a serious issue. Later I tried filing FIR with the GRP station at Kalyan where I boarded down. I have the pic of the thief who stole the mobile and accessed it somewhere nearby Nagpur after stealing the mobile in between the major stations as mentioned above. I also have other important mobile documents but I don't know whether I will ever get my mobile back. This also happened with another traveller who was in coach S8 in the same train.

      Sir, This is a serious case which the authorities have to take care of. Now we are afraid to travel in train. Who is responsible for this? Sir Who will answer to this ? Please enquire the same and kindly take immediate action.

                My wife and 2 of my relatives aged 67, 65, 62 had travelled with valid tktPNR[protected] in 12795 Train in chair car from Vijayawada to Begampet on 26.02.2022 with photo copy of ticket purchased from Railway counter at Hyderabad as nobody is available to make reservation for them I bought at Hyd. and sent photocopy and all messages from Railways On journey TTE collected Rs1545 as penalty by giving excessfare Tkt. By excusing request to refund excess collected.

                  In MGR CHENNAI CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION the reservation counter master is not issuing reservation tickets from anther station ex like from coimbator to vijayawada. He only giving starting from mgr chennai central station I asked him why are you not giving he said come at different time when that time the train is been started already and also hes has hesitating the north indian people. General he is on mrg shift old person plz solve this problem fast because so many people have face really hard time they are staying in station 2 to 3 days by this person is not giving tickets and trains are been gone. Thank you

                    Recharged R Wallet for ₹700 on the UTS app. Money got deducted but wallet didn’t get credited. Logged a complaint on Ralimadad (137) and complaint was booked (reference number[protected] but 10 mins after call, received an SMS that issue is resolved. No revert from them yet and amount also not credited back to account.

                      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

                      My train was scheduled from Jabalpur on 16th February 11:20pm but suddenly I saw that train was showing "PARTIALLY CANCELED" & I was stunned and shocked and then I called Indian Railways on 139 to confirm and the customer care confirmed the same that the train was partially canceled. Then I asked about the process to get my money of ticket. He said it would be refunded we have nothing to do.He customer care promised me not to worry as the train was canceled by Indian railways and the refund will be sent to customers. Then I was happy that you will refund my money but I got a mail from IRCTC that the refund TDR has been Reudiated due to "Train Not Diverted". I have been calling IRCTC and Indian railways for number of times and explaining them that train no diverted is wrong in fact the train was partially canceled but my issue is getting rejected everytime. I need my refund else will go to police and consumer court. REFUNF my valuable money

                      Since then I have called Indian railways 139 more than 20 times explaining the same thing again and again but I have to face the following:

                      Call Disconnect after explaining the issue
                      Call Disconnect after call being forwarded to Supervisor
                      Not registering the complain correctly
                      etc.

                      Now, I have no strength left to say explain the above issue So I have given up to 139 and their uneducated customer care and technical aspects.

                            Bus no DL1PD5407
                            Route no 183, rohini sec 18 to Old Delhi Railway station, Timings 13:30 approx. This bus driver never stops at Haider pur, ayurvedic hospital stand. I am daily passanger to chandni chowk. There are 3-4 passanger along with me. But he never stops bus at this stand on this time. I have watched it daily. There are maximum ten passanger in the bus. Plz take necessary action to control it.

                                    I am a passenger in your Pune - Howrah Duronto super fast Express (1221)- enroute to Tatanagar junction . From the starting of the journey itself - the Indian style bio toilets were unclean, ill maintained and stinking . All the refuse came up when flushed ! Horribly unhygienic.
                                    The food served wasn’t warm . Parathas were half cooked and the matar paneer was watery and tasteless .Tea served was of extremely poor quality . When no benefits to senior citizens, at least ticket prices should be reduced or better service provided !
