Dear Sir,
I have booked a e-ticket in the month of Nov - 09 against PNR No [protected], when the TC checked our ticekt we have showed our original voter identity card to him, the railway person (TC) told me that in voter ID photo is not cleared show me other identity card like pan card etc. which we have not carried on that time.
After the lots of discussion he has cancelled our e-ticket and maket the another ticket with the penalty as per the railway rule and told me to pay the amount which i am not ready to pay for that.
The railway TC and other railway person has called the RPF and mentally and physically harassment done on that time. We are travel with the family person with 2 ladies and 3 childs due to this i paid the all amount to TC with the penalty which is charged against him.
On that time i called IRCTC customer care no for that the customer care told that via TDR procedure you can cliam your amount. and the 50% amount will be refund you within 3months. As per the instruction i have make the TDR request on IRCTC web site on dated 27.11.2010.
Till the date i am continue followup with the customer care, [protected]@irctc.co.in, tdrprocess <[protected]@irctc.co.in> for non receipt of TDR amount. But he is not replying on the mail.
My concern is how can railway charge the double amount for the single seat. We have paid the amount 2times for the single seat which is not in the rule.
Request your help to return back the amount. Kindly look into this....

1) On the travelling we are trying to convince the TT for the non caring of valid identity proof we have the original official identity card of private firm on that time. But the TT says this is not a valid identity proof and he is behaving rudely on that time he charged penalty for this and issue a new ticket on the same birth no.
2) From lats 6-8 month i am continue followup with the customer care no and TDR process team for refunding the TDR amount but till date we have not yet received any amount for the same.
This is the very bad service which i have experienced from railway team, requesting you to raise the SR for this and reslve this issue as soon as possible.

i have planed to move my motor cycle from tpj to nzm through rail. i booked the parcel on 28.09.2011 at trichy (tpj). till date i did not get my motor cycle.it is very bad situation for me because i am in delhi (mayur vihar -iii).every time i will going to nzm and collect the status of my bike.
finally someone(railway pacel enquiry person) helped me.he was trace my bike location.now that is ERODE but my booking staion was NZM.
VERY VERY BAD TPJ (TRICHY) parcel office.
Do you know all the public offices(railway, rto, hospitals, schools ..ect) are only for public service but even a sinle person did not acknowledge that
