I went to Railway Station on 8.9.2010, for booking of tickets. I took 2 filled up forms, & booked the tickets. After that I saw a single Blank form for reservation was left. Therefore, I asked the Employee for giving one more form. But he Refused to give that. He said, No forms would be given. I just want to ask, what's the point of not giving the form, as Forms are free, & further Railway earns from those forms, as those contains, Advertisements of various Companies.
When I asked the employee he Queried about the requirement. I told him that, next time I will come to Railway Station with a filled up form. Then, he said you have to come & fill the form, here only.
I want to know, what if a person don't know to fill the form, will those Employees will help him.
I just want that, some action should be taken against those type of Employees, who just dont want to co-operate with common people. They would fully co-operate with a Agent or a person who will give commission to them.

Indian Railways — Tatkal Booking
Would like to send a straight note to all the railway ministers who generally say "aam admi" funda in giving anything to the society. Is there Aam Admi really. How cum then we yes we aam admi never get a ticket booking from our home internet from tatkal. 8:00 hrs and the site is down or pages get jammed and after 15 minutes when you see all the tickets are booked.... even if you try to go the counter and if you are first person then also you seem to deny this. Ministers (NO they dont know any thing else then retain their seat)-- rather the person who really work can you better check that why the tickets are given for booking all to the agents and why at 8:00 in the morning AAM ADMI if he tries never ever get a tatkal ticket over internet.... either stop tatkal tickets at all or give some felxibility to the home internet user. Every body is boosting of stopping buearcacy,the system itself gives birth to buearcracy. When we dont get the ticket we have to then search for other means spend more... then tell the minister to stop boasting the workds "AAM Admi". 5 days in advance was well and i suppose the quota was also good but then too the tatkal tickets we never got it.
