Sir,

My self Ramesh Singh, I parceled my scooty honda activa, 04 x pvc bundle and 01 x washing machine from Jodhpur Junction on 23/07/2021 to Kashipur (KPV). But I didn’t received any of my belongings. When I talk to Jodhpur parcel office staff they said we sent your luggage (Scooty honda activa, 04 x pvc bundle and 01 x washing machine ) on 24/07/2021 in Ranikhet spl Train No 05013, but when I talk to kashipur (KPV) Parcel office staff, they deny that didn’t received the same details luggage. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Address: Nangloi railway station, New Delhi, 110041, NORTHERN RAILWAYS

      At NANGLOI, NEW DELHI, NORTHERN RAILWAY STATION i went to recieve my mother and while coming out of railway station, the ticket checker lady asked for train tickets and my mother showed her tickets. And then she asked for my platform ticket.
      There were no rule of platform tickets on a small railway station like ours before that. And if they are starting to make platform tickers mandatory on these small railway stations, they must at least inform traveller's by putting a board or write on station walls so that everyone becomes aware of new rules.

      Me and my mother told the lady that we didn't knew about this new rule and hence we requested her to let us go and we will surely follow rules next time. But her behaviour towards me and my mother was really harsh, she threatened to put us behind bars for not paying fine. We paid the fine but she still behaved very harshly with my mother who is about 20 years older than her. She atleast respect senior citizens.

      There are two platforms on NANGLOI RAILWAY STATION, everyone can roam freely and can walk freely on platform no. 2. People from nearby colonies just walk on platform and no one cares BUT there is a rule of platform ticket for platform no. 1 ONLY which is on my side.

      These officers dont know how to respect someone, if they want to charge with fine someone, atleast speak politely with them first. Threatening older person like my mother and me to put behind bars is not the way of treating people. Such people doesn't deserve to be government officers.
      Their harsh behaviour must not be tolerated. Authorities like these are responsive for drowning image of government servants.
      Kindly look into the matter.

          Pracel not yet loaded
          I am chotu singh, 6 item booked from Jamnagar to Alwar having PRR no. [protected]
          On 15th July 2021 04:30Pm at Jamnagar parcel office
          But even after 24 hours of booking my parcel not even received at Alwar office. The reason of such delay is unknown.

                I had booked two carton boxes from Kozhikode Railway Station on Fri, 9th July, 2021 in Mangla Lakshdeep Express to Nasik Road Railway Station in Maharashtra. The two cardboard cartons each of 40 kg were supposed to be delivered to me the next day that is 10 July or 11 July. However till this date the parcel authorities have not been able to trace the whereabouts of the parcel booked through Indian Railways.
                Sir, the two Carton boxes contain some of class 10 books and notebooks being referred by my daughter who at present is studying in class 10 in Kopergaon, Maharashtra.
                Sir the delay in tracing the booked parcel will create a distress and disturbance in my daughter s mind as those parcel contain her class 10 study materials required for her forthcoming exams.
                Sir I request you to aid me to trace my parcel so that my daughter can refer the study materials needed at this hour of preparation.

                      While journey Kamakhya to Yesvantpura on 7 July 2021 by train no. 02552 at coach no. H1 seat No. A1, 2, 3, 4 continuously heavy water leakage from roof however the same could not be repaired from available technicians in train due to this we faced lot of problems in our whole journey

                        Dear Sir,

                        My brother(Dinesh C.Borkar, Age 44) travelled from Yashwantpur Junction(YPR) to Dharwad (DWR) by Belgaum Express train on 1st of July 2021 which reached next day 2nd July 2021 to Dharwad(DWR) at around 4.40 Am. (train NO.06549/SBC BGM EXP). Once he got down from the train at DWR station and was walking on the platform to catch the sky walk bridge. While he was walking on the platform he slipped and fell in to a open chamber which was not protected or covered by the concerned railway authorities. Because of this his left leg shin bones fractured badly and has to under went surgery. This has not only led to the financial expenditure and has also caused mental trauma to our family members.

                        I urge the concern authorities to take up this matter with the concerned defaulters and arrange to compensate the medical expenses which we are incurring. I firmly believe the justice will be provided to my brother.

                          Today I noticed that petrol from my bike is theft .I park at premium parking area at Thrissur railway station .Rs 20/- for bike .
                          Last two days the quantity is very low.i get only 10 km for 110/-rupees petrol.
                          This happened two days in this week.

                            @RailMinIndia Hello respected sir/mam me and my family facing this problem now(29/6/21) at 2:00 pm night.Peoples occuping the reserved seats in all sleeper classes and they are fully occupied not only in seats in pathway too.There is no TTR in this train
                            to check all these.

                              I have booked 04 ticket through irctc from Buxar to Saharanpur by 03255 Ppta Cdg Spl express on 19th Jun 2021. Pnr. No.[protected] date of journey 30th Jun 2021.

                              Although i choose two lower berths for senior citizen preference option but surprisingly the system allotted me all four birth alternative no seats with upper berths& middle birth.
                              Now i am in very much tension how my 82 years old father and 63 years old mother will avail the middle berth who has acute knee problem & Hypotension with obesity
                              Will you please re-allot at least two lower berth for my Father and mother.

                                I have booked my ticket on 12.06.2021 for my spouse, my kids and for myself. My wife has choosen side lower, kids has choosen side upper and i have given lower birth choice. My wife and kids are particular with their respective seat but i was not having issue with my birth. Due to some official reason i have postponded my journey and i have clearly mentioned cancellation details and respective alloted lower birth for cancellation but they have cancelled my ticket and provided other two member ticket but they have changed their respective birth. They have chaged my wife birth from side lower to lower birth which is unfair with me and cheated to the passenger. When the passenger has cancelled his ticket his birth part to be cancelled and you cannot change the birth of other passenger. Please look into the matter on urgent basis and provide me the same side lower and side upper birth as per the ticket. Really horrible and pathetic situation of indian railway . I want ur urgent attention

                                    EXCESS FINE COLLECTION. I was traveling from hwh to Mka on 11/06/2021 with pnr no - [protected]. I unintentionally traveled up to bkp because I couldn't wake up at time. On bkp station tte charged me fine of 250+120 but by law if it is unintentional then there shouldn't be any fine and if tte finds it intentional the fine should be 250 + difference in fare, which is 250+ 0 in my case as difference between fare is same .I.e. 415. Please investigate it and let me know for any update.

                                      I have been travelling in 03351 Dhanbad allippi spl train...in D3 coach which I have reserved tickets for me and my husband. There is a heavy crowd that even we cannot get into the train..there were many men standing in the way and it is so uncomfortable for me to get to my seats...that is a bad situation normally and in this covid times.

                                      It is worse..please take action.
                                      .and let only reserved passengers travel...please take this seriously
