I have booked my TVS Ntorq 125 CC (Vehicle Rg.No: MH12SV 9739) via train parcel from Pune to Renigunta on 6th Dec21. My vehicle loaded in train no 22159 on 6th Dec at 1630hrs in Pune. I supposed to receive next day morning at 9 AM in Renigunta Station, however surprisingly I came to know my vehicle was not unloaded and went to Chennai Central station.
I am asking parcel office team in Renigunta - They are not sure when I will get my vehicle.

I am waiting in Renigunta from last 2 days but my vehicle not yet received.
My parcel reciept no 777034.

Kindly look into matter at earliest & resolve my issue ASAP as I need to receive this vehicle & send across to my hometown by road again.

    Sir,
    I have booked 2 tickets for 4 passengers vide PNR No.[protected] and [protected] for NAGPUR to PUNE for NGP PUNE AC SPL Train No.02114 for date 21/11/2021; by paying basic fare Rs.5020/- for four passengers(Rs.1255/-each) without availing any concession.(No concession was applicable to this train).
    On 21/11/2021; I got message from IRCTC that my train number is changed to 12114 Garibrath and We have to travel accordingly.
    Since railway fare for this Garibrath is Rs.845/- each; total for four passengers Rs.3380/-; I should get refund of Rs.1640/-.
    I enclose copies of my tickets and details of train travelled with request to refund the amount of Rs.1640/-.

          On the 30th of November 2021, I booked a ticket from Jodhpur to Kochuveli on train number 16311 SRI GANGA NAGAR EXPRESS and I parcelled my bike on the same train. But when I reached my destination, my bike was not found on the train. When I enquired on Jodhpur railway station, they were irresponsible and they said it was parcelled and it will reach whenever... I would really like to get my bike back and this issue resolved at the earliest.

                Malpractice in railway reservation system

                I santosh always traveling from sangli to dadar on Sunday. It has been found that some waiting list person gets confirm seat even they waiting list no. is more than me.
                So tell the reason & some needful or I will go consumer forum regarding such malpractice.

                I'm a passanger of train no. 18206. The charging point near seat no. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 isn't working, this causing us to wonder here & there and inconvenience too.
                The train just departed from prayagraj junction.
                I'm hoping a quick resolution.. tha k you 🙏

                  Luggage/Parcel are not delivered

                  I have booked a parcel two Wheeler motorcycle Honda Shine BS6 125CC which registration number is MP66MH7823 on 26.11.2021 from Bilaspur to Jharsuguda railway station . My parcel PPR number is [protected] . The parcel has been loaded on Bilaspur railway station at 20:35 on train no. 22843 (BSP-PATNA SF EXP.) but parcel has not been unloaded/delivered at Jharsuguda railway station.

                  So, kindly delivered my parcel ASAP.

                  Myself coming by family with kids from Delhi by flight, I booked 3 tickets in 3AC to erode with PNR-[protected] Trn:12516 Dt:26-11-21 Frm PER to ED Cls:3A P1-B1, 1 P2-B1, 4 P3-B1, 2.
                  Schedule time was 3.10am in Perambur station.

                  But train was delay by 4hours.

                  No such information/announcement by railway department.

                  Today rain, no right place to sit in railway station. All places are in wet and watery.

                  My family is still without help and suffering lot in station.

                  Why our railway department is not all giving information to passengers.

                    Today on 25th November I was travelling with my 19 yrs old friends from Gandhidham to Mumbai, a ticket collector started misbehaving with us and was threatening us to get us down on station. I have the proof video of how he was talking with us while we were talking calmly with him. So I would request to take serious action against the ticket collector. I can also share the video of his if any media would share for us. Requesting a reply from Indian Railway.

                      Today at 25th November 2021 in Sayaji Express @ 11:55pm from Gandhidham. The ticket collector was misbehaving with my group of 19yrs old kid and commenting about them. Further he denied to consider the message recieved by IRCTC stating that we had tickets and was asking us to leave the train unethically. I have the video of same which I'm soon going to post on social media too. Please check into such irresponsible rude people

                        This is about the railway line between Chandkheda Station, Ahmedabad and Khodiyar Station, Ahmedabad. In between this two station lies a very huge residential area where people at night come to home and hear train honking too loud without any obstacles on track and they don't stop honking even after passing the crossings they just continue which makes very disturbing after evening when people are exhausted and expecting peace at home. Before one year there was not much honking but as the days are passing they are just increasing the amount of honking the horn. I would request the indian railways to please think about the people living nearby tracks.

                          I am a Soldier in IAF . I have been issued a FRW from jaisalmer to bariarpur (Dist-munger, approx 2000km away).I have to book my train via delhi Becoz as no any train available via jodhpur & deen dayal upadhay in evening. (Jodhpur howarah not running on Sunday, 28nov). But he is denying to book train via delhi at jaisalmer railway station. Booking clerk behaviour is very rude. He saying it is your problem. Is this my fault to be posted in far away from home in border area to serve our country? This kind of act everyone is facing on the jaisalmer railway station. It down the morale.
                          Please specify that booking can be done via delhi or not.

                            On 21st November 2021, I was traveling from Raipur to mumbai where I have booked two connecting trains. Due to my 1st train got delayed by 4:30 hrs. I missed my other train also. The their is no one from Indian Railway who can help me on this issue.
                            Due to this I got loss of Rs. 4000/-.

                            Will Indian Railway return my money???

                              My Family member, travelled from Kalyan to Rahimatpur by 11029 KOYNA EXPRESS on 19-11-21. the ticket was on the waiting list. However, they boarded the train in general 2nd sitting and there were several others in the coach who was having waitlisted ticket and many with ordinary unreserved tickets.

                              While Ticket Collector checked the tickets found few of the confirmed ticket passengers absent. But, instead of allocating the vacant seats to the waitlisted passengers, he allotted the seats to ordinary ticket holders who handed him some monetary benefit. There were few more cases like that, though I'm not able to recollect the seat nos. correctly.

                              After a few moments, he checked my family member tickets and said you have to pay charges as this ticket is not confirmed and this is a reservation area however my family member was not educated on railway rule and he was forced to pay 400 RS per person so the total amount he took around 1200 RS and not provide any receipt then my family member argument with railway TC for the receipt but he avoiding him and hiding the ID then running out for different daba also when they trying to read him name this such a shame on railway TC staff who is doing this for money-making to fulfil own pocket

                              I think this Railway TC incident might be being faced by many other passengers day-in and day-out. Would senior officials notice this someday and take action against such corrupt employees.

                              I would plead with some top officials to take serious actions against this TC who hiding his own identity while things getting real law and his ally, not because the Family faced a lot of inconveniences, but to better the system.

                                On date of 18Nov, 2021, i trying to book a platform ticket at surat railways station from platform no.11, that time one person come to me and told me please help for book platform ticket, its an emergency so that i understand the situation help to book plat form ricket.
                                I gave 120 rs to clerk and told him to book 2 platform ticket.Clerk book two ticket but he return me only 40 in place of 60, so i told hin give 20 more but USE BAD WORD TO ME, WHY U HELP HIM.AND CONTINEOUSLY USED BAD WORD.
                                I hope you understand and do needful to notrepeat again by any clerk for any customer.

                                  My sister, brother in law and their 10 months daughter had booked for train number 02978(Maru sager spl) through IRCTC app for traveling from Kasaragod to Ernakulam junction for the date 06.11.2021. As per the details provided on ticket, the scheduled departure of train from Kasaragod railway station is 22.45, that is 10.45 pm on 06.11.2021. We were constantly receiving delay intimation through SMS of the train to the number from which the ticket were booked. We have checked on different train tracking sites including NTES but none of them shown reliable information. During this pandemic as it is risky to spend time in a public space with 10 month baby, we made calls to Kasaragod railway station as well as Mangalore railway station to enquire about the authenticity of SMS received and to know the actual time of departure. Since no calls were answered, we went to Kasaragod railway station on 06.11.2021 between 06.00pm to 06.30pm. While approaching to the enquiry to get updated about the time, they informed that train will be arriving as per the time mentioned in ticket. On this basis, we reached Kasaragod railway station by 09.45pm on 06.11.2021. The officials there informed that the train has passed by 09.30pm. There was nearly 8 passengers who have missed the same train due to the same reason. As it was very necessary for my sister and brother in law to reach Ernakulam junction by the next morning to attend a job interview, we enquired about the availability of tickets for the next train 12618 and the officials informed that no tickets are available for that train and may get into the train and use any cancelled seat if available. They had to choose that option as it was very urgent to go. Most of the seats were found vacant and my brother in law explained the whole situation so that they have the right to travel on the ticket they have with them. But the TTR charged fine against them for rs.4690/-(four thousand six hundred and ninety only). In total we lost sum of the ticket charge rs.1915(one thousand nine hundred and fifteen) and fine, rs.4690/-(four thousand six hundred and ninety only), that is total of rs.6605/-(six thousand six hundred and five only).I hereby request you to consider this and refund the full amount that is rs.6605/-(six thousand six hundred and five only) along with compensation for the time and patience we had to waste during this pandemic with a 10 month old child.

                                    10Nov -21 New delhi railway station mr Hans ram meena, s/o lakhan ram meena has fixed 200 rs for cooli change due to lack of change amount he suggested paid through phonepe or Paytm in both mediam translation was pending tn I will arrange change 200 rupees & Hansram meena tell if amount is clear in his account he returns after 2 days amount clear 200 rupees in his phonepe as well Paytm total amount -400 but meena ji not returned yet after 4-5 times call & whatsapp also
                                    Please notice cause no other will suffer also
