Respected Sir,
I had booked some tickets for movement of barat party of my son to and fro from Udhampur to Haridwar and Rishikesh/Haridwar to Udhampur on 28th June and 30th June 2020 respectively .Due to covid 19 all the trains upto 30thJune were cancelled by Indian Railway and 100% refund was ordered.The refund of 4 tickets having PNR No[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] amounting toRs.5700/-, 5335/-, 5700/- and Rs.4880/- respectively total amounting to Rs.21615/- has not been refunded till now.It is as such requested to kindly look in to the matter and kindly arrange for refund as ordered by gov't .

      In our Rail colony the cops are pressuring to go from the rail colony and we have not any other house to go we have not enough money to buy a house. Just not our family other 30+ families are having same situation due to the lockdown so please help us we are helpless this is an kind request to you .

        I Dr Khan Minhaj have booked the train ticket to travel on 30th October 2020 from Udgir To Parbhani which was confirmed with allotment of Birth CNF/S4/12/LB with PNR no. [protected] vide train Awb Festival spl(07049) (Ticket enclosed).

        However when I, board the train on 30/10/20 the TTE, Mr Rajshekaran on duty in S4 boggi, refused to allot the birth, saying that your name does not appear in reservation...

        Dear sir,
        I booked train tickets from Mumbai to Nagpur and back for 17th April and 18th April respectively. Lockdown was announced on 22nd March so I came back home from Mumbai. As the initial lockdown was only for 21 days, I didn't bother bringing back my ticket. But as it came out lockdown was increased. As I booked ticket in offline mode, here in my hometown they demanded for the hardcopy of the ticket. They even assured us of full refund. Now on 31st October I was able to retrieve my ticket from Mumbai. Today when I went in the railway office they told me, that the refund period was for six months only and now you are not eligible for the refund. We couldn't afford losing the refund as both tickets costs about 2700 rupee. And will be a big blow to our pockets. Please look into the matter.

          Dear sir, with all due respect and humble submission, I want to bring it to your kind notice, I stay in the apartment called Prestige Shantiniketan, ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore. There are 3000 family livening in my community and over 10, 000 adjacent to ours. For the last few years, we have been having sleepless nights as well as getting disturbed in day time due to unnecessary honking by trains (between KR Puram-Whitefield line)...

          Sir, i booked my two wheeler on 16th oct 2020 from delhi station and received" 1 packages booked from NDLS to PNBE having PRR no. [protected]" this message. Today is 22nd oct 2020 and my parcel has not yet been dispatched. Nobody cares to take matter into consideration and this is causing lots of problem to me. Kindly look into the matter and let me have my parcel received in patna.

            Over carry of urgent parcel in railway booking

            Dear sir/madam
            I'm here to complaint about my problem occur because of bad service by railway and their staff..
            We loaded our 4 urgent parcel from hnzm to mas station on 16 oct 2020 RR NUMBER[protected] V.P NUMBER- 04829 in which it was loaded, But my parcels didn't get unloaded by your staff..
            And still it's not arrived at mas station and my client is asking foe claim now..

              From last 3 days we are not getting my brother's avenger bike which we have parceled from PANVEL to Gorakhpur train on 12 Oct 20 .we also have receipt with us.
              Indian railways responsibility was to drop it to habibganj station but they haven't done.we are continuously following up with them but they are not bothered .we are worried and irritated by the staff.didnt expected the carelessness by INDIAN RAILWAY# NO UPDATES FROM THEM

[protected] on[protected].These trains were cancelled due to covid 19.Railway had not sent any messages for refund, since 6 month, Today booking clerk of Dondaicha said me no refund for same. why you can not refund fair to me?

                  In darbhanga secandarabad express train number 07008. Couch number B2 . There is no water and handwash available.

                  Such lack of basic facility in present covid situation is gross negligence. Immediate action should be take .

                    Address: Chennai to palakkad

                    I was having a courier from chennai to palakkad. It was booked for courier on[protected] from chennai and they confirmed that it will be delivered on next day i.e[protected]. But when i checked in palakkad on[protected] my box has not even reached the station. They asked me wait for one day ..as per their request i waited for one more day . On[protected] I again went their for asking about my box . But they where not having any details and my box is missing . When i requested them to raise one complaint on the same with the details i have and the booking reference slip soft copy .. they where not willing to register any complaints. They require the hard copy of receipt which was pinned along with the box. They told soft copy wont be accepted ..they where trying to escape from their side.. the box contains the costly live fishes which i purchased from chennai . I am sure that all it will be dead in 3 days... But still i want to know what was happened to my box. And make them little more responsible since they are dealing with others belongings

                      missing parcel (2 wheeler m-cycle)

                      I have booked a parcel (2 wheeler motorcycle) from howrah jn. To njp jn. On 24.09.2020 and the same was loaded on 26.09.2020 at hwh jn. To be delivered at njp jn. On 27.09.2020. The parcel was not unloaded at njp jn. As communicated by the parcel office at njp jn. And since then i have been in contact with the office but no one knows where my parcel is at this time and no one is taking any responsibility.

                          Respected sir, i booked my bike parcel through indian railways from new jalpaiguri station (West bengal) to jamalpur junction (Bihar) on 04/09/2020

                          I made sure that the parcel was loaded in the train before it moved from njp station.
                          The train reached jamalpur station on 5/09/2020 at 08:55am but my bike wasn't unloaded. I enquired...

                          Myself subhash k. V booked the parcel of scooter from shoranur jn to bhopal jn with the pwb number 584222. I was traveling between the stations on 4th sep 2020 and the parceling officer has been told about parceling the scooter in same train (02617) which he has agreed to. Now, to my great surprice.. When i visited bhopal jn parcel office, they said they didn't receive such a parcel!! And the tracking service providing a blank response. Please help
