Ear sir,

I, karunakar, make a humble submission that i booked a parcel from secunderabad to agra cant railway station on march 19, 2020, pwb no. [protected]. Only 10 out of 12 boxes arrived at agra cant. And two boxes are missing.
Therefore, i request you to trace the balance 2 boxes and do the needful at the earliest to deliver the goods to me.

    I booked 2 tickets (1. Train number :16228; pnr no: [protected] and train num: 16592; pnr num: [protected]). But due to corona virus, lockdown has been announced by our honorable pm on 24th march. I wasn't aware of automatic cancellation of ticket and credit to account. Hence i cancelled my 2 tickets on the same day when pm announced lockdown. I recieved only 50rs each for my tickets.

    Kindly refund my full amount as cancellation by self or system is for the purpose of lockdown.

      During august 2019, most of maharashtra mostly sangli & near by places were flooded. My father with my mother & grandmother were stuck in the flood but were safe because they were in jath (Miraj) which was not flooded at all but all neighbouring places were flooded. I could hardly contact my dad because mobile network were unpredictable. My father got concerned. So, he booked ticket in premium tatkal costing 8329₹ which is too much for any middle class family but conditions were justifying it.

      My father had goa express booked for 06/08/2019 from miraj to gwalior. Which first got seven hours delayed than it got cancelled and i assured him refund would be automatically initiated but after few days i got to know it was diverted without any update and even ntes and other railway apps were showing status as cancelled. So, railway diverted train without any update so they are not bond for refund?
      First my father borne all transportation expenses from jath to miraj to jath again because train got delayed & now railway also denied, rejected my tdr request citing train is not fully cancelled and just diverted.

      If someone is in between of a natural disaster like flood in this case. First thing he/she should do is file a tdr because time limit is only 72 hours what type of policy is this? Kindly refund our money.

        The 12101/10102 jnaneswari super deluxe express, 20821/20822 pune satrangachi humsaafar. Sir i request you to please stop these trains at nashik road so thath passenger can travel through it. All the trains from nashik going towards these routes are running with pqwl also full. So i request you to stop these 2 trains. Also railway will get a better revenue as nashik comes under top 100 booking station of india.

          I have booked one onward journey wait listed (Wl23) e reservation ticket on 20.02.2020 for commuting journey on 19.03.2020 vide pnr -[protected] from loharu (Lhu) to dhanbad (Dhn) by 12372 dn. Jaisalmer howrah sf express.
          Again on22.02.2020 i booked return journey wait listed (Wl 11) e - reservation tickets from dhn to lhu by 12371 up for return journey on 30.03.2020, vide pnr -[protected].
          Having seen the attrocity of corona spreading virus contacted through irctc app to cancel my both the wait listed e-reservation tickets on 16.03.2020 and on 17.03.2020 but all the time irctc neither cancelled nor refunded my said e tickets though irctc charged their fees.
          Kindly resolve the issue earliest and pass a suitable order to refund back my amount paid for purchasing those two e-tickets st the earliest.

            I have booked my activa 125 from bhopal jn on 17 march 2020 to pune jn. My ppr is [protected], i have not yet received any message regarding boarding of my parcel yet.
            Where is my parcel?
            Later i am not going to pay any extra charge for railway's negligence.
            It seems like it has become habit of indian railway parcel service to delay the parcel, each and every time i face thia problem.
            And then you charge such a big amount from us while collecting the parcel as if the delay was our mistake. I want to know where is my parcel and get updated on msg or email.

              A consignment was booked from tatanagar to alipurduar junction, the prr no. Being[protected], on 18th january' 2020. As per the official railway parcel website, the consignment reached howrah on 19th january' 2020 and was further loaded in 15959- kamrup express on 21st january' 2020. No further status has been updated on the website regarding the consignment henceforth. I had submitted a copy of the receipt at the alipurduar junction parcel office and at the commercial store, office of the drm, alipurduar division, nf railway but to no use. Finally, i lodged a complaint letter to the senior dcm, alipurduar division, nf railway but, no information or feedback yet. I have been circling the drm office and the alipurduar junction railway parcel office. But, no info regarding the whereabouts of the parcel.

              Respected Sir,

              I cancelled the following tickets due to lockdown imposed by the Govt. of India for the prevention of COVID-19. But, unfortunately the cancellation charges of 120/- for 3 tickets and 190/- for Rajdhani exp was imposed.

              Please clarify this and find the ticket details

                I am travelling in daulatpur chowk intercity express 19717, s1. I'm a regular traveler, if some critical situation may happen this is how you treat people?
                Please shift people without or unreserved tickets to general or at least remove them from our seats which i bought. Everytime people who don't have any tickets rushed into reserved compartment if we told them to vacant our seat, they replied with a reason that they get off from...

                Gudivada station is daily suffers troubles. Because of here number of trains like normal rake or goods rake stop and facing maintenance troubles like brake bind or wheel smoke. And also cleaning and water filling troubles. Goods fright also facing grate troubles like brake fail spring broken smoke or fire troubles. So we are requesting please provide txr c&w point here.                   Me and my 4 friends are traveling in garib rath train (12739) from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad on 15th of March.
                  Upon asking for beddings, service man told me that blankets are unavailable as they are dirty.
                  This is least expected from IRCTC. The whole country rely on IRCTC and it's facilities.
                  I humbly request you to take action against it.

                    The manglore express (Chennai to manglore) train unreserved coach positions doesn't announce properly in tambaram station. Passengers are suffered on 14th march 2020. The voice announcement is very very worst. Passengers are unhappy from that voice announcement. Voice announced 2 ur coaches in back side and 1ur coach in engine side. But, only one ur coach was in back side. & 2 ur were in engine side. We suffered a lot because of this.

                    My brother sent bike from Chennai (MAS) to Raipur(R) junction. Once I received my bike, it was in so awful condition. Bike clutch and acceleration was totally damaged. My bike steering was tilted. Don't prefer indian railways to shift your bike. It is totally unbearable service from indian railways.

                          Myself mohini, i am a student of pune university. I went to drop my friend on to pune station, wherein while i was near the entrance, unware of the counter we enquire for platform ticket counter from the same tc, she despite of telling me started asking for money and bribe of some 200 rupees. I told her i want to take ticket and i was unware of counter and as train was late we were enquiring. Despite that the fact was my friend was having ticket she on his phone, she started snatching phone and asked to keep all the cell phone or pay fine of rupees of 1200. I told that 1200 is not the fine on which she held my collar and pushed me, i told her let my friend go he is having ticket, please dnt take his cell phone on which 2 female tc along with 1 male pushed me badly in the office of tc and started abusing me badly. Me and my firned on this started recording video, the lady snatched the phone and told"tu ladki ka photo niklega tu teko jail karungi" i told her not to do this. And leave us also i said sorry please understand my friend have train and ticket is worth 2500, he will miss the train but she started absuing and asked me to not do any call. I told her that you can only fine us i am aware of the rules but she in front of more than 10 people holded my cloth and insulted me she also outraged me and stripped my cloth in front of huge people. I was so embarrassed and insulted. She forced me to write apology letter also. I was confined in a room initially and later she took me to rpf and there she abused me in front of police and in pressure asked me to write apology. This was m worst experience of life wherein i was assaulted badly only for a bribe of 200 anf platform ticket of 10 rupees. I being a citizen of india not involve in any of criminal activity neither i am use to such behaviour. Kindly look into this matter.

                                  Respect sir/madam, no communication received from railway, also I have tired to contact and sent message to 139 and [protected] but didn’t received any response.
                                  I have found [protected] this number on website. This is the contact number of CENTRAL WESTERN RAILWAY, JABALPUR HEADQUARTER [protected], the person who picked up the call was not ready to listen anything and was not properly communicating . He spoke very rudely and said it is your fault, don’t call me again and disconnected call in between. Please take some action against this officer.

                                  Sir/ madam, I have booked two wheeler on 21st February from ltt to Damoh via Kamayni express, I travelled along with my two wheeler on the same train. On 22nd February I reached Damoh station at 8:00 o’clock I went to the parcel coach and told them I have booked two wheeler and showed them receipt the employee said wait here, there is an issue in the door, they tired to open it but it was stuck and was not opening . I have informed the same to person who is in the office he said don’t worry your parcel we will unloaded in the next station at sagar but still they didn’t able to open the door again so they Said we will unload it at katni station. But the door was looked so they didn’t unloaded the vehicle.

                                  It has been 16 days, the vehicle was not delivered to me yet, I have not received any single communication from railway side, I have no idea where is me vehicle and when I get it

                                    I have been using eastern railway atvm smart card for suburban train ticket booking for a long period. My smart card no is er0081972. Unfortunately my card expiration date was 02/02/2020 with remaining balance of rs 130. I request the booking counter personal to recharge the card on 02/03/2020. He said "at first your card will be blocked. And then the balance will be transferred to a new card you will be provided" and blocked the card saying to contact with him after 24 hours. Next day he said that the card has been expired and can do nothing. Now the card can't read by the machine. Before blocked the balance was seen by the machine. But the instructions no 3 of the card is as follows. "security deposit & balance refundable up to one month after expiry of validity". Please do needful and oblige.

                                      Today i am traveling from pune to thane by train no 22106. Pnr no. [protected]. I could not get rail nil water bottle during my journey till now. Sellers are selling local water bottles costing rs. 20. Don't we have any right to get good food, water at affordable rates. We are ready to pay money as per mrp to right brand. When can this stop. We want immediate resolution.
