Today in churchgate fast train 11.38 from andheri. The train stopped at bandra, in ladies coach few ladies passengers forgot to get down. Their relative (An uncle) came in ladies compartment second class, threw a child outside and then their luggage and pulled the chain, in spite of ladies yelling at him.

Kindly check with rail police.

    Sir/madam,

    My name is vijayakumar n., and i am a state government employee in karnataka. I am commuting daily between whitefield railway station & ksr railway station of bangalore. The two wheeler parking facility at whitefield railway station is too worst. As it is nearby to itpl & many it companies, many of the it professionals are commuting in the trains by parking their two wheelers at whitefield railway station. The parking contract holder is very unprofessional and behaves very rude. He thinks that the parking place as his own place/land. He demands more than 50 rupees per day. I think that it is too high as compared to parking in bus stand and even in metro stations. I request indian railways for the arrangement of the parking facility at affordable rates. The cost of the parking itself is too high as compared to the ticket cost. Indian railways should plan to provide smart card system for the parking like in shopping malls where they will charge on hourly basis.
    Hence, i request you to look in this matter by sending your officials at the whitefield railway station and take necessary action against station master/manager and parking contract holder.

      I was travelling with family from tirupathi to bengaluru on 2nd jan 2020 via sheshadri express. After getting down at bengaluru by 1.10 pm squad fined me because of no ticket to my son. Who is 9 years. I asked rules then lady tt told i[censored] speak nicely i will charge 60 (Normal ticket) plus 240 as fine i[censored] speak more or argue i will charge 150 + 240 fine. They charged me 390. If i am guilty then train tc will be guilty if he ask or check that time only i may pay 60 only. Team of 3 dangerous ladies who r arguing and using bad language. They told they u can not anything against us. Just they checked for 20 minutes only later on they went from that place.in this matter i want to complaint that kindly give full-time official work of checking the tickets. What r their timings? They r behaving as like railway is their entire property. Very sad. At all the stations give duties to to these tt or squad to check. What is the rules of speaking in low volume or asking rules to them. Kindly enquire the same with tt. Two squad ladies are overweight and not have patience to even answer. Previously they use to get lot of money but now everybody is ready to find and want receipt. I asked her to take 60 as fine then she told that your r speaking lot hence we will charge you 390. What is this rule?.

        Sub: legal notice under section 80 cpc. Deficiency in service
        After 22 attempts of callings and messages, the passangers got rescued from blocked lift after two hours by class iv employees with misbehaviour and penlaty to be imposed for using lift.
        1. It is humbly stated as under:
        That i, rajneesh madhok, m.com, ll. B, dfs, ll. M (Criminal law) advocate used lift to reach to platform no. 1 from ground floor, railway station, ludhiana (Towards platform no. 1, clock tower side) on entering in the said lift the shutter closed but the lift had been showing the signals to move downwards whereas i had entered from platform no. 1. As any untoward incident can occur as the signals been shown on the screen was regarding the movement of lift towards downward. I tried to operate the lift by pushing switch to move to platform no. 1 but that was in vain. The sliding door got locked and i and a co-passanger got blocked in side the lift. The nightmare started after the wait of half an hour.
        Following authorities were called and sent sms messages as per details here under: all these phone calls and sms messages made on 01/01/2020 from ph;[protected]
        1) : at 19:40 hours : power house: in case of emergency ph no:[protected] contacted but the said phone is out of order.
        2) : at 19:41 made call to[protected], electric control ferozepur : this power house authority has not picked up the phone call.
        3) at 19:45: made call to[protected] electric control ferozepur and the response was that the concerned authorities will be intimated.
        4) at 19:58: sent message to[protected] a sms based complaints and suggestions application on the number +91-[protected]. That we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        5) at 19:59: sent sms to[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        6) at 20:00 hrs: made sms to[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        7) at 20:01 made call to[protected], mr umesh jain the authority again the response was that the matter will be intimated to the conerned authority
        8) at 20:03 sent message to[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        9) at 20:04 made call to[protected], the stale reply that the matter had been intimated to the concerned persons.
        10) at20:06 made sms to[protected], that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        11) at 20:10 hrs sent sms to[protected] that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        12) at 20:11 hrs, made call to[protected] mr. Satya parkash the stale reply that the matter had been intimated to the concerned persons.
        13) at 20:12 hrs: made sms to[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        14) at 20:13 made call to[protected] mr. Shyam sse ldh power but again no action taken.
        15) at 20:14 sent sms to[protected] that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        16) at 20:16 call made at[protected] to mr. Om parkash official but no action taken.
        17) at 20:16: sent sms to[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        18) at 20:19:[protected], mr. Davindar singh offial listened to my request to evict me from the lift patitently and told me that there are so many officials in the list before me, why not you called to them previously. I told sir, i had already called them but all is vain.
        19) at 20:19: sent sms to :[protected]: that we the passengers are unlocked in lift at platform no. 1 ludhaiana raiwlay station. Despite receiing calls at [protected] and [protected] no one has come to attend. Alrady half an hour passed: adv rajneesh madhok, phagwara
        20) at 20:21 called to[protected] to mr. Yogenrea sse electricity ldh., again nothing had been done.
        21) at 20:33 got sms from[protected] that dear customer this number is now availbale to take calls.
        22) at 21:22, i and co passanger got released and made call to mr. Brij raj sse ldh[protected]
        2. After 22 attempts two class iv employees of railways came those unlocked the lift with master key — have a look on the objections raised by the said class iv employees, those scolded the passengers on using lift as we are not entitled to use lift and so the action would be intitiated against us.
        3. Second fault of passengers are that the concerned official has to come especially from his house to get us freed from the lock up on bi-cycle.
        4. As they were entitled to penalise me and co passanger for using lift but due to non providing the receipt of our offence, i have not paid the penalty for using lift unauthorisedly.
        Violations made by me and co-passanger by using lift : no technical person came to the rescue of the passangers; authorities to penalize passangers for violations are class iv employee, no employee is present in the office to conduct emergency services.
        1) only old men or women (Not senior citizens) are allowed to use lift at platforms. As i am 56 years old, so has no right to use lift to go to platform no. 1 of railway station, ludhiana
        2) on my request that ok i used the lift under violated the provisions of railway act, so there may be any penalty for the same which i am liable to pay on demand by the authorised railway servant. So, the receipt kindly be provided to me for the penalty imposed upon me for use of lift, if i am not a bonafide passenger. On my request to call inspector of tickets or tte to panalize me for the offence made by me to use lift. The class iv employee of railways is not entitled to impose penalty on the passengers for any type of violation made, only the concerned authority kindly be called so that the penalty could be paid after getting receipt for the same.

        The important points of consideration are:
        1) that the power house that maintain the lift is situated at plat form no. 1 of railway station ludhiana and just 30 feets away from the lift.
        2) no technical staff is available in the power house to conduct emergency.
        3) class iv employees are deployed after calling from home for rescue of passanger after two hours.in case the lift as per signals go down that who will be responsible to take care about the life and security of the passangers.
        4) no authority concerend is there to take care for the life and security of the passangers.
        You are requested to investigate the matter and reply to me within 15 days, if you have something to say in this regard that how much penalty has to be imposed upon me and who has empowered the class iv employees to misbehave with the passangers and impose penalty for use of lift.

          Dear sir,
          My company H and Care INCORP from chandigarh booked four cartoons medicine on 11.12.2019. Wide RR no.007639 to Bikaner.
          I received 3 cartoons from railway on 16.12.2019
          One cartoon in which have narcotics product name PATRADOL 75 BOXES was short and parcel officer gave assurance for further day delivery.
          After contacted they replied you pick up your short cartoon on 17.12.2019.
          But till date we have not received our short cartoon.

          Kindly do the needful and arrange to handover our cartoon as early as possible

            So dull and slow work of indian railways face to much problem due to this i want to really recommend to apply strict rules against railways employee for bette service and bright future of indian railways

              I was going to ajmer from delhi on 31 dec 2019 at
              6:05 am and i approached one porter and he carried 3 bags less than 30 kg each. He charged me 450 rs, and later i got to know he charged way too much. When i asked him this is too much he said madam this is the charge for porter i insisted him but he refused i was in hurry and i gave him 450 later i got know from my friends he took way too much
              Please help me to resolve this issue

                I tried calling. The call got through. The lady listen to my issue patiently and advised i should wait 10/15 mins and try again. But he did not realise the futility. I also explained i have done go through this cycle about8/10 times. I call eventually the operator reluctantly passes the line to the supervisor, then there is music on line for a while and the line gets disconnected.

                You know my phone number / email/ my user name. Is this sort of consumer help that irctc is know for???

                I am not sure what else to do to buy couple of ticket for 3 hour journey on indian railway. I have now spent more time trying to buy the ticket than the journey itself.

                I am feeling ashamed that my country still has services like this.

                  मै लूट गया मै बर्बाद ho गया रेलवे ने मुझे कही का नहीं छोड़ा मुझे भिखारी बना दिया

                  रेलवे की गलती का खामियाजा मुझे भुगतना पड़ा गाड़ी को लेट से चंडीगढ़ पहुंचाया गया जिससे मेरा adninistrative ऑफिसर का एग्जाम भी नहीं दे पाया मुझे जो मानसिक पीड़ा हुआ हैँ वह सिर्फ मै ही जान सकता हूं सर इतना मेहनत करके दिन रात मेहनत करो और किसी का लापरवाही के कारण एग्जाम छूट जाये जो कैसी मानसिक पीड़ा हुई पहले भी नहीं गयी सिर्फ खेद जाता दिया गया की यात्रियों की असुविधा के लिए

                    We are traveling in the reserved bogy of intercity express from vishakhapatnam to bhubaneswar on 30th december 2019 which departed from vishakhapatnam station at 3.25 pm. After 2/3 stations some passengers without proper ticket forcibly entered into the bogy. While telling them our inconvenience they argued so harsely. We needed the help of tte. But he is not available in our only reserved bogy of the train. As per my knowledge no general passengers can enter into reserved bogy. We reserved passengers are facing so much problems..

                      Sir i have booked 02 steel box from barddhaman jn (Bwn) to ambala cantt (Umb) on 18/12/19. They booked my parcel on 13049 hwh amritsar exp.. The train arrived at ambala on 21dec19. The parcel staff of ambala not get down my parcel at ambala.. From 21dec 19 i was asked about my parcel they don't have any response..in the boxes are soo usefull household items. I served in army. They refused me daily. My receipt no 659924

                        Sir i booked a still box from udhampur to ambala cantt on 26 dec 19 but not yet received. When i contact udhampur railway parshal office i get ans they parshal it to the same day but ambala cantt office not unload the box. And may be box gone kota in same train. Plz i request to slow my problem as early as possible. Hope i will received positive response as early possible.

                          Sir, my self anu rs, am serving in indian army, now posted in missamari (Assam). I have booked one maestro edge scooter (Regd no: kl26k3389), one steel box & one trolley bag (03 items) vide lt3 from kyj (Kayankulam) to rny (Rangiya) on 15 dec 19 by train no 12515 (Tvm-guwahati exp). Lt3 no : 536562 dt 15/12/19 and paid charges of rs 5380/-. I got a confirmation from kyj rly stn, that the parcel has been dispatched on 15/12/19 by train no:12515. But till time parcel has not received to me, neither comes at rangiya. I have constantly contact with rangiya rly parcel office by going there and phone, but they are saying the parcel in questions has not been received. Then after i contact the next station guwahati and the last station silcher, the answer was same. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation. Regards anu rs...                             Nagmani sahu pandit (Railway employee, raipur c. G) getting pension on behalf of her mother, however her mother is not alive. She hided this information to railway so that she could receive the pension amount of her mother. After her mother's death, illegally she closed her mother's dead body in sack & washed away in sultanganj ganga nadi in the month of january. It's not enough she made fake calls also to threatening her seniors so that she gets rid of field job. Please investigate the information given by me to avoid the misuse of government fund & liabilities.in order to discredit her senior, put false false news in the news paper too.

                              Last week tried to book first class tickets for me and my wife on mumbai local train. The uts app did not allowed to book two tickets and it was allowing to book two second class tickets. I have send a mail the reply i received was"
                              Passenger can book 4 passenger in second class and 1 passenger in first class per journey ticket.
                              Being high amount first class ticket 1 passenger allowed per ticket.

                              Passenger can book number of journey tickets at a time

                              Railway should differentiate the first class tickets of local suburban v/s long distance trains.

                                This is regarding my handicap railway concession card.
                                This is to inform you that i have sent the documents for the card by speed post to the drm office lucknow, in the month of august 2019. But i hadn't got any information or call, after that, i visited the drm office once again in september but that time i forgot my original hard copy of the concession form so they didn't take the request form. After that, i sent all the documents once again with my friend. She has submitted in drm office on 17th september 2019. Then again i visited drm office on 11th november 2019 for knowing the status of my card. The man of incharge for handicap department. He is very rude and told me very rudely that they will call me once it will be ready.
                                So i finally got a call from the drm office on 27th nov 2019 that my card is ready and collect this after submitting my original certificate. My card no is 6450.
                                As i am from sant kabir nagar, uttar pradesh. It is not possible for me to travel to lucknow all the time. So i have the original documents for one of my friends. He went today to the drm office, lucknow, the man of in-charge of the department, he told me that my 2 card is ready and why i am doing the wrong thing, and he was just shouting very high level. And he will not provide any card to me, he will be sent it for cancellation.

                                So my queries are that there is no mistake from my side. I am running to the drm office since june 2019. But the department is still not ready to help me.
                                The things are that these are things will happen till when?

                                I am requesting to you kindly do the needful.

                                  My son's bike sent from thrissur kerala to bongaigaon assam on 3/12/19 which reached on 8/12/19 and is not being handed over to him inspite of his id-proof. Bike documents sent by post have not reached him because of the ongoing strike. Kindly do needful to release his bike with his id proof since demurrage is going up & nullify the demurrage due to present situation

                                    Myself sushil yadav basically from hardoi district o[censored]ttar pradesh working as scientist at icar, goi. I visited jhansi in the second week of december to complete some personal work. After completing work, i planned my return journey from jhansi to lucknow by booking cc ticket in lucknow jhansi intercity express (Train number 11109). I reached
                                    At railway station in time but at last moment train got delayed about 1.15 minutes due to some unknown reason, then i sat in reserved lounge to wait for train to come on plateform. As i was new for jhansi station and not having information about the reserved lounge exclusively made to accommodate vips. When i was sitting in the said lounge, suddenly one person, may be sub-station manager (Vanijya), came inside the lounge and started to enquire about me, then i briefed him about myself. After getting my information, he asked me to get out immediately from the lounge as lounge is made for vips, i took my luggage and came out without asking anything. After getting exit from lounge, i asked to said person that the details you mentioned on entry point of lounge doesn't clearly indicates that lounge is made for vips then he started shouting on me and even though humiliated me publicly and also manhandled.
                                    So, i request to concerned authority please initiate stringent action against this person. Once he will punishment for his misdeeds he will not repeat same with other passengers in future. I hope the action to be taken against the said person as per railways rules and same may also be communicated to me for my satisfaction and information.

                                      My parents parcelled 2 big boxes containing household needs from ajmer train 16209 on 9th dec to pune. The parcel was supposed to be arrived at pune on 10th dec early morning but it's 11th dec and the parcel has not yet arrived the staff has no idea where the parcel is. There is no tracking information they have. All they have done is they will inform once the parcel will arrive.

                                      Lost lady wallet in train number 12903 on 30th November 2019 morning.I got down at Ramgajmandi at around 10.00 in the Morning...probably lefting my wallet inside the train. My coach was A1 Seat 45/46 side lower.
                                      The wallet contains Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Debit & Credit Cards, pp photo, Cash around 2000 bucks and few purchase bills.
