    So, It is my humble request to GRP and RPF trace my mobile.

      R/s, i'm dilip singh rajput, i have booked two wheeler on 21/02/2020, via kamayni express 11071, from ltt to damoh, pnr no [protected], i have travelled along with parcel on same train but didn't received my vehicle till date and not received any communication from railway.       Non delivery of two wheeler booked on 21st February.
      R/S, I'm DILIP SINGH RAJPUT, I have booked two wheeler on 21/02/2020, via KAMAYNI EXPRESS 11071, from LTT TO DAMOH, PNR NO [protected], i have travelled along with parcel on same train but didn't received my vehicle till date and not received any communication from railway .
      please let me know where Is my parcel and when will I receive it, please do the needful as soon as possible.

      Respect sir/madam, no communication received from railway, also I have tired to contact and sent message to 139 and [protected] but didn’t received any response.
      I have found [protected] this number on website. This is the contact number of CENTRAL WESTERN RAILWAY, JABALPUR HEADQUARTER [protected], the person who picked up the call was not ready to listen anything and was not properly communicating . He spoke very rudely and said it is your fault, don’t call me again and disconnected call in between. Please take some action against this officer.

      Sir/ madam, I have booked two wheeler on 21st February from ltt to Damoh via Kamayni express, I travelled along with my two wheeler on the same train. On 22nd February I reached Damoh station at 8:00 o’clock I went to the parcel coach and told them I have booked two wheeler and showed them receipt the employee said wait here, there is an issue in the door, they tired to open it but it was stuck and was not opening . I have informed the same to person who is in the office he said don’t worry your parcel we will unloaded in the next station at sagar but still they didn’t able to open the door again so they Said we will unload it at katni station. But the door was looked so they didn’t unloaded the vehicle.

      It has been 16 days, the vehicle was not delivered to me yet, I have not received any single communication from railway side, I have no idea where is me vehicle and when I get it

      Please do the needful as soon as possible also see the attached picture

        I have been using eastern railway atvm smart card for suburban train ticket booking for a long period. My smart card no is er0081972. Unfortunately my card expiration date was 02/02/2020 with remaining balance of rs 130. I request the booking counter personal to recharge the card on 02/03/2020. He said "at first your card will be blocked. And then the balance will be transferred to a new card you will be provided" and blocked the card saying to contact with him after 24 hours. Next day he said that the card has been expired and can do nothing. Now the card can't read by the machine. Before blocked the balance was seen by the machine. But the instructions no 3 of the card is as follows. "security deposit & balance refundable up to one month after expiry of validity". Please do needful and oblige.

        My 40 balance was dedicated but i didn't get any ticket because of server issues of ATVM from howrah to bauria.

          Today i am traveling from pune to thane by train no 22106. Pnr no. [protected]. I could not get rail nil water bottle during my journey till now. Sellers are selling local water bottles costing rs. 20. Don't we have any right to get good food, water at affordable rates. We are ready to pay money as per mrp to right brand. When can this stop. We want immediate resolution.

            I have booked my scooty on 25/02/20 as luggage from jodhpur to allahabad in jodhpur hawrah express (12308) but it was delayed by the railway and reached allahabad on 28/02/20 but on arrival the parcel carriage of train was overloaded and the workers did'nt help to unload the scooty so due to that it went to hawrah and it was told to me it will come back on 1/03/20 by same train no. 12307 in return but when i went it was not there and its still lying in hawrah station (West bengal) the parcel id is:0240296 and i have also attached the bill and also the pic of the status of scooty that is sure shot damaged.

            Please help me retrive the scooty and prompt the hawrah railway authority to load the scooty in the train asap.

            Till now i have gone station 7-8 times and spent at least 3-4 hours daily pls help me get my scooty as i am a mtech student and dont have much time to go to station daily and enquire and even the staff are not helping they are just lazy.

            Please help me by telling the hawrah station people to load the scooty and prompt me so that i could unload it as the allahabad station people are too lazy to work.

              I want to talk about this situation... I went to jhansi from hazrat nizamuddin delhi... Last night 8:10 train time and name 12448 upsk express... My reservation was from sleeper class and yesterday firstly i talk about this waitnig list ticket to tc of delhi in train... Who said me you will sit any seat which is vacant ok... And after that travelling i checked in jhansi junction... Platform no 1 once tc which name is ajay said me your ticket is not confirm give me 500 rupees 200 rupees after half an hour i did not gave any rupees... I inly want what is this behaviour of tc... What is this behaviour of railway staff... Railway thief and tc is similar... Pls action on this [protected] this is my phone no

              The retiring room no.2 at mathura Jn is very dirty on complaint as well no one was ready to come and clean the room and the bathrooms were as dirty.

                Sub - parcel missing (House hold)

                R/sir,

                I ritika mukherjee had booked my luggage (2 package) dated 12.02.2020 from howrah to ludhiana (Parcel no. [protected]), but till now i have not received my parcel.

                The parcel had moved from howrah on 12th feb 2020 by train no-13005-amritsar exp.

                I have inquired at ludhiana parcel office several times but the parcel officer is not able to track and not taking any responsibility.

                I am attaching the receipt copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would be very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                  My pnr no: [protected] a ticket requested for train number 12102 from hwh to ltt for 11th march 2020. I requested in the online form to provide me only lower berth because i a senior citizen with spondylitis and my wife having knee pain. But shocking to see that after payment berth alloted to upper and middle even though there were 97 seats vacant. Please help me and re-allocate berths

                    Sir i have booked a motorcycle from njp railway station to guwahati railway station on 26 feb 20 and the pwb number is 935195.

                    When i asked in the ghy railway station about the parcel, they told me that they did not received.

                    But i confirmed from njp that they had sent
                    The motorcycle on 26 feb 20 in the train no 55725 & the vpy no is sc -11826

                        The tickets taken by us and we were boarding from rajkot the trains starts from rajkot whereas the train was cancelled and didnot start from rajkot (We received message before four hours) of train starting from ahmadabad which was not possible to go the ahmadabad as the road distance is more and we had one super senior citizen passenger and the ticket costed us rs.5387.36 + rs. 35.4=5422.76
                        Further on cancellation of train how much problems we have sufferred to return from rajkot to mumbai
                        And due to illhealth we could not file tdr
                        I request the rail department to see the matter no fault o[censored]s we suffered and also the refund is not given.
                        We complained to rail madad and recieved the message that the refund could have been availed by tdr (Which was not possible by us)

                          We travelled from Chennai to Hyderabad on 23rd by Train No. 12603 in II tier A/C. My PNR no. is [protected]. The bed sheets are very dirty and not washed. The pillow without cover photos are attached. The pillows are completely with fungus and it is being given. The attender says he is contract employee and the contractor and he can only give what is available.

                          Day by day linen are going very bad and no audit by officials since contractor and officials are not bothered.

                            According to above subject, i have to state that, who had given the suggestion for constructing the general ticket counter in patna junction at 1st floor (With only stairs). Question from me to him/her that how an old aged people, ladies and handicapped person reason there? Is there any temporary facility for them? With this the nearest private ticket counter have more rush than the patna's railway ticket counter. Means the railway want to put the passengers in trouble. Why don't a single counter for these one in ground floor. Yesterday i had faced this problem that i am not handicapped nor an old person. While seeing crowd in men ticket counter i had called my wife to take ticket from lady ticket counter. She had also stated the same statement that i had stated, instead most of the person there whom taking ticket were also putting the same issues.

                            The question is from railway, that while seeing all types of passengers is it good decision from railway that putting ticket counter in patna junction at 1st storey?

                              Dear sir, today i was travelling from vadodara to mumbai in suryanagri express 12479 dated 24.02.2020. I was surprised when i saw tt is alloting seat to the passangers against general tickets in sleeper class by charging 100 rs each. This is know to special ticket checker too. This was happened after surat railway station. I was again surprised when the special ticket checker asked panelty charges to the passanger who was not part during seat allotment by tt. When passanger have reported that issue infront of special ticket checker, he was argue with the passenger and told him "total 40 passengers who got the seat by paying 100 rs why we're not asked for the seat at that time". The passenger has requsted him not to charge panelty and charge same which you have charged from others as "seat is available". But, special ticket checker not ready to hear passenger request and he filled out the panelty charged of rs 360/- for showoff as the passenger has pointed out about their corruption. This is totally shamfull as still there is a corruption in railway. I request you to suspend these people who are charging panelty for 5-10 nos slips for showoff to the government but actually they are keeping their pockets full. Special ticket checkers are also set with tt.

                              I urge to the railway incharge to take strict action on these corrupted government servent.

                                Kindly note that i am trying since past many yeasrs for tatkal reservation on irctc web site but till date i could not able to take reservation due to so many information asked during the reservation like put mail id put mobile number, searching time high, put capcha etc, and finally when reservation process done we receive message like your payment is pending even i have put all information correctly. I suppose that it is not for common public only authorized agent can do it. Our indian government do not work on fact only doing formalities. You are requested to improve and work in favor for general public.

                                    We facing so many problems.in tiffin, lunch, and toilet bath.
                                    Every problem we facing no watrer in this bogi. From early morning from this s10 bogi we all facing trouble. After complaint to rail staff it not solve.
                                    Is this indian rail service?

                                      We stay in a society called prestige shantiniketan in whitefield bangalore..
                                      Initially when we bought this property the railway line behind was just for the goods. Now this line has been converted to passenger line.
                                      Since then we are facing a lot of honking noise by the trains that pass by.
                                      Some of them honk continuously for 20-30 min. Which is causing various health hazards.
                                      Request the railways to please look...

                                      सर मुझे आपकी मदद चाहिए में मुंबई दादर से पुणे सफर कर रहा था मेरी कैब मिस होने के कारण मैं ट्रेन से आया मुझे स्लीपर कोच से टिकट नही मिला वेटिंग था ऊस कारण मैंने जनरल टिकट निकाला ओ डब्बा फूल था ऊस कारण में स्लीपर कोच मैं खडा होकर आया लेकिन टीसी ने मुझे बहोत गलत बात किया और मुझे पुलिस स्टेशन लेजाकर ९० मेरा टिकट था और ३३० एक्स्ट्रा ले लिया सर ये सही है या गलत मुझे मदत चाहिए
