I ordered a meal at nagpur railway station on 25/08/2019 with Order Number[protected], Train Number- 22646, PNR Number- [protected], Coach- B5, Seat Number- 1 which was not delivered to me. I also submit complaint on both email id's, ie. [protected]@irctc.com and customercare.[protected]@irctc.com, more than 2 times and also complaint on costumer care number 1323 multiple times, but they always say that submit your complaint with screanshot of order slip, and i did that. Yesterday i recieve delivery slip on my email id, i also complain abaut it by email and call, they again told me to place another complain with screanshot of delivery slip, i did same but stil no reply. Please take any action on it. Below i ading screanshot of order slip and delivery slip

Complaint marked as Resolved Today i got a mail from irctc with email id
[email protected] that your feedback is registered and a registeration number is also given on mail, after few minutes i got one more mail about resolution of complaint, and then i got another mail of refund. So i got my refund back. Thank you for your quick responce
