This is to inform you that a lady has to travelled from ltt in ltt-azamgarh exp.
She is pregnant and alone at the ltt station. There were no update of train status. At departure time they get an announcement that train has been delayed for 3 hrs.
Its been more than 4 hrs, there were no update about the train. She is not getting any help from the railway and feeling sick.
Need help urgently at ltt station. Her name is pallavi. Please help soon.

Coach attandent ne jo shirt pehn rakhi hai us per uski name plate nahi lagi hui hai. Jisse asuraksha ki bhavna yatriyon ke ander bani rehti hai

      Please provide a halt for 12617/18 Mangala Exp. at Thane for the benefit of the Passengers from Mumbai surburbs and also at Dholpur & HBJ. as no trains are available for the South there.
      Halt has already there for Bhopal Shatabdi at Dholpur & Hbj is the source you can know the importance of these stops.
      Passengers from Mumbai find it difficult to travel uptill kalyan.Providing a halt at Thane will solve the problem to some extent.
      Dholpur jn. is also developing in new town
      And Habibganj halt will help the Passengers of Bhopal.

        We urge all passengers traveling from raver to jalgaon to reach jalgaon only italisi passenger is the only train that reaches bhusawal station and deliberately parked outside the station without taking it to the station. At that time, bhusawal surat prasenger which is the only train to go to jalgaon, has been depart from bhusawal. Ete we near to 1500 to 2000 pasasenger runs to catch pasasenger. We are repeatedly requesting the members of raver lok sabha and our representatives, but solution has not found & every day our problems are increasing. There is no one give attention towards our problem & common public are not getting justice.

          I am anand gaurav and i am belong to bhagwanpur station near by hajipur junction dist - vaishali state - bihar . My conplaint :- In bhagwanpur station tatkal ticket reservation in very dirty game played by station staff and station master and private ticket vendor
          because they are take money to vendor( name- sanjeet rai) and black the ticket . And gentle people are not take a ticket normal way please help him because fight are start and vendor are beat

            Hi all,

            This is to inform you that,. I booked a ticket today and it got booked in waiting list.

            Story : while i checked the ticket availability in irctc app it was showing 51 ticket in available and it is still showing 51 tickets.

            After booking the ticket with senior citizen quta it got booked with waiting list..

            While we connected 2 times with ur customer care.. I got the answer ' you added one more person with sernior citizen due to which this is booked in waiting list.' whole again connected second time i got the answer same answer.. Which is not correct.

            If the thing like that then you should give pop up for the same but it was not like that. Even as per the policy one person can travell with senior citizen and it get auto poped up while u select senior citizen quata.

            I thing there is a technical error with your app or you have designed like that to earn the money from common people.

            I have cencelled the ticket emediataly.. Because i can't wait for the journey date to get the confirmed ticket or might not to be confirmed as i have senior citizen. I have to plan correctly.

            I just want my all money as not with deduction of 120 rs. It was not my fault it was clearly your app problem.

            As i cancelled the ticket already and you are just taking money of rs 120 without giving any service..

              Dear authority,

              This is to bring to your notice the bad condition of a railway station named Hoodi located in Bangalore which falls under the southwestern railway zone. The railway station doesn't have a dustbin and there is garbage lying everywhere. Even there is no proper arrangement of toilets available in the station. Even there are lots o[censored]nwanted plants and weeds growing which might house some dangerous snakes or other harmful creatures. There are lots of passengers commuting via this station regularly which might be a threat to the passengers, especially during the evening hours.

                I ordered a meal at nagpur railway station on 25/08/2019 with Order Number[protected], Train Number- 22646, PNR Number- [protected], Coach- B5, Seat Number- 1 which was not delivered to me. I also submit complaint on both email id's, ie. [protected]@irctc.com and customercare.[protected]@irctc.com, more than 2 times and also complaint on costumer care number 1323 multiple times, but they always say that submit your complaint with screanshot of order slip, and i did that. Yesterday i recieve delivery slip on my email id, i also complain abaut it by email and call, they again told me to place another complain with screanshot of delivery slip, i did same but stil no reply. Please take any action on it. Below i ading screanshot of order slip and delivery slip

                Today i got a mail from irctc with email id [email protected] that your feedback is registered and a registeration number is also given on mail, after few minutes i got one more mail about resolution of complaint, and then i got another mail of refund. So i got my refund back. Thank you for your quick responce

                  This is to bring your notice that drinking sealed water bottles which is of rs15 /- only is being sold at rs20/- inside rails.
                  Issue raised by me to concerned staff and to rail official personal also, but instead giving concern, they neglected and abused a senior citizen.
                  As a consumer felt cheated though paying for all serviced.
                  Kindly look and arrange some action against it.

                    I booked 2 tickets with doj : 6-8-2019, and 7-8-2019. But unfortunately it was rainy and train line washed away in ambodala station. So many trains were canceled still then i made canceled & made tdr, because i did not get any message. I should get total amount but i got rs - 230/- out of 470/-.

                    So i pray you to kindly help me in this matter and refund me in full of my 2 tickets and obliged. Kindly note that i am eligible to get full refund.

                      I had 100 bucks.. I got ticket for tnagar from nungambakkam station.. The ticket collector talked very rudely...
                      He dint have basic respect to talk to a girl and it’s very bad that indian railway contain this bad staffs..

                      He used filthy words and abused me for not having change...

                      I understood that you are educated but we are also educated and you don’t even behave like educated.
                      He talked very indecently with his angry face and i asked him why you keep your face like this?

                      He replied ‘en moonje ipdi than’ and mocked a girl in front of public.

                          I have booked one train ticket in the cc - jan shatabdi train no.12082 on 12/08/2019 as per pnr-[protected] from kollam to calicut o, but the southern railway has cancelled that train on a particular day. Consequent on which i have filed tdr{official online facility of irctc} to disburse the refund amount. But even after a prolonged time of more than fifteen days, no response is from the authority concerned[irctc]

                          It is to be noted that presently the complaint redressal online facility "railmadad" is not functioning properly.

Would like to understand why it is stopped for so many day and give us clear information when it will resume its services...                                 I satish kumar soni from raipur chhattisgarh, travelled from bhubneswar to kolkata vide pnr no [protected] on 27-28 aug night and reached to howrah 28th morning 6am.
                                As soon as possible i rushed to yatri niwas and asked for dormitory but booking clerk asked to wait until 7am.

                                After me two more passengers come and they also wait. Around 6.35 am they started attending them and when i ask then they again told me to sit, i told them that i have come before then also they forced me to sit or we close the bookings and discuss you. I waited then they called me and asked me to see the check out time is 9am so if you book now you have to pay charge of two days 440/- while i told them i am going to stay here just for 12 hour from morning 7 to evening 7 as i have train from santaragachhi station at 8.30 in this evening vide pnr no [protected]. He told me first read the rules then come to book while there is no rules board is available there to read just charges of room and dormitory have written and also only check out time is written no check in time have written.

                                I again waited and after 10 minutes they call me again and taken rs 540/- given 2 receipts including rs 100/- as security charges while 1 days 24 hour charges is rs 220/-.
                                I paid rs 440/- for 48 hour while staying just 12 hour 7 am to 7 pm which is totally found not suitable while staying here 18 d dormitory bed no and feeling like this is our behaviour this is our service and this is our charges "rehna hai to raho nahi to bhaad me jao".

                                Looking forward to understand our problem and take necessary action.

                                With due respect i complaint about retairing staff ( Dinesh Bhai) at dwarka railway station who take money and give the Dormatry room. When I refused this type of behave, he says " mai railway staff hu aap kuchh nhi kah sakte hai" .

                                Sir my room details attached and unnecessary people at room photo also attached.

                                Booked retiring room selecting check in and check out time same as 17.01.2023 and paid the amount. But on receipt of the confirmation after booking the time slot was 16.02.2023 19:00 hrs to 17:02.2023 7:00hrs. The train departure time was 21:00 hrs from Palghat station and reaching at trivandrum next day morning. Even before the commencement of the journey retiring room booking time started at destination station!!!. We could use the room only for 1 hour because of this. What sort of service IRCTC is providing? Normally a day starts after 00:00 hours but for IRCTC a day starts from 19:00hrs??? 855 rupees were gone for nothing with this booking, really the website and system of IRCTC are maintained by insane people? For what you are cheating people like this? Better than this is theft!!!

                                  This is complaint regarding gate man at 217-c gate which is located between gorakhpur to lucknow route. Its a rural area people don't know any rule and regulations they just follow what gate man say he rarely open gate after crossing train when people ask to open they use to say go under barrier and people mostly cross through. Today when i was waiting for train crossing after 3 train crossed i ask to now pls open it's too hot here he said stay there or cross under barrier and when i ask at least open gate now while train crossed he said one more train is there i said do not fool me then he rudely said go where ever you want to go and complaint you can't do anything. This is the way he talk with people. When i asked his name he refused to tell me. He said i am doing 12 hour duty i am tensed and fed up with this duty kindly remove such people if they don't enjoy there job and respect the work from where they being paid.

                                    Coach position should be displayed on the platform where the train is arr and departing
                                    Especially the posion of coaches entirely opp to a regular system e g usually the coach a2 will be at the end of the train,
                                    But on that day changed to at the front near the engine
                                    On 23/08/19 train no 22639 alleppy exp this has happened and old people have to run to the front side of the train with our minimum luggages

                                        I have given below email dated 20 aug 19 to railway minister and which is yet to be actioned which contains details of my attempts and reply made by customer care for not making refund

                                        Dear piyushji,

                                        Details of ticket: pnr [protected] ticket id [protected]
                                        Class ac 2 tier for my wife and me rs 1395-98
                                        Pune to mantralayam on 4th aug 2019 by train no 16613 coimbatore exp
                                        Reason for refund; train diverted due to floods in maharashtra
                                        —
                                        I am forced to come to you because i was denied after getting tossed
                                        Between [protected]@irctc and [protected]@irctc for a genuine refund on
                                        Cancellation/diversion of train due to flood in maharashtra and not a
                                        Mistake of me. I have also provided below my last email dated 14th aug 19
                                        To [protected]@irctc.in for better understanding please.
                                        Facts in brief: i had to seek a refund of above e ticket to
                                        Mantralayam (From pune)
                                        I took following steps immediately 1. Tried on mobile to get refund
                                        Online unsuccessfully because i website didn't open up properly with
                                        The form called tdr 2. I contacted counter staff at pune junction who
                                        Said i have to do it myself and they can't do much on eticket 3. I
                                        Emailed [protected]@irctc on 6th aug (Within 72 hrs of travel time as per
                                        Your policy) to make refund as i couldn't do it online. 4. I emailed
                                        [protected]@irctc on 11th aug as i was directed by [protected]@irctc to do it
                                        Reply: refund denied as request was after 72 hrs. 5. Emailed again
                                        [protected]@irctc on 14th as a complaint to do a refund immediately as my
                                        Original email to [protected]@irctc was within 72 hours and i didn't know to
                                        Email to correct email id for eticket cancellation.

                                        I request you piyushji that i should not be punished as my efforts
                                        Started earnestly on day of journey cancellation at pune junction
                                        Itself and i couldn't immediately email my inability to correct place
                                        Even though i did it to [protected]@irtctc who should have forwarded to
                                        Correct place within 72 hous. They simply emailed back to me which
                                        Caused delay.
                                        I request you to arrange for refund of this case please. I am the son
                                        Of a ex railway man and admire its bigness and problems.

                                        Dear sirs,

                                        I refer to your email dated 6th aug 2019 14.01hours and got a reply
                                        From etickets
                                        As below
                                        "please note that as your time for filing the tdr for refund has
                                        Exceeded, so we are unable to forward your case to railways"

                                        In this connection i have to advise that you should have forwarded email
                                        To your fellow department to enable 72 hour compliance
                                        I saw your reply on and emailed again to them on 12th aug which was
                                        Not acceptable.

                                        Your action would have been meaningful if you had forwarded it to them

                                        I understand from ishant of your help line that i need to lodge a
                                        Complaint on this email id
                                        And i request you to arrange for refund of full money as my original
                                        Email to irctc is well
                                        Within 72 hours
                                        I believe you arrange for immediate refund as i don't want to have one
                                        More inconvenience to diversion/cancellation of
                                        Train and consequent sufferings.
