Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i, nilesh kumar gupta have booked 1 train ticket in third ac (3a) for myself from durgapur (Dgr) to new delhi (Ndls) on dated : 31.03.2019 through irctc website with pnr no. [protected] & transaction id : [protected] in train no./name : 12381/poorva express.
On 13/04/2019 at 19:23 pm i got sms from indian railway that chart has prepared and got a rac seat rc, b3, 47.
Due to long journey i felt it was not possible to travel on half seat as i also had to join my company on next day (15/04/2019) so it required proper rest at night thats why i filed trd at 20:01 pm on 13/04/2019 vide tdr reference no. [protected]. With remarks that “passenger not travelled due to ticket in rac after chart preparation”.

Sir/madam,
I got mail from“[protected]@irctc.co.in” on dt. 03.06.2019 with subject “tdr request repudiated” and my trd request has been repudiated by the chief commercial manager/refund kolkata zone and reason for repudiation/rejection:, ”as per chart, passenger has travelled” sir/madam, i am requesting you please look into the matter deeply and investigate the same to find out the realty. You may check/verify from cctv footage or other proof as per your convenience. This is the question to think that, if i travelled in train as per chart then what is need for me to file tdr?

After filing tdr, on the next day (14/04/2019) i took my self a tatkal ticket at 11 am from katrasgarh railway station (Station code - kth) for the below train.

Name - purushottam express
Date of journey - 16th april 2019

Class-sleeper
I have attached picture of tatkal ticket of purushottam express that i took my self.
Apart from travelling through poorva express on 14/04/2019, i travelled only through purshottam express so, how it is possible to travel from both the trains.

I think, statement/chart forward to railway deptt. By concern tt of poorva express train was wrong. He provide these seats to another un-authorized passengers and fare for the same tickets has stolen from govenment. Sir/madam, i understand and respect the rules and regulations of indian railways but this is also matter or realty and faith. This is not a matter of only rs. 1200/- and i will never become rich with this money but due to false statement of some railway employees (Tt), many passengers/public are looted by them and hurt their feelings, loose faith from railways as will as government of our country. I am attaching herewith train ticket & tdr for your ready reference. I hope that you will understand my feelings and matter and work on this point seriously. Looking forward positive response.
Request you to intervene for my refund from chief commercial manager/refund kolkata zone.

    I am Yatish Kumar Sharma, was traveling with my wife Rekha Sharma on 23.9.19 on birth number 57 and 60 by train number 12801 Purushottan Express from Gaya to Ghaziabad in B-1 AC Coach. I ordered one Veg Thali in Lunch and another Thali in Dinner. I was overcharged by 50/- each Thali. One hundred twenty for each Veg Thali in place of 70/- as given in your IRCTC Menu given on Internet, this I came to know the next day after deboarded the train.My PNR number is [protected]. Your Pantry Car people do not issue any bill. I seldom travel by train. This is an open loot. In front o[censored]s the fellow passengers were charged 120/- each for Vegetarian Thali, so I could not doubt at that time.

    Kindly get refunded my 100/- for 2 Veg Thalis either in my Paytm Account, my mobile number is [protected]. I am a resident of Ghaziabad (UP).or in my savings account number[protected] with ICICI Bank, block A Connaught Place, New Delhi.

    This is an open loot. You are requested to get done a surprise checking. Even the quality of food is very poor.

    Kindly initiate action at the earliest under intmation to the under signed.

      Plz help me to resolve this fast I think the person who load they not interested to load I didn’t give them bribe so
      Plz help me to solve this issue and parcel my bike as soon as possible

It is telling me to login using registered handset but the handset has not been changed at all my season ticket is going waste and i have to buy ticket everyday this is not fair and there has be no receive call customer team and no response to the email that i have already sent to you.

          I anusha iyengar complaining as my scooty (Tvs heavy duty) parceled from kalyan railway station to chennai central junction (Mas) on 14 sep. 2019 and they told me that you can track transport status of scooty online & you will receive a call once your scooty reached to its destination @ chennai... But as if after 11 days from scooty parceled i have not received any message. When i have called to delhi parcel office & visited by my parents there, they are saying that your scooty has been sent on 14th of september 2019 by train from kalyan... So, how can i track my scooty status & can anyone help me out in this regard? Please, do the needful.

            1. With due regards and with serious concern, i intend to bring out that i had booked 2 (Two) aci (First) tickets (E - tickets) from pune to chandigarh (Cdg) by 22685 / ypr skranti exp

            2.. Details as under :-

            3. Since the above train was diverted due to floods and did not touch pune
            (My boarding station) resulting my inability to board the train, in spite of my
            Reaching station in time and waiting for the arrival of train. Further, it will be
            Prudent to bring out that i am a retired defense officer besides me and my wife are sr citizen too. Therefore you will appreciate that we had to undergo lot of problems and hardship on account of diversion of train

            4. It can be seen from the above details that i have filed tdr with in 24 hrs on 09 aug 2019 (Transaction id of tdr [protected]) as per the instructions on the subject. However, it is highly regretted to point out that that ticket money has not been refunded to me as yet even after a period of 40 days have already been elapsed. I request you to please take necessary action on priority to refund my ticket moneyat the earliest and oblige. Further, i will also be obliged if with refund of ticket money, valid reasons may be given to me for abnormal delay in refund of money, since i intend to take up a suitable case with hon railway minister for causing unavoidable
            Harassment to retd defence officer (Sr veteran) which is a cause of serious concern

            5. Please accord priority. I will be grateful

              I went to the railway resrvation booking counter with debit card payment facility... For duronto howrah express... Ticket cost 1800 3ac from delhi... The lady in the counter swiped my card and charged me amount 2333... With the receipt as sale and 1 receipt of voidsale from pos machine... And asked me to get the ticket for another counter... Without any information... Later i managed to discuss the issue and came to know my amount has been deducted and she had not issued any cancelled ticket me as well... Wen i went back to her she denied to communicate and showed herself very busy... And told me that u will get ur refund by tomorrow... I booked another ticket and went for my destination... Where as 8days passed i didnt receive the refund amount yet... Very very pathetic ppl in the counter... Extremely bad experience... Plz lemme know if m gonna get the refund amount or not?

                With due respect and honor we the people of lakkarpur faridabad beg to bring to your kind notice that the railway track at lakkarpur which connects it to faridabad main road.
                The citizens need to cross the track to reach their destination for different purpose. Some people just because they are late, run on the tracks to reach the auto or bus. Many accidents have taken place due to this activity of the citizens. Many animals as like,. Cow, dogs such as accidents taken place at railways tracks
                The senior citizens and small children and working peoples are the worst sufferers.
                Hundreds of people including working men and women and school children have to cross the track daily for the different purpose.
                In the view of the above facts we pray and hope that you would kindly look into the matter and take immediate steps to constract a foot bridge over the track.
                We have pray for this matter to the pwd department, but according to them foot over bridge will be constract by railways department.

                This can help reduce many serious cases that take place on the track.

                    I travelled from Delhi to SuRat in August Kranti Rajdhani on 15th Sept 2019. The paneer vegetable in dinner had ultra thin gravy. It can't even be termed as gravy it was so thin. I also have video evidence of the same and have attached it for your viewing. My seat no. was B4 - 41. With the fares going up I think the food quality should improve but it has become more poor then previous.

                      Sir, i have paid rs. 200/- at dumdum ticket booking counter on 19.08.19 to recharge my uts wallet. But the amount has not been credited yet. I have raised complaint vide mr no. Uth 0014 9479. I have tried thousand times to talk to officers on 138. But only 3 times i got the opportunity to talk and every time i have to state the complain from the very beginning and every time it ended up "we are looking into" from their end. I have sent so many mails, but no one bother to revert.

                      I am yet to get the wallet balance. I do not know whom to approach to conclude the matter. It is already one month gone, no one, except the booking supervisor of dumdum station is there to bother. But the booking supervisor has his limits and it is not under his scope to refund my money / recharge the wallet.

                      Please help me to get the amount asap.

                          I have booked a parcel, containing a two wheeler (activa), on 4/09/2019 from Nagpur station. Its destination station is Kamakya, Assam. I have been tracking parcel from the day of booking and its still showing that it reached at Howrah on 7/09/2019. today its been more than 10 days and yet the parcel seems to be stuck in Howrah. I tried customer care numbers but those were not reachable.

                            Dear sir,
                            Mr. Chandrabhan owner of stall counter No. 11 situated at platform 1 & 1 A. Is selling low quality food as puri smelled burn oil and also giving only 90 gms against 175 gms in ₹15 . He used to give small Puri in 7 numbes and try to sale 10 puri in 20 ₹.
                            Hanse the food stalls owner also admitted that he is cheating with people.The stall owner also refused to give complaint book on demand.

                            You are requested to please take necessary action with such food stalls with immediate effect for quality as well as quantity of food.

                              My parents who are senior citizen and travelling in train no-15228 3ac b4 coach seat no b4/39, dated[protected] pnr number: [protected], their luggage theft in running train yesterday night. No security person available in night and again indian railways failed to provide security to passenger for long distance train and after detecting luggage theft in today morning in running train now this incident informed to b4 coach attender and tt as well but no action taken yet. Theft luggage value is 2.5 lakh rupees and looks like this theft happen in night time between bolpur shantiniketan (Bhp) to bhubaneswar (Bbs) station. Shame on indian railways and its security officer. Please take immediate action and track theft luggage immediately.

                                  Yesterday 14th sep. 2019 i was travelling to virar in the afternoon.
                                  I took train 4.15 pm (Bandra-virar) from dahisar
                                  After crossing niagao station i found that my wallet is stolen.
                                  It contains my debit card, company id, railway pass,
                                  As well as my aadhar smart card.
                                  And some cash approx ₹900.

                                  I have blocked my debit card immediately.
                                  Please do needful to get rest of my documents.

                                      As we are regular passenger from keonjhar to amarda road we are facing problems as most of the trains have no stopage at jakhapura junction which is communicating keonjhar town to howrah. So please kindly provide more trains stoppage at jakhapura junction as it's a major stoppage which is communicating keonjhar to howrah. It will be beneficial for many passenger and will provide development to keonjhar as well as jakhapura.

                                      We are unable to find link trains from Keonjhar station to Howrah and vice versa without waiting in Jakhapura for more than 6 hours as all Bhubaneswar to Howrah trains have stoppage at Jaipur keonjhar road but no trains have stoppage at Jakhapura Junction.
