Hello, we have sent pulsar bike on saturday (17th august 2019) from ahmednagar to karad. Still it is nott reached. They are saying we are not taking it here on karad station, it is went to kolhapur railways station now. We can not do anything. They are giving proper answers also. Such a mentally harrastment they are giving to us. That is your responsibility, if we are sending that bike from railways to take on that destination station. But now they people saying, we can not do anything.

    I have to travel from saugor to bhopal and i had my train at midnight 1:30 am rewanchal express. It was a sudden emergency and was unable to book ticket online as tatkal was already closed. As i was eager for a ticket i searched and found about current ticket. So i went to station ticket counter and as i enquired instead of telling no or rejecting in polite manner. He started harassing me with harsh and abusive words

      I had booked a sleeper ticket to travel from calicut to udupi by train no 02197 (Cbe-jbp express) for 12aug 2019. (Pnr no.[protected] due to heavy rain and related problems train was cancelled upto mangalore junction from where udupi is just the next major station (Around 70 km). I was hoping that irctc would automatically refund the ticket fare. It didinot happen so far. Railway cannot expect me to travel by someother train without reservation upto mangalore junction and then bord train 02197 for the remaining travel which is only 70km. Since the train is not fully cancelled irctc has not refunded the money. I request you to make arrangement for refund.

        I had booked e - tickets on 1st aug for travel to lonavala with my family on 6th to 8th aug. Unfortunately both trains got cancelled and have to travel via private taxi. Kindly look in to this matter and guide. It has been more than 10 days.

          Misinformation has been provided by indian railway to me for my booking in train number 11072 kamayani express on 5th of august that the train from varanasi to mumbai has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, but the train was running later i discovered. So what is going on there in railways. Plz look into it.

          Hi,
          Why superfast train also not able to run on proper time. They are also getting late by more than 2 hours, how railway is working, if trains are not coming on time, what service they are giving to customer.

            I travelled with my family and friends from viramgam to dwarka on date 15/8/2019 in reservation coach in train no 59547 with reserved tickets which are booked from my irctc account. From rajkot, tte arrived and checked all passengers id card and one passenger of my friends have forgotten his id card so tte demanded bribe of 200 rupees we have to pay because we are with family. As description on the ticket one passenger should have keep id card but tte demanded all passengers id card. And also tte checked us five times and gave us harrasement and not let us to sleep silently. Such a miss behaviour like this i have seen first time. My pnr [protected], [protected], [protected].

              I was promised by the indian railways that i will get the best services in the recently introduced "anubhuti" coach (Lko - ndls shataabdi). All the screens of this coach don't work. Is this what i paid for?

              Even the plugs provided don't work!

              And when i enquired about the screen to the tt, he said - "yeh toh chalte hi nahi hai"

                Respected sir

                I am aakash tambe from patharia dist damoh mp india our rly station is patharia (Pha).in a few days the rly reservation of tatkal quota not booked properly for general customers due to havy black marketing of ticket. The person who is placed on the reservation counter he has approx 8-10 form already and booked them first after it tatkal quota is fulled so the general customers bother. And his behave for customers is also not well.

                Sir kindly take strict action against station head master and reservation head clerk to repair these things i have obliged you.

                  I had a ticket from mumbai central to vapi by shatabdi express on 13th august, 2019. (Pnr number [protected]) i boarded in suburban train second class compartment from andheri for borivali station, as i already had tkt from mumbai central to up to vapi station.

                  A tte charged me rs. 260 (Rs 10 for ticket and rs 250/- as penalty) considering me as ticketless traveler though i had a valid ticket of shatabdi express. According to him the shatabdi express train tickets are not valid in suburban trains.

                  If such be the case, almost half of the train get emptied at borivali station. And people board suburban trains to complete their journey. As per the rule stated by tte (Name ganesh shekhar) everybody should come out of borivali station with all their luggage and buy separate ticket for suburban train.

                  This is ridiculous. Such rules are made by railways so that tte can make settlement and earn more money. I see no other reason for this rule. As we have already paid for the ticket.in fact more money than required for suburban train.

                  Hope somebody will look in to this. And change the rule is such rules exist or punish the errant tte.

He parcel bike for nagpur pune train rather than kolhapur pandharpur soo now we cant track bike location also and its have taken more than 15 days but i have not recive my bike soo i requested you to pls take serious action again them

                        I was traveling along with my family in train no 15905 dbrg vivek express in sl tatkal on 16/08/2019. I boarding at renugunta station at 5.30 pm but we were very difficult to reach my seats because there were. Nearly 200 passengers in single coach s1. There was a crowd doing smoking, gutka, mobile noises, whistles, etc nucence. We were very much fear about our journey. We could not move to wash rooms. From renugunta to vskp no tc check them and police force visit there. So i am fully unsatisfied about services. Kindly request you control unpaid passengers especially from north side. Thank you

                          Dear sir,
                          While i was travelling from silchar to guwahati on[protected] along with my husband and a baby boy by train number 12508 aronai express in ac 3 tier coach number b4 birth number 59 & 60 my hand bag containing atm card, cash amount of rs. 10000/-, wrist watch, pan card, voter id card, admit card for scert exam, return journey ticket (Pnr[protected] has been stolen by unknown stranger persons who have illegally entered the ac coach at about 2.15 am on[protected] while the train was moving slowly in lumding junction outer. At the time of incidence the ac coach attendant was vanished and the on duty tte, grp and rpf persons did not cooperated with us to lodge fir at the place of incidence telling that there is no fir form with them and the train will be late. At last we were bound to lodge fir when the train reached guwahati station in grp office. That time the security persons pressurized us to lodge a case of missing luggage but when we did not agree they took the theft of luggage fir. The security of such an express train in ac coach is totally ridiculous and the on duty tte, grp, rpf and even the on duty guard did not considered the matter seriously. Herewith, i am requesting you for making necessary arrangement of recovering our stolen materials. The smart phone was carrying two sim cards one bsnl ([protected]) and one jio ([protected]) numbers.

                              I had booked t e tkt for trave to kalyan from karad on 31 st julyin train no.11030. On 30 th july i rec'd t message from tm-irsmsa that due to technical reason t train no.11030 will not be touching my destination station kalyan n will be terminated at pune only. I, therefore cancelled my tkt on 31stjuly 19 online at 9.00 am by filing t tdr by mentioning t reason train partly cancelled as not touching to t destination. The same has been repudiated by railways mentioning train not cancelled n travelled upto t destination. I am surprised by t action o[censored]r office. I am a sr. Citizen n being put to loss without any error. Kindly do t needful n advise.

                                  I'm regular traveller of indian railways and now i've decided to travel by bus always.
                                  Indian railways is the poorest management in this world!!!
                                  Toilets always stinks. Passengers board the train (Ac coaches) without ticket/ general tickets causing inconvenience to us.
                                  Quality of food is poor and is never on time.
                                  Currently i'm traveling in aashram express from delhi to ajmer facing these issues.
                                  Instead of having sleeper i was bound to sit for half of the way. I would say ncr metro is far better than indian railways.

                                  My parcel was supposed to arrive from Ludhiana to Allahabad from 18310 Sambalpur Express but at the Allahabad station the railway department was unable to open the luggage compartment citing the reason that it is fully packed and wasn't possible to open Hence, we were unable to receive our package

                                    I am requesting you to halt at jhalida (Jaa) station of all super fast, mail and express train.

                                    We are more than 10 lakh of population and among of them 5000 passengers depends upon train and we have few express trains only that have stoppage at jhalida (Jaa) staion.

                                    So, i request you to grant all super fast, main and express train will have halt at jaa station.

                                      My brother shakti singh had booked my honda activa on dated 17th july, 2019 from ahmedabad to new cooch behar (Parcel no.583323), but till now i have not received my parcel.

                                      He inquired at ahmedabad they informed him that parcel had moved from ahmedabad.

                                      I have inquired at new cooch behar parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

                                      Sir, i’m in defense job and hence i can’t take go to the railway station daily.

                                      I attached the receipt copy herewith.

                                      Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                                        I have cancelled my confirmed ticket from tiruchendur station (Tcn) on[protected].

                                        But till date 9th august, 2019 i didn't receive any amount. I ahve complaint to my bank but they have denied and replied they did not any amount from indian railways. I went to tiruchendur station and discussed with ticket counter staff but there is no positive response from them also.
                                        Request you to look into this matter and reurn the amount.

                                        Booked a parcel of Window Air Conditioner Machine on 18th July, 2019 at Alahabad jn station bearing PRR No[protected]. But the material is still not delivered at Malda Town as per the booking till 6th August, 2019. Please look into the matter.
