Dear sir
As im travelling in hampi express from ballari to banglore the present in reservation couch is to rude with the passengers and he is taking the money with the passengers and allowing them into sleeper couch as i have questioned him not to board the passengers into the reservation coach he started to speak in the abusive language and he he is too rude with the passengers

Please i request you to entertain such tc so that the passengers will face the in continence and he is also taking bribe from the passengers who is not having reservation and not allocating seats to the waiting list passengers

Sir i request you please take this case a serious so in further no passengers can fase the same problem

    मैंने IRCTC APPLICATION से Date 13 June 2019 को ticket book किया था ।
    मेरी यात्रा date 17 June 2019 को पटना-कोटा ट्रैन से थी।
    जिसका PNR NUMBER [protected] है।
    जिसका payment मैंने Phone pay (UPI) method से किया था। मैंने 890 रुपये का भुकतान किया था।
    IRCTC की तरफ से मुझे Transaction ID [protected] और Refund reference no:20190618111212801300168642234960840 दिया गया है।
    मेरा टिकट बुक हो गया था लेकिन मेरी सीट कन्फर्म नही थी वेटिंग में था तो मैंने उसे date 17 June 2019 को कैंसिल कर दिया जिसके बाद अभी तक मेरा balance वापस नही आया है।
    मैंने IRCTC customer support भी बात की उन्होंने मुझे बैंक से बात करने के लिए कहा मैंने अपने बैंक के कस्टमर केअर से भी बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे पास कोई बैलेंस नही आया है। मैने IRCTC के द्वारा दिये गए Refund reference no:20190618111212801300168642234960840 उनको बताया तो उन्होंने कहा किइस Refund reference no से हमारे पास कोई जानकारी नही आती आप IRCTC से संपर्क करे अगर उन्होंने भेजा होता तो आपके खाते में आ जाता मैने बैंक में जाकर बैंक के मैनेजर से भी बात की उन्होंने ने भी वही उत्तर दिया ।

        Arrokonam to chennai central morning 6.40am local fast train regularly going to chennai. While i am travel. Recently some college students occupied one compartment fully and made a noise and pull the train chain playing. Today 18/7/19 also tiruvalangadu station 2 times pull the chain in that accused students so please take necessory action.

          Dear sir

          I am pradeep and have booked using irctc app only 2 tickets from cstm to malm on june 19, 2019 paid rs 787.39, however i cancelled the ticket and received only rs 530.

          According to railway charges they have to charge 60 rupees per ticket and total of 120 to be deducted. Here, they charged 257.39 and i hit return money on 10 july 2019.

          Kindly look into this.

            I have applied for duplicate pan card and paid rs 499. The hard copy of application mailed by registered post one week back.
            Now they are insisting to produce madhyamik mark sheet for date of birth verification. Therevis no date of birth in mark sheet but available in admit card. Copy of both sent.
            As a central govt officer working more than 30 years where date of birth and date of retirement is clearly stated in my payment slip.
            The same is also attached.
            But stiil they are not issuing duplicate pan.

            In the late night they will stationed .
            Who will take care their safety in late night.

              I have carried luggage with me from pune to gulbarga with a luggage ticket. But when I reached gulbarga the compartments were locked and train left the station. There was no one at the station whom I can tell to open the compartment. Now when I am complaining to gulbarga station they are not taking any complaint nor they are giving any contact details. How will I track the parcel. Now I have to leave gulbarga as this is not my native place but still I am not able to get my luggage. I had sent 2 printers weighing 11 kg worth rs 28000. I just want to track my parcel so that it reaches to me safely. The train in which I travelled was Pune to Gulbarga CSMT Chennai Express 11041.

                  Hello sir, i live in prem nagar new delhi 110008. Where i live there is railway crossing between patel nagar railway station to daya basti and that railway crossing never open and that's why here is hundreds of accident happen every year plzz solve this problem. There is only way to cross and that is too much narrow only one bike can pass at one time. If that crossing never want to open for us then why did u make it.

                  Today, I am travelling in SOUTH BIHAR EXPRESS(13288), PNR-[protected] A1, 37. Pillows are so dirty that it actually smelling foul. On asking to change it, bedding staff replied it will be get covered with pillow covers, but couldn't change. I have to travel whole night with no option. If any personnel, reading this kindly take this seriously.
                  I booked a motorcycle from Hindaun City (Raj) to Ambala Cantt on 24 Jun 2019, . now after 14 days hence, the motorcycle is not reach ambala cantt. . i am currently at Chandigarh and face a tight daily schedule which makes it very difficult to go to Ambala Cantt rly station everyday.

                    I have been trying to get refund against pnr : [protected]/ [protected] (Difference in class of travel) and against pnr no.[protected] (Being tic cancelled n passenger not traveled)

                    It has been over 4 months for both the journey and i have wrtten atleast 20 mails to '[protected]@irctc.co.in', [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@nwr. Railnet.gov.in, and to [protected]@irctc.co.in

                    I have even given proof of non travel for pnr no.[protected] but i dont understand why the refund is not been processed so far.

                    Can somebody look into this and provide refunds as soon as possible. Both the cases are simple. Dont know why its taking so long.

                      Cancelled the confirmed ac 3 tier ticket for howrah to nagpur of 4/7/2019 of train no. 12222 how pune duronto (Pnr [protected], coach b4, seat no. 25 and 28) after receiving the message on 2/7/2019 at 7.14 pm that "train no.12222 of 4/7/2019 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted" in my mobile ([protected]) registered with irctc only as well as confirmed with ntes and irctc website 'train cancelled in green word'. But on 4th july, 2019 at 9.10 am morning, i personally enquired from howrah railway enquiry over phone about the above mentioned train and the staff attached with enquiry has informed me that the said train (12222) has been left on right time. My question, how a cancelled train has been left in right time and why not informed me again about the status of the above train. I have big loss as well as mental harassment for not performing the above journey. Earlier, such type of incident happened several times given wrong information through message as and when purchased the tickets of above particular train. It is not my fault, but cancellation charges deducted as per rule of railway. The cancellation charges may be refunded to me accordingly at the earliest.

                      I am to request you kindly to inquire the matter for saving the harassment of the passengers like me in future.

                      In response to my complaint, the IRCTC has replied that the deducted cancellation amount of the ticket (though it is not my fault) will be refunded and it may take 3-4 working days for net banking/direct debit facility and 6 - 7 days in case of payment gateways after actual refund date.
                      I would like to draw your kind attention Sir that my complaint was not refund of cancellation amount of the ticket. My complaint was how a cancelled train (No. 12222 of 4th July, 2019) has been left on right time from Howrah Station as the message received on 2/7/2019 at 7.14 pm in my mobile registered with IRCTC only that "Train No.12222 of 4/7/2019 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted". My question is that why not informed me again about the status of the above train by IRCTC. Earlier, I have faced the same problem after receiving the such type of message, particularly in this train (12222 How Pune Duronto). Sir, I am to request you kindly to initiate an inquiry at your level best for not giving unnecessary harassment to the passenger in future.

                        Travelling by humsafar that has started from Jamnagar. To my surprise there are only men in b9 and no female till Rajkot.
                        I called helpline to send the TC so that I can change my ticket where there are some females.
                        He allotted me in same boggie and I am awaiting for females to board from Rajkot.

                        Ideally on the night travel train females should be allotted with other females only. This is too unsafe as half the boggie is empty and filled with males.

                        The boggie attendant who came to drop the pillow seemed to have smoked ..it was a strong smell.
                        The bedsheets given were dirty and unironed.

                          My uncle was traveling on train number 09452 on 09 july 19 bhagalpur-gandhidham express. Schedule time arrival was 00:02 but it came at 09:27
                          Being an senior citizen my uncle was seating on railway station no information regarding train was there. After waiting so long he left railway station at 8:30. I want compensation for mental harassment which my uncle suffered and even full refund for tkt which was booked under pnr [protected]. Kindly look into this matter and give prompt reply.

                            I s v ramanan had booked my luggage on dated[04 jul 2019] from sri ganganagar to allahabad (Parcel no. K094071) a, but till now i have not received my parcel.

                            I inquired in sri ganganagar, they informed me that my parcel had moved from allahabad on 04 july 2019 by train no-13008 uatoofan exp.

                            I have inquired at allahabad parcell office several time but the parcel not received

                            Sir, i am in army job and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

                            I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                            Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

                              I, b satyanarayana have been travelling in 17487 tirumala exp. On 3rd july 2019 from tirupathi to rajahmundry in 2ac. My pnr is [protected]. The bedding provided was very unclened. Dirty pillows and covers are provided. Asked the tte and attendant of the 2ac coach to give complaint book. But not provided complaint book. And the attendant told to me it is provided by the private suppliers. Face serious consequences like using unwashed pillows and covers. Kindly arrage to enquire in this regard

                                I' M Jaishree live in Talegaon Dabhade. Now days a rainy season is here. Number of express train which halt at Talegaon Dabhade was cancelled nowdays. But not a bit of announcement done by the railway staff. So that I suffer more. More time express train was cancelled but short announcement was not there. Many time this happened.

                                    I had booked a meal - order no. 19644484 and made payment for the same while booking.

                                    I did not get the meal and they sent an email stating that due to unavoidable circumstances they were not able to deliver.

                                    The second day i got a mail stating that they have sent me an coupon for rs.100/- to be utilised on the same website within 6 months.

                                    Instead of refunding the total amount of the meal rs. 415.00, they are sending me a coupon for rs.100/-.

                                    In this a joke or a clear case of fraud.

                                        Being a citizen of india it's my duty to inform about this incident.
                                        A passenger name mahendra gujar and his wife harshada gujar were travelling in a train 01063 csmt mas special on 26 june 2019 they were supposed to board on train from lonavala but they boarded from thane.

                                        When rajesh manjrekar (Tte) asked them for ticket mahendra gujar showed a photo of him and mr. Sunil tatkare (Ncp minister) on his phone. Is this really fair?
                                        Can we board from any station earlier to our boarding station just being associated with some political party or by showing photos of some political leader?
                                        I feel this is really a limit. Are railway rules different for common man and political associate? So he travelled ticktless from thane to lonavala which is really against railway regulation and inspite of this he was not penalized, just because he is linked with a political party?
                                        Kindly request to look into this incident which is really shameful
