Respected sir,
I mr. Maqbool mehmood sable residing at orchid metropolis is writing this letter to kindly bring in your notice that below my society resident area there is a shop named kurla sweets shop no:01. According to our building plan that shop is legal and we don’t have any sort of problem with the sweet shop. But due to large space available and left in the shop the owner has partitioned the same shop in to two more shops. Accordingly, those two shops are illegal as per the building plan. (Building plan attached for reference).

Out of the two illegal partitioned shop, one shop consist of railway ticket counter (Jtbs window no:78) this ticket counter has opened in illegal. Shop. Due to this we the society tenants are facing numerous problems. Due to the outside small space, a lot of crowd is gathered daily at the ticket counter to purchase railway tickets due to this crowd it is very difficult for us to enter the society premises. Due to the long queue for the tickets it is very difficult for us to enter into our society. Mostly, there are men and boys gathered around the ticket counter and harassing the female tenants by not allowing them the space to move and enter and also by passing the foul comments.
We are seriously into very vast trouble due to these illegal shops and these shops need to be moved out. Also, we kindly inform you that even the builder has declared these two shops as an illegal shops and also according to him the extra made entrance is illegal. (Builder written copy attached for reference).

With reference to the above mentioned matter we haven’t received any positive response after so many complaints and problems. The complaint was filed individually as well as with our society group but in vain. The problem still exists and we are continuously harassed. Kindly please take a strict action on the above matter. We seriously need a fruitful action as soon as possible.

I sincerely request you to please look in to the matter and help us out as soon as possible as it is becoming an immense problem for us.

I will be waiting for your kind and prompt response, it will be highly appreciable.

      Hi,

      I was travelling in train from dadar to shirdi on 22nd july.. Around 2-3:30 am (23 july), my handbag (Black and gray colour) is stolen.. I reported the same to ticket checker. He filed a complaint but i cannot see any progress on that.. I filed fir as well. My handbag was having cash (Approx 5000), gold ring, chain, iphone charger, earphones and important documents..

      Please revert in case any information..

      Also, I was traveling through sleeper coach, S1 - 33 and 36 are seat numbers ..
      It has been 4 years but I didn’t get any update, not even on FIR

        With reference to attached statement train ticket is in waiting list status hence journey not possible.
        I want to mention that when train ticket was not confirmed in online train tickets. It was in waiting list full money refund to be made need to refund i am supposed to get full refund rs, 2100/ whereas indian railways paying me rs, 1530/ it is a kind of cheating.

        My PPO NO [protected] kumari Kunti Devi Daughter of Late Mathura Prasad sended to CPPC SBI NDLS by SR DFM/NR/MB ON DATED 07/06/2019 but I am again and again go to my branch for disbursement of pension but no one could help ME and replied that your pension file is not received from SBI CPPC NDLS till date so Please help me.

          Today my father travelled by train no. 59804 from suwasra to chau-mahala. An officer came and took fine from him without any mistake and after taking fine officer took him to ratlam and then your officer didn't take him to his senior officer. After this your officer told him to go return back. Sir this is not good, we are middle class people if you will take fine from us without any reason how will we survive.
          My father's whole day and 150 rs fine got waste.
          Sir, i request you please do something.
          We respect our indian officers but if officers will misuse their power how will a civilian trust on them.

            Sir,
            Mobile charging point of coach number s8, birth number 1, train number 15632 is not working. My pnr number is [[protected]] date of journey is[27-07-19]. We crossed new bongaigaon station nearly 10 minutes before. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.

              On 25 july 2019 i was travelling from h nizamuddin to jalandhar cantt in chattisgarh express (18237) in s4 seat 33. Passengers of seat no. 34 and 35 were sitting with me and they were going to phillaur jn (Punjab).in morning at 5:20 am they were about to leave my mobile was in charging. I slept and when they leave the women took my phone when they were gone the passenger of seat no. 35 wake me up and told me that the women have taken the phone. I searched them but not found anywhere. I request to provide me the passenger detail and their contact and names etc so that i can find my phone.

                We are residents of friends colony (West), new delhi. The railway track runs right behind our row of houses - western india bound trains are part of the network. The frequency of passing of trains has increased manifold over the years with the train drivers blowing defeating horns repeatedly at all hours of the day and night. So much so, that it is difficult to get even the bare minimum hours of peaceful sleep, leading to stress, anxiety and a host of health issues. The loud horn blowing is several times over the permissible limit and is also gradually affecting our hearing.

                As a citizen and resident of this respectable colony, it is my right to stay in peaceful environs. Despite using noise reduction doors and windows at our end, this menace is only seeming to increase. The train drivers ought to be told not to blow their loud horns for long intervals at a stretch, while passing residential colonies. Further, the railways ought to install sound barriers to tackle the growing problem.
                It is getting impossible to even talk or listen to the channels on tv. Furthermore, the vibrations of fast moving trains are threatening the foundations of our house.
                An urgent action needs to be taken at your end to end the menace!

                  Sir,
                  I travel from bangalore to tumkur on daily basis for my work. I take a train from ksr which is supposed to depart at 7 45 am. Ksr-chitradurga link passenger 56515/56519. Since for more than a month the train arrives late at tumkur on daily basis. This is become a routine. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to daily commuters.

Even if we are keeping our bike for 1 hour then also we have to pay the same. We are being suffered with it. Kindly mention this complain and get it resolved soon. We shall be thnkful to you.

                      Dear authority,

                      I had booked my bike on 11/07/2019 from rajkot (Rjt) to kishanganj (Kne) through okha-guwahati express. As per the discussion with the office staff my parcel is loaded on same train on the day of 12/07/2019 and was expected to deliver by 14/07/2019. Unfortunately, the bike did not come at the destination ie, kishanganj (Kne) till date.

                      This is miraculous. How such poor service from world's largest railway network. Responsible authority may please take stringent action and let me know the status. I had visited thrice to the station and in regular contact with the staffs but still awaiting. The station is approx 180 km far from my living place and too difficult to visit frequently. The station staffs are saying to charge demurrage charge against my parcel if not received on same day.

                        सर आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि मैं निर्मल जैन आज दिनांक 25.7.19 सुबह 5 बजे आगरा फोर्ट रेलवे स्टेशन पर अपना स्कूटर लेने पंहुचा । वहां पार्किंग पर बैठे व्यक्ति ने 24 घण्टे के 60 रुपये मांगे . वहां स्थित प्राइस लिस्ट को कपड़े से ढक दिया गया था मेरे समझाने पर मेरे साथ हद दर्जे का दुर्व्यवहार किया गया तब मैने 100 नम्बर पर कॉल किया तब जाकर मुझे 30 रुपये लेकर स्कूटर ले जाने दिया गया यह स्थिति आगरा के सभी स्टेशनों पर है कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें

                          Rpf police kurnool blackmailing the public (Who parked the bikes in vacant place before station where no - no parking boards available and all autos are staying for picking up passengers) to pay fine stating that you have parked in no parking area. Further they are insisting to pay fines of wrong/irrelevant/not made offence such as smoking and selling cigarates though not done the offence stating that if booked for no parking u need to pay high amount which causes for the public to accept and pay that fine. The concerned authorities should ask for the proofs of all chalan receipts issued for fines by the constables. Make thorough checkup the constables chalan books and make correct and necessary inquiries and take suitable action against them. Though there are no proper parking amenities/ securities in the station, charging parking fares and fines for the public. Due to fear of police and emergency public are forced to pay amount such irresponsible police.

                              I, akshay adme booked a parcel containing a bike above 60cc and below 350cc at durg jn. To be delivered at gwalior jn. On 18th july, 2019 (P. R. R no:[protected]. But parcel is not delivered yet. I have contacting gwalior jn since day 1 but they are saying parcel has not been received yet. When i was trying to contact durg jn they provide me some information like the parcel loaded on 18th of july on train no-18237. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                  Sir my family in which FATHER MAHESH PRASAD GUPTA, MOTHER SANDHYA GUPTA, SISTER RITU RANA (MARRIED) was travelling from damoh (M.P) to bilaspur (C.G) IN BHOPAL BILASPUR EXPRESS TRAIN NO-18235 ON 6/7/2019 TO 7/7/2019 BIRTH S2-3, S2-7, S2-8 AROUND 4 AM in morning my sister GOLD CHAIN around 12GRAMS snatched by thief inside train and my sister yelled loudly then everyone woke up and have seen him jumping of the RUNNING train THEN WE HAVE FILED COMPLAINT IN ANUPPUR railway station (M.P) having some hope in mind that they will act on it and but they haven't taken any action on those unknown thieves it is a matter of public safety as my sister also have breathing problems anything could have happened there as there was no railway protection personnel inside the train and it is INDIAN RAILWAY OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SAFETY so at last i want compensation of loss suffered to my sister from railways so sir please take strict action on them I AM ATTACHING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

                                      We are travelling in the train no-15651 from GKP TO LDH ON 02/07/19 AT BARTH NO A1 39, PNR NO- [protected] . in the night after 2.30am on 03/07/19 our hand bag was theft we notice that at 5.30am . we complaint about this incident to rpf they made a complaint at helpline no-182 we also register the complaint at TTE BOOK AT AMBALA CANT complaint no-003 at 7.45am. we lodged the zero FIR at GRP LUDHIANA NO- 169.

                                        Now, i am travelling standing in crowd. What is the meaning of reserved berth then?
