Hello

Here by report about an illegal penalty and arrogant behaviour of railway officials in duty for ticket checking.

Station : thiruvananthapuram - tvc
Platform : 1
Time : between 12:15 and 12:35 on 05 oct 2019

After reaching station premises, by using uts app, i initiated booking 2 platform tickets via railwire wifi from the railway station.
The app processing for payment went in usual slow pace. By the time i stepped into platform. The next second a lady (Seems to be railway official in charge of ticket checking) came and asked for platform. I showed the ticket purchase is ongoing status in uts app. Unfortunately that purchase attempt failed. That official granted me 10 more minutes to retry. I tried 2 times, but it got failed again. Then she said this uts app won't work if we try to purchase ticket if we are standing in platform. I was ignore about that uts app feature. Then i requested to retry purchase after going out of platform. But the official didn't allowed to move out of platform and fined me 1500 and said details will sent to my address by court.

The lady was like i must be fined what ever happen around.

To the higher officials: i was proactively purchasing platform ticket by using uts app. This app is even recommended at station advertisements. My attempt failed because of app malfunctioning or because of the wifi or the special gps feature o[censored]ts app. If i was informed by the offical about the unavailability ticket booking at platform and guided me to take the ticket moving from platform, it would have been a support and a pleasing customer handling attempt. Rather i was made a culprit and fined. This is illegal and injustice.

I hereby express my disagreement on penalty.

I have booked two lagguages from nizamuddin to calicut on 28 sep 19. And the lagguage loaded in train no 12618 on 29 sep 19. Even after train completed its journey, my lagguage not delivered yet. And indian rail way could not brief me that the current status of my lagguage. My prr no is [protected].

      My bike was booked from jalgaon railway station to agra cantt on 01/10/19 by goa express 12779 but the bike not been received yet at agra cantt parcel office.

      I have contacted multiple times to cps agra and cps nizamuddin delhi but no response yet. Not even the current status.

        Dear sir
        We are from sabuj nursery booked 3 percel from howrah railway station to vishakhapatnam railway station which prr no [protected] on dated 01.10.2019. For which i pay as calculate railway charge rs 305. But still now it not deliver at vishakhapatnam railway station. When i check status of my booking at online i saw that it loading at train no 18645 & unloaded at first hydrabad railway station & second time it loading at train no 17256. Still now it seen same.in this percel i send living plant which if late on delivery it will damage. So please action on this as soon as possible.

            Sir, i am serving in indian air force and recently posted to dibrugarh. I had booked my m/cycle vide lt 122284 from njp to dbrt on 25 sep 19. Till date i had not received my bike. Today only i had checked at both dbrt and dbrg stations. I came to know that lt booking to be dispatched within 48 hrs.

            Kindly look in to the matter and request to do the needful on priority.

                  We requested reservation from korba to visakhapatnam in korba-visakhapatnam express on 25/09/2019 at korba station reservation counter but ticket was issued upto vizianagaram. After geting into the train, we could realise this and taken extention ticket in the train by paying extra fare. Due to the mistake of reservation authority, we incurred a loss of rs. 2445 in the form of excess fare. Kindly arrange to compensate this. Please compare this ticket with our filled reservation form.

                      Today (28th sep 19) early morning i parked my scooty (Tn 19e 8658) at 6.40 am in potheri bike stand by paying rs.10. At 10.30pm when i was about to take my scooty on producing the reciept, contractor denied permission n insulting in front of other passengers stating that i havent paid the pass fee of rs.10. I humbly replied without paying how come u gave the reciept to me. But he continuosly fighting that i need to pay.
                      It is not about the 10 rupees. The self respect i lost and he sent me under mental stress from which i cant relieve from.

                      I request u to kindly take necessary action agains such irresponsible n arrogant gundas character.

                        We were sending this parcel to indian railway, sr. This parcel was need to reach at destination on very urgent basis so we sent our person by train with material.

                          I have canceled the ticket on the same day and refund initiated by rail yatri on 28/08/2019.

                              We have booked parcel on 25-9-19 from pune to renigunta. They send thourgh kanyakumari express (16381) on 25-9-19 on pune at 7.25pm. It have reached on 26-9-19 at renigunta at 2.45 pm.in renigunta parcel staff not unloaded my parcels household items 16 parcels. Train went away from renigunta. Parcel dept not responding till now.in pune parcel office parcel labour staff taken rs.10000 for transport & loading charges for trasnportation and they given bill for only rs.5137. Is this the right way to do like this?
                              Why renigunta staff not responsible for my parcels?
                              I want explanation from railway parcel head?
                              Completely failure to give service to the customers.
                              What i want to do right now where my parcels went now?
                              I raised complaint now. I want solution.?

                                This is to inform you that i, nilesh kumar gupta have booked 1 train ticket in third ac (3a) for myself from durgapur (Dgr) to new delhi (Ndls) on dated : 31.03.2019 through irctc website with pnr no. [protected] & transaction id : [protected] in train no./name : 12381/poorva express.
                                On 13/04/2019 at 19:23 pm i got sms from indian railway that chart has prepared and got a rac seat rc, b3, 47.
                                Due to long journey i felt it was not possible to travel on half seat as i also had to join my company on next day (15/04/2019) so it required proper rest at night thats why i filed trd at 20:01 pm on 13/04/2019 vide tdr reference no. [protected]. With remarks that “passenger not travelled due to ticket in rac after chart preparation”.

                                Sir/madam,
                                I got mail from“[protected]@irctc.co.in” on dt. 03.06.2019 with subject “tdr request repudiated” and my trd request has been repudiated by the chief commercial manager/refund kolkata zone and reason for repudiation/rejection:, ”as per chart, passenger has travelled” sir/madam, i am requesting you please look into the matter deeply and investigate the same to find out the realty. You may check/verify from cctv footage or other proof as per your convenience. This is the question to think that, if i travelled in train as per chart then what is need for me to file tdr?

                                After filing tdr, on the next day (14/04/2019) i took my self a tatkal ticket at 11 am from katrasgarh railway station (Station code - kth) for the below train.

                                I have attached picture of tatkal ticket of purushottam express that i took my self.
                                Apart from travelling through poorva express on 14/04/2019, i travelled only through purshottam express so, how it is possible to travel from both the trains.

                                I think, statement/chart forward to railway deptt. By concern tt of poorva express train was wrong. He provide these seats to another un-authorized passengers and fare for the same tickets has stolen from govenment. Sir/madam, i understand and respect the rules and regulations of indian railways but this is also matter or realty and faith. This is not a matter of only rs. 1200/- and i will never become rich with this money but due to false statement of some railway employees (Tt), many passengers/public are looted by them and hurt their feelings, loose faith from railways as will as government of our country. I am attaching herewith train ticket & tdr for your ready reference. I hope that you will understand my feelings and matter and work on this point seriously. Looking forward positive response.
                                Request you to intervene for my refund from chief commercial manager/refund kolkata zone.

                                  I am Yatish Kumar Sharma, was traveling with my wife Rekha Sharma on 23.9.19 on birth number 57 and 60 by train number 12801 Purushottan Express from Gaya to Ghaziabad in B-1 AC Coach. I ordered one Veg Thali in Lunch and another Thali in Dinner. I was overcharged by 50/- each Thali. One hundred twenty for each Veg Thali in place of 70/- as given in your IRCTC Menu given on Internet, this I came to know the next day after deboarded the train.My PNR number is [protected]. Your Pantry Car people do not issue any bill. I seldom travel by train. This is an open loot. In front o[censored]s the fellow passengers were charged 120/- each for Vegetarian Thali, so I could not doubt at that time.

                                  Kindly get refunded my 100/- for 2 Veg Thalis either in my Paytm Account, my mobile number is [protected]. I am a resident of Ghaziabad (UP).or in my savings account number[protected] with ICICI Bank, block A Connaught Place, New Delhi.

                                  This is an open loot. You are requested to get done a surprise checking. Even the quality of food is very poor.

                                      Since the time my phone software upgraded, the app is not working. It is telling me to login using registered handset but the handset has not been changed at all my season ticket is going waste and i have to buy ticket everyday this is not fair and there has be no receive call customer team and no response to the email that i have already sent to you.

                                        I anusha iyengar complaining as my scooty (Tvs heavy duty) parceled from kalyan railway station to chennai central junction (Mas) on 14 sep. 2019 and they told me that you can track transport status of scooty online & you will receive a call once your scooty reached to its destination @ chennai... But as if after 11 days from scooty parceled i have not received any message. When i have called to delhi parcel office & visited by my parents there, they are saying that your scooty has been sent on 14th of september 2019 by train from kalyan... So, how can i track my scooty status & can anyone help me out in this regard? Please, do the needful.
