Hi sir,

My self navya sri. Today (9.10.2019) i am travelling from khammam (Kmt) to jolarpeta (Jtj) train no 16318 (Exp) along with my husabnd. We both got reservations in different coaches. I got reservation in s9, 52 pnr ([protected]) my husabnd got reservation in s1, 31 ([protected]). I have requested to tc for berth swap and agreed to swap. Later he started conversation and misbehaved very badly asking about caste place and address. I asked him is this required for berth swap and he used unparliamentary language denayed for berth swap. I got scared and left the coach.in vijawada station he left. I tried to get his name but unfortunately i missed. Kindly register my complaint and do needful.

      Dear sir with very bad experience and with full anger i would like to make a complaint regarding train no 20801 magadh express from islampur-new delhi. Sir i have a valid confirm ticket but passenger without ticket fought with me and forcly occupied the seat and i became helpless and no rpf nor any tt had yet visited me nor checked the ticket. Action to be taken against such passenger and tt and rpf staffs. Due to these things we are in full grief and pain and frightened

        My mother "gitarani singh" took two ticket (Ticket no[protected] &[protected] & vts no :70x7che0f2 & 70x7che0f3, sac:996411, ir:19aaagm0289c1zg, r28062 dated 07/10/2018, 09:22 am from kharagpur railway station (Bogda) side from a lady staff wearing spectacles 👓 fare in color in ladies counter for garbetha and each ticket fare is rs.50/-, so it should be total amount of rs.100/- and my mother given her rs.200/- note but she returned rs.10/- only. My mother is illiterate, so unable to calculate and understand.

        Request you to please intervene take action and short out the issue. That lady might be doing this from many people's i believe in festival occasion.

          Dear sir,  sub: horrendous and unsafe train journey-reg. ref: pnr no: [protected] i had travelled from mumbai ltt railway station on 03.10.2019 to coimbatore by iii ac (Coach b2, lower birth number 57). When the journey got embarked at 10.32 p. M i noticed one domesticated cat covered by a piece of cloth kept by my fellow passenger (Middle birth number 58) on my seat near to the window.  the fellow passenger who is the owner of that cat is basically from delhi who was temporarily carrying it from mumbai to bangalore. thereafter, the cat began to pass hither and thither, sometimes, through my trousers, my bed sheets, pillow and at other times the piece of board meant for taking food. As the feeding board was already occupied by the animal i was troubled much in taking food. Further, the foul smell emanating from the animal caused nausea while taking food.  this situation got much worsened when the animal openly started urination and defecation inside a litter box maintained by the fellow passenger in the aisle.  it continued to make sounds throughout the night. It jumped down and ran away to other coupe in the wee hours where an old lady had to aim this animal with her pillow in order to ward it off from any potential attack. as the hairs of the animal were scattered through out the bed sheets, blankets and pillow, i hesitated to take rest on my journey up to bangalore. There after, i spread a sheet of news paper on my birth in order to lie down as i was scared of lying down on bed sheets contaminated by the animal. the entire course of my journey from mumbai to bangalore was very uncomfortable and filled with inconvenience and disturbances. at this context, i strongly feel that the railways must take responsibility to devise a mechanism to scan any body while entering in to the compartments carrying animals or else to impound such animals with due punishment as it pave threat to the health and comfort of the passengers. at this juncture, i kindly request you to take necessary action in the matter. i look forward to hearing from you. thanking you,  yours sincerely,  dr.             amount debited from account but season ticket not generated by using uts app.

            On dt.03.10.19 iam using uts service for issue season ticket from neral to goregaon, mumbai at that time rs. 1, 606.92 was spent on my atm card no. Ending xxxx2908 zaak epayment serviceon 03-oct-2019. A/c no xxxx7822 but till date season ticket not received or rs.1606.92 not refunded by railway.
            Hence it is requested to refund above amount as early as possible.

            Hello

            Here by report about an illegal penalty and arrogant behaviour of railway officials in duty for ticket checking.

            Station : thiruvananthapuram - tvc
            Platform : 1
            Time : between 12:15 and 12:35 on 05 oct 2019

            After reaching station premises, by using uts app, i initiated booking 2 platform tickets via railwire wifi from the railway station.
            The app processing for payment went in usual slow pace. By the time i stepped into platform. The next second a lady (Seems to be railway official in charge of ticket checking) came and asked for platform. I showed the ticket purchase is ongoing status in uts app. Unfortunately that purchase attempt failed. That official granted me 10 more minutes to retry. I tried 2 times, but it got failed again. Then she said this uts app won't work if we try to purchase ticket if we are standing in platform. I was ignore about that uts app feature. Then i requested to retry purchase after going out of platform. But the official didn't allowed to move out of platform and fined me 1500 and said details will sent to my address by court.

            The lady was like i must be fined what ever happen around.

            To the higher officials: i was proactively purchasing platform ticket by using uts app. This app is even recommended at station advertisements. My attempt failed because of app malfunctioning or because of the wifi or the special gps feature o[censored]ts app. If i was informed by the offical about the unavailability ticket booking at platform and guided me to take the ticket moving from platform, it would have been a support and a pleasing customer handling attempt. Rather i was made a culprit and fined. This is illegal and injustice.

            I hereby express my disagreement on penalty.

            I have booked two lagguages from nizamuddin to calicut on 28 sep 19. And the lagguage loaded in train no 12618 on 29 sep 19. Even after train completed its journey, my lagguage not delivered yet. And indian rail way could not brief me that the current status of my lagguage. My prr no is [protected].
            The bag was a gym bag of reddish-violet colour. There was some t- shirts (red, white ), kurtas(black, yellow, orange), jeans (black ), shoe (red)

                  We are from sabuj nursery booked 3 percel from howrah railway station to vishakhapatnam railway station which prr no [protected] on dated 01.10.2019. For which i pay as calculate railway charge rs 305. But still now it not deliver at vishakhapatnam railway station. When i check status of my booking at online i saw that it loading at train no 18645 & unloaded at first hydrabad railway station & second time it loading at train no 17256. Still now it seen same.in this percel i send living plant which if late on delivery it will damage. So please action on this as soon as possible.

Till date i had not received my bike. Today only i had checked at both dbrt and dbrg stations. I came to know that lt booking to be dispatched within 48 hrs.

                            We requested reservation from korba to visakhapatnam in korba-visakhapatnam express on 25/09/2019 at korba station reservation counter but ticket was issued upto vizianagaram. After geting into the train, we could realise this and taken extention ticket in the train by paying extra fare. Due to the mistake of reservation authority, we incurred a loss of rs. 2445 in the form of excess fare. Kindly arrange to compensate this. Please compare this ticket with our filled reservation form.

                                Today (28th sep 19) early morning i parked my scooty (Tn 19e 8658) at 6.40 am in potheri bike stand by paying rs.10. At 10.30pm when i was about to take my scooty on producing the reciept, contractor denied permission n insulting in front of other passengers stating that i havent paid the pass fee of rs.10. I humbly replied without paying how come u gave the reciept to me. But he continuosly fighting that i need to pay.
                                It is not about the 10 rupees. The self respect i lost and he sent me under mental stress from which i cant relieve from.

                                I request u to kindly take necessary action agains such irresponsible n arrogant gundas character.

                                  We booked our lugguage in break van 12626 kerala express train with our tkt pnr [protected] in name of sukhender and lugguage prr no. Is [protected] from new delhi to wl-warangal. Still we did not get our lugguage. Kindly help to me to trace it.

                                  We were sending this parcel to indian railway, sr. Section enginner,, sse/dsl/kzj[protected], south central railway, kazipet, warangal dist., telangana, pin-506003 against its po lr[protected]. This parcel was need to reach at destination on very urgent basis so we sent our person by train with material.
                                  67363 rs. Is the lugguage cost.
                                  My person is in warangal since 25-9-19. Daily for 3 times he is making followup at warangal railway station. We are lossing our money and material and time on daily basis. Kindly help us in this issue.

                                      श्रीमान मै अपने परिवार के साथ कोटा के द्वितीय श्रेणी के प्रतीक्षा हॉल में कुछ समय के लिए रुका तो हम शौचालय इस्तेमाल करने गए तो हमसे धन राशि ६ गुना ज्यादा वसूली गई और मिस behave kiya
