I am requesting you to halt at jhalida (Jaa) station of all super fast, mail and express train.

We are more than 10 lakh of population and among of them 5000 passengers depends upon train and we have few express trains only that have stoppage at jhalida (Jaa) staion.

So, i request you to grant all super fast, main and express train will have halt at jaa station.

    R/sir,

    My brother shakti singh had booked my honda activa on dated 17th july, 2019 from ahmedabad to new cooch behar (Parcel no.583323), but till now i have not received my parcel.

    He inquired at ahmedabad they informed him that parcel had moved from ahmedabad.

    I have inquired at new cooch behar parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

    Sir, i’m in defense job and hence i can’t take go to the railway station daily.

    I attached the receipt copy herewith.

    Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation

      I have cancelled my confirmed ticket from tiruchendur station (Tcn) on[protected].
      Pnr no[protected].
      Train no 12666
      Ticket no 92912997

      But till date 9th august, 2019 i didn't receive any amount. I ahve complaint to my bank but they have denied and replied they did not any amount from indian railways. I went to tiruchendur station and discussed with ticket counter staff but there is no positive response from them also.
      Request you to look into this matter and reurn the amount.

      Booked a parcel of Window Air Conditioner Machine on 18th July, 2019 at Alahabad jn station bearing PRR No[protected]. But the material is still not delivered at Malda Town as per the booking till 6th August, 2019. Please look into the matter.

          Am currently traveling in s11 sleeper reserved compartment. This compartment is like unreserved. This compartment is crowded and there is no space to even step down. What is 5he use of making booking 4 months back? We pay taxes and this is the benefit we get when we use public service. Request government to do something and take action and ensure discipline is followed.

          But at the time of booking clerk is debating with me for ticket booking. She was not checking booking information and shouting on me without any reason. Not Book my ticket

              Sir, i have traveled from porbandar to chennai and boarded in sourashtra express at porbandar it departmented at 2100 hrs & arrived at ahmedabad jn at 0730 hrs by late running. My second train to chennai was navajeevan exp it will depart at 0730 hrs and i have boarded in as running train & some ladies, senior citizens are missed the train.
              I am requesting to you pls link with two trains timing before departure of navajeevan exp or change departure timing of sourashtra exp at 2000hrs so that everyone catch the train

                Still my complaint has not solved.
                Dear sir/madam
                My PWB no. Is [protected], booked from yesvantpur to asansol on 12-jul-2019 at 16:49PM ...Its been almost a month has not received my items...Numerous calls have been made to yesvantpur parcel office but nobody responds ..I hope that you will look on the matter and will solve the problem asap..

                  I was heading on a journey with my brother and his friend at early morning, we were given a ticket for train already on platform, we rushed to find the buggy but train moved and we had to board nearest buggy immediately. After nearly 20 minutes ticket checker came and when we showed the tickets, she started shouting at us that this is not ticket for sleeper...

                  Pnr [protected] travelling in 12415..2 berths were confirmed out of which 1 berth s9 80 has been allotted to someone else... Don't know how... Tte are not behaving well and not following protocols.. Now no place to sit or sleep... Trying to get adjusted near the toilet area... Hilarious situation... No one to help... The railway helpline 139 is filled with fools who don't know how to communicate... Not responding... Plz help

                    My brother vijo jose, age 42 years missing after he boarded train from alleppey, kerala to mumbai. He called from mobile phone of co passenger. He refused to give any details. But co passenger said he is travelling in train to lokmanyatilak. This call was after 1 pm today 3rd july 2019. From time and station where call was made, likely he is travelling in netravathi express no 16346 im general compartment. Attached his photo. Please help me to find him. Please note he is on depression medication and has not taken his mobile phone with him. My number [protected]

                      Dear sir, my son have booked my receipt no. B 503698 of parcel two wheeler mp09 ue 5041 activa on 30/07/19 fro indore to kanpur but it was unloaded at lucknow.

                      He gone station 2 or 3 times just they said that it will come by tomorrow but still not received so you are requested to provide my activa at kanpur station.

                        Greetings to indian railways

                        It might sounds crazy but this problem is not getting recognised by anyone in indian railways and even by people. Passenger will just yell at other passengers who are in ticket queue about railway staff.

                        Today i'm travelling from tanuku to repalle. Change of train at "guntur".

                        The reason why i mention today is because i'm a frequent traveller.

                        I went to get ticket from counter which is on platform one.

                        Mr ravi kumar is busy in checking his phone and other staff member is busy in counting notes.. Since he's counting notes i went to him and checked with him if he got any change for 500 rupees he answered and questioned back with rude behaviour..

                        Fine i've to take that since i've choice. So i went to mr. Ravi kumar counter, he's very busy in checking his mobile phone.. Without checking cash box he said he don't have change for 500 my ticket price is 35rupess, staff said card machines are not working.

                        All the atms outside the station are out of cash, i walked all over the place at 2am to get 100rupees from atm. After 40mins of walking finally i got 100ruoess note from atm. When i came back to counter same person mr. Ravi kumar is doing same job checking is mobile phone. Are they appointed to serve people or enjoy themselves?

                        What if same thing happened to my sister/mother/wife next time they travel?

                        Is it safe for them to go out and get change?

                        Not just for women even for men is it safe?

                        I believe both gender should be treated equally. I also believe they get paid from us (Millions of people) they have to serve better than they were right now.

                        Why there is no change all 365days?

                        Not just this station every station i've been to since i'm was a kid. I heard / get same answer from railway staff.

                        I hope every railway station gets atleast one ticket machine with card and cash option with not just staff smart card.. Why are those machines out there are designed to be used with some smart card? Why not with cash and card option just like the one i tired to used in sc railway station which by the way is not working, it keeps sending every note back and not accepting cards.

                        Why do you invest in such waste equipment?

                          I have booked 3 train tickets from NJP to guwahati On 25 jul 19(PNR No- [protected]) in HBJ Agartha SPCL, This train was late more than 5 hours and we have not travelled in this train. I have filed TDR for cancelling this ticket. But today when I checked the TDR status it is showing that "as per chart passenger has travelled"
                          How it is possible?

                              Dear sir i booked a parcel which is motor bike from gwalior to moradabad & forwarding no : a[protected] & railway language ticket no: 1453867. But when i asked them about the status they said that they don't board it from gwalior yet they don't have slr coach in train. So please solve that issue as soon as possible. Their is some weekly train from gwalior to moradabad via bareilly & more from vai delhi new delhi.

                              The Train:12504 / KYQ BNC HUMSAFAR starting on 13-Jul-2019 was cancelled but the ticket yet to be refunded.I have called IRCTC and they are it should get cancel within 7days. But its been 14days still no refund.

                                I was going from delhi to gauriganj by kashi vishwanath train no. 14258, s3-66 berth and s3- 69 berth on 12.07.2019. Between jais and gauriganj station a man theft my bag and jump (Bag chhin kar chalti train se utar gaya) from the train. When i reached my station gauriganj i told to station master and rpf then informed to 100 no. Pcr, then i informed to grp pratapgarh railway thana incharge mr phool singh ji. He call me write an application for bag lost inspite of bag thet.
                                There was 2 new mobile phones iemi no. [protected] and iemi [protected]. Cash 17000/-, golden ring, chain (Mangal sootra) bichiya, jhumka payal atm card, jewelery of grand dhaughter in law (Natin ke gahne etc)
                                Kindly lodge my complaint and help me finding my bag.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I filed tdr for the train running late for more than 3 hours and even though we didnt travel by it, the claim was rejected with the statement : "as per chart, the passenger has travelled".

                                  As the train was running late by 7 hours, i booked tickets in another train (Brahmaputra mail-14056) on the same date and travelled through that only.

                                  This is not possible for the same person to travel in two trains at the same time.

                                  Kindly get this verified and get my money refunded.

                                    I Navit Parmar Booked my bike(No-HP 19B 4235 HERO HONDA HUNK Black Colour) from JALANDHAR CITYTO RANGIYA JN ON 26 jul 19 in Amritsar-Dibrugarh Express(Train No.-15934) along with my ticket. Receipt No. is 862081.
                                    The Bike is loaded on JALANDHAR CITY Railway Station in front of me but it is not delivered till now on RANGIYA JN Railway Station. And it is expected to delivered on 11th 28 JUL 19 after arrival of train here at 2130 HRS.
