It is regretted that my revised ppo no.[protected] sent by the railway for onward submission to the branchof sbi in bathinda ifsc code sbin0050224 has not been received so far inspite of 42 months past. Will you please look into this long long delays which is causing me a huge loss of revenue. I am retired railway employee from firozpur division in august 2006. Hoping a quick response from your end

How sad it's that the ppo which was to be effective from 1st January 2016 has not been received in the Bank concerned. I don't know what the railway is doing with the retired staff. Very sad on the part of the railway as well as the bank of SBI.

Sir i am sorry to inform you that the revised ppo effective from 1st january 2016 has not been so far received to me or in the concerned sbi branch of bathinda punjab with ifsc code sbin0050224. Causing me huge monitary loss..
Will you please look into the matter and solve my issue at the earliest.

    On 21/06/2019 ladies vanity was snatched from sleeper coach (S/6) of dayodaya exp train no 12181 after departure from bina malkheri station. The time of incident happened at 1.50-2.00am. M.in that day when incident happen no rpf (Railway protection force) available from bina malkheri to ruthiayi jn. Message was given to railway security head office at indore and bhopal also. No grp (General railway police) of ashok nagar or guna attaind me....

    I had given by bike to be sent from Visakhapatnam to Asansol on 18th Jun. The bike was loaded as parcel. However when I came to Asansol junction to collect I came to know that my bike was not unloaded at asansol junction and it was taken to Patna and unloaded there. There my bike has been kept since one week and nobody is caring to send my bike back to Asansol. Everyday I am going to Asansol junction to request to send my bike from patna. It has been a mockery.

      I am travelling in mumbai rajdhani, train number 12952, i hired a coolie only for 2luggage he was charged 400 and when my train boarded he setteled my luggage in train and i gave him 500 beacause i don't have 400 he told me that pls note my batch number i am coming within a minute, and he didn't come back. Coolie batch number 198. I am requesting indian railway authority that please take some action against him. As i am travelling along with my kids he just grab this chance.

        The complaint is related to the tickets that i get everytime. Whenever i book ticket online always i am getting toilet side berths which is not tolerated by me. Washrooms are not cleaned properly and that bad smell are not tolerated. My mother is also not comfortable with that. She is having internal problem. She get sufocated. So please further dont provide us toilet side seats. Kindly look upon this matter. I will be highly obliged.

          I am travelling from jaipur to delhi s rohilla. My pnr number is [protected] train number 12985 dee doubledecker and wrong seat has been alloted as no seat number 44 is seen in coach c2u, the actual seat was known after checking with ticket collector of the coach.

          A screenshot of the ticket sms by indian railways is provided.

          Kindly look into the matter!

          One of the staff member came and checked the details of the ticket and chart with Concerned TC.. and forwarded the information to the concerned authorities with photos of the tickets.. said that its the system error due to which i recived the sms

            I am traveling by this train from New Delhi to Chandigarh, and it is almost chilled cooling right from the train started and it's continued cooling may be end of the run. There is no temprature controlling system, it is definitely making the passengers sick, coach crew turned down if asked to stop or lower the AC. Also they don't know the number of the train superidentent when asked, and neither it is been announced or provided anywhere. This is such a bizarre experience that Indian railways is serving to there priced customers.

              Dear Sir,

              This is regarding to the theft of my valuable good containing my only jwellery from 2A coach of Swantantra Sainini exp 12562 from A1 coach in daylight around 6 am in the morning between Allahabad to Varanasi. The estimate of my theft is 2lac containg two gold bangles, watch, cash rs5000 and other auxiliaries.

              In presense of coach attendent and CRPF in the coach my purse was stolen under our nose.

              For a common man this means a lot. It was the only thing we posses. We are completely devasted and request the railways to please help us in some way.

              The CRPF letter on the spot and complain reference is attached for enquiry. I pray to the ministry of railway to help us.

              The railway covers travel insurance but no luggage insurance which should be.
              The Pnr and complain copy can be taken from the attachment.

              Request to please help us to get our loss recover in someway

                Dear All ( Responsible Railway Authorities) 1. I Wing Commander E Jani, hereby inform about unschedulled delay of train no. 22150 Pune Eranamkulam Superfast Express. PNR no.[protected]. Date of Journey 19 Jun 19. Scheduled departure from Pune 18:45h. Advance information was provided at 1500h about the rescheduling of departure at 21:35h. As i arrived at station platform was not yet given for the train till 2155h. On enquiring, the time was changed to 23:45h and subsequently to 01:45h on next day (20 Jun 19). The platform for this train was not intimated till the departure time. We passengers like a scape goat, were accomodated at various restrooms and platform. The upper class waiting room was stinking and airconditioners were not at all functioning.
                2. As we reached the platform at 01:55h after platform announcement, no train was present. After sometime another local passenger arrived at the detailed platform and we fellow passengers intimated the loco pilot about arrival of our train in same platform. Railway authority and station master was not bothered at all about the mis happenings and mental torture faced by the passengers at midnight. The local train was moved out from platform and the departure time of our train again changed to 03:00h. The train atlast positioned at 03:00h and left Pune at 03:35h.
                3. The train throughtout the journey was travelling behind schedule. No effort were taken to catchup the time lag. Also all toilets became unusable from panvel onwards as there was no water. Nil effort made to fill water till completion of Journey. It was almost like a mental stroke which I had faced during the journey. My 4 year old sons' appointment with doctor was planned on 21 Jun which i couldnt make due to the delayed running. Also i had lost my mental and physical health.
                4. Due to above incovenience caused by Indian Railways, requesting Indian railways to pay a compensation of Rs 50, 000 on the irregularities mentioned below
                (A) Running the train late behind schedule causing huge inconvenience to me as passenger.
                (B) Not providing proper resting facility thereby risking my health, as a result of the delay, I was made to wait in the waiting hall with no proper arrangements to sleep or take rest.
                (C) Not providing enough basic washroom facilities due to non availability of water at washrooms for 2 days.
                (D) Wrong decision by the station master in sending the same train. It was came to know that standby train was earmarked and detailed to leave Pune at 21:45h, however decision was taken to cancel the standby train. Decision making authority to understand the feeling of fellow passengers also as they are waiting for the train throughout day without sleeping. 5. As a serving officer of IAF, a positive response from railway authorities is anticipated in enquiring the case and taking action against the responsible personnel of Pune Railway station.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                  I have booked tatkal ticktes for 4 passenger from PARBHANI TO KOP dated 02.06.2019.

                  PNR NO [protected] DATE 02.06.2019 of online using Irctc login id tejukaur. Of which 2 ticktes were confirmed and 2 were waiting till the chart preparation. I waited for refund upto 7 days as it Processed automaticly by irctc for tatkal waiting tickts. But till now i have not got any refund. I waited upto 4 jan 2019 for refund then i filed TDR. even my TDR also denied stating that it was claimed after due date. Kindly go through attached pics and refund my money worth 2500 for 2 waiting tickts. Do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                    In the evening there is a very loude irritating noise in the Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai. The noising sound is very very louder. This is a case of noise pollution. Why the station master or railway people not noticed that and stop the noise? You can't sit in the station for 5 minutes. Where as the trans harbour line train operates in interval of 25-30 minutes. If you missed a train, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes and suffer the irritating sound.

                      I use to travel by train to my work location. I took season pass. Tc warned in a very strict manner that I should sit general not in reservation, this is not the right way to warn people those who have season pass either he should fine or should instruct in a right way. This has happened in Hampi express morning time at Bellary Karnataka. Please treat commutors in a good way.

                        All rules and regulations are accepted by people but those people who are working under contract people and who are worked for collecting money, those people behaviour like donkey...they open their mouth with word "Ninnamman" ...what a shame on this parking rules and admins...they don't care about anyone... especially in Yeshwanthpur railway station two wheeler parking people which is in mattikere side parking area. They ragging like anything and for vehicle parking no clean, no shutters nothing and funny thing is "no response for vehicle damages" what is this... people paid for entire vehicle response should take care otherwise why people pay them...first of all our management is very poor and they robbery from the people...orian mall parking is better than this ...those guys scoundrels, rascals, ivramman, basterds...but I am sure no one can beat them and no one can control them...that is for sure.

                            No importance given to passengers time. Suddenly train has been rescheduled around 7:40 hours. After that also it has not been driven on time, 2 more hours it has late. It passes the other scheduled trains.The train which was about to reach at morning 11 it will reach still can't say.
                            Because of this train and it's awesome rescheduling some students could not reached for write their exam. give importance to time and if the departments can not manage new trains don't start.

                              22150 actual schedule[protected]:45. We checked online before starting from home at 16:00 hours on[protected]. After we reached here with my parents in-laws they got down with luggage and I went to park my car. Mean while my wife and son went to get 3 platform ticket. After we got the platform tickets and went inside, we saw notice that train has been postponed to[protected]:35 hours. We already bought 3 platform tickets which I have with me still. We went back home after paying parking amount of rs.30/- for which they did not give any parking tickets. It took us about 1.5 hours to reach home. We again got up early morning as the time scheduled was 5:35 hours and we need around 1.5 hours to reach from home to Pune station. We started at 3:30 am after confirming time online on irctc portal. After reaching here I again parked the car in the parking lot in front of railway station. I got one platform ticket only as son was sleep and was too early for him and has school today, so wife stayed back home. After getting platform ticket we entered the platform and again found that it was rescheduled to[protected]:15 hours. We checked online and asked the authority as well and about online status. It was still showing 5:35 hours on irct portal. The authorities also confirmed they have not updated online as they got communication to reschedule just few minutes back. Till 5:30hours the online status was still showing the same 5:35 hours.

                              1) No proper sleep due to so many reschedules and odd timings.
                              2) Paid for platform ticket twice I have poof of the same.
                              3) Paid parking twice and parking person does not give parking tickets.
                              4) Long waiting and huge travelling time as we stay at Delhi road. Which takes around 1.5 hours.
                              5) Management does not update online status in timely fashion.
                              6) No reschedule SMS received.
                              7) Not sure what compensation would be provided for more than 12 hours delay from actual timing of 22150.

                                I have waiting ticket for above mentioned details PNR is [protected], upto nashik no seats were available but at Nashik seats got vacant, I have requested TC but he didn't allot me a seat stating I have not visited him, I have got one seat vacant and I requested to allot the same but he has alloted same to other passenger.

                                Then he has also allotted to other wait listed members but I have not been allotted the seat.
                                Request to investigate the complaint against mentioned TC and revert please

                                  I am girl of age 21, On 15 th of june i was travelling from jamai to chhindwara where my mother came in railway station to take me woth her .. but in railway station a lady misbehaved with us and told us to come with her in office where 3-4 male staff were present, she also locked the door and started asking for money ...she also started shouting loudly when we trefused to give her extra money

                                    regarding water supply in the toilet

                                    I am travelling in train number 14615 From Lal kuan LKU station to Jalandhar City JUC on 15th June 2019. In coach number B3, the water supply is not available from the source station itself. I requested the coach attendant ti get the water filled and he said that it will be done in Saharanpur.

                                    Now the train has reached to Ambala Can't. But the water is not made available. He has not provided the blankets, towels to the passengers....

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                    I am a regular passenger in the Pune Lonavla local trains.Recently i was travelling in the 7:11pm local from Shivajinagar to Lonavala during rains. The water started leaking from the top directly on to the seats through the fitting screws of the roof causing great discomfort. I don't understand how one is supposed to react if the water during rains leak inside a local which people prefer for the cover it offers in rains. Such improperly built or maintained locals are not expected by the passengers and should be looked into immediately. Thankyou.
