22150 actual schedule[protected]:45. We checked online before starting from home at 16:00 hours on[protected]. After we reached here with my parents in-laws they got down with luggage and I went to park my car. Mean while my wife and son went to get 3 platform ticket. After we got the platform tickets and went inside, we saw notice that train has been postponed to[protected]:35 hours. We already bought 3 platform tickets which I have with me still. We went back home after paying parking amount of rs.30/- for which they did not give any parking tickets. It took us about 1.5 hours to reach home. We again got up early morning as the time scheduled was 5:35 hours and we need around 1.5 hours to reach from home to Pune station. We started at 3:30 am after confirming time online on irctc portal. After reaching here I again parked the car in the parking lot in front of railway station. I got one platform ticket only as son was sleep and was too early for him and has school today, so wife stayed back home. After getting platform ticket we entered the platform and again found that it was rescheduled to[protected]:15 hours. We checked online and asked the authority as well and about online status. It was still showing 5:35 hours on irct portal. The authorities also confirmed they have not updated online as they got communication to reschedule just few minutes back. Till 5:30hours the online status was still showing the same 5:35 hours.

1) No proper sleep due to so many reschedules and odd timings.
2) Paid for platform ticket twice I have poof of the same.
3) Paid parking twice and parking person does not give parking tickets.
4) Long waiting and huge travelling time as we stay at Delhi road. Which takes around 1.5 hours.
5) Management does not update online status in timely fashion.
6) No reschedule SMS received.
7) Not sure what compensation would be provided for more than 12 hours delay from actual timing of 22150.

My Irctc eWallet is expired . I am trying to renew it through Irctc login but it is not renewed. No OTP comes at registered mobile no.

    Sir
    I have waiting ticket for above mentioned details PNR is [protected], upto nashik no seats were available but at Nashik seats got vacant, I have requested TC but he didn't allot me a seat stating I have not visited him, I have got one seat vacant and I requested to allot the same but he has alloted same to other passenger.

    Then he has also allotted to other wait listed members but I have not been allotted the seat.
    Request to investigate the complaint against mentioned TC and revert please

    Frequently occurring same like before, last week also mention as complaints here... The amount was debited from account, but ticket was not booked. Please revert as soon as possible to my account.

      I am girl of age 21, On 15 th of june i was travelling from jamai to chhindwara where my mother came in railway station to take me woth her .. but in railway station a lady misbehaved with us and told us to come with her in office where 3-4 male staff were present, she also locked the door and started asking for money ...she also started shouting loudly when we trefused to give her extra money

        regarding water supply in the toilet

        I am travelling in train number 14615 From Lal kuan LKU station to Jalandhar City JUC on 15th June 2019. In coach number B3, the water supply is not available from the source station itself. I requested the coach attendant ti get the water filled and he said that it will be done in Saharanpur.

        Now the train has reached to Ambala Can't. But the water is not made available. He has not provided the blankets, towels to the passengers....

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,
        I am a regular passenger in the Pune Lonavla local trains.Recently i was travelling in the 7:11pm local from Shivajinagar to Lonavala during rains. The water started leaking from the top directly on to the seats through the fitting screws of the roof causing great discomfort. I don't understand how one is supposed to react if the water during rains leak inside a local which people prefer for the cover it offers in rains. Such improperly built or maintained locals are not expected by the passengers and should be looked into immediately. Thankyou.

          I have parked my two wheeler at New Delhi Railway Station on 5:32 AM at New Delhi Railway Station. Person at parking area, collected Rs. 20.00 as entry fee in morning. At night, he has collected rs. 100.00 from me by force and denied to reduce rs. 20.00 from total bill and said, it was entry fee. However, as per bill, i have to pay Rs, 100.00 only.

            I am pregnant and travellinf from virar to Andheri.
            I request government should reserved seats for the pregnant womens in ladies comparrment also during the initial statge also.
            Its really poor that ladies doesnt allow pregnent womens to sit, or its aukward to ask for seat from someone in such conditions.
            If there will be resevered seats it will be easier for suffering woment to clim the seat.
            I highly request our Railway minister to look into this matter and provide this facility to each nad evwry pregnent womens.

              Respected sir i am dr.shazia ali travelling from modinagar to jammu in shalimar express in A2 coach seat no 35 since from last two.ours im asking railway boys to get water or ask for coldrink but for taking order for dinner they came three times tea man came i told him also.to tel some one for water but still no one is bother for that plzz sir take an action for ds other wise im going to complain on higher levels ds is my first n bad experience for travilling through ds train

                I want to make complain regarding the facility in train 12578/Bagmati Express.

                I catch this train on date 15 june 2019 from kengiri ...my destination is in Patna

                The things are very bad in train;

                1.A/C cooling is not working. its very hot inside coach.
                2.There was no water in toilet &basin

                3.whenever i go to attendent, he is not available there.

                Please take some action against this improper piece of work

                  Sir,
                  my mother Mrs Manju Devi khaitan was travelling from Bengaluru to Kolkata in Duranto Express on 20th May '19. It caused a lot of problem when AIR CONDITIONERS were switched off for an hour till it was given green signal to reach the Howrah station. We were forced to bear suffocation and the heat. I can't understand why was this done.
                  I would request something should be done regarding this as it may not have been the first time.

                    Sir my name is sagar ashok nishane I was traveling from akola to Mumbai my ticket is confirmed. But due to some reasons I doesn't go to Mumbai instead of that my sister seat on my seat we have blood relation .when TT S.K Singh he have duty in Nagpur was come with other passenger who's ticket was not confirmed.after that he trying to harras my sister very badly for leaving her seat.she also told him that if any penalty require then she is ready but S.K Singh misbehave with my sis.and file extra money from my sister...I want to file Complaint on S.K Singh and I request to irtc to punish him...

                      I am travelling in Jhelam Express 11077, S10 and even after using SMS system nothing work out people without tickets or unreserved sleeping and making noises. This is my 2nd complaint nothing got happen in last one hour if some critical situation may happen this is how you treat people ?
                      Please shift people without or unreserved tickets to general or at least remove them from our seats which I bought via premium Tatkal.

                        I had planned my journey and booked connecting train tickets (Secunderabad-Nagpur & Nagpur-Rourkela) 3 months in advance. My journey date was 31st May from Secunderabad(PNR-[protected]) and 1st June from Nagpur(PNR- [protected]) but due delay of my first train for more than 2 hours (Traing Number – 12771), my connecting train(Train Number – 12101) from Nagpur was left before 12771 reached to the destination. Even I had my berths confirmed in both the trains I suffered a lot to travel from Nagpur to Rourkela just because of your fault as you delayed the train for more than 2 hours from originating station itself with no reason.

                        When my connecting train missed at Nagpur Station because of delay of first train. I was suppose to get full refund of my ticket but even I filed TDR for the same against PNR Number - [protected] within the Time frame at 10:37:26 HRS (please check the screenshot attached).which is completely valid reason to file TDR but my TDR was repudiated/rejected with an INVALID REASON.

                        My question is…

                        why Railway does not provide any kind of alternate option if first train is late and due to this passengers misses their connecting train.
                        Who will be responsible for this physical/mentally harassment as well as for the financial loss?
                        If Railway is not able to provide any alternate option to their passengers (even because of railway’s fault only), they should provide full refund of passengers ticket (If passenger misses their connecting train because of late of 1st train).


                        I spent too much of my hard earned money also too much harassment while traveling from Nagpur to Rourkela just because of Railways Fault. Who will is responsible for this ????

                          The bedroll provided is very dirty and with spots which is not usable.
                          While complaing to the attendant, he replied that they are helpless and to log complain for it.

                          We are honest taxpayers and are honnest citizen, these services are really not acceptable.
                          Hope to get positive response on this matter.
                          I also approached the TTE and requested for providing me the complain book, which is yet to be provided to me.

                            I had booked a train ticket on 09/02/2019 in Garib Rath Exp (Train No. 12517, DOJ : 16/05/2019). but i had cancelled the ticket on 10/05/2019. the refund amount Rs. 1370/- supposed to be credited within 3-4 working days, but it's not yet received. i had contacted with IRCTC through email in which they had replied that they had already refund the amount to bank. when i contact with State Bank of India customer care they replied that they can not entertained regarding this, asked me to contact IRCTC

                              मै रेलवे स्टाफ में जॉब करता हूं और रेलवे क्वॉटर मंडावली में रहता हूं। मेरे आस पास के रेलवे स्टाफ के कर्मचारी अवैध रूप से लोगो को रेंट पर रख रहे हैं।जिससे यहां पर क्वार्टरो के सामने रेहड़ी और और लोग पैसे ले कर पार्किंग खोल रखी है। इन क्वार्टरो में एक एक क्वार्टर में दस दस लोग रहते है।जिससे आये दिन चोरी और झगड़ा होता रहता है।इनमें कुछ लोग बदमाश टाइप के लोग भी है अत श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि क्वार्टरो में रेंट पर रहने वाले के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे।
                              आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

                                My bike hero Splendor GJ13HH8338 has been stolen from the boundary of the railway station near Chuda railway station, then i have complain in Gujarat Police complained but they refused to complain. They have to say that this has been stolen from the extent of the railway then register a complaint in the railway so Limbdi lodges a complaint with the railway station but they refused to complain, they say that even if it comes out of the railway limits, we will take initiative They will tell you and check you out

                                Please tell me where I have to complain Maybe my bike will be used for any criminal activity, its responsibility will not be mine.

                                I'm traveling from Bangalore to hubbali in Gandidham express train. (16506)
                                Thiefs & without ticket passengers are easily entering reservation compartment and one thief tried to snatch mobile phone so please provide proper security... otherwise it is very difficult to travel in railways.

                                  After so many years inspite of having a train station bhiwandi is still waiting for the dream and convenience of having a local train connectivity its very difficult for people to travel through st buses and sharing autos and cabs specially for the female commuters plz kindly do something for the people of bhiwandi and start local train services from atleast on current tracks and freqeunt trains and connect it with thane with local trains

                                    All of the trains passing the railway gate near Karnataka University crossing (Dharwad, Karnataka) crossing produce lot of noise pollution by powerful and long honking. I think compared to previous old engines, these new engines have more powerful horns. When trains pass through cities/town, they should have alternate less powerful horns and also pilots should make short honks instead of long ones.
                                    Around 3 to 4 trains pass this crossing every hour and long powerful honking is creating lot of inconvenience to the residents of this area. We request you to take some action regarding this issue.
