I am currently traveling in s1 sleeper reserved compartment. This compartment is like unreserved. This compartment is crowded and there is no space to even step down. What is 5he use of making booking 4 months back? We pay taxes and this is the benefit we get when we use public service. Request government to do something and take action and ensure discipline is followed.

    Respected sir,

    Namaskar. This is to inform you that one rake was loaded from delhi kishanganj for destination tinsukia on 20.04.19 and our one wagon containing 620 quintals rice bearing no. Nr bcnhl [protected] & rr no.[protected] and fnr no. [protected] was detained at chapra station on 22.04.2019. It is lying unattended at chapra station since 15-20 days and no steps are being taken by the chapra station authorities to move this detained wagon towards its destination tinsukia.

    These days are rainy days & if the wagon is left there for more days then the goods therein will get damage. I request you to kindly help us move this wagon from chapra station to tinsukia.

      Hi,
      I booked my bike as a luggage (Coz the clerk did it) on 15th may from bsb for delivery in lar.
      Generally the parcel arrives in one day. But i am unable to track it online. It says that the item has been registered yet. This seems that the bike hasn't been shipped yet even though there were trains everyday.

      No steps were taken from anybody. They were planning to sell it at jhansi after not recording its entry anywhere on paper after unloading it at the station. I somehow managed to get a hold of it using political power..

        This refers to your speed post letter no. Irwo/fbd/huda2018 dated[protected] on the subject noted above.

        I am surprised to receive your above letter in spite of my following email communications, on which you have never bothered to clarify my query:-

        I would again like to repeat why your office keep me sending reminders after receiving complete enhancement payment alongwith interest from me in response to your letter of[protected].

        In view of the above, please close my case and no further correspondence may be exchanged this may also be treated as no demand certificate.

          Sir, i have booked one parcel containing 8 cartons packed in to 4 plastic gunny bags, containing valueable books and kichen ware, on 8-5-2019 at tiruchhirapalli, vide rt. No. S 403092. To visakhapatnam. Daily i am going to visakhapatnam railway parcel office and enquiring about my parcel. They are telling the above parcel did not receive, and might have gone to calcutta. We will pursue and call you. Again i have contacted tiruchhirapalli parcel office. They told that the above parcel was sent on[protected] by train no.12664, in the wagon. No.00762. The information i have given to visakhapatnam parcel office. As on date i have not received my parcel. Pl help me in getting my parcel as early as possible.

            1. Such a shabby train
            2. Toilets are so horrible such that urinating itself cannot be thought of
            3. I generally travel by sunday night from awy to kcvl and the next day, i have to attend office. Due to disturbances experienced while travelling by sleeper class, recently for the last two to three months, i have moved to three tier, still experiences are so horrible. For the last three weeks i had to suffer a lot after getting in from awy. Last three to four times, i had the experience of birth being occupied by other persons. It took almost till ern to get me the birth
            4. Other issues are, there wont be any proper sheets, pillow etc. Will take more time for issue of fresh items
            5. Most of the sheets & pillow covers being used in this train are so shabby and old & side curtains are horrible
            6. Apart from this, the lights will be switched on by railway assistants by the time it reaches kadykavur/ varkalai disturbing the sleep & they switch off ac when reaches kadaykavur
            7. Instruct for maintaining comfortable temperatures inside the compartment
            8. The ac compartments may be positioned at least in the middle rather than extreme front
            9. Try to stop in platform 1 at kcvl as far as possible as many of the passengers are either travelling to rcc trivandrum or ladies moving to in & around tvm
            10. Can you provide ac retiring rooms in awy station for 3 tier / 2 tier travelers so that waiting time will be comfortable
            Please consider these issues and make necessary arrangements at least to provide good compartments, sleeping amenities and cleanliness of the wash rooms like the compartments being used in 16315/16316
            It is a humble request to maintain highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness

              1. I booked e-ticket from visakhapatnam (Vskp) to chatrapur (Cap) through irctc web site for 03 may 19 by vskp-asr-hkg express (Train no. 18507) (Pnr no. [protected]). I was informed that the train will be diverted via vizianagaram (Vzm), sambalpur (Sbp) and will not be passing via chatrapur (Cap) view fani cyclone. Therefore, i did not travel by train no. 18507 on 03 may 19.

              2. Further, i booked tatkal e-ticket from visakhapatnam (Vskp) to chatrapur (Cap) through irctc web site for 04 may 19 by visakha express (Train no. 17016) (Pnr no. [protected]). I received an sms from irctc at 1630 hrs on 03 may 19 informing that the train will be short terminated at visakhapatnam. Therefore, i did not travel by train no. 17016 on 04 may 19. Finally, i undertook the journey by bus.

              3. On enquiring from the customer care regarding my refund i was informed that the amount will be refunded automatically and no further action is required from my side. I could not enquire further as there was neither electricity nor internet connectivity available at my village in odisha due to cyclone fani. The amount has not yet been refunded into my account. It is therefore, my humble request that the case be looked into and amount be refunded at the earliest.

                1. respected sir, myself Md saidul islam and i work in indian army I had booked 01x two wheeler, 01x steel box, 01x GP BUNDLE from guwahati (GHY) to balasore(BSL) on 26 Apr 2019 by train number 22502DN my PNR Number is [protected](self booking) but on the date i have not received yet. I have gone balasore station parcel office but no info has been received about this. It is requested to pl clarify the matter and send the items/luggage at balasore
                2. bill number is 322732 and parcel ticket also attched with this leter.
                3. But till date the parcel is not delivered to the booked adress.And the Station Authority at balasore is showing their unability to trace the consignment . Thus I pray your kind jurisprudence to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliver the goods to me..My contact No are [protected], [protected]

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had booked a consignment from Jaipur on 8th May 2019 for Howrah under PRR no.[protected] for 29 cases but on 11th May at Howrah I received only 28 cases which I took the delivery, on enquiring at Howrah station I was told that 28 cases were received at the inward parcel by the Inward Parcel incharge and then onward I have been chasing them daily for the remaining 1 parcel but everytime I am getting the same reply that it has not been received. Today on enquiring at Jaipur station I was told that the whole of 29 cases were dispatched on the same day. I am clueless whom to approach for this matter as I am not getting satisfactory response from the concern persons. I request you to kindly help as I am a small trader and it means a lot financially for me even if one case is misplaced or stolen.
                  I would like you to kindly take the matter immediately as each passing day would make it difficult to track.

                    Sir, i arun kumar booked 04 x steel boxes containing households items from ambala cantt railway stn to patna jn on 19 apr 2019. The same has not been reached at patna stn till dated. I has visited patna jn parcel office several time & also loaded complaint against non receiving of 04 x steel boxes but not any action has been taken by there ends. Request take necessary action to provide my booked items at the earliest.

                      Hi sir/madam,
                      My name is vinita jain.
                      I had a lot of problems while traveling from 20506 rajdhani express (Pnr : [protected]) on 12th may 2019, where my small kids were not even able to sleep whole night as a lot of men were sitting on our seats and even blocking the way so that we even cant go to toilet.
                      I dont know how come you could allow unauthorised persons to get in these high profile trains like rajdhani.
                      Along with this issue, the toilets were very very bad, i asked the attender for get them cleaned but he was in no mood to listen to my problems.
                      Additionally, how come the food smell so bad then we cant even keep it on our seats (I aslo wondered that what must be going on in pantry so i went to see it and then what i saw was unbelievable where the food was made with such lower standards such that a normal person cant think of).

                      I even tried to get support via sms service but it was also of no use (See images attached).
                      On a whole me and my mother along with my little kids suffered so much that we are now afraid to even travel for sometime now.
                      I request you to please look into it and help me with a proper solution so that no one can suffer in future. Also i would like to get my satisfactory desired compesation for this disheartening travel.

Inside in my parcel i send the books my upsc preparation and also note inside. Dear sir 20 days left for my exam 3 june 2019. My exam date. I was study in new delhi mukharji nagar drishti ias. Now i need my parcel for continue my study. I am trying to visit at jhansi railway station everyday. Parcel officer told me we are trying to find your parcel as soon as possible. Today is one week ahead.

                            Sir, i have booked my bike honda shine sp at sriganganagar jn to sachin kumar gwalior but bike is not received at gwalior jn mp. Railway parcel office staff gwalior fsays we dont receive bike from sriganganagar jn to gwalior. Sriganganagar railyway staff says that bike is booked for gwalior and uploaded in train.                               Both trains leaves from mumbai almost at same time in morning. Both trains has same stops. It better that train stops can be staggered.
                              E, g. After ratnagiri both trains stops at kudal. My suggestion is to skip a halt at kudal for jan shatabti & instead it should stop at sawatwadi. Because jan shatabi has a stop at kankavali prior to kudal.
                              This will be beneficial for passengers travelling by these morning train will have a stop at sawatwadi. Presently none of these morning train stop at sawatwadi. Please consider this suggestion.

                                I booked my bike on 25 march and it delivered on station on 10th april but i did not received any sms or communication from railway department regarding the delivery. I waited till 15th then i started contacting to bangalore railway station master number, from where the parcel was booked. But calling more then 50 time they did not pick up phone and whenever they pick up the phone they did not given any confirmation regarding my parcel. I requested them so many time but they always says will inform later. My home town is 374 km away from danapur railway station. Which is far and hence i did not went to station for enquiry. But when it cross my limit and i did not receive any email then i thought something is wrong. I went to danapur station and when i asked about my parcel they said its already delivered on 10th and i have to pay 6771. This amount was huge and they said i can file complain once i pay the amount. I paid the amount to take my parcel. I request you to refund or give concesation in my paid amount. There is no fault of mine. I did not received any message for which i waited. My ppr number is [protected]. I have attached the recieved which i have paid.

                                  I parked my motorcycle in ernakulam south railway station at 12 may 2019. Kudubasree operated that parking staff will charge rs 20 as their minimum charge. But the actual minimum charge is rs 5. Invoice number a7092. Its the regular cheating happen in ernakulam junction railway station. And i compliant to the station master.. Compliant number 550900. Kindly do the needful for this cheating

                                    I inquired in pune, they informed me that my parcel had moved from pune on 9 may 2019 by train no-22685-chandigrah karnatka sampark karnati exp.

                                    I have inquired at h. Nezamuddin parcel office several time but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

                                    Sir, i am in private job and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

                                    I attached the billty copy herewith please open this attachment & understand my problem.

                                    Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation
