I am traveling train no 12485 from nanded to ndls, in this train as superfast stopping only 1-2hr once. There is no pantry in this train. My co-passengers also in hungry. We are not getting single tea/coffee. Why the such things having indian railway. Some of my co-passenger having 3yrs child who also asking any biscuits to eat.

Very helpless feeling to help each other. Having from 11am only water.

    Hi,

    My information :
    Yesterday (28.04.2019) night at 21:40 i (Single lady) came to cbe junction to take ride till katpadi (Actual plan is cbe to katpadi and katpadi to thiruvannamalai junction)...
    When i asked train for katpadi and platform details, enquiry attend person in cbe junction center asked me to move platform-3. Also said train will be moved at 22:10.
    When i entered to the platform-3 i saw the m. G. R. Central train (Chennai train). For doubt i asked to the guard whether this train will go to katpadi junction. He said, yes it will. Also he requested as "if you are traveling single means please use ladies coach. Myself repeatedly asked whether it will stopped in katpadi junction or not. He said this train have a stopping there. So that i started my trip in m. G. R. Express (Special).
    Train reached katpadi junction at 04:44 but my train not stopped at katpadi. Later train stopped in arakkonam junction at 05:53. Now i take another ticket from arakkonam junction to katpadi and train time informed as 07:05

    My complaint is if one customer asking for train route details means whether guard have to provide proper details or not.
    If yes means please take necessary action against the guard who take responsibility in coimbatore for m. G. R. Express yesterday at 21:52...

    Because of his wrong information i lost my scheduled plan totally. Time wasted. Money waste. Lot much tension in my holy trip.
    Not only me. Three aged ladies who traveled along with me in same train also faced same issue like me because of his wrong information.

    Myself managed the situation with some pressure. If any illiterate passenger traveled means, think what will be their status...

    Please ensure this is the way they have to provide the service and having hope that i will get prompted reply from your end...

    I want to carry led tv32 inch on my 3AC compartment ..is there any problem to carrying tv . Otherwise i shoud take 1 extra ticket for this??

The train passes through harda at night but no stop, this train stop at itarsi then i have to come back to harda this spoiled my all night please there is many passengers for this train please help i request please take trail please

        April 24 ihave started journey on cbe - ltt express (11014) from salem junction, it came by 12.05 pm instead of 11.20 am.
        The train is continuously running late at reaching the ltt station by 18.00 pm instead of 14.30 pm. The same train is continuously running late on april 23, 24, 25&26 even train driver not interested to cover the time delay while running. Due to this delay i am not able to catch the connecting train in bandra terminus bhuj express. My ticket money also not able to get refund.
        If railway management is not able to run the train in right time means chang the timing as per your comfort.
        Don't repeat regular it give lot of trouble to many passengers.

          I am s. Dayalan 58 years old, retired peson from tn state gvnment, planned to travel from central sub urban railway station to gummidipundi through the train at 18.35 on 24.04.2019. Whole i entered into the train compartment by 18.30 and rushing to place to a seat, an unknown person sudddenly taken my samsungs8+ mobile from my shirt pocket and disappears and i couldn't recognize the person as it happens in seconds. Immediately i called my mobile through another mobile, it was ringing upto 18.40 and after that the response is switched off. While i am tracking from other mobile the last location of my mobile shows at ribbon building at 18.40 on the same day.
          Hence, i request you to trace and give me a positive solution as early as possible

            Sir, on 12 April 2019, I booked 09 items from Pune to Lucknow vide bilty No B 726829 / PNR No[protected]/Ticket No 54078437 for loading in train No 12103 Pune Lucknow Exp. The parcel staff demanded 400 Rs for loading and I paid the same. But the items were not loaded in train. I reached Lucknow but the items could not find. Later, I received only 06 items which were loaded in three different trains. Balance 03 items are yet to be received. I visited many times at Lucknow parcel office but 03 balance items could not be traced out. I lodged complaint online but no result obtained till date. Sir, I am posted in Leh, non receipt of items is adversely affecting my plan and concentration. I once again request you to please investigate the same and do the needfull so that I can get the following items at the earliest :-
            01 bicycle.
            01 package containing TV and other items.
            01 package containing valuable items.

              Hi, myself and family with small kids are travelling in the kochuveli to yeshwantpur express train number : 12258 pnr: [protected].
              The train started on time, but on reaching near bangalore it started halting at many places. As per schedule it is supposed to reach yeshwantpur at 9 :30 am
              It reached near yeshwantpur (Just 10 km away) at around 9 :30 am and still hasnt started at 11 am. Why the hell the authorities are causing this kind of treatment to passengers who has paid a hefty ticket in the ac train?. Is this organization running on peoples money or some one else they they have this sort of attitude. Due to frustration at peak im forced to write this as this delays our offuce work plan and whole day today, if this people who are running these slow trains are not able to manage this well, why are we planning bullet trains which are run by japanese with extreme good track record on time liness? First make our existing system efficient rather than asking for next gen technology.

              I want
              1) a formal apology from the railway authorities for the delay happened
              2) method to intimating passengers through any means on this issue
              3) compensation for the journey which is delayed.

              Update to the complaint:

              5) A SLA (Service Level Agreement) has to be established which will make the railways provide the service in the most efficient way. The current penalty rules are so so loose that railways escape giving a reason or a small penalty. Instead the penalty shall be raised to 10 times the ticket cost, so that each employee in railways thinks about it thier every day operations as an organization . Can this be formulated ?

              As of 11: 55 AM, still the train is standing still a few km away from final stop (I can see the station ), but no reason provided or no attempt to reach to final destination from authorities. A train supposed to reach at 9 : 30 AM is lying 2 km from destination (Yeshwantpur) and now it is noon time. In what words I can describe I can talk about this management ?

                I am k. Balajee rao and i was travelling from tirupati to tatanagar in 3rd ac along with my wife who was ill. Our ticket was in waiting list but there were some vacant seats left told by the attendant. But the tte whose posting was from rajmundary station to vizag jn. Asked us 1000rs for the seat. He even blackmailed us that if we wont take the seat he will sell it to someother passengers. We unwillingly gave him the money due to my wife poor condition he could have atleast provided seats to the ladies instead he was telling us to leave the ac coach and move to the sleeper coach.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have booked electrical equipments like water coolers fans and other electrical goods from habibganj to satna on 20/04/2019 & paid parcel charges of rs. 230 as per the calculation sheet, but the parcel has not received yet. Please do help us out regarding the same. Both stations habibganj and satna have no records where the parcel is? I am uploading the receipt of the parcel at the time of booking. Please find it and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    Pune santragachi humsafar express almost more then 8 hours let running. How i reach my home at mid night? Who is responsible for this let. This train have no pantry car so there have no food no water. It's a pathetic condition and very bad service from indian railways. Railway must be close this weekly express otherwise need to improve this service. Who will pay my all extra expenses with this journey and harrassment also!

                      I ms. P tripathi travelled from bhubaneswar to bangalore through train no-12504 kyq-bnq super fast humsafar express dtd.21-04-19 boarding time from bbs at 7.40 p m and will be reaching bangalore at 9.15 pm. The train was diverted somewhere in new jalpaiguri station, due to which it reached in bbs at 1.15 am late by 5 hr 30 min. This is a horrible service from indian railways... It was reaching bangalore by morning 7 am which is late by almost 9 hrs.. Railway didn't bother about public.. I was having flight to dubai from bangalore at 1.30 am... Which i already missed and i lost rs. 12000 which i can't get it... My appeal to railway is that please refund the complete amount of rs.2900 as compensation for my trip.. As i am completely disappointed with the kind of service from indian railways... I am sending the same complain to railway ministry and piyush goyal sir...

                        There is no retiring room facility at sealdah station at present and i am struggling to reach to you but not easy and no solution to the inconvenience caused.

                        Why did you confirmed the room when facility is disabled at sealdah.

                        Further you have not even notified for the same if it happened after booking.

                        I need a full refund and the compensation for the inconvenience including the hotel charges which i have just booked near park street.

                        the above content is copy pasted from the complaint raised on the day of this incident. It is about the retiring room facility at Sealdah, Kolkata, Web Bengal. With reference to the PNR mentioned above, IRCTC has allowed online booking and confirmed the retiring room booked at Sealdah station. However railway enquiry person confirmed that the room booking was completely stopped at Sealdah in the month of March. IRCTC has not informed about the change and the onconvenience has caused me about a 15000 rupees and loss of time effort.

                        Requesting all to understand that IRCTC is not for convenience, instead inconvenience. It is very difficult when you have a family with kids struggling for hours to find your booked stay, after a long journey, and realizing that your booked room is no more available without any prior notice. Do Not Trust IRCTC for travel related matters, it could put you in danger situation
                        AC is not working since 2pm inside the train coach and it is now 03:30 pm. Coach and train details are as below - 2nd AC coach. PNR[protected]. Train 11301. DOJ - 13/04/2019. Seat No. A2 24. CSMT to BNC. Fare 2500. Had boarded the train from Mumbai CSMT and going all the way to Bengaluru.
                        I was booked a motorcycle from Ambala cantt to Hubli jn on 22 Feb 2019. CPS told that the consignment is load on the same day. But even expiry of almost 11 days the consignment not yet loaded to the to address.

                          Used blanket & bedroll given in train no - 20840 rajdhani express (Ndls-ranchi), travelling on 22/4/2019.
                          The attender seems to be absconding from coach b-2 and he was not available in other coach b-3 & b-4.
                          Given a used blanket wherein somebody vommitted earlier, stinking and seriously looking to it, it was sufficient to make your stomach upset and tendency of again vommimitting there.
                          It's not expected from such an reputed train i. E rajdhani express. Tried calling to register complaint on 138 but no-one picked up the call, again very disappointing. I have taken pictures from my mobile but it is not getting uploaded here as the size limit is 2mb and picture size is 3mb. If the pic is required i'll send it later for confirmation.
                          This is a complaint register to justify the fees i have paid for taking rajdhani train service.

Please help me. It is greenish brown color bag which contains my home and hostel keys as well as my college books issued from library and some clothes.

                              Train number 12876 neelanchal expresss has been booked for 19 april 2019 under pnr number [protected] is diverted from kanpur and not going to to lucknow. The concern is that diversion of route is not imformed prior notice. It caused trouble my family members. What's wrong with railway facility. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I am traveling in 19202 train on 16 th april 2019. The tte misbehaved with us by selling our reserved tickets to other passengers and when asked he started screaming at daund junction. His name is bn meena 531. He also started warning us saying go and complain anyone.. I am not scared of anyone.
                                We are three people traveling. Our seats were s1 31, 31, 55. Already the ticket was checked before by another tte. This was so nuisance caused by him at daund station.
                                Kindly take action and also let us know.

                                  . S1 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 with my family
                                  But group of rpf constables forcefully occupied one of my reserved seat...
                                  I requsted them to give my seat back but their reply very rude, further i informed the whole scene to tte, tte also ignored the situation

                                    I was traveled from Ram Mandir to Lower Parel on 14.04.2019 and took tickets at Ram mandir for one Extension and 2 half tickets, but Ticket master given me 1 adult and 1 child/half and fare was same Rs 20 per head return and extension Rs- 10

                                    When I asked him for half charges he was argue with me instead of help and given ticket with full charge with forcefully. His behavior was very rude and arrogant. All information and tickets enclosed for your reference.

                                    Request please look into and do the needful, if ticket master is behave like this who will help to passenger.

                                      I booked ticket in kacheguda tatnagar special fare train. It was scheduled to come to rajahmundry at 9.20pm. Indian railways collected extra fare from passengers citing it as special fare. The train did not reach rajahmundry till 12.35am. Such pathetic administration by our railways. Collecting extra money and not maintaining time. Even worst named trains passed by. I paid extra in view of reaching my destination in time. When will our railways change. There is no accountability.                                         On 11/04/2019 i am travelling from banaswadi to sambalpur on special train. The train no. Is 08302. It was delayed by 5 hours. Due to which i suffer a lot with my health issue. Also there is a problem of water which should be filled by the given junction. But still delay of 5 hours was mjor problem for me as well as for all passengers who are travelled.
                                        So it's my kind request you to please provide a justify reason for this delay.
