We boarded train 22415 coach a1 seat 19 and 21 on pnr [protected] at bhopal for agra. Air conditioning in coach is not working. On contacting tt we were informed that the problem will be attended at jhansi railway station.
I regret that train left jhansi without rectifying the problem.
New staff joining at jhansi is also avoiding us.

    I parceled my bike from pune on 27/03/2019 to nizamuddin (Delhi) and after 2 days i did'nt recieved any info. I talked to pune parcel office they said we sent ur bike on 28/03/2019.
    I went to nizamuddin parcel office twice
    But they dont have any satisfactory answer please resolve my issue as soon as possible

      Traveling from nagpur to pune junction.

      I traveled with my 4 year old baby from nagpur and i have got side upper birth in s1 coach. I see in that coach 33 number of below birth passenger absent, so i request to tte for adjusting below birth for me, and shift new passenger to my current upper birth number 40, but tte refused my request, also not support me in this situation and harass me.
      This is one of example till now gents are not support ladies.

        0n 23rd march 2019 i with my family travelling in gandhidham - nagar coil express (16335), sqauad member mr. Suresh kumar collected penalty of rs.680 in addition with uts ticket charge of and my wife. He asked me tiocket, i showed him uts screen shot of ticket but he was not agreed and demnded to produce printout of the same. I told him the reason, why i couldn't take prinout but he was not accepted, he demanded my id card and put it in his pocket and gone to next compartment.
        He compelled me and family to alight at kannur, i paid full penalty, i missed the the the same train due to this reason, there after i with my kid and wife struggled to get home.
        I request southern railway authorities to provide any system to provide printouts o[censored]ts tickets in any situation. I believe railway is introduced such modern technologies to help passengers to help intime but not to punish in genuine cases. Hence i request to take necessary actions against mr. Sureshkumar, sqaud member of kannur station and to get proper compensation from railway authorities for the uncompensated mental agony and insult that i faced among other passengers due to his behavior,

          On 21.03.19 i did not receive my prepaid food from comesum anand vihar vide irctc catering order #8608124 in my seat of jharkhand express on 21.03.2019, when we called comesum anand vihar, they did not response also. Now they lied to us through irctc that food was delivered. I requested to please refund the amount prepaid to them by me immediately otherwise show me the proof of delivery. I also reserve the right to approach an appropriate forum to get justice and compensation also for being hungry throughout the journey and accused of being called a cheat whereas it was the other way around. It's a shame that people get cheated so easily in this country. It's a shame to the core that i got cheated of rs 150 by a registered vendor of irctc e catering that too being a senior high court advocate.

            Hi today i have charged by railway by 1370 /- for carrying lcd tv with me in sleeper class.
            I am not aware of any type of this rule.
            Can u please help for refund this amount.

            Also there is nothing mentioned in rules for carrying lcd tv with me in sleeper class.

              On 17/03/2019 i was trying to catch swaraj express train with my father that time on platform no.2 timing 2.15 pm my mobile was theft bu some unknown.
              I know about this incident after few minuts but that time i catch the train for mumbai.

              I gave a complaint to mumbai borivali grp on 18/03/2019
              But when 1 was going to complaint i saw there is many cases are coming for theft mobile and wallet continuously.
              Thats why i was wrote this on your id, please look intoo this matter not for only me it is for all about railway crime updation.

                I boarded at lucknow on 24th march19 and reached kishenganj on 25th march19. When i left train, i forgot to take my reebok shoe.

                Most of the time gates closed between 9:00Pm to 5:00Am which is located puduchatiram power plant to ramayipatti.

                We went along with family at late night around 10:00Pm, we asked to open gate with gate keeper.

                He never opened and started to argue, later that we rerouted more distance of 6km with my females family
                My Complaint No. is S/NR/IRCTC_TKT/[protected]. Please status updates me
                So many mst holders are traveling in sleeper coach in Sayaji nagari express -19115/19116.
                This makes journey very uncomfortable and irritating for the reserved ticked holders. TTE is not coming to check their tickets. Pl look into this matter very seriously. Hope for the positive response. Thank you.

                      In rrb alp cbt2 exam ans key, options marked by us are changed, even we put the answer correctly it is showing another option, dangerously it will change fate of lakhs of candidates due to their exam software mistake, i can confidently say they can check my exam cctv footage as a proof, it is not only i facing this problem there are lakhs of candidates😢, we need justice in this, even we marked correctly we are losing marks, answer key of cbt2 should be revalued, even we are tweeting in twitter and mailing they are not responding

                        I with my sister had come to drop my brother at kjm railway station and my platform ticket was mistakenly carried away by my brother while he boarded the train and left. When i was asked for the platform ticket by the ticket checker, i had no choice but to ask him if i could show him the picture of it. He refused to listen anything and told me that i will have to pay him 280rs each for me and my sister. I was aware that it is only rs. 250 fine for not carrying platform ticket. I don't know how fair was that. Also, he being a staff of railway asked us to cross the tracks with 10 other people to go to his office to pay the fine. How is it for the officer to break the railway rule different than normal people doing the same. Crossing the railway line from between is that risky in this station and knowing the same he forced people to do so just for earning money from fine amount. When me and my sister chose not to follow him and take the skywalk he threatened us and asked us to walk back by shouting back at us. Something like this from railway staff is just annoying and disregard to the laws of railways. I being a lawyer know how law works and breaking law from a staff is more unfair and subject to penalty. I don't understand who takes action against them.

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          I am writing this mail to bring to your notice that i had sent my honda activa 125 scooter from the railway parcel office in jaipur, rajasthan (Dispatched on 13th march 2019) to gorakhpur, up (Bill/lt number - a0633498). I am enclosing the original copy of bill/lt number provided by the parcel office at jaipur.
                          Despite being told at the jaipur parcel office that i would be getting a phone call on the number that i provided when my parcel would be delivered and availability of tracking your parcel on the railways website https://www.parcel.indianrail.gov.in/, i received no communication whatsover from either platform. After multiple visits to the gorakhpur parcel office, when i did recieve my vehicle (On 20th march 2019), i was charged with a penalty because my parcel was delivered a day before and no information regarding that had been passed on to me. The parcel tracking option on the railway website was not updated even once.
                          Secondly, i also wanted to inform you that due to the poor handling of my parcel, my vehicle was badly damaged (Broken tail light, broken rear bumber, and damage to the front indicator lights - photo enclosed with this mail), which will cost more than 8000 rupees to repair. My vehicle was packed by the officials present at the parcel office in jaipur, for which i was charged an extra amount.
                          Therefore, i request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with compensation for the same.

                            I'm travelling 12368 vikramshila express from patna to bhagalpur with a reserved ticket. As i entered in the compartment i found 5 people already seated in my reserved seat and they were not willing to get up till i got the tte intervene into the matter. I was given space in which
                            I can hardly sit. Throughout the
                            Journey people with general ticket or no ticket kept on entering the compartment and the tte was hardly bothered. Why am i even paying indian railways for a reserved seat when
                            I can't travel comfortably.

                              This is pushpam kumar at akshayaw at rai nagar railway station when i came to have ticket from akshayawat rai nagar to patliputra junction the booking clerk refused to give ticket. He said i will issue ticket when train will come. He was reading paper and the counter was in closed condition.
                              When i asked for his name he misbehaved with me and open his belt to bit me and told i am local guy. You can do complaint where ever you can nothing will happen.

                              Please look into this matter seriously and take proper action against him.

                                Yesterday 22..03.2019 i travelled in india's premium train tejas express from tiruchy to chennai. My pnr [protected], coach c6. Travel was comfortable.
                                After dinner i could not wash our hands as there was no water in our coach. I went to coach c7 to wash and was shocked to see that the washbasin was chocked and water accumulated. This dirty water in the washbasin was swaying to train's movement!! Anyone using this washroom would have been drenched with this dirty water!! Iam attaching a video. Request to our respected railway minister please do something.

                                  I booked my luggage from Guwahati railway station for Patna junction railway station on 11th March 2019. I suppose to receive it at Patna on 14th but I didn't received yet. The railway officers told me that they could not open the gate of the break van. Now I am regularly going and coming to Patna junction railway but no information about the goods. I want my luggage as soon as possible.

                                    Hi,
                                    I was travelling to Lucknow from Ghaziabad on 20th of March. Due to non-availability of tickets I took general ticket and while boarding the train no. 15910 It was too crowded any how I boarded to the train via pantry gate. The TT was standing in front of me and asked to show ticket which I have shown him on his request. So he asked me to make sleeper ticket for Rs. 360 which I have paid him in cash. I was already owing the general ticket and the amount for sleeper ticket is Rs. 280. Neither he deducted the sleeper ticket amount from Rs. 360. Kindly help. Attaching the Receipts.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is regarding pnr :[protected].

                                      The train was cancelled for the above said pnr scheduled to be run on 12th feb, 2019 from allahabad to bathinda.
                                      First of all if railways is canceling any train it is the responsibility of railways to arrange conveyance.
                                      An sms stating "inconvenience caused is deeply regretted" is not enough always. When allahabad (Prayag raj) was highly crowded with
                                      Pilgrims, it was responsibility of railways to arrange some special trains not to cancel the existing ones and to put the travelers into trouble.

                                      Anyways, it has been a month now since i have filed tdr and no refund is initiated from railways.
                                      Please let me know the status of my refund.

                                        I was travelling by lok shakti on 21st march in b2 -48 coach. As i was travelling with an infant i requested for an extra bedsheet for the sake of baby.

                                        Even asking for 3 times nobody care about the request. Then asking it for the fourth time in a firm manner he handed over me pillow covers and went away.

                                        Then i saw ticket collector and requested him for complain book, so he starting arguing that is not a complain. You got the alloted 2 bedsheet so then its not a complain and blah blah. Finally he said i get you bedsheet no need to complain.

                                        Honestly i am a frequently traveller, have never got such treatment specially when traveling with 1 yr baby.

                                        I feel railway should take strict measure and should target for better service.
