Dear sir i have booked a box which was black color painted and having 40 kg from bikaner railway station to bhubnaeswar on 23 april 2019. The railway receipt no is 296859. The box has not reached at bhubaneswar after 18 days completed. The railway authority of bikaner saying they have despatched the box by train no 14709 on 28 april 2019. R/slt ii no 13724.. The parcel has not reached at bhubaneswar station. However it has already 18 days completed. May i request pl take necessary action..

    I tried booking a ticket using UTS app, the amount was deducted from my card but ticket was not booked. What is the refund status:
    There is reply from your end on anything
    The app is always unstable

    Customer Care number just doesnt work.

      My name is tarun denbani.
      On 29 april 2019, nearly 12.30 am (Not exact), i visted to the ticket counter. I told the person that "i have booked ticket through uts app (Book and print paper option), but atvm machine is not working. So, i request you to kindly give me ticket, whatever details you require for that i will give you."
      Now read carefully what he said in a very arrogant & aggressive manner, "you people will never understand, why you have booked the ticket through app, you don't know atvm machine has problem that's why book ticket here only. First come and then check machine, whether it is working properly or not, then book ticket only. Don't act oversmart."
      And at last he take my details like mobile no and booking id and gave me ticket.
      Now sir, i am asking question to you that, "is this illegal to book paper ticket on uts app and print at counter, as uts is clearly showing that 'book anywher and print ticket at originating station".
      I asked him name also, he told me his name is mahajan, then i again asked his first name, he told, my name is not mahajan, my name is vijay devar.
      After confirming from my friend, his genuine name is viju devar.
      Sir, these are the people who are discouraging the people for digital india.
      So, i request you to kindly take strict actions against him as he was on-duty officer.

      Now read, the solution i received from their complaint depaartment.
      "sir, the statements of both the booking clerks who worked in 16/24 and 00/08 hours shifts were obtained to redress your complaint without any prejudice. The booking clerk who had just concluded his shift duty of 16/24 hours was still in the office to complete the formalities of monetary transactions done during the above mentioned duration. He stated that shri raju dhivar did not misbehave with the complainant instead he collected the necessary information and printed platform ticket which was booked through uts app. Any explanations sought from the railway employees cannot be made available to the complainant. If you are not satisfied with this reply, a ‘confronted enquiry’ can be called in which you may be required to be present at your own expense at drm office, bhusawal."

        I am submitting a complaint against the ttr in the train 12686 (S1 compartment). I have seen the ttr shouting ang pushing a person in the presense of police staff. I dont know whether that person has ticket or not the behavior of ttr was disturbing others as he shouts loudly when i was sleeping (Around 4.45 am). I am complaing against his behaviour since he unnessarily shouts and disturbed the other passengers in the train.

        I feel it's very bad and humiliating to that person to whom the ttr shouts if he has ticket. Instead doing the service, ttr disturbed me and i feel others as well as most o[censored]s where in the middle of deep sleep.

          I inquired at both stations, they informed me that my parcel had moved from chandigarh on[30.04.2019] by train no. 12218.

          I have inquired at panvel parcel office several times but the parcel officer is not taking any responsibility.

          Sir, i am a pvt employ and hence i cant take leave and go to the railway station daily.

          I attached the bill copy.

          Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful without any further delay. I would be highly obliged.

            I'm going to azamgrrh from old Delhi in kaifiyaat in coach no. S11 the TTE was behaving vry rudly and abusing too to the passenger asked him for to give him one empty seat he start beating one man and also snached Money from his pockets

              Tindivanam is near to chennai, almost 150km from chennai.
              Tindivanam is big junction of pondichary and chengee, and tiruvannamalai town places.
              Tindivanam is main junction place near to chennai.
              The daily train 12605 pallavan - super fast exp. 2nd seating train is stopping is not available in tindivanam - tmv railway station.
              Tindivanam & around members are requested to stop the train in only 2min.in tindivanam stop. Its helpful most of public.

                I booked my ticket on 26th march 2019 for new delhi to patna junction 2nd june 2019 from old delhi railway booking counter, payment made by my debit card, and i cancelled my ticket on 11th april 2019. The refund is not found till now on dated 03 may 2019. According to railway rule he refund is made with in 7 days. But its is more than 7 days. When i get my refund.

                  I travelled from dehradun to delhi via the nanda devi express 12206 last night (1st may). It arrived this morning (2nd may) and i left my jacket on the train.

                  The exact location of my jacket (Where i left it) is - the upper berth of seat number 44 in coach a1 of nanda devi express train number 12206. If this complaint dealt with soon enough, it will be seen wrapped around the pillow at the edge of the berth.

                  It is a black jacket, with a hood, and it says 'aw' at the back. The front of the jacket has 'alan walker' written on the upper right. I have attached an image of the jacket as well.

                    Complant against wrong information updated by tte
                    I filed tdr for transaction id# [protected] (Pnr no [protected]) train no 22420 suhaildev express 04 hrs before, due train late more then 4 hrs, at 1748 hrs before departure time of train.

                    I have not travelled in that train because i travelled by another train no 13430 anvt to malda town with pnr no :-[protected] and transaction no:-[protected]
                    And now tell me how it is possible for one person to travel at two train at same time.

                    It is clearly fault from tte on duty who wrongly mentioned that i travelled.

                    Please arrange refund of my money & do take action should be taken against such officials.

                      Everyday every train is late. No sufficient tickets available even Tatkal tickets are sold to Agents. No good sitting arrangement. General class should be extended but not aware. Ultimately it's a mess of bad thoughts.

                        I think somehow during the registration process my request is not getting processed correctly. Every time i see the capcha verification is invalid with no characters shown that i can type. The captcha just displays some random image (Disgusting to see this again and again).

                        What is the problem with captcha or system i don't know.
                        Irctc gives only 6 tickets permission per account in a month
                        Still it doesn't gives proper service to create new account.
                        Even disha is of no help. It never loads on page.

                        Now, somehow the captcha problem resolved.

                        at end it says that for verification of Mobile No & Email id, go for first login.
                        As i reach for first login it says, " INVALID USER "

                        as again Disgusting service.

                        And when i try to register again, it doesn't gives me error that User Id is already registered.
                        It does the registration again with same details.

                            I just to bring your kind notice about the misbehaved tte in ac coach in haripriya express 17415 from tirupati to bellary.
                            Although my reservation was not confirmed with pnr [protected]. When we have asked for a seat initially he demanded for a bribe and when we did not accept he misbehaved with my family which includes me, my wife and 2 year son. Sir i told him very humbly that kindly speak properly, he started further misbehaved and started shouting on loudly in order to insult us as we did not accept his demand. He was not wearing batch and when i asked his name he again misbehaved. Sir in a country where we have so honest prime minister this is the behaviour of railway employees. I can recognize his face as he did not tell his name.
                            I request you to take a suitable action against the misbehaved, dishonest and disloyal employee of indian railways.

                              I am traveling train no 12485 from nanded to ndls, in this train as superfast stopping only 1-2hr once. There is no pantry in this train. My co-passengers also in hungry. We are not getting single tea/coffee. Why the such things having indian railway. Some of my co-passenger having 3yrs child who also asking any biscuits to eat.

                              Very helpless feeling to help each other. Having from 11am only water.

                                Hi,

                                My information :
                                Yesterday (28.04.2019) night at 21:40 i (Single lady) came to cbe junction to take ride till katpadi (Actual plan is cbe to katpadi and katpadi to thiruvannamalai junction)...
                                When i asked train for katpadi and platform details, enquiry attend person in cbe junction center asked me to move platform-3. Also said train will be moved at 22:10.
                                When i entered to the platform-3 i saw the m. G. R. Central train (Chennai train). For doubt i asked to the guard whether this train will go to katpadi junction. He said, yes it will. Also he requested as "if you are traveling single means please use ladies coach. Myself repeatedly asked whether it will stopped in katpadi junction or not. He said this train have a stopping there. So that i started my trip in m. G. R. Express (Special).
                                Train reached katpadi junction at 04:44 but my train not stopped at katpadi. Later train stopped in arakkonam junction at 05:53. Now i take another ticket from arakkonam junction to katpadi and train time informed as 07:05

                                My complaint is if one customer asking for train route details means whether guard have to provide proper details or not.
                                If yes means please take necessary action against the guard who take responsibility in coimbatore for m. G. R. Express yesterday at 21:52...

                                Because of his wrong information i lost my scheduled plan totally. Time wasted. Money waste. Lot much tension in my holy trip.
                                Not only me. Three aged ladies who traveled along with me in same train also faced same issue like me because of his wrong information.

                                Myself managed the situation with some pressure. If any illiterate passenger traveled means, think what will be their status...

                                Please ensure this is the way they have to provide the service and having hope that i will get prompted reply from your end...

                                I want to carry led tv32 inch on my 3AC compartment ..is there any problem to carrying tv . Otherwise i shoud take 1 extra ticket for this??

                                    April 24 ihave started journey on cbe - ltt express (11014) from salem junction, it came by 12.05 pm instead of 11.20 am.
                                    The train is continuously running late at reaching the ltt station by 18.00 pm instead of 14.30 pm. The same train is continuously running late on april 23, 24, 25&26 even train driver not interested to cover the time delay while running. Due to this delay i am not able to catch the connecting train in bandra terminus bhuj express. My ticket money also not able to get refund.
                                    If railway management is not able to run the train in right time means chang the timing as per your comfort.
                                    Don't repeat regular it give lot of trouble to many passengers.

                                      I am s. Dayalan 58 years old, retired peson from tn state gvnment, planned to travel from central sub urban railway station to gummidipundi through the train at 18.35 on 24.04.2019. Whole i entered into the train compartment by 18.30 and rushing to place to a seat, an unknown person sudddenly taken my samsungs8+ mobile from my shirt pocket and disappears and i couldn't recognize the person as it happens in seconds. Immediately i called my mobile through another mobile, it was ringing upto 18.40 and after that the response is switched off. While i am tracking from other mobile the last location of my mobile shows at ribbon building at 18.40 on the same day.

                                      I am S.DAYALAN 58 Years Old, retired peson from TN State Gvnment, planned to Travel from Central Sub Urban Railway Station to Gummidipundi through the Train at 18.35 on 24.04.2019. Whole I entered into the train compartment by 18.30 and rushing to place to a seat, an unknown person sudddenly taken my SAMSUNGS8+ mobile from My shirt pocket and disappears and I couldn't recognize the person as it happens in seconds. Immediately I called my mobile through another mobile, it was ringing upto 18.40 and after that the response is Switched OFF. While I am Tracking from other mobile the Last location of My mobile shows at Ribbon Building at 18.40 on the same day.
                                      Hence, I REQUEST YOU TO TRACE AND GIVE ME A POSITIVE SOLUTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

                                        Sir, on 12 April 2019, I booked 09 items from Pune to Lucknow vide bilty No B 726829 / PNR No[protected]/Ticket No 54078437 for loading in train No 12103 Pune Lucknow Exp. The parcel staff demanded 400 Rs for loading and I paid the same. But the items were not loaded in train. I reached Lucknow but the items could not find. Later, I received only 06 items which were loaded in three different trains. Balance 03 items are yet to be received. I visited many times at Lucknow parcel office but 03 balance items could not be traced out. I lodged complaint online but no result obtained till date. Sir, I am posted in Leh, non receipt of items is adversely affecting my plan and concentration. I once again request you to please investigate the same and do the needfull so that I can get the following items at the earliest :-
                                        01 bicycle.
                                        01 package containing TV and other items.
                                        01 package containing valuable items.
