I shri gurnam singh, dy comdt of bs[censored]daipur (Rajasthan), on 23.11.2018 i will proceed for govt duty from falna railway station to bhatinda railway station by train no 19223. For which i have made railway ticket with 02 waiting. Vide pnr no[protected]. So, today i requested to ahmedabad railway station through fax and call for allotment of confirmation seats in above said ticket for me. But fax not detected and call not received by following number of ahmedabad railway staion. Very poor functioning by ahmedabad railway station

    Now i complaint about a person in information centre in tiruchirapalli junction, southern railway.
    I planned to travel from tiruchirapalli to salem on 03/nov/2018 (Saturday). I asked a person in the information centre on that day and he told me trichy to salem passenger train and i went to ticket counter but it is closed when morning 9.00am o'clock. I met a stranger (At automatic ticket providing machine) he ask me destination and i told to him but he said the train is cancelled. I quickly went to information centre and in the information centre person replies me"the train will go to salem (Harshly)". Finally i told stranger provide me a ticket to salem he used his card (In automatic ticket providing machine) and gave me a ticket to salem and he collect the cash from me. I travelled that train but the train was stopped in karur junction. I waited some time but the train didn't move and i reached information centre in karur junction but no one is there. I went to ticket counter for asking about this problem. Before asking i saw a board and it contains the notification of cancellation of that train (From karur to salem) for a certain dates.in trichy junction, if the person in information centre provides this details means i arrange some others modes. But he didn't. Iam not only a single person to tell about this problem there are so many ladies are waited in that train. After i seen that board i provide the details about cancellation to the ladies in that train. After, they are blaming the railways department and they arrange other modes. Then i went to salem by bus.
    I don't think "lack of adequate knowledge person were appointed in information centre" wow southern railways...

    There is no proper guidance or information to pensioners who are coming for pass by southern railways cèntral division. They are simply shouting on the pensioners, some times treats them like beggers.

    They serviced in railways which does not matters to them.

    Shame ful to southern railways dept.

      Greetings
      In gummidipoondi railway station last train 22.20 towards central. So many company employees struggled everyday they are spending time in platform only upto 2.45first train it's not safe in that railway station. Please kindly arrange one train on 23.00 towards central it's a great help to all the working employees. Because so many family members expecting long time in home. This problem will resolve we thank to southern railway.

        Train no.12964 date 21/11/2018. Time after 12 am, place tirupati railway station, b1 compartment, seat no.7. Tc misbehaved with lady patient who is requested to change her upper berth no. 5 to a un reserved lower berth no 7. Instead of not considering her request tc sold that lower berth to a general ticket passenger for money. And also offer to that general ticket passenger that he will allot my berth no 4. After i get down.

          Sir,
          At nagercoil junction, the contractor is charging excess parking fees. He had deployed goons and thugs who doesnt have uniform or proper id cards for the same. Parking fees prescribed by railways is depicted. However they are charging excessive fees. For 1 hour railways had prescribed fees of rs2 for a motor bike. However theese goons are demanding rs 5 or even rs 10 for the same. While questioned they charged against me. A rpf officer was witness for the same. His timely action saved me from these goons. He further requested me to file a complaint to station master. They have even printed rs 5 as parking charges for two hours, even the board depicting the parking fees by railways recommend only rs 2.

            Me along with my wife and three year old kid committed the mistake of not securing a platform ticket due to the urgency to drop my old parents who needed help to board the train.
            Kr puram railway station is situated on the main road and is a trespassed by many locals for crossing from one side to another. Only me and one other person were picked by a very rude behaving ticket checker with a red tag, not even able to make out if it's a genuine officer, no uniform and was screaming for money.
            They were very choosy in picking their victims and letting go people who looked poor.
            After digital india i hardly carry cash with me and genuinely had paytm and debit cards. They refuse to let me and my family go and held without a solution putting everyone indiscomfort.
            Another person's i phone worth 98000 was confiscated to pay the fine. Upon argument for snatching the phone the tt who was a lady claimed that her picture was taken of the incident and called railway police. He was later taken to police custody for further harassment.
            We genuinely understand that we are at fault for not securing a platform ticket. But i think this need to be fixed by the government by introducing a tab on the online ticketing portal giving provision to buy platform ticket as well. We are not people who can't afford a platform ticket.. It's the inconvenience getting them on hand or the system which is not secure letting us do this.
            Ticket checker should also have provision to collect digital money.
            Request govt to take this as a feedback and take necessary measures.

            I am in rewa express 12427, the train is late for 4 hrs, Is this a developing India where the trains are late for 4-8 hrs if you look at other nations like Japan or Russia or any other there is no any complain about train timings In these countries train gets late for only 30 or 40 seconds and that is the maximum time train gets late

              It is imform u... i had cancelled my tickets from railways well in time bt had not recieved any kind of refund related to the same... it has been 5 months bt there was no reply from your side... i request u to refund the same as soon as possible. Being a consumer if i do any sort of default i m being charged with interest... so i too demand same from the government to compensate my losss .., hope to get back ur revert soon.., and please find the attachment herewith... in which complete cancelled tickets are attached

                Rainwater flowing in to railwayac3tier coach from emergency exit window and wetting luggages - caused disturbance at night journey and trauma to passengers include we 2 and co passengers at berths 9 and 12

                  Not opening ac 1 coach door
                  I had a confirmed ticket in ac1 tier to travel from bandikui to delhi in train no.12462, mandor express, on[protected]. Ticket
                  Pnr no.[protected], boggie ha1, berth no.7. The scheduled arrival time at bandikui station is 02.22 hrs and when the train arrived at the station nobody opened the doors of all ac coaches so that i could board the train. When the train is ready to move i ran to a s 1 coach where a rpf staff had opens the door and some how i could board the train after that i pull chain then i board the train along with my wife and our luggage. After the board rpf staff try to open ac coach but no one open the coach door. After that i and rpf staff going to s2 coach
                  And meet to other sleeper class tc he was make a call to ac coach tc and he request him please open the ac coach door on urgent. After 40 minutes a attendant come & open the door. I was board in ac coach along with my wife with lot of hardship i managed to carry my luggage to the ha 1 ac compartment.in the ac coach tc sleeping in coach so i asked him why you have not opend the door when you are aware that passengers has to board the train. He shouted at me and said it is not my duty to open the doors and i may ask the complaint book about the matter. I talk to him the matter and asked him who is responsible for opening the doors of the compartment at such odd hrs so that the passenger could board the train. But to my surprise, the tc use abuse language & he is ask me that what is your cast. He is saying 'jyada kanun mat chod' bahut dekhe hai tere jaise.

                  The tc spoil our hole journey so i leave the coach and travel in general coach.
                  May i get a reply from the indian railways informing me who is responsible for this matter and i also suggest to punish such irresponsible employees so that such matter should not repeat anymore.

                  Has to reach at darbanga at 2:30 but its late up-to 4 hours, , , , this is a festival time we didn't except this from bhagmati super fast express, , it's kind of waste of time for all the passenger's, , so we think ur guys will think about it and take some action ...

                    Dear sir,

                    I, along with my friend, travelled from jaipur to delhi by haridwar mail on[protected]. My ticket was in waiting list (Wl4 and wl5). However, i boarded the train in b4 coach and there was a tc i asked him what could i do in this condition to get seat but he simply said to me just cancel your ticket, i said to him what are you saying or how could you say this to me i have to reach delhi, how could i cancel my train at last time, after listening his words i boarded the train in b4 coach, but he said to the coach attendant that don't allow them to enter in this coach.

                    After that me and my friend entered in sleeper class then the rpf person's behave was very much irresponsible and rude towards me.

                    While rpf person said that don't stand here, go in any other birth, i agreed that all the birth was fully occupied but he is not allowing us to stand over there. There were some other passengers with general ticket but, instead of allotting the vacant seats to the wait listed passengers, he was trying to allot the seats to ordinary ticket holders who handed him some monetary benefit.

                    When i noticed this, i questioned him his actions. But, he tried to evade himself by asking me to contact ticket conductor of coach.in fact, i did contact him as well. But, both of them were not even ready to check the seats.

                    Would senior officials notice this someday and take actions against such corrupt employees? Journey from jaipur to delhi was 7 hrs, so travelling without a seat was a very great inconvenience. But when tc acts like mr pawan sharma, then it hurts badly.

                    I would plead some top officials to take serious actions against mr pawan sharma and rpf person of that coach, not because i faced lot of inconvenience, but to better the system.

                      There are two sides of allahabad railway station ie civil lines side and city side. Parking charges of scooty in civil lines side parking is ₹10 whereas it ₹18 in city side parking. There should be uniformity in parking charges. Parking slip doesn't contain name of parking license holder as per agreement clause neither staff were in dress with i. D.

                        Dear sir..
                        I am from surat.
                        Hear in surat railway platform has slide road for old age people.
                        But when i am coming with my grandma ahmedabad to surat. She's age is 90 years she can not wallk. Complsoury she need wheel chair but problem in ahmedabad railway station their is no slide road in the platform compulsory we take lift for going 1 stations to onther station.
                        When we reached at ahmedabad platform the lift is not working so my grandma has use the stairs. That day my grandma has face the trouble to reach 6 number platform to catch the train..
                        My request is to ahmedabad railway authority to make slid road for old-age people who can not use stairs...

                            This is to inform you that, I was purchased railway resevation ticket from Jalpaiguri Town station(Dist - Jalapiguri, West Bengal) Through ATM card on 23.9.2018 and the same day the said ticket was cancelled. But still now the cancellation money has not been deposited my Account.
                            This matter was brought to the notice of IRCTC and all necessary documents were sent to them as per their need.But I am sorry to say that near about has already been passed but not credited in my bank account. Please take necessary action immediately.

                                I was travelling from vashi (Navi mumbai) to csmt by 6.47pm - 7.37pm on 14.11.2018. I kept my office bag on carriage bench on top of seat. I forgot to pick up while alightning at csmt. The train then went to andheri.

                                Bag is embosed with "wiki", black in colour. It contains empty tiffin box, 2 pen drives & spectacles.

                                  I have been travelling in indian railways for an year or so. But recently just due to non renewal of my season ticket, i have stop coming in train.
                                  It is clearly mentioned that season ticket can be generated 24 hours a day, but
                                  Whenever i go for renewal they deny by saying they cannot do it. Specificaly in
                                  1. Cantonment railway station
                                  2. Ksr bengaluru station
                                  3. Tumkur station
                                  Please instruct your employees to treat us good and also issue ticket.

                                    Indian railways — cockroaches and insects in 3 ac compartments and bed bugs in the seats

                                    Hi sir/madam,

                                    I am travelling with my family in 3 ac in train no 12652 (Delhi - madurai).
                                    Nizamuddin madurai express

                                    The time i stepped inside the compartment i could see cockroaches everywhere
                                    The 3ac compartment is extremely in a bad condition and very old and lots of bed bugs in the seats.

                                    The worst thing of all is cockroaches and insects in the 3 ac compartment which are creating lot of problem. We were bitten by cockroaches and are suffering from wounds now. Its hardly haf an hour now and this is our comdition.

                                    Inspite of paying huge amount for the ac travel we are getting facilities and above that we have to deal with insects.

                                    Pathetic is the feeling which we are getting now. Very poor condition.

                                    Is the indian railways thinking that whatever may be the situation indians will travel in railways under any circumstances and with all the dirty maintenance.?

                                    Please look into this for the good of the public.

                                    Nizamuddin madurai express

                                    The time i stepped inside the compartment i could see cockroaches everywhere
                                    The 3AC compartment is extremely in a bad condition and very old and lots of bed bugs in the seats .

                                    The worst thing of all is cockroaches and insects in the 3 AC compartment which are creating lot of problem. We were bitten by cockroaches and are suffering from wounds now. Its hardly haf an hour now and this is our comdition.

                                    Inspite of paying huge amount for the AC travel we are getting facilities and above that we have to deal with insects.

                                      Most of the time the ticket issuing clerk does not turn up and the ticket issuing room is in locked condition most of the time at nathapettai (Near kancheepuram, tamil nadu) railway station.

                                      Everyday about 10 to 15 people board the train at nathapettai (Near kancheepuram, tamil nadu) railway station in each of the 4 train that halt at nathapettai in the thirumalpur - madras beach route. But mostly all of them travel without ticket as the ticket issuing clerk never turns up.

                                      Even on the day the clerk comes, he enters the station just 5 mts before the arrival of the train.

                                      I feel ashamed to travel without ticket and i have reported this matter to the ttrs at chengalpet and nungambakkam stations. But the problem remains as it is.

                                      All we need is someone to issue the tickets at nathapettai station well before the arrival of trains at that station.

                                      I have traveled in holiday special 09023 on 10 nov 2018 from vapi to indore the bedsheets which I received in packet in 3 AC was very dirty I told attendant to replace it but he didn't has stock

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        Im resident of rajasthan and working in central govt. Office in trivandrum. Today 14 nov 2018 at trivandrum central railway station evening 4:30 pm i had to enter without platform ticket at railway station. It was a extream urgency. I tried to purchase platform ticket. Requested other people who standing in queue but because of language barrier no one understood even i showed them my frnd whose hands were fractured.. I tried to explain ticket checking officer but she was doing her job.. But i didn't pay cause she didn't give any fine slip. I asked for fine slip she told me to wait but i can't wait i got only 15 min from office to drop my frnd at railway station. What further action i should take...
