Hi sir, i had a booking on 7th july 21 from raipur to delhi at 1210 hrs. when i went to bag dropping counter they told me that my ticket was on hold so it was cancelled. i have done web check in told them that i have selected the seat also and still that, how can it be on hold. They convinced me that it happens sometimes because of hold criteria of the pnr and i will be refunded the total amount and suggested me to book another ticket. so i booked another ticket for delhi and it was confirmed. After an hour or two i got a call from indigo for last and final call for boarding. i told them the same story that i was told by the bag dropping counter attender that my ticket was on hold and cancelled so my boarding pass was not getting generated and i was unable to check in my baggage .6-7 days back, i spoken with indigo customer care about my refund status . they told me that the amount can not be refunded because it was case of no show. i told them that if boarding pass is not generated, then how can i show my self to them. it is obviously going to be no show.
i have mailed the same thing to the mail address customer.[protected]@goindigo but there was no reply.On 22nd july 21 i spoken to an attender at bag dropping counter regarding same issue he assured me that he will call me back in the evening but that evening had not come yet.Again, 5 days back i spoken to an indigo customer care, he played question and answer with me and at last kept me hold and ended the call.Now i’m tring to connect with the customer care but it’s getting disconnected while transferring the call to customer care. i have written the same thing in their twitter account and they replied me to keep patient and they are watching in to it, their customer care will connect with me shortly etc etc..and its been more 3 days no action has been taken.

Updated by Prabeen Sahu sir, they are in touch in twitter but each time they are sending me a common message that they are unable to contact me. But here i’m getting calls from other customer services in daily basis. it means that they are just bullying me.
i know that it’s not your money its mine thats why you are not taking any interest on it.
i could have also admitted it if i were in fault. but i’m loosing my money because of your system failure which is totally injustice.
